He gave me all wrong information. He dont know anything and he is not ready to fix my problem. Please send some senior technician. Also Volt control meter is not working, please replace this asap.

            I have registered a complaint for service on 01.12.2015 and they promised to send the technician within 24 hours. Nobody turned up and again i called their toll free no. [protected] on 04.12.2015, 07.12.2015, 09.12.2015 and 10.12.2015. Same repeated answer from them saying the service call will be completed within 24 hours.

              Hi, The technician came to our place after giving this complaint and resolved the issue. They were complaining that they have to attend daily 10 -12 calls which is why they have delayed visiting my place. They should have given a slot to me if they were busy. Don't say that we will visit your place today which you won't do it, when we tried to follow up. Also talk to the customer sensibly. The previous technician who visited my place after rat complaint didn't fixed the rat mesh properly. Due to that i am seeing many issues. They brought some local mesh and charged money without showing in the receipt and this is not the one supported by IFB. We were not known until new technician visited our place and told that it is not the right rat mesh. This was done by some third party franchise people. When I asked the new technician to fix it, he is not much happy somehow helped me. He use to say that it is taking more time in your home because of this issue. How do we know when the technician brought some RAT mesh and told us that this has to be fixed. We trusted him. Also please make sure your technician to carry all the time some screws with them when needed. If they don't have the screws they will somehow fix it without the screws. Also they use to say that it is not their job to carry the screws with them. But anyway thanks for your support. Phone numbers are listed below.                 I've purchased IFB washing machine - Aqua Senorita - from vijay sales miraroad 10 months back. from the day 1, Im facing the following problems

                1. Clothes are not getting washed properly. clothes getting faded even in a single wash except delicates option. Even in delicates option, clothes are getting faded after some wash.

                2. If delicates options are used, all white clothes are having black spots after some washes & other colored clothes getting faded.

                3. Clothes have become rough even in a single wash.

                Complaints have been done through vijay sales & also directly to the customer care of IFB "n" number of times.

                Technicians whoever attend the complaint says that we can't solve this problem. We will send senior person. And then, no body comes down. Then again, I had to lodge the complaint.

                  I purchased IFB washing machine AW 6020S from TOP TEN ELECTRINICS SHOPPE NX Vashi, Navi Mumbai vide voucher No. ORD 1508085 dated 16.01.2015.The machine was installed & demo given on 24.01.2015. My customer ID is10939704 On April 22nd 2015 machine was partially not worked ( ie spin dryer ) this was reported to IFB customer care with ticket number 15382578, the issue was solved with replacement of capacitor after one week. Again June 11th 2015 the washing machine was totally dead and I launched compliant to customer care with ticket number 15738451, after more then 02 weeks the problem was found & replaced the entire logic circuit board October 17th 2015 the machine was totally dead ticket number is 16667146.The service engineer from Global enterprises chembur, Mumbai visited four to five times but could not diagnose the correct fault. In the mean time between 18 to 28.10.2015, I contacted IFB officials Mumbai Ms Pooja Bhadikar, Area service executive on her mobile ( [protected] ) and Ms Geeta Customer co-ordinator on her mobile ( [protected] ) with regard to the above service problem ennumber of times .Finally they took all the parts except the outer cover to their work shop on 29.10.2015. (I have attached the photos for your kind reference) On 30.10.2015 the machine was made temporary working condition, I am still not aware what the exact problem was. Now within 25 days of time we are facing the same issue, the machine is not in working condition, I have reported the issue on 23.11.2015 to the customer care with ticket number[protected]. I am very unhappy with the machine and the service given over the period of short time. This is giving us lot of inconvenience & hardship in our day to day life. I hope the machine has manufacturing defect as repeated same problems. I request you to find suitable solution and provide compensation as early as possible.                   With reference to my earlier mail dated 24.11.2015 the following few lines, for your kind perusal and consideration.
                  On 25.11.2015 I visited home appliances division, Vikhroli, Mumbai and personally met Mr Vivek Bane Branch Service Manager and explained him regarding the issue and handed over my complaint letter. He assured me that the issue will be discussed with higher authorities (Quality control) and in the meantime the machine is fit for temporary working condition. On 29.11.2015 Technician replaced PLC board kept machine functional.
                  I contacted Mr.Vivek Bane several times thru his mobile and mail, but have not received any satisfactory replay or mail from him still today.
                  The machine has manufacturing defect, since the same problem has occurred many times and the logical board has been replaced thrice within the short span.
                  Now again the machine has same problem from 27.12.2015
                  This is my last and final reminder to settle the issue within a week time otherwise I would be force to take legal action through consumer court for the trauma and wastage of time based on your false assurances.

