I have tried to contact the ifb company in india about a complaint about my ifb mircowave which was registered 3 months ago. Nothing has been done so far. All the contact numbers the company advertised are either nonfunctional or they simply refuse to answer phone. My city is trivandrum, kerala. I tried to contact the ifb manager (Mr suresh kumar) at trivandrum, kerala state, india, mobile no: 0091 [protected]. He is supposed to attend this case, but his mobile is always switched off!! I am so frustrated. My e-mail is [protected]@hotmail.com. Please advise me as to what should be done.

    We are having front load there was some issue so i called up ifb service center (ramanathapur, hyderabad) one mr srikanth (cont no: [protected]) came to me and said there was mother board problem and replaced it and took original mother board with him stating that he have to submit in the office and charged 4000/- as servicing charge. and again it has stopped running after 15 days and once again gave a cal to srikanth and he said to replace once again. i have decided to not give a complaint to servicing center again. i want to know what went wrong whether the spare parts the of ifb company are genuine or servicing person mr srikanth bought and replaced cheap quality mother board. kindly let me know take necessary action.

One of your technician said he is comming to replace the mother board/power board and when i called him he said IFB has taken back the mother board.       I purchased ifb 7.5 kg top loader washing machine from kings electronics, khadakpada, kalyan on 19/06/2016. i got delivery on 21/06/2016. on next day 22/06/2016, ifb representative mr. jitendra singh came for showing demo of washing machine. he handled a new washing machine very badly that my new machine got many scratches. after that, we ordered him a machine trolly and cover and gave him a cheque in favour of 'datar service' and he gave assurity that these products will come on next 8 days.
      Cheque is already cleared on 27/06/2016. but its almost a month now, but my product still not come. we continuously take follow up with ifb customer care. they gave us mr. yogesh's mobile number but he never picked up calls.
      Now i am really fed up with these guys and ifb company. it is the first time that i am facing this problem with any reputed international company.

        Respected sir,

        I m a customer having ifb washing machine for which i had loadged complaint regarding change of drum. It is regret to inform that no one had turned up so far. During last visit from the nearby service centre palakkad, kerala the person attended the problem has explained that the drum is having problem and had asked me to take amc and loadge a complain after 40 days to get the drum changed. Accordingly i have paid rs. 3920/- for the amc. Accordingly i have loadged a fresh complaint over phone at palakkad service centre and further though ivrs which are still pending as unattended.           Water is not pumping in to the detergent powder area and also programming problem. We have repeatedly giving complaint but we are not getting any response from your end. Your service center is asking the complaint number but we are not getting any number from your end. We are unable to use the machine. So you are requested to attend the problem immediately and correct the mistake.

            A complaint was filed on 27 th june 2016.. Immediately we got a msg stating that complaint number is [protected] and technician will attend soon.. But after repeated call for two days technician came and said a tube has to be replaced.. Next day the technician called and said he is coming to replace the tube.. But till date he has not come... When we called the office nobody is taking the phone... Again when contacted customercare, they said complaint has been closed.. Again they registered another complaint on 13th of july... Then also nobody came..20 th june got a msg from ifb saying problem has been resolved for which i replied no and they replied that complaint has been placed in esclaratory cell and will be resolved soon.. Got a call also stating the same... But no one came to attend the complaint.. On 23 rd july again i contacted customer care and they a complaint has been again registered.. They gave a contact number of a senior officer which we are contacting for the last 3 days.. Yesterday technician called and said he is attending a complaint nearby and will come after that... But tiil now he has not come...

              I m umapathy from coimbatore. I am using ifb fully automatic washing machine, it get repaired on 15/7/16. I registered complaint on that day itself they gave complaint number: [protected]. My customer id number: 3667026.
              But they are not responding my complaint. I call them daily for service but they told service man will come on evening but no one attend the service. Customer service is worst & very poor in coimbatore.

                I own a washing machine ifb senorita plus and have signed and amc with ifb industries limited for 2 years.In the past 2 months, since i shifted to bangalore, i have been having too many issues regarding the service from ifb.
                My recent ticket number is[protected] dated 22nd july. Every time i raise a complaint, the technician arrives (A different one each time) and finds issue with a different part. He goes back saying he will talk to the officials and get the part the next day. And everytime we need to make a dozen calls before the technician arrives. And ultimately he tells us there is another fault and he will talk to the officials and get back the next day. And the story continues……
                Pathetic….. Disgusting………highly unreliable……. Is how i would rate ifb customer care….

