We are facing many problems with ifb top loading washing machine. We are calling Ifb customer care from last 5 days, but customer care executive is telling us there system is down and they would not be able to take complaint. Worst service and worst product. Water is leaking and wash quality is not good. I would recommend everyone not to buy Ifb product. Sub standard service and product.

    I bought IFB washing machine on 11/03/2017 through the Flipkart, after two month on 11/05/2017 I faced one problem in machine, I found heavy water leakage from the body of machine during washing cycle. For that I complaint in IFB customer care, My ticket ID is [protected].
    After 1 day on 13/05/2017 the person from the IFB care (Vapi) take visit but without solving the problem he just left the site and talk very rudely with my wife. I am not tolerate this type of behavior.
    My wife called to IFB care (Vapi) regarding this issue, but from there also they are not answer to us satisfactory. (The phone No. of Vapi care Office given by who is coming for service.)
    My simple advise to IFB, if you are not able provide satisfactory service to your customer then closed your company. So Customer are not bought your product and they are not upset like me.

      Servicing of machine is not done properly because service men are not coming for visit on time.They were only give the dates that i am coming on that date but never coming for service last 7 to 8 month.Please take action asap towards service center of Muzaffarpur otherwise i will mail to higher authority regarding this.

        After five months, the machine stopped working and after complain, complain no [protected], dated 25th April 2017. Number of visits n too many failed attempts, replacing number of parts finally they got the machine to work dated 4 th may 2017. After a week, it has stopped working again that s 12th may 2017, this time showing 'motor error ' on the display and the washing machine not working at all. The machine s under 100% warranty.

Today i called two times to customer csre but they replied that technician will go to ur home for installation... But nobody has come... Is this ur way of service that customer buy ur product and get harassed first time!!!???

            I have purchased a 1.5 ton 3star ifb split ac in march 2016. I was supposed to receive 3 free servicing. But till date i got only two free servicing. When i contacted for third free servicing through customer care of ifb i was informed from the service centre at bilaspur/chhattishgarh that no free servicing will be granted as one year time has elapsed. My question is that as per company assurance/policy i was supposed to get three free servicing. If they have not extended third free servicing within a year then where is my fault. Therefore as per company policy i should get third servicing without any cost.

                  I am repeating my previous mail which is not resolved now. What steps the customer has taken? No acknowledgement of the complaint. Today I called more than three times I called theperson whom I had paid my AMC. Everybody put a deaf ear about the complaint.Do you force me to go to the consumer court?

Minimum 15 times I contacted the so called 24x7 call centre as well as the people whose number I received from the call centre.Totally disgusted.                     Sir, i have purchased elite sx, s. No: 014720. On 2/5/13.
                    Since then there were no problems, and no checkups.in last month our circute board was burnt and was changed. From then onwards there was a problem of stopping the machine by blinking water... Water... I made a complaint and he came and rectify it by power on/off. He did not go to deep verification. The same problem was occurring throughly and we do same by on/off switching.
                    I enquired the local service centre to rectify it. He is telling that warranty period was over and take additional warranty. What is your answer,

                        After 14 days still not closed the complaint number [protected]. Rs enterprise at coimbatore is very very poor response. I would never prefer ifb hereafter. They even ask me to accept the call closed message before attending the problem. Before resolving the complaint they have also billed some supporting accessories which may require in future. Extremely poor behavior.

                          Hi,
                          I got a ifb washing machine on feb month, the person who came for service got money around (2500/-) for stand and cover but i did not receive the product yet. I contacted the customer care and got the manager number. That manager responded that the product is out of stock, once he receive the product he will be delivering. Its been three months am contacting continuously, on may 3 i contacted he said he will get the product by evening and will be delivering next day. But i didnt recevie the product yet. Now his number is switched off and the another number which i received from him to contact, the person is not replying. Other than paying and getting the product immediately, we are suppose to spend extra money by calling them to get the product. Worst customer service from this branded company.

