I had purchased a top loading washing machine from IFB store on 6th October 2016. It has not been functioning right, I have made complaints to them, their technician has come and checked it also. the plastic of the inside tub is breaking and spoiling all our clothes. The technicians have gone back saying they will return in 2 days with the replacement part, which has still not happened. I only keep getting calls from them asking if I am satisfied with their service. My machine is under warranty and it needs to be done free of cost, its a new machine!! IFB is just playing around and today giving me wrong numbers of repair people and asking me to followup and call them. this is not my JOB.i WOULD APPRECIATE IF YOU COULD DO SOMETHING TO ESCALATE THIS PROCESS AS THEY ARE NOT HELPING ME.
