My customer code is 4099539 model 23bc3 amc taken by global solutions by engr name r.Mani from 02/02/2016-01/02/2018 i made the complaint on march 30 2016 no one came second complaint on 08/04/2016 no.[protected] in that one lady name rekha promised to send the technician but no one came again in the tollfree made complaint [protected] on 17/05/2016 until now no one came i thought ifb service is good so bought it but now fed up if you people dont have the parts why entertain customers to buy the oven feel very sorry to say very poor service for such big company

    Hello ifb,
    I am a customer since from last year, taken washing machine. I requesting general service from last 3 weeks, but customer care not taking right action. I requested to visit technicians on saturday's but they used to call me on my office working time. Also they said me you take service request one day before. So this time i do requested on friday but no technician called or informed on today when they visit.., they call when they want. Also customer care should sent some kind of message - like to whom service is assigned, his contact, when and what time he coming for service etc...
    Today waited full day and then i called to your customer care, they gave me number ([protected] - name raghavendar) to call technician. He is unable receive my call, i called several time and then again i called customer care and then i got one more technician number ([protected], naem-ajan) he too not received call. Finally at 3pm i got some other number call - ([protected] - periyappa).. So that time i am away from home and i requested to come after 5pm, then i called 5pm. Then he say he come in 30min. Still now he not came. I wasted hole day, i lost my currency..
    Its really shameful, poor service and customer support. I not expected from ifb, ifb should know customer service is primary things than doing things... Sorry, i not encourage my relatives/known people to buy any product from ifb...

      I have purchased 1.5 t split a.c. from RPG Electrade, Yusuf Sarai New Delhi-110016 on 8.4.16 on instalment basis. After that I have made many complaints regarding heavy sound from indoor and outdoor unit but no fruitful result has come till date. Now, AC is not cooling properly. Every time company's personnel come and assure to completely resolve the complaint satisfactorily but all in vain. It is requested to kindly change the a.c. at the earliest. I am feeling very mental stress about complaining again and again.

        Our complaint attended after 7 days, that also problem has not resolved, the technician asked us to sign the job card, which we have not done, inspite of that we have received sms from customer care that our problem has been resolved.

        On top of every thing, we are having service contract for 2 years, amc no 1255 dt 23/10/14, icr noi 6780. Valid til 22/10/16.

          Refrigerator problem

          I had purchased an ifb refrigerator (Probably model no. 446edwdls) on 27th july, 2013. The lower door of this refrigerator got detached of its own (Came off its hinges) on 30th june, 2016. Not even a single scratch is there on the whole body of this refrigerator. Complaint was filed with ifb customer care on 30th june with ticket id as 17895074 at 8pm.           I have purchased one ifb make micro woven from fare shop near shakuntala park, behala, kolkata – 700061 on 29th may, 2016.
          The same was bought vide cash memo no. 3215 dated 29.05.2016 and logged in to ifb for demonstration vide ticket no. [protected].
          Their representative visited us on 30th may and while demonstration found one pcb got damaged and the machine was not working.
          We requested for a replacement and reported in the same language and the representative went away providing us the customer care no. Till date although we have contacted at their toll free no. And the regional office number and also the shop owner but no proper response received from any office.

          Request you to please help me to get proper service since i could buy the same with my hard earned money and oblige.

            Sir i placed an on line order for ifb liquid fuff detergent on 8th may and i received a conformation mail for my id with order no[protected] and after that i received a call from anusha asking my address which i provided andshe told me that the product willbe delivered by 17thof may and till this day i haven't received my product i ordered the product online.when i called the customer care to enquire about the matter i came to know that it has been delivered i didnot receive the product .this is not the first time it is happening when ever i placed the order the samething is happening so i think some fraud is taking place please go trough the matter and do tne needful to solve the problem

              Dear sir,
              I had purchased an ifb 1.5 t split air conditioner on 08.04.2016 from rpg electrade pvt. Ltd., shop no. 2, dav school bldg., yusuf sarai, new delhi-110016. After installation, there is a heavy sound from ac. After that i had made various complaint to the company's customer care and also to the shop keeper. 3/4 times company personnel attended the complaint but the same has not been resolved till date. Recently, i had again lodged a complaint to the customer care and also to the shop keeper on 20.05.2016 and reminded on 21.05.16 but the same has not been attended till date. Again i have lodged complaint in customer care on 27.05.16. I do not understand why a complaint is not being resolved satisfactorily till date. It is requested to kindly resolve the complaint/change the ac at the earliest. Now i have again lodged a complaint in customer care on 01.06.2016.