                      I called up IFB Customer Care In the mid of October which is my my first service request after taking the Annual Maintenance Package.. No Action has been taken till now which is December 8. So whats the point of taking Annual Maintenance package. Firstly they forced me to take the Annual Maintenance Package and also replaced with duplicate parts for which I charged more than 4k. And due to these duplicate parts the machine is now malfunctioning but no action is getting taken...                           I have a IFB Microwave model no -20BC3 had issue with OG-AMC in Aug 2015 and at that time one Technicial from IFB came and verified the issue and took one cheque of Rs-1949 for replacement of OG-AMC. Since 4 months over it has not been replaced and when I complained in CC number every time they registered a complained no and ignore. I tried to contact local IFB Industires Limited service center and they are also not responding. My money has already transfered but parts are not replaced. I want to resolve this complaint ASAP.

                              Amc fraud by ifb

                              I had taken AMC for my IFB washing machine for which they have taken a month to figure out the real problem( that too after frustrating follow-up calls). And a month more to get the spare parts.Their spare parts are shipped from some other planet, I guess!! Absolutely disgraceful service, I do not recommend to buy any IFB appliance just because of the poor service response....

                              Ihave lodged a complaint on 18th Nov.2015 and their Ticket No. 16940230 dtd. 19th nov.2015. A technician came after 3 days with a wrong spare and said he will come the next day. Till today no one has come. I have even sent a mail To. Mr.A.S.Negi - Vice President - Services at New Delhi head office for which i am yet to receive any reply. This is the regular problem with IFB. every time they take 15 to 20 days to rectify. I feel theu should close down the company.We are all old people and cant wash the cloths. After investing Rs.25k this is our fate.Request pl. do the needful. Thanks.

                                Machine serviced by Iyyappan associates KAnchipuram on 09.09.2015 changed the drain house and provide fresh of clean at that time covers the AMC for one year, after 15 day back washing machine was not running continually. In middle of the cycles struckling. Again booked a complaint then attend by Iyyappan associates technicians on that day told him board is not properly working. Will be replaced shortly. But past two months follows them not attend any service providers. Hence machine is under repair. My customer ID : 2753886 Digital 7 KG IFB Washing machine. Today I have a complaint register through my mobile: the complaint number is [protected]. Please provide a technician to replace th board has passible earlier thanking you.                                   Purchased Washing Machine, and asked so many times for installation but no one came till now.. this is very bad for a customer buying your appliances . its being about 2 months now i am nt able to wash clothes in that machine as this is still now installed. Very BAD Customer Service :(

                                    I'm not sure why the service guys are not attending the call even I raised the complaint two time for same issue. Two times I raised the complain but not one is attend to my issue. Simply dragging the time. In Tirupathi town service is too worst I can say.                                       IFB is not capable of providing any support services at all. Complaint no. 16941610 for my front loading washing machine was booked on 24th Nov 2015 but till today(i.e. 5th Dec) no response from you. your call center has no clue every time they give a reply that your complaint has been escalated. . Careless Team of IFB . pathetic support. yesterday your call center gave me a no. of Mr Manoj ([protected]), after multiple attempts he picked my call & told me that engineer Mr Sunil will visit today (i.e. 5th Dec) as engineer was on long leaves. yesterday nobody turned up since than i have tried atleast 50 times but this person Manoj did not pick my call. after calling again to call center they gave me another no. of Mr Sanjay ([protected]), but it looks that this no. does not exists. so i called again call center in the morning (2 times). they gave me one more no. ([protected] Mr Chanchal) & told me that he is the highest escalation. we tried many times but calls to this number has been forwarded to a music source ...no one picks the call... same was informed to your call center again & they again told me that they will escalate it further... itna pareshan to colony ka plumber bhee nahee karta... IFB you are good for nothing... 100% unprofessional team regards arun
