With reference to my earlier mail dated 24.11.2015 the following few lines, for your kind perusal and consideration.
On 25.11.2015 I visited home appliances division, Vikhroli, Mumbai and personally met Mr Vivek Bane Branch Service Manager and explained him regarding the issue and handed over my complaint letter. He assured me that the issue will be discussed with higher authorities (Quality control) and in the meantime the machine is fit for temporary working condition. On 29.11.2015 Technician replaced PLC board kept machine functional.
I contacted Mr.Vivek Bane several times thru his mobile and mail, but have not received any satisfactory replay or mail from him still today.
The machine has manufacturing defect, since the same problem has occurred many times and the logical board has been replaced thrice within the short span.
Now again the machine has same problem from 27.12.2015
This is my last and final reminder to settle the issue within a week time otherwise I would be force to take legal action through consumer court for the trauma and wastage of time based on your false assurances.