                I called up customer care three times and they are really making fool of customers and no proper response, [31/05/2016 at 8:38 pm for 1st time]: customer executive has asked about problem and i have provided information later that no response from executive and waited for 3 mins. So i have decided to disconnect call and disconnected

                [31/05/2016 at 8:41 pm for 2nd time]:
                This time other customer executive asked same and same issue no response again

                [31/05/2016 at 8:41 pm for 3rd time]: this time one of the excutive asked same and he said that our application is down so call after sometime so i asked him to transfer the call to his supervisor he said he is not in office...


                This is how ifb is making fool of customers and they don't even care about the people problems with thier appliances... They just want to sell thier uselesss products to customers dats it

                I really fed up with ifb and will provide worst feed back which i got from ifb to my frinds who really wants to buy this brand

                  Dear Sir, I have purchased IFB 38ltrs Micro wave oven SRC1 MWO fro light corner shop patna on dated 9th May 2016.. but sorry to say despite our several reminder follow up by phone for home demo but till now no body came in my home jamui.
                  one person came but he refused to give the demo and he told i am technician i don't know about cooking system, first time i saw this model. he is taken only a photograph with oven and go back.

                    Our washingmachine - recently brought within warranty period, after several attempt to reach proper serivce centre at last the person from "swayum" service centre came and told us to replace front electronic panel... Since our machine is under warranty it can be replaced... But ithas been more than 3 months no one is turned up... And the nentioned service centre working persons or sweepers not even have courtesy to attend with due respect to the customer especially"buvaneshwari"... Hope only employee can take or attend a call not the scavengers or sweepers...

                      The above mentioned machine is purchased in 2013, now its not functioning and its showing error as" DOOR".

                      It comes under warranty.

                      I have contacted the service person 2 weeks before, but I have yet to received any services,

                        I am extremely frustrated with five months of follow up with ifb services, problem is not solved yet.

                        They attended the complaint on january 2016, and did a service for rs. 3, 500. Still the motor sound was high, so the service person nagaraj advised us to go with amc.
                        And we booked a amc for rs. 5, 500.

                        Then when we gave a complaint after 40 days, they told that the motor will not be covered under amc.
                        In that case why did the service person advice to take amc. Is it only to get the money. If the service person don't know fully about amc why do they tell about it.

                        Then after long frustrating conversations and follow ups, there was no progress, and we paid around rs.3800 for the motor.

                        The service centre never took anything seriously, never sent any service person again.
                        By the time it was april 2016, when another service person came and told that the drum is not in good condition.
                        As the machine was not used for 4 months the drum has got damaged, and this is because the ifb service's carelessness and not attending the issue in time.

                        After few weeks another service person came with a drum, when checked it was an old drum removed from some other washing machine. We did not accept to replace with an old drum.

                        It has been five months completed from the day of complaint and there is no response from ifb.
                        I am following up daily with them, and they say some reason that the parts are not ready, or the in-charge person is not available.

                        Whatever it is, it wont take more than 5 months to fix a washing machine. So far i have spent totally around rs. 13, 000, and waited five months, still the issue is not fixed.
                        This shows how efficiently the ifb service is functioning. The people at service centre don't care about the customer. There is no proper hierarchy or next level, where a customer can complain if there is any issues.

                        If this issue is not solved soon, i will go for legal remedies.

                          My name is Soumya Thomas, from Ernakulam Kerala. I am a government employee. I am very unhappy about ifb services. I had registered a complaint regarding my washing machine almost two months ago. I am not upset that the machine is still not working, but very much aggrieved that no service person has come to atleast see what the problem is. As my husband is a seafarer, his mobile number (registered number with you) will not be always available and hence I had given my mobile number ([protected]) instead while registering the complaint.

                          The worth part is that I had contact a regional service person citing the above, about 2/3 weeks back. Though the person had assured service, there was no response thereafter.

                          This is not expected from such a reputed company.