                            I have complained regarding the door of the above dishwasher on )5/05/2017 @13.40

                            The complaint was received by Mr.Vishal Nd told me that the mechanic would contact me within 24 hours

                            on the same day at night @7.00p.m. your service man phoned me and told me that he will be coming @8, 00 p.m. But i told him that since i am out of my residence, he was ready to come on sunday 07/05/2017

                            But till time he has not contacted me

                            I phoned on your call centre no[protected] to day for 7 times but sorry to say that your representatives on call centres are of no use either they donot care about the customer service or they ignore the customers

                            And this is not first time from IFB, since last 5/7 years when i purchased the above machine.

                            I can firmly say that IFB is not at all reliable company in India for after sale service

                            Since taking into consideration the past & present experience fro IFB, I am compalled to approach the media & publish all my experince from IFB

                              The technician attended the complaint and they told that bearing should be replaced. And they told that bearing and spare parts comes under warranty and free of charge. But they ask charge of traveling for technician otherwise to bring the washing machine to service center point. The asking rupees 600 for traveling charge. The distance...

                              I am using ifb washing machine for the last 9 years, i was on amc last year but the service people didn't do any service during the amc period, now when i need a service they said the amc period is over, they didn't informed the amc renewal period to me. I feel i was cheated by the service people due to the lack of proper service during the amc period which leads to the present impaired condition of my machine.

                                    IFB's back to the square one...
                                    Two years after my first dishwasher was replaced by IFB, I am in the same situation again.
                                    The Machine works wonderfully when it's in working conditions but the moment you face any technical issues, you feel like throwing it out of your window...
                                    IFB technicians are not trained enough to repair the machine.
                                    This time the problem is with the rinse aid dispenser.
                                    The first complaint was registered on the 5th of April 2017 on the Customercare number[protected] when I realised that my machine was leaking the rinse aid and I needed to refill it daily. All my utensils turned white due to lack of rinse aid.
                                    No one contacted us for more than 24 hours and I had to call back to the service centre to remind them about the complaint.
                                    The technician visited us on the 7th of April 2017, checked the machine, filled in rinse aid in the dispenser and realised that the light indicating rinse aid refill was still on indicating that dispenser is empty.
                                    He tried opening the panel to fix the problem but could not fix it.
                                    Then he cleaned the machine manually and ran cycle of 60 minutes. On completion of the cycle he told my husband that the problem is solved, ignore the rinse aid indicator, the machine is ready to use. It will take some time for the utensils to come back to normal.
                                    We tried using machine for a week and realised that the problem was not solved.
                                    I contacted the customer care again on the 17th of April 2017
                                    The technician came to us on the 20th of April 2017 to change the part. He changed the part, charged us Rs. 1947 and said that the problem is solved. The receipt was not filled in properly, in place of the part name the technician wrote the name of the firm.
                                    After so called change of the part the problem got worsened, the rinse aid leakage increased drastically. We could see the rinse aid leaking faster than earlier.
                                    The Customercare centre was contacted again on the 25th of April, around 11.50 AM. This time the experience with the service centre was unsatisfactory, and I had to speak to the floor Incharge Mr. Ashok. He promised me that the technician would reach us at the earliest.
                                    We did not receive any response till the 29th April 2017 and we had to call the Customercare centre again, I spoke to Me. Ashok and Floor supervisor Mr. Ali. Mr. Ashok tried to connect me to Mr. Senthil the service centre Incharge in Bangalore, who was clue less about the issue.
                                    Mr. Senthil promised that the technician would visit us the same day. But no one turned up. The Customercare centre was contacted again on the 30th April 2017 and the call was attended by Ms. Priyanka. We were told the technician would visit us on Monday, the 1st May 2017. No one visited us till Tuesday.
                                    We are being told that the machine can't be repaired at home and needs to be taken to the service centre. Every day the team promises to come and take the machine for servicing but no one turns up.
                                    Currently, the machine is in not working condition, utensils are spoilt, we have been paying extra money to the house helper.
                                    Today's status: spoke to Ma. Suma from the Customercare centre who was reluctant to transfer my call to Mr. Ashok or Mr Ali and suggested me to talk to Mr. Nagesh Incharge of the service centre. When I refused to speak to any new person any more my call was transferred to Mr. Ali, who was unaware of the current status of the complaint and told me that he can't promise me any thing today, as it's a Sunday.
