IFB Washing machine (Eva Aqua) under AMC. Broke down 1 week ago. Repeated attempts by phone to customer care, no response. No one answers the phone to register the problem. We phoned about 20 times yesterday alone both from mobile and landline. No response.
This is the worst customer care service ever. We should start a nation wide campaign via social media to make future customers aware of the extremely pathetic customer care service by IFB, so that nobody buys their products.

    We have purchased IFB washing Machine in OCT 2021, But we are not satisfy with the service of machine as the color and quality of the fabric deteriorating day by day.
    We have already complaint on IFB Customer Care, they have visited two times after lots of followup, but we are not getting any kind of solution and proper feedback from IFB, and now a days IFB customer care manager not receiving my calls.

      We are facing same issue with IFB microwave oven service. Our oven is in warranty.

      The customer care never told us earlier that just by seeing the oven without even touching the oven the visiting person will take 354 Rs.

      He told that you have to change complete circuit of Rs 1800 . There is no physical damage in Oven.
      I am not sure how the diagnosis can be done without touching the equipment. We have been duped in the name of equipment service by IFB.
      They took Rs 354 from us without even touching the oven.
      We spoke to customer care as well.

        We purchased a washing machine in Oct 2017, On friday, 28 Jan'2022 we requested IFB to come and repair the issue. But service person has taken the mother board and ran away, since then there numbers are switched off.
        They told us that we need to check it with ifb and repair it there we'll come back by next day

          I have lodge complaint with IFB on 26.01.2022 and next day person visited. He told some part are not working and will replace. I am waiting since last 6 days for replace the parts under warrenty. I call representative and he told IFB company is still no given parts.

          I have already write email to higher authorities of IFB around 10 times including MD and CEO but no response. Also called to kolkatta head office but they are also telling engineer will visist. Now I have tried all option but no support from IFB. I have never seen such type of worst services . Plz do not buy ifb product.. They will not provide services...

                My washing machine having problem in its shock absorber as per service person he adjusted the same but it was not permanent solution. I had done AMC to replace spare parts and get it done but from last 2 months service centre telling they don't have spare parts and not attending the said problem. While running machine it shifted from one place to another due to high vibration.

                  Too much vibration and noise in the machine while running. Detergent panel's lamination is damaged and the technician has mentioned it as irreplaceable. Also technicians are not trained enough to attend the complain. They give a reason that the product is in such a way only. Cannot remotely connect to the wifi as mentioned in the instruction manual.

                    We registered multiple complaints for the repair and they even showed up.
                    They do not have one of the parts and later they stopped replying to our queries.

                      I brought IFB Washing front load about 7 years back .The machine had no problem and was used 4 days back. Yesterday when we went to use the machine we noticed the front door had cracked. We have not done anything and this is very risky. We did not hear any sound hence cant say. but ELENA 8kgs 1000Rpm Front door glass broken condition and glass is cracked. The machine is not under warranty but such a problem should not occur as this isn't our mistake. On calling the customer care the lady has been quite rude. Please look into this matter urgently as this could cause a huge mishap.

                      I would request IFB to take this seriously and get back to us to avoid further escalations.
                      Please check your product as this is unsafe and we have read quite a lot of complaints regarding this.

                        Sorry to mentioned but since few days had experienced the disgusting customer service for ifb washing machine
                        In 2014 we brought ifb washing machines
                        Few days back machine suddenly stopped we called customer service centre
                        The technician came had have replaced one part n did some setting have taken 3000and told all other parts of machine are fine and replace the stand and told will work fine
                        Machine worked for one day next day again stopped we call the same technician on comg without checking properly he told need to replace drum and will hv to pay 7 k
                        This was a complete strange and gives clear picture technician hv only created problem to just take money n trouble customer which is just disgusting and for visit he ask for 600
                        After again calling customer care service they sent other technician but same story repeated n he also asked for visit fees
                        Finally we decided to buy new washing machine n we buyed new machine on 24 /01 /2022 from sai electronics ifb divya aqua sx model n service staff came for fitting
                        This service staff was totally harressing to take stand of 2000 n built aqua water 0f 1700 we mentioned dont require the stand since have just replaced n also water store is not reqd now bcox its optional
                        The staff was having a very bad behaviour n he mentioned straightly give money for stand n aqua otherwise I will not fix it n we mentioned not reqd stand but he went off telling without purchasing stand n aqua store will not fix it
                        This is a real threatening to customer
                        Customer is having full right to say what is reqd or not but you people seems we dont hv knowledge of machine n other parts just whole motto is to take as much as money ull can
                        Please note if my machine is not fixed by today on priority I will escalate the complain to the board of directors of haressing cm and just dragging the cm without service so that finally we gave to give money only

                            My complaint ticket number is [protected]. The Washing machine due to high vibration problem fell and the PCB of the machine in turn got damaged. The machine is under warranty up to August 2022, yet the service executive is claiming that it will not be covered and the cost of replacing the board will be 7650/- rupees and an additional 500/- rupees for the broken pipe.