                            I am extremely dishearten to experience the poor service of ifb in lucknow. I have been struggling from last 2 months to get my washing machine repaired. My amc got expired on 11th apr which i got renew on 15th apr, had logged a complaint on 30th apr followed by 5th may, finally the guy visited to replace the belt which got broken. Immediately after he left, my machine stopped working, since then i have been trying to reach you guys.

                              This is kumar from Bangalore. I have purchased a IFB front loading washing machine and after the warranty expired, i have got into AMC

                              with IFB by paying 3000/- rs.


                              Now i have got a problem in my washine machine for which i raised a complaint on 30/04/2016. The ticket number is [protected].
                              But the same was not attended to and the ticket was closed without intimating me or consulting me and even without attending to the

                              issue

                              Now, I had to again contact the call center to lodge a second complaint, ticket number [protected] raised on 23/05/2016.

                              This time around its been 9 days now and there is no update except that the technician calls up and says the required item is not in

                              stock and will be replaced in a day or two.
                              Inspite of repeated follow ups, the technicians only say that they will attend to the request in 2 days bt the story is same...No

                              response or resolution


                              Even after 9 days of the second complaint, nobody turned up. Whenever i call the technician or his service center, they either dont

                              pick the call or say it will be replaced the next day. I have now made close to 15 calls to various people but to no avail

                              THE MOST SHOCKING THING IS THAT MY SECOND COMPLAINT TOO ([protected] ) IS NOW CLOSED WITHOUT BEING SERVICED AND LOOKED INTO. THEY DIDNT

                              EVEN INFORM ME. PATHETIC...

                              This is the most pathetic handling of customer I have ever seen and want immediate action to get the machine rectified after all IFB

                              is not going charity instead they have charged us 3000/- rs for such service.

                              If required I shall furnish the details of the technicians who have talked to me multiple times but havenot fixed the issue

                              MY request to IFB is to completely abolish or remove the franchise model of servicing requests for AMC machines as these ppl are

                              really useless and money makers and nothing else, bringing the IFB brand to disrepute

                                I have purchased a IFB Eva aqua SX LDT front load fully automatic 6kg washing machine/Sr No. 012291 from popular retail shop "Vasanth & Co" on 22 May 2016 but they have delivered a broken/damaged washing machine to me. Two days later couple of person came from IFB for installation and they unboxed, noticed and informed me that it is broken. Then I went to retail shop to complaint, they said that it would be replaced by IFB itself and they have sent my details to IFB. Laterly a person call from IFB named "Praveen Raja" and asked me to send my details, machine serial number and bill copy via whatsapp. I did as like he wish. He said that it would be delivered in 2 days. but everyday when I enquired about my machine, he used to say by tomorrow or today. And today 27 May 2016, a women called from IFB and verified my delivery address. but until now, I haven't received my machine yet. what the hell I did wrong in this? choosing the IFB over other product only the wrong thing i had made. can any one please help me to take legal action on them?

                                  I have bought IFB 1 ton split AC in April 2015 from satisfaction, Kolkata got installed at saltlake, kolkata. Just after 1 year passed now the AC is not getting start as Remote control showing no indicator. i have already changed batteries, but no result. my customer id in IFB is 11025392 .
                                  I have already booked complaint on customer care number with ticket no. [protected] on 24.05.2016. But nobody attended.
                                  Can i hope to get the reason for what remote is not working, can any help over phone to verify it any minor mistake.
                                  My family abusing me for buying product of IFB as they suggested to buy LG product.
                                  Now I am feeling cheated and great looser.

                                    Sir mere pas ifb ki washing machine h uski amc ki hui h 21st may ko mere dwara online complaint book ki tachnician ne check kar bataya ki timer kharab h badalna hoga. 2 din bad wo timer lekar aya but wo diffective tha machine thik nai hui wo phir 25 ko 2nd time timer lekar aya doosra timer bhi diffective tha aur machine sahi nai hui. ab bol rahe h ki 7 din lagenge naya timer aane me. since i am working lady mujhe bahut pareshani ho rahi h kapde nai dhul pa rahe h. pl advice me.

                                      We brought a washing machine 5 months ago, it is working fine but the connection between tap and pipe which supplies water to washing machine is not properly fitted by tech nation of ifb or the problem in product.. We have lodge complain regarding same the complain no. Is 17852263 trough ifb care. The service engineer contact us and demanded 500 rupees for the product. Why should i pay these amount if the machine is under warranty.
