Hi, I bought new washing machine from IFB Industries on Dec 29th 2014.It has 4 years warranty and 10y years free service. Product Details: IFB senorita aqua vx 6.5 KG Buying date: 29/12/2014 Problem Starting date: 20th october 2015 Unfortunately motor has failed in the month of october. Then on wards i have raised 3 complaints for same issue. 1st Complaint: For the 1st complaint([protected]) on November 12th 2015.Technician has visited and took away my motor. 2 days later i got a message saying that my complaint has been resolved. I wondered about the message and called customer care. 2nd Complaint: Then i was asked to log another complaint([protected]) on November 20th 2015. Another technician visited my place this time and fixed wrong motor. As soon as the power is turned on, Big spark has come inside with big bombing sound. Then technician realized that, wrong motor is fixed. He said that, he will bring correct motor again and went back.After few days Again i got a message saying that my complaint has been resolved.I wondered about the message again and called customer care. 3rd Complaint: Then i was asked to log another complaint([protected]) on dec 3rd.This time another technician has come and fixed the wrong motor again. As soon as power is on, he realized that circuit board has failed as a result in fixing the wrong motor previously. He went back again saying that he will visit my place some other day. He didn't turn around on promised date(26th Dec 2015) My problem is not resolved even after I have escalated to IFB area supervisor(nadhesh) and IFB karnataka manager(Santhosh) many times. because i have escalated, service center person(Senthil) had scolded me very badly infront of area supervisor(Nadhesh) as below "You are just customer, you dont have any right to speak. You have to wait until we resolve the issue". Since it is daily usage item, my wife went through lot of pain by washing clothes by hand. She fought with me multiple times on this issue. Due to this, my personal life disturbed in many ways 1. My wife is not ready to listen any excuse and insisting to buy new washing machine. 2.Every time i had to call customer care, service center person, Area supervisor. During this process, i had spent alot on my mobile bill and my valuable time is wasted. 3.I went through lot of pain and frustration during process of calling people and asking to fix the problem. Important points about this complaint: 1.service center people tried fixing wrong motor and damaged other parts which are in working condition. 2.Instead they replace with new motor, they tried fixing second hand motor(manufacturing date is 12/12/12). when i asked, they said it is a new motor. 3.When ever i called service center people, they are very ridiculous in answering. Kindly help in this regards.

      My complaint ticket number 17139750 dated 24.12.2015 has not been attended to my satisfaction till 1245 hrs 26.12.2015. IFB service engineer came on 25.12.2015 and left the machine running for descaling. The error E4 recurred during descaling process. I received SMS from IFB stating that if not satisfied send SMS on such and such number. I reported my dissatisfaction but IFB replied back stating that an incidence E90082 generated in escalation channel system. I retried on 26.12.2015 and received SMS stating that unable to identify ticket number and that contact call center for help. I contacted the call centre. I was told that the complaint has been closed as having attended successfully. I wanted him to re-open the complaint while he insisted for new complaint. I request that my complaint may be treated as ATTENDED UNSECCESSFULLY and old number may be continued and service engineer sent.

        I registered the complaint on Nov4th 2015 .. Ticket no[protected] And this is still not resolved yet.. Im tired of calling these useless people everyday .. Why they hold a customer care point when they can't handle customers.. They are not fit to do this service..           I don't understand the point of putting contact information(customer care) on the website and yet none of them appear to be working. It just doesn't make any sense. My washing machine is down and I can't make the complaint. I am very disappointed with the service porvided. I have sent an email to [protected]@ifbglobal.com, 2days ago from today.               Hi, I am writing this email as I am totally fed up with the service offered by IFB. I live in Velappanchavadi, Chennai - 600077. I own a Elena Dx 5.5Kg washing machine and it was defective by the month of October 2015. I raised complaint [protected], [protected] with IFB call center and it reached Kailash agency ([protected]). One of the technician came and told that the Drum and bearing have to be replaced and the machine is under AMC, he asked few days for order and delivery of the part. Again after 20 days, another technician came and informed that motor also has to be replaced. Since then no one called or visited my home to fix the issue. I tried calling the number [protected] at-least 10 times a day but no response and nobody provides proper resolution for the issue I wanted this issue to be escalated in high priority and provide proper fix to the problem Expecting a better service from IFB at least after this email Thanks, Praveen

                Poor Service by IFB I had registered a complain against the IFB Washing machine on 10th Dec. 2015 Complaint No [protected]. But till date(25.12.2015) there is no response we call several times, with every time getting the same answer that they will come to home and do the service. But they do not do the service. Even the IFB product is very poor and service also very very poor

                    I refer the ticket raised by IFB 17110982, which was closed without customer's notice. The engineer visited the site and rather than repairing the item, damaged the door of the front loading IFB Elena Dx machine. Also, did not fit the screws of the machines, and take it away along with him. He suggested that he will provide a motor from his personal stock and repair it for that he will charge Rs 4500.