                            Issue with this complaint:

                            The machine fell due to high vibration which was a problem of the machine itself and hence should be covered under the warranty since the damage was due to the issue of the machine itself. Also the falling of the machine could have been a safety issue had there been any person around the machine.

                              I have an IFB washing Machine of Model SERENA AQUA SX LDT. I have raised a service request on 10.01.22 with ticket no. [protected] and IFB technician came on 11.01.22 and told that PCB and door lock needs to be changed. Since I am an AMC holder with AMC No.61430165 he told that the said spares will be replaced free of cost and told that it will be replaced in 2-3 days time but he has neither turned up nor responded to my calls or messages later on and to my surprise he simply closed the ticket on 19.01.22. Aggrieved by the same I contacted customer care of IFB the same day and they gave me the mobile number of the ifb service incharge of my area and told that he will assist me. I called the service engineer on 20.01.22 and he told me that he will ensure the issue gets resolved in 2-3 days time. I waited and contacted him again on 23.01.21 & 24.01.21 and to my surprise, he was also not responding to my calls or messages. Aggrieved again i contacted customer care for escalation of the issue and another ticket no.[protected] was given to me stating that the technician would visit my house immediately. However even without contacting or visiting me, an update from ifb came that they are rescheduling the ticket to 29.01.22 as confirmed with me. IFB People and technicians are simply creating drama wasting our time and money without attending to the issue. I am raising this issue as a last attempt for resolution before approaching consumer forum of Ministry of Consumer Affairs to sue IFB for cheating customers by giving false assurances and looting customers money in the guise of AMC without acting on complaints. I deeply regret purchasing IFB product.

                              Today the technician came and replaced PCB and door lock but went away without checking the performance even though I insisted. Later when I started the machine. The timer issue still persists. The machine is staying in a particular time slot for a long time( i.e if the program set in quickwash mode of 30 min duration, the machine is staying at 29th minute itself for 10-15 mins and again continuing and getting stuck at 13th minute for 30 mins and again getting stuck at 6th min for a very long time and so on) like wise it is not completing it's full cycle. Also it is not taking fabric conditioner. Again when I called the technician he is not picking my call.

                                  My IFB product is a top load washing machine, it is under warranty. The complaint is that spin is not working.

                                  I have done multiple calls to the customer care for the last one month, only once an engineer visited and said he would come back when the part is available. There is no response after that.

                                  We get sms confirmation on service requests but none visit the home for service. They call to know if the machine is under warranty and after knowing that it is covered, there is no further response.

                                  I came to know that I was following wrong instructions to reach the customer care and was misguided. IFB responded my complaint, clarified the process and sent an Engineer in a day. Hope they will fix my issue, Thank you so much IFB for the quick response.

                                    I have registered a ticket - [protected] for my IFB washing machine - AW6501SB. The first complaint was registered on 11th January and there has been no action so far. I have escalated via the App and by calling the Help Desk as well, but other than registering new tickets for the same there is no follow up.

                                    The washing machine - pulsator is spinning loose and requires a replacement. Please escalate this! This is very poor customer service by IFB.

                                      My Machine is under AMC. I have raised a complain on 31st Dec Ticket Number [protected] which was closed from back end then again a Ticket Number [protected] was assigned on 5 Jan and daily I am calling to customer care for status they don't have status and don't give any resolution except that escalation will be raised and then they don't have status of earlier escalation every time new person will pick the phone and no body bother about customer grief or complain. Even they are not able to tell the date when it will be resolved and neither able to tell if I can get my AMC cancelled and get my machine repaired from outside.

                                      It have 20 days machine has been shut down neither they are able to provide a alternate machine not able to get my machine repaired not able to cancel my AMC.

                                      I feel cheated and harassed and thinking to buy a new machine and get the matter to consumer court.

                                      Further I am calling to Mohit engineer and Rameshwar his supervisor but now they stopped picking phone.

                                      Just got this forum and think of posting this. Don't buy any AMC which is expensive and worst service.

                                        Burning Smell from back of front washing machine

                                        Address: 1020/2, Annapurna, HDFC Bank lan

                                        We bought Senator VXS 8 kg Front washing machine in October 2021 and in January 2022 it started giving burning smell from back of the machine and all shocks on the machine body.

                                        With service technicians come inn he said the motor is faulty and cannot take the load and needs to be replaced.

                                        I was really surprise, I bought IFB brand with great confidence as it will work more than 10 years with out any trouble...
