My IFB was machine got a complaint of not draining water.when we registered a complaint with customer service two technicians came after two days and they said shock absorber need to be replaced and took 3000 RS.After that they never turned up.It is almost two weeks.They avoid my calls and lie that they will do it soon.Such a poor service IFB has got in Mahadevapura, Bangalore.Advice not to purchase IFB, not because of machine quality but the poor service.

    Hi, I am using IFB fully automatic Front load washing machine.. From last one year, we are facing so many issues, so I called IFB customer care they sent technicians from universal services and suggested to pay 7000 for three years service contract..I paid money and got that service after one month again problem started and this time, universal service guys are not answering any calls and not attending to provide service
    I tried to call them almost 20 times all they do is just ignore my call .Can someone suggest necessary action

      Dear ifb team,

      My self pawan kumar and i was purchase ifb split ac due to ifb brand value, but i experience that very very poor service from ifb service center, i have logged request many time to customer care and service centre, but no body responding, my ac free service not done from the date of purchasing, last time call receive from jairam ([protected]) for my ac free service but no body comes and when i call that number than receive a lady i think who is customer service executive, she said that "pls send me your address where ac service would be done", i was sent at same time, but today 1 month has gone but no body comes and when i calls to that executive number than no body pick my phone, and you customer care number[protected] is not getting connect from long time pls confirm that...

      Is this my fault that i was purchase ac from ifb,

      Very very poor bad service.


      Pls help...

        I got a Ifb dishwasher 2 years back and the panel is not working . It's more than a month since I placed a complaint asking for service the Ifb customer service is so poor and worst and highly disappointing that they never came to help with this issue, I reached out offce nd gave our dishwasher to get it repaired and calling on a daily basis and they do not bother to respond if they have started working on it too, , I have lg products at home and never felt any issue with those products even if issue raised service from lg was good. Despite several warning from my friends on poor Ifb service I went ahead and got the Ifb dishwasher .. Now I deeply regret buying Ifb product . Highly disappointing service with no response at all..         This issue is still not resolved. The guy called Gopal from my place who holds the complaint has still not resolved this neither attending calls. I truly regret buying Ifb dishwasher my wife's health is getting worst. I thought this would be of help but this has become a total pain even Ifb agent who was sending sorry fr the inconvience caused has stopped replying. Than sending sorry forward msgs can you really look into this. Someone pl take this till Ifb chair person on their worst service.. I am so fed up nd disturbed since months you take my machine nd refund my amount I would rather buy a better product. Truly annoying highly disappointed. Strongly recommend people not to buy Ifb.

          I purchased one above set from udaya agencies kazhakkuttom, trivandrun dt. On 13/04/2009. I registered a complaint about increasing of sound on spin mode in the month of february 2016. Afterwards i reminded so many times to call centre and your service centre also. Unfortunately no action was taken so far. Now i am not in a position to use it.
          Please take necessary action to get it repaired. A m c is also covered.

            I had purchased an ifb 1.5 t split air conditioner on 10.06.2015 fromyadav el. Rawatbhata, rajasthan-323307. Ac is not cooling. R care and also to the shop keeper on 20.05.2016 and reminded on 21.05.16 but the same has not been attended till date.

              I had Complaint in your customer care call center no regarding washing machine Complaint& service center technician person, several times.
              After that i Informed ASM and RSM (Rotn) also but both were not taken any actions, about my complaint.
              *very pathetic.
              *Very very worst service
              *worst service center and executives (unethical employees un qualified employees )
              *Irresponsible Managers.

The worst part is that the people who come to deliver speak rudely and in rough language even if it is there mistake. So i request not to go for ifb product because of it worst service. And i[censored] give for service see to it that the product which they have promised you for replacement is genuine or not because they charge you very high but they don't give.                   This is a complaint against ifb señorita sx 6 kg front loading washing machine that i had purchased in feb’12.
                  I usually operate the machine after 6 pm after returning from office. On 3.6.16 i programmed it for 1 hr 52 minute wash cycle. I saw it running when the time left was 25 minutes. There was no alarm/beep/noise or any other sound to indicate any malfunctioning of the machine. When i opened the bathroom door after 10 minutes, to my utter shock and surprise, a thick smoke was coming out from all sides of the washing machine. There was also bad burning smell all over the place. I immediately switched the main power supply off and turned off the machine knob.
                  It is incredibly frightening to think that had i not come in time, this could have turned into an ugly fire accident.
                  After an investigation by your service engineer it is reported that the smoke could be due to some electrical fault/short circuit in the panel which meant the machine didn’t trigger an mcb trip in case of short circuit.
                  This is a matter of grave concern as it could have easily turned into a mishappening as my old mother in law who is unable to move on her own was sleeping in the attached room. I expect the company higher ups to intervene and get a thorough investigation done into the matter. It is some manufacturing defect due to which the machine did not trigger an mcb trip and power-cut off. You are requested to immediately send your able service engineer for repairing/replacing the faulty part as it is company’s fault which could have resulted in major loss to me.

