I have front loading washing machine of elite DX 5.5 kg model which had shown some error code in display panel and my machine become automatically paused in this case I informed to IFB customer service(complain no-[protected]) and a service representative(MR.TARAK)visited my home and told me that the problem comes due to water softner filter and suggest to change but after that problem exist and i again make a complain(no-[protected])again your another Technically illeterate representative came to my home and suggest that the fault was due to electrical line.but after that i also called electrician and make a new connection but problem did not solved i mail your ifb global and call several times for service after that the service center(IFB) in my locality Take my machine to there office and return after few days but my newly purchased filter cum water softner doesn't refund and they told me they have forgotten to bring this product and supplied on next day but it is unfortunate that after a months i unable to use my machine due to your worst service.i never think to get this type of service from ifb like renowned company.Due to your delaying service i give up my hope to extend my machine's AMC that expired ON 20th Nov 2015.

    Dear sir I K.Rabinarayan subudhi, customer of IFB product(automatic washing machine).I am facing problem with last 3days regarding non working of my washing machine.I was registered complaint on 21st dec '15 in first hour. IFB customer care dept told me team will reach to door step with in 24 hours but it is not happened which is already recorded .After several follow up they are again re-registered on 22nd dec'15 and given complaint no[protected], executives name is mr.uday.I m sorry to say that they are not listening our problem and disconnecting my calls.It is harass to people bcz they are charging higher much of amount compare between other products but at the end of the day they are not able to provide proper service.Even also they are giving wrong commitment to customer.If any doubt you can check my postpaid network which will give you correct information regarding how many times called to ifb customer care dept.         We had a small problem where the front door was not closing and we called the IFB people after a great struggle and they landed up and checked and asked for the AMC and they escalated the charges that if we sign an amc the charges will be much less But we insisted on the just spares and labour which they quoted much higher than AMC so we signed an amc on 18th November and on 4th December when the machine was not working and they did not turn up till 20th and informed that the motor is not working and has to be replaced and it will be come under AMC when getting amc they said all; mech parts will be covered, , , , I dont know why should I pay again 5k Can any one of the IFB officials pls intervene and help us the customers and we are really being sucked by the these touts...

          Washing Machine displays dPEr and stops with 13:00 minutes left

          Hi, My name is santhosh. My father was using IFB washing machine for last 5 years. When the machine got failed, the service engineer asked to take AMC for 2 years, The contract started on november 15th, but till now the issue is not resolved. Whenever I called customer care, they respond by telling that they will send a service engineer immediately, but nobody has turned up yet. The registered mobile number is [protected]. I gave a complaint on 21st November 2015, but it got closed on 9th Dec without repairing. I again gave complaint on 10th dec, that also closed on 16th December.

          You are True Bro. They don't want to care about AMC and customers. They care about money and business. Even mine is not resolved and I have purchased AMC almost four months back. Even I have raised a complaint and it's been closed which means the Distributor has all the rights to close the complaint.

              Who ever is reading this mail, please do something about the dishwasher problem which i am facing from past 7-8 month and the worst service i have ever encountered. I am really very disappointed with the service in Bangalore--hosa road also i am regretting why the hell did i buy this product by spending 34K on this waste product.                 I have IFB ELITE DX Washing machine. It is out of warranty. It was not working since Oct 3rd -2015. We have complained at customer care. Engr. visited after one week and told that card to be changed. Till date card not changed. continuously follow up but no use. Engineer also given very rude response - "Why you call frequently?, if card came we replace it. So Don't call". customer care also only one side response. Not even curtesy/feedback call from their end. Even if we may received one call, but result zero. Till date I am fail to connect with regional manager, Chandrapur district, maharastra.                     Purchased one IFB front loading washing machine -Direct Drive in 2011.Coustomer I D number 2870112. On 3/12/15 registered a Complaint [protected]. One of their service engineer attended the Complaint and opined that the drum is broken and to replace it. This was on 5 th but there after no response and making call on all most all days. Today they told that to replace, the cost will be more than R's 10000.00 and that with no guarantee. The damage of drum is due to manufacturing defect and to spend that much money without guarantee is a waste. Please arrange a experienced engineer and to find out the real problem and get it repaired at the earliest. With regards Sudheerbabu

                          No action taken with respect to the mentioned complain I'd. Product in warranty need to change a small magnetic valve. Authorised service centre people not responding. Since Saturday 15 times called to the help line no. But they are not arranging technicians after so many requests. Literally harassed by them this is really wrong the way they are treating customers. This is ridiculous. If the product is in warranty and they are not responding what if in future if the product is not in warranty they will not attend only. Then it's useless to buy stuffs from such a big brand name.

                            One authorised service centre took about rs 5000 as amc. When we called them to attend a repair they came after 5 days. They said one part has to be replaced and they would come. So many calls to customer service response was your request forwarded after a weeks time they said my complaint has been cancelled by whom they dont know.Even after a month they did not get my machine repaired they call is recored for quality purpose i am very much doubtful whether these ifb people ever heard of the word quality

                              I have purchased microven oven IFB MAKE 20PG3S three years back. Unfortunately my touch panel is not workinf from 2 months. Accordingly i lodged a complaint to ifb customer care on 18th Nov 2015. Immediately i got a sms stating we received ur compaint and this is ur ticket No. [protected] and our technician will call u immediately. But nobody called me in next two days. I called again cust care and i told the same but even aftrr noone bothered. I have taken ifb technician number from cust care executive and called Mr Ravi and Mr Rajkumar at Bangalore to explain the problem. They said panel has to be replaced. I said go ahead. It has been a month iam following daily with them they are simply telling parts have not come and washing their hands. It is very disappointing that such a reputed company like ifb is providing this type of service to their customers. Luckily i have all the voice recordings with me which i had with customer care executives and with their technicians. I will wait for another 2 days if it is not happened iam forced to go to consumer forum. Kindly expedite Regard Arif Indian Airforce [protected]

                                I, S.David residing in 5/16 rajarajeswari nagar koothapakkam, cuddalore-2. i am having IFB washing machine.On 29th november it was repaired.I made a complaint about its function to authorized service station, which is functioned in sasi enterprices No.24 thiruvanthapuram main road, koothapakkam cuddalore-2.Till 13th december no step was taken by them to clear the repair.Then I, tured to service station enquireing about deplay and repairing.But, they have given IRRESPONSIBLE AND BEHAVIOURAL manner of replay to me.I was shocked as a consumer.Hence, i register this complain thorugh custermer care. thanking you

                                  Hi Team IFB, I am a disappointed and cheated customer of IFB Fully Automatic Washing Machine. Your service engineer 'Anil Saini (+[protected] ' is absconding after taking our 5500 rupees in the name of AMC. We want our money back immediately.                                     I have requested for servicing my IFB washing machine before 6 days. Till the time I type this mail, no one has appeared for servicing the machine. The technicians are forcing us to take AMC and never turning back to attend the service. Worst customer support and compelling for AMC. Whenever calling customer care they give some random number from which none will respond properly. Please take necessary action.
