Even after paying for amc, there is no use and we haven't used the machine for single time.
After calling the ifb service person, he advised that the sacapsor and other parts is not working properly, which cost more than rs. 4000.
Hence the service person suggested to enroll in the amc, as the cost of amc will be around rs. 3900 for 2 years. Paid on 18th feb 2015 via cheque.
After signing the amc, the service person told that one month latter only he can attend the fault. Its the internal procedure.
After one month, upon several followup, another service person came and used few powder pockets and charged for that.
He said it has to run, as he has other service calls he left immediately.
Its not at all working on the same day as well. Is this the way of earning money.
Its been a year. Still we have not run the washing machine for a single time.
What is the point in having amc, when the machine is not working.
Again contacted customer care, and today received phone call from service center from guduvancherry asking for the bill.
Contacted again, they gave me the email which all mails not delivered. [protected]@ibfglobal.com
Again contacted customer care they gave me a chennai head office phone number which no one responded.
Now the customer service person from guduvancherry is saying that they have take new franchise, i've paid to the previous service center.
Shame on you guys.
