    I called up IFB Customer Care In the mid of October which is my my first service request after taking the Annual Maintenance Package.. No Action has been taken till now which is December 8. So whats the point of taking Annual Maintenance package. Firstly they forced me to take the Annual Maintenance Package and also replaced with duplicate parts for which I charged more than 4k. And due to these duplicate parts the machine is now malfunctioning but no action is getting taken... Here is the cust code: 2429105 Want a proper resolution and penalty to be imposed on IFB for these incorrect practices.. Regards, Raj

        I have a IFB Microwave model no -20BC3 had issue with OG-AMC in Aug 2015 and at that time one Technicial from IFB came and verified the issue and took one cheque of Rs-1949 for replacement of OG-AMC. Since 4 months over it has not been replaced and when I complained in CC number every time they registered a complained no and ignore. I tried to contact local IFB Industires Limited service center and they are also not responding. My money has already transfered but parts are not replaced. I want to resolve this complaint ASAP.

            Amc fraud by ifb

            I had taken AMC for my IFB washing machine for which they have taken a month to figure out the real problem( that too after frustrating follow-up calls). And a month more to get the spare parts.Their spare parts are shipped from some other planet, I guess!! Absolutely disgraceful service, I do not recommend to buy any IFB appliance just because of the poor service response....

            Ihave lodged a complaint on 18th Nov.2015 and their Ticket No. 16940230 dtd. 19th nov.2015. A technician came after 3 days with a wrong spare and said he will come the next day. Till today no one has come. I have even sent a mail To. Mr.A.S.Negi - Vice President - Services at New Delhi head office for which i am yet to receive any reply. This is the regular problem with IFB. every time they take 15 to 20 days to rectify. I feel theu should close down the company.We are all old people and cant wash the cloths. After investing Rs.25k this is our fate.Request pl. do the needful. Thanks.

              Machine serviced by Iyyappan associates KAnchipuram on 09.09.2015 changed the drain house and provide fresh of clean at that time covers the AMC for one year, after 15 day back washing machine was not running continually. In middle of the cycles struckling. Again booked a complaint then attend by Iyyappan associates technicians on that day told him board is not properly working. Will be replaced shortly. But past two months follows them not attend any service providers. Hence machine is under repair. My customer ID : 2753886 Digital 7 KG IFB Washing machine.                 Purchased Washing Machine, and asked so many times for installation but no one came till now.. this is very bad for a customer buying your appliances . its being about 2 months now i am nt able to wash clothes in that machine as this is still now installed.                     IFB is not capable of providing any support services at all. Complaint no. 16941610 for my front loading washing machine was booked on 24th Nov 2015 but till today(i.e. 5th Dec) no response from you. your call center has no clue every time they give a reply that your complaint has been escalated. . Careless Team of IFB . pathetic support. yesterday your call center gave me a no. of Mr Manoj ([protected]), after multiple attempts he picked my call & told me that engineer Mr Sunil will visit today (i.e. 5th Dec) as engineer was on long leaves. yesterday nobody turned up since than i have tried atleast 50 times but this person Manoj did not pick my call. after calling again to call center they gave me another no. of Mr Sanjay ([protected]), but it looks that this no. does not exists. so i called again call center in the morning (2 times). they gave me one more no. ([protected] Mr Chanchal) & told me that he is the highest escalation. we tried many times but calls to this number has been forwarded to a music source ...no one picks the call... same was informed to your call center again & they again told me that they will escalate it further... itna pareshan to colony ka plumber bhee nahee karta...                       As stleakage of water in huge quantity. Complain filed few days back. matter not resolved. One inexperienced person appeared on 3/12/15, tried to do something on opening the top of the machine. what he did, not known to me. But for his wrong doing, first washing is not being done now. water leakage not repaired. when filed complain on this matter on 4/12/15, it was advised that an engineer will come to my residence and do the job on emergency basis.                         I took AMC plan on this August 2015 & my machine started to give noise. Later I have booked my complaint on 24 Nov & again on 3rd Dec, every time technician comes & says he will come with parts in 2 days ...but it didn't resolved yet. I got cheated from Techinician by signing AMC. My money gone & Bcoz of AMC no one rectify my machine. I got trapped by them. Please never ever take AMC That is their cheating business. Big company like IFB making money from us by signing plan like AMC.