                      Complaint no.[protected] & [protected] lodged on 19.12.2015 have not yet been attended to. We have AMC for both machines. Kailas Enterprises is never reachable. Branch coordinator Raji's telephone is always engaged. I have been begging some technicians whose numbers I have, but none have responded so far. It is a shame.

                        Raised a complaint in Oct 2015 and service engineer said motor needs to be changed. We are following up for past 2 months, no one has turned back and we get the response saying either motor hasn't come or service engineer will come and repair.

                          I have front loading washing machine of elite DX 5.5 kg model which had shown some error code in display panel and my machine become automatically paused in this case I informed to IFB customer service(complain no-[protected]) and a service representative(MR.TARAK)visited my home and told me that the problem comes due to water softner filter and suggest to change but after that problem exist and i again make a complain(no-[protected])again your another Technically illeterate representative came to my home and suggest that the fault was due to electrical line.but after that i also called electrician and make a new connection but problem did not solved i mail your ifb global and call several times for service after that the service center(IFB) in my locality Take my machine to there office and return after few days but my newly purchased filter cum water softner doesn't refund and they told me they have forgotten to bring this product and supplied on next day but it is unfortunate that after a months i unable to use my machine due to your worst service.i never think to get this type of service from ifb like renowned company.Due to your delaying service i give up my hope to extend my machine's AMC that expired ON 20th Nov 2015.

                            Dear sir I K.Rabinarayan subudhi, customer of IFB product(automatic washing machine).I am facing problem with last 3days regarding non working of my washing machine.I was registered complaint on 21st dec '15 in first hour. IFB customer care dept told me team will reach to door step with in 24 hours but it is not happened which is already recorded .After several follow up they are again re-registered on 22nd dec'15 and given complaint no[protected], executives name is mr.uday.I m sorry to say that they are not listening our problem and disconnecting my calls.It is harass to people bcz they are charging higher much of amount compare between other products but at the end of the day they are not able to provide proper service.Even also they are giving wrong commitment to customer.If any doubt you can check my postpaid network which will give you correct information regarding how many times called to ifb customer care dept.                                 We had a small problem where the front door was not closing and we called the IFB people after a great struggle and they landed up and checked and asked for the AMC and they escalated the charges that if we sign an amc the charges will be much less But we insisted on the just spares and labour which they quoted much higher than AMC so we signed an amc on 18th November and on 4th December when the machine was not working and they did not turn up till 20th and informed that the motor is not working and has to be replaced and it will be come under AMC when getting amc they said all; mech parts will be covered, , , , I dont know why should I pay again 5k Can any one of the IFB officials pls intervene and help us the customers and we are really being sucked by the these touts...

                                  Washing Machine displays dPEr and stops with 13:00 minutes left

                                  The machine was normally loaded. Not overloaded. All the hooked items were placed in the porous bag. The machine stopped with 13:00 minutes remaining displaying dBEr. What should we do?...

                                  Hi, My name is santhosh. My father was using IFB washing machine for last 5 years. When the machine got failed, the service engineer asked to take AMC for 2 years, The contract started on november 15th, but till now the issue is not resolved. Whenever I called customer care, they respond by telling that they will send a service engineer immediately, but nobody has turned up yet. The registered mobile number is [protected]. I gave a complaint on 21st November 2015, but it got closed on 9th Dec without repairing. I again gave complaint on 10th dec, that also closed on 16th December.

                                  You are True Bro. They don't want to care about AMC and customers. They care about money and business. Even mine is not resolved and I have purchased AMC almost four months back. Even I have raised a complaint and it's been closed which means the Distributor has all the rights to close the complaint.

                                    I raised a request for Washing Machine service on 2015 December 5th, nobody has contacted me further. I am calling them everyday and their answer is 'we have mailed them sir. try these numbers sir" The service desk guys asks me follow up service person who never take calls. No actions taken by service desk. Its been more than 2 weeks. today 18-Dec-2015.

                                      I had given a complaint number on the 24th of november 2015. Complaint numb [protected]. The company has not responded appropriately. The technicians have no knowledge and the problem is not yet resolved. We are still waiting for our machine to work. shame on IFB
