    Are you fooling us . You have given keep on giving wrong nos again and again. first you give your branch manager mr. chanchal no now he is not picking up phone, again you gave Rajiv no he is also not picking up phone. Do you have any good engineers or not? Just you are making fool people and selling your products, I think you have given damage product. If possible change my microwave.       I Buy new IFB washing machine on 16-Apr-2015. It is Top loading Washing Machine. Model description is AW60-205S 000291. First complaint we face in the month of July-August, in which Machine is tornning cloth. We have raised the complaint for this and some person visited us after one month and he replace part for this problem After this, in the month of December, machine stops Spinning and Rinsing function. We raised the complaint, and service person visited our house after 15 days and he change Gear Box. Now, new problem is reported and this machine is not spinning the cloth. We have raised complaint for this as well. However, solution is not provided up to that time It is under warranty, we are expecting that Machine provided to us have some Manufacturing defect. So, we are expecting new washing machine in return of that machine. Due to consecutive 3 complaint in first year only, we are feeling harrasment from IFB site for this product.       Since Washing Machine is daily used appliances. And no one is replacing my machine. So, I am planning to move to Consumer Court.
      I will charge you penalty for my harrassment for giving me defective washing machine.

      I am going to Consumer court now. I will charge ramsum amount for my harrassment apart from machine cost.
      Now, I will post in all online forum against IFB company
      This machine has given 3 consecutive problem in first 6 months. All the time person visited and change the part. So, beeter to replace our machine instead of replacing the part.

        I have logged ticket for washing machine not working dated 28th Dec 15.It was told to me issue will be addressed within 24hrs, but I am still waiting for solution. Number of calls are made at customer care but nothing happened. When I asked to make me speak to supervisor hey kept my call on hold. This is really disgusting. IFB is providing very poor service & every time I face such issue .

          Hello, I have been using IFB digital 6kgs for the past 8 years happily and with minimal times minor repairs and recently I have faced with some technical problem showing ERR 6 and I lodged a complaint in the first week of Dec and they respond and after 3 days and say they had put indent for the part and then after me calling up after 3 weeks they say the model has been stopped and they ask to buy a new one for which they vl give good discount. What should u expect me to do now. We buy and u stop the model and then we buy a new a one and the same process repeats like a vicious circle. How can we trust such company again ? And plz suggest me what best I can do now with the machine?

              My washing machine went out of order about a month ago, i have been complaining to my ifb franchisee they checked the machine and suggested replacing the drum and they replaced the drum on 24th december 2015 .they suggested that i operate my machine after 12hrs .when i operated the machine on the next day the same problem persisted now when i called them back i didn't get any proper response .i have availed amc for two years(invoice number 38277 dated 20/12/2014)i have even complained through your customer care our complaint number is [protected].please do take necessary action at the earliest hope you relive me of this mental agony at the earliest.

                Our washing machine has stopped working 15 days ago.we filed a complaint they are not at all responding to the complaint.and in addition to that they are asking us the information about what we spoke in the last conversation.we are not at all satisfied with your service and product.and not at all happy with your appliances.its been 10 days after filing a complaint we didnt receive any type of feedback from customer care.we are very much dissapointed with your services.my ticket number is [protected].one technician came and told that had a problem with panel board 5 days ago but didnt get any feedback and while we get in contact with them they are giving wrong numbers and telling to contact to those numbers those numbers are not at all working condition.

                    Wrong instructions given for tub cleaning

During installation, ifb person has demonstrated tub clean mode and he has given IFB de scale powder which he asked us to do the tub cleaning every one or two months. We have done tub clean process by selecting tub clean option given in the selector knob using IFB descale powder. After 1.5 hours, we found that steel coating provided in the drum was totally vanished. We raised complaint and service...

                    FINAL REMINDER THE HEAD IFB INDUSTRIES LIMITED IFB HOME APPLIANCES L – 1 VARNA ELECTRONIC CITY SALCETE GOA – 403722 SUB: - REFUND OF AMOUNT AND COMPENSATION CUSTOMER ID 10939704. With reference to my earlier mail dated 24.11.2015 the following few lines, for your kind perusal and consideration. On 25.11.2015 I visited home appliances division, Vikhroli, Mumbai and personally met Mr Vivek Bane Branch Service Manager and explained him regarding the issue and handed over my complaint letter. He assured me that the issue will be discussed with higher authorities (Quality control) and in the meantime the machine is fit for temporary working condition. On 29.11.2015 Technician replaced PLC board kept machine functional. I contacted Mr.Vivek Bane several times thru his mobile and mail, but have not received any satisfactory replay or mail from him still today. The machine has manufacturing defect, since the same problem has occurred many times and the logical board has been replaced thrice within the short span. Now again the machine has same problem from 27.12.2015 This is my last and final reminder to settle the issue within a week time otherwise I would be force to take legal action through consumer court for the trauma and wastage of time based on your false assurances.                       Hi I have registered a complaint about IFB Washing Machine problem on 24/12/2015 (Complaint No: [protected]). The engineer attended to the problem and said a plate has to be replaced. But he is forcing me to buy IFB cut-out. As per service executive, he will not repair my washing machine until I buy the cut-out. I have purchased it from IFB website (order number[protected] and sent receipt to service executive and asked him to repair the machine. Now he is saying that, I haven’t purchased from him so I have to wait till I get cut-out from IFB then only he will repair my machine and this is process set by IFB only. I have tried to contact Mayuri ([protected]), Preeti ([protected]) and Vivek ([protected]) but I am not getting any reply/solution. Now, I need a written answer to my questions below: 1. When I had purchased IFB washing machine, why did you not sell me cut-out at the same time? 2. Why is your executive forcing me on add-ons to purchase for warranty? It should be mentioned at the time of purchase itself, not after that. 3. I had purchased machine in India only, then why it is not in compliance with Indian electricity standards? 4. I am using machine at same location from last 2.5 years that time machine was running and now why it cannot run without cut-out for 2 days when I have purchase receipt. 5. Why is your service agent saying that you purchased cut-out from IFB and not from service executive? What difference does it make? 6. Why is your executive selling product at more than MRP? He is selling it at 1750 and on your website price is 1320. The support people and IFB employee do not have proper courtesy for the customer. When I have mentioned that we are expecting a baby and it is third month to my wife so please do it before cut-out get delivered. They completely lack customer centric approach and don’t even understand that washing machines have become an essential home appliance in today's world, without which it will be difficult to do day-to-day chores. Please respond to my all questions. I need solutions, not apologies.