                      Hello ifb,
                      I am a customer since from last year, taken washing machine. I requesting general service from last 3 weeks, but customer care not taking right action. I requested to visit technicians on saturday's but they used to call me on my office working time. Also they said me you take service request one day before. So this time i do requested on friday but no technician called or informed on today when they visit.., they call when they want. Also customer care should sent some kind of message - like to whom service is assigned, his contact, when and what time he coming for service etc...
                      Today waited full day and then i called to your customer care, they gave me number ([protected] - name raghavendar) to call technician. He is unable receive my call, i called several time and then again i called customer care and then i got one more technician number ([protected], naem-ajan) he too not received call. Finally at 3pm i got some other number call - ([protected] - periyappa).. So that time i am away from home and i requested to come after 5pm, then i called 5pm. Then he say he come in 30min. Still now he not came. I wasted hole day, i lost my currency..
                      Its really shameful, poor service and customer support. I not expected from ifb, ifb should know customer service is primary things than doing things... Sorry, i not encourage my relatives/known people to buy any product from ifb...

                        I have purchased 1.5 t split a.c. from RPG Electrade, Yusuf Sarai New Delhi-110016 on 8.4.16 on instalment basis. After that I have made many complaints regarding heavy sound from indoor and outdoor unit but no fruitful result has come till date. Now, AC is not cooling properly. Every time company's personnel come and assure to completely resolve the complaint satisfactorily but all in vain. It is requested to kindly change the a.c. at the earliest. I am feeling very mental stress about complaining again and again.

                          Our complaint attended after 7 days, that also problem has not resolved, the technician asked us to sign the job card, which we have not done, inspite of that we have received sms from customer care that our problem has been resolved.

                            I have purchased one ifb make micro woven from fare shop near shakuntala park, behala, kolkata – 700061 on 29th may, 2016.
                            The same was bought vide cash memo no. 3215 dated 29.05.2016 and logged in to ifb for demonstration vide ticket no. [protected].
                            Their representative visited us on 30th may and while demonstration found one pcb got damaged and the machine was not working.
                            We requested for a replacement and reported in the same language and the representative went away providing us the customer care no. Till date although we have contacted at their toll free no. And the regional office number and also the shop owner but no proper response received from any office.

                            Request you to please help me to get proper service since i could buy the same with my hard earned money and oblige.

                              Sir i placed an on line order for ifb liquid fuff detergent on 8th may and i received a conformation mail for my id with order no[protected] and after that i received a call from anusha asking my address which i provided andshe told me that the product willbe delivered by 17thof may and till this day i haven't received my product i ordered the product online.when i called the customer care to enquire about the matter i came to know that it has been delivered i didnot receive the product .this is not the first time it is happening when ever i placed the order the samething is happening so i think some fraud is taking place please go trough the matter and do tne needful to solve the problem

                                Dear sir,
                                I had purchased an ifb 1.5 t split air conditioner on 08.04.2016 from rpg electrade pvt. Ltd., shop no. 2, dav school bldg., yusuf sarai, new delhi-110016. After installation, there is a heavy sound from ac. After that i had made various complaint to the company's customer care and also to the shop keeper. 3/4 times company personnel attended the complaint but the same has not been resolved till date. Recently, i had again lodged a complaint to the customer care and also to the shop keeper on 20.05.2016 and reminded on 21.05.16 but the same has not been attended till date. Again i have lodged complaint in customer care on 27.05.16. I do not understand why a complaint is not being resolved satisfactorily till date. It is requested to kindly resolve the complaint/change the ac at the earliest. Now i have again lodged a complaint in customer care on 01.06.2016.

                                My name is omprakash kukreja. I have purchased a split 1.5 AC on 8.4.16 from RPG electrade pvt. ltd. yusuf sarai, new delhi-16.I am not satisfied with the after sale service of the ifb company. I have purchased split 1.5 T ac on 8.4.16. They are not resolving the complaint even after making 5/6 complaints. AC is not working properly.

                                  I called up customer care three times and they are really making fool of customers and no proper response, [31/05/2016 at 8:38 pm for 1st time]: customer executive has asked about problem and i have provided information later that no response from executive and waited for 3 mins. So i have decided to disconnect call and disconnected

                                  [31/05/2016 at 8:41 pm for 2nd time]:
                                  This time other customer executive asked same and same issue no response again

                                  [31/05/2016 at 8:41 pm for 3rd time]: this time one of the excutive asked same and he said that our application is down so call after sometime so i asked him to transfer the call to his supervisor he said he is not in office...


                                  This is how ifb is making fool of customers and they don't even care about the people problems with thier appliances... They just want to sell thier uselesss products to customers dats it

                                  I really fed up with ifb and will provide worst feed back which i got from ifb to my frinds who really wants to buy this brand

                                    Dear Sir, I have purchased IFB 38ltrs Micro wave oven SRC1 MWO fro light corner shop patna on dated 9th May 2016.. but sorry to say despite our several reminder follow up by phone for home demo but till now no body came in my home jamui.
                                    one person came but he refused to give the demo and he told i am technician i don't know about cooking system, first time i saw this model. he is taken only a photograph with oven and go back.

                                    So please send a demo boy to my home for demo as per company policy.

                                      Our washingmachine - recently brought within warranty period, after several attempt to reach proper serivce centre at last the person from "swayum" service centre came and told us to replace front electronic panel... Since our machine is under warranty it can be replaced... But ithas been more than 3 months no one is turned up... And the nentioned service centre working persons or sweepers not even have courtesy to attend with due respect to the customer especially"buvaneshwari"... Hope only employee can take or attend a call not the scavengers or sweepers...