                  Even after paying for amc, there is no use and we haven't used the machine for single time.
                  After calling the ifb service person, he advised that the sacapsor and other parts is not working properly, which cost more than rs. 4000.
                  Hence the service person suggested to enroll in the amc, as the cost of amc will be around rs. 3900 for 2 years. Paid on 18th feb 2015 via cheque.
                  After signing the amc, the service person told that one month latter only he can attend the fault. Its the internal procedure.
                  After one month, upon several followup, another service person came and used few powder pockets and charged for that.
                  He said it has to run, as he has other service calls he left immediately.
                  Its not at all working on the same day as well. Is this the way of earning money.
                  Its been a year. Still we have not run the washing machine for a single time.
                  What is the point in having amc, when the machine is not working.
                  Again contacted customer care, and today received phone call from service center from guduvancherry asking for the bill.
                  Contacted again, they gave me the email which all mails not delivered. [protected]@ibfglobal.com
                  Again contacted customer care they gave me a chennai head office phone number which no one responded.
                  Now the customer service person from guduvancherry is saying that they have take new franchise, i've paid to the previous service center.

                  Never ever buy if washing machine. The service is bad they try cheat you always. You should make number of calls before they attend you. Even the service people are very rude, they behave as if they are doing for free

                      Dear team,
                      This is very sad to write you mails over and over again and not getting any revert, this is very dis satisfying for a ifb user and is making me loosing trust in such good brand. I have filed 3 complaints regrading an e4 error been occurred in my top loading ifb washing machine. Few technicians visited and after changing many parts the washing machine is still showing the same error. First of all it takes several efforts and calls to ensure the technicians visit to check the machine. And after several visits they are not qualified/equipped enough to solve the problem. Its been 5 months the problem persists. Pleas find below the complain numbers:

                      Dear IFB Team,

                      Another ticket for the same Error (E4) has been raised, technician visited, but seems no one has a solution to the this problem. I fail to understand why has IFB designed such error codes when no one is able to crack.
                      Its been more than 4 months the problem persists and I have been really harassed by the irresponsible behavior of the company.
                      Tell me one reason why I should not file a legal case against IFB.

                        I lodged a complaint with IFB regarding the abrupt stoppage of my machine on 25.07.16. On opening the door I found that the drum is not able to rotate properly and is getting stuck. It is somewhat misaligned I suppose. I was told that someone from IFB will be contacting me within 24 hours but when no one turned up, I called at the customer care again. I was assured that the job has already been allocated to a technician and that he will be contacting us in next 2 hours. the two hours have already passed still no call came from any technician. I have even registered the complaint with the website "Assistance form" as well but no response came from there too.

                        I am not sure how many followups they need. My 4 year 100% warranty will expire on 31.07.16. I worry that they have planned to come after that so that the warranty gets expired. CAN ANYONE PLZ HELP ME OUT HOW TO ESCALATE THE MATTER TO THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT?

                        This is the pathetic customer care service I am receiving from IFB. Its products are good but customer satisfaction level is 0. Would never recommend it to anyone.

                          This is in reference to the following complains about ifb-diswasher naptunevx which i have purchased from ifb-point, shop no 249 2nd floor gip mall sec a, sector 38, noida, uttar pradesh 201301 on[protected]copy of the bills attached).

                          On first instance i was supplied a defective piece where most part were broken.
                          In weeks time another piece was supplied to us which has technical defect, quality issue. while washing all the soap is stick to the plates and body of dishwasher (photographs attached).

                          I made several requests in order for technical support. the technical person visiting our house is not competent and able to resolve the issue.

                          We had been using another brand dishwasher before but never faced such issues.

                          I purchased the dishwasher to support our daily burden and not to increase. a. we are washing all the utensils again after the dishwasher wash as all the soap is stick to the plates (photographs attached). b. routine follow up in this regards. i am very much frustrated following up.

                          I request you to kindly replace this defective piece with another good quality piece or provide refund.

                            On 13th July 2016 I had raised a request to send a technician to check if machine is worKing properly. He just replaced the softener. Since then my machine is showing error msg and water is leaking from it. I contacted him again. He said valve needs to be replaced and he will do it the next day. He neither turned up not received calls. So I raised a complaint again on 22nd july (complaint no[protected]. Since then I have called numerous times but no one has turned up. It is highly irritating.

                            I am sorry to say that your service is really pathetic. My machine is Not been working from past 12 days and clothes are piling up. Very annoying.

                            I have read similar numerous complaints of other users in the past .I think it has been your trend to render bad service. Hope you don't continue this trend and resolve the issue I am facing ASAP.

                              I purchased ifb front loading washing machine in nov 2012. Since than many times it has became faulty and all the major parts (Motor, electronic pcb etc) of this machine have been changed. Due to this reason i write a mail to [protected]@ifbglobal.com on 16 th july 2016 to replace the machine as in just a span of 3 and half year every major part of machine nedded to be replaced, then how will this machine will function normally in future.                                 My complaint id : 18115342
                                I made a complaint regarding my washing machine on 17th july 2016 and my problem has not been solved yet. I made a numerous calls to your customer care center still no solution. They gave me some mr. Bhim's and that person is very much ill-mannered as he has no manners to talk to the customers. Hats off to your staff. This guy need to be fired asap.
                                All these are causing great inconvenience and i feel cheated. I, therefore, request you to remove the fault asap or replace it for a new one as per the conditions of guarantee certificate.