                          This is lata bhuria from baroda. I had purchased serena sx 5.5 kg ifb washing machine from sales corner baroda on 21 / 12 / 2010. Since then I have been facing problem of getting the clothes torn in my washing machine. And I had also registered complaints for the same since last 4 years. But as it was the warranty period which us 4 years from purchase date I got 4 tines the rubber replaced in my machine. Whenever the problem occurred ur executive would send the service person and he used to change thee rubber. After the completion of warranty period of the machine your executive said I need to change the drum. This was when the warranty period of the machine got over. But they assured that after changing the drum this problem will not occur. So I got the drum replaced on 24 / 11 / 2015. But after 15-20 days the same thing happened again and when I complained about it your executive said that there is no problem with the machine but the clothes which are getting torn must be the old ones. I was shocked to hear this from him. But then he said he will send some senior engineer and resolve the problem. But still nobody has come and I think now after the warranty period the drum gets over that is after 3 months he will come with some other part to be changed. Pl see to it that my complaint is registered and you do the needful as this problem is occurring since the day I hv purchased the machine and the same service man is coming to replace so you can get back to him and find out. But I request you to please do the needful and solve the problem.

Then on wards i have raised 3 complaints for same issue. 1st Complaint: For the 1st complaint([protected]) on November 12th 2015.Technician has visited and took away my motor. 2 days later i got a message saying that my complaint has been resolved. I wondered about the message and called customer care. 2nd Complaint: Then i was asked to log another complaint([protected]) on November 20th 2015. Another technician visited my place this time and fixed wrong motor. As soon as the power is turned on, Big spark has come inside with big bombing sound. Then technician realized that, wrong motor is fixed. He said that, he will bring correct motor again and went back.After few days Again i got a message saying that my complaint has been resolved.I wondered about the message again and called customer care. 3rd Complaint: Then i was asked to log another complaint([protected]) on dec 3rd.This time another technician has come and fixed the wrong motor again. As soon as power is on, he realized that circuit board has failed as a result in fixing the wrong motor previously. He went back again saying that he will visit my place some other day. He didn't turn around on promised date(26th Dec 2015) My problem is not resolved even after I have escalated to IFB area supervisor(nadhesh) and IFB karnataka manager(Santhosh) many times. because i have escalated, service center person(Senthil) had scolded me very badly infront of area supervisor(Nadhesh) as below "You are just customer, you dont have any right to speak. You have to wait until we resolve the issue". Since it is daily usage item, my wife went through lot of pain by washing clothes by hand. She fought with me multiple times on this issue. Due to this, my personal life disturbed in many ways 1. My wife is not ready to listen any excuse and insisting to buy new washing machine. 2.Every time i had to call customer care, service center person, Area supervisor. During this process, i had spent alot on my mobile bill and my valuable time is wasted. 3.I went through lot of pain and frustration during process of calling people and asking to fix the problem. Important points about this complaint: 1.service center people tried fixing wrong motor and damaged other parts which are in working condition. 2.Instead they replace with new motor, they tried fixing second hand motor(manufacturing date is 12/12/12). when i asked, they said it is a new motor. 3.When ever i called service center people, they are very ridiculous in answering. Kindly help in this regards.

                                My complaint ticket number 17139750 dated 24.12.2015 has not been attended to my satisfaction till 1245 hrs 26.12.2015. IFB service engineer came on 25.12.2015 and left the machine running for descaling. The error E4 recurred during descaling process. I received SMS from IFB stating that if not satisfied send SMS on such and such number. I reported my dissatisfaction but IFB replied back stating that an incidence E90082 generated in escalation channel system. I retried on 26.12.2015 and received SMS stating that unable to identify ticket number and that contact call center for help. I contacted the call centre. I was told that the complaint has been closed as having attended successfully. I wanted him to re-open the complaint while he insisted for new complaint. I request that my complaint may be treated as ATTENDED UNSECCESSFULLY and old number may be continued and service engineer sent.

                                  I registered the complaint on Nov4th 2015 .. Ticket no[protected] And this is still not resolved yet.. Im tired of calling these useless people everyday .. Why they hold a customer care point when they can't handle customers.. They are not fit to do this service..                                     I don't understand the point of putting contact information(customer care) on the website and yet none of them appear to be working. It just doesn't make any sense. My washing machine is down and I can't make the complaint. I am very disappointed with the service porvided.