                                This is my first product of ifb and probably the last one also.

                                  Ref : invoice no. 225 (Without tin or service tax no.), dated 6th june / work order no. 1441009... (Cannot be understood further as scribbled).
                                  We own a washing machine which is over 20 years old, which came to us when my sister won the 1997 miss india contest. Ifb were official sponsorer in those days.
                                  Appreciate the life of the machine and the company to have made an excellent product that lasted long enough with all the servicing and support till 2 months ago when i had a bad experience with your service centre.
                                  I am not sure if these are fake people in the market saying they are exclusive ifb service centre based out of kormanagala (No. 95, 5th main, 6th cross. Bangalore 95). (Sea gram’s service) as its tough to believe that ifb has such cheats in the company.
                                  Incidence – june 2nd 2016, called for general service as we realize service has been long due. June 6th 2016, service person (Mr srikant – ph. 33722824 / [protected]) walks in to check the machine after we have checked the id card and verified.
                                  After checking suggests to go in for an amc, for 2 years at 4880/- (Details mentioned above) and tells about the 2 to 3 parts that has to be replaced. Total invoice including warranty made at 7885/-. Cash paid 5629 on demand and told to pay balance after completion of task. Promises to come within 24 or 48 hours for the same.
                                  2 follows were done on 8th june and 10th june, no news, no calls, no updates. Excuse given on calling, either part not there or come up with imp work. After loosing my patient am connected to gm mr bhatt ([protected]), highly unprofessional. On demanding higher up contact details says no authiroty higher. Promises to get work done immediately.
                                  20th june i receive call from srikanth, part arrived (Mind you till then no updates) and will come within evening and fix it. Today is 25th july when i write to you. Its going to be 2 months.
                                  Action required – check if fake or actual agents, need to know from the higher up management for this inefficiency before i take up further detailing. Awaiting information. If they are fake, then they are spoiling the companies image, pls confirm.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I own a ifb senator washing machine since a long time and had asked for a routine servicing on 27th june 2017 ticket no 18016464.
                                    The service technician from ifb kankarbagh, patna visited and inspected the machine.
                                    He observed that the drain cap on the left side bottom could not be opened and upon his further investigation, said that the pump which had the drain cap was of a different model of ifb w/machine and it was just hanging on open wires. He declined to do any modifications or service.
                                    We had got the w/machine serviced earlier quite some time back by ifb technician & upon their advise had to renew the motor and pump assembly and i suspect that due to some reason a wrong spare pump was fitted by him supplied by your office. I also inquired about this issue with him and he said that there was a person in kankarbagh ifb service centre who was doing wrong things and now his services has been terminated by you and it must be him who may have done the wrong doing. The service completion report was suitably remarked by me in ink with some details on it.
                                    Please review it at your end.
                                    Since it was a dangerous situation and electric shock or fire could result by using the washing machine, we stopped using it and upon his advise requested for a replacement of the wrong part (Pump and motor assembly) free of charge vide service request ticket no 18124040 on 19th july 2016.
                                    The service technician did not visit at all. To our surprize on the 21st july 2016 upon inquiry for time of attendance of technician your complaint section stated that we have declined service and refused any attention to the technician. This is completely false.
                                    Your complaint section now registered a new complaint upon further begging for service vide ticket no 18135419 on 21st july 2016.
                                    Again no technician has attended so far till date and false assurances by kankarbagh patna service centre and your good office's complaint section is being given telephonically that he will attend tomorrow, whereas tomorrow never comes.
                                    We are facing inconvenience due to non availablity of a working washing machine and danger to life and property by electrocution and fire if some servant inadvertantly switches it on.
                                    You are hereby requested to take due immediate action and do the needful and get the washing machine operational in a safe and good manner or else provide reasons to me for not proceeding for further appropraite action.
                                    Mr. Narsimha (Manager) from your complaint department has in continuation promised us that suitable service will conducted on monday 25th july 2016.
                                    I regret to inform you that if this does not happen then we cannot wait any further and would request for full refund of amount of my washing machine since no after sales service is being provided by you.

                                      We buy 9.5 kg fully automatic washing machine from a dealer in ludhiana. After three months, it stopped working. Sent complaint to your local office dtd 4 july and till today i. E 22nd july, no one bothered to reply.
                                      After sending so many remiders on their toll free number, it seems company is more interested in selling goods but never bother to offer after sales service.

                                      This is my last ifb product.