                            I filed a complaint regarding my washing machine which is in AMC not working on 2 dec 2015. But till now nobody has visited my house to attend complaint. This is a routine work by IFB . They always delay or to not attend the complaint. Earlier also they didnot visited and cancelled my complaints at own level. I fed up with this service center as there is no action from any senioron these technicians.

                            I buy a new samsung washing machine & a fridge . Even in future i never recommend to anybody to purchace any product of IFB.
                            Your services is so poor and service center of kurukshetra is worst in whole world.Till now no technician visited and nobody is taking to solve the problem.

                            Now i have throw the IFb washing machine in garbage and make a remark on that " IFB = garbage".

                              I wish to bring to your kind notice that my dish washing machine and clothes washing machine is yet to be repaired . The executives only visit us and each one gives one version and ultimately like too many cooks spoil the broth nobody has repaired the machines till now and the problems are still existing. The detergents were also supplied after several reminders and calls . While renewing AMCs they call frequently and request for renewal and also promise to take good care, but once the renewal they don't find time to attend to our problems. I have given several emails and representations to head office, Customer Care. I am fed up. Kindly refund my AMC amount or else depute directly technicians from your head office . Kindly furnish contact details of your General Manager / Managing Director as I am contemplating to register a complaint to consumer court.                                 Hi, 'my name is shekar from hyderabad we have an amc and raised the complaint for general service 3 days ago and for 2 days one of the technician mr. Ashok from ifb hyderabad service center called and has been talking rudely and stated that he can come to do the service after 6:00 pm only. I don;t understand why he is rude with us.                                 Hi,

                                Appreciate for the response from IFB Team. It is a little sad that you have assumed that the issue has been resolved which is not the fact.
                                I have raised a complaint against the technician Mr. Ashok and I had to request to send some other technician. Yes, I understand that IFB Hyderabad were kind enough to send the technician and the service has been done, which doesn't mean that the issue is resolved.
                                What has this technician to do with the way Mr. Ashok had spoken with us? He was rude, and his attitude was not good and I raised the issue for his misbehavior and attitude.
                                Hope some action can be initiated against Mr. Ashok or is it that IFB team/ management is trying to protect its technician in which case, please keep me informed so that I can take it up under HARASSMENT AND DISCRIMINATION act and make it as an issue which is being supported by IFB Management.

                                  My IFB washing Machine model is Señorita DX 5.5 KG Front Door. The door got locked and I am unable to open it up. I have booked a complaint regarding this on 29th November and No one has turned up to resolve the issue. I am very much a human and I can understand the flood issue that has been severe for the past 2 days. But they had all the chance to resolve it on 30th November and 3rd December.                                     I have purchased a new refrigherator on 5/2/2015.but soon to my dismay within a month it started causing problems.the deep freezer started accumulating ice, then cooling was affected.instead of my making repeated complaints the engineer was not able to detect the problem.the local engineer would visit my place, with their limited technical knowledge would fiddle around with the parts, would throw the accumulated ice water from behind, clean up the deep freeze and would give assurance that nothing would happen again.even that the problem was solved and then i visited the ifb service centre located at behala.there i met the senior officer MR SAIDUL, who assured that if any furthet problem is caused, then he would give me replacement for the same, and then since he is just passing the time by sending local engineers who are unable to detect the problem.they have almost replaced all the parts even the motor also but there is no result, i had made atleast more than 20 complaints with all the senior officers but there is no response, so atlast i m making a complaint in consumer court online so that i could get any result, if a big company like IFB is making fraud then what to say about others, i pledge once again to take sertious action against them and give me a new refrigertor .

                                      I had booked a complaint in the first week of October 2015 through the IFB call center for repairing my IFB washing machine the particulars are as follows: Customer ID NO: 801406, Machine NO: 03156, IFB Senator 6 KG. Complaint No: 16722570 given during the first week of October. and subsequently followed up during November and December 1 and 2nd . They have not yet attended to the same nor made an attempt r to close this case . It can be investigated by the Officials of the IFB if they care, for ascertaining how their call center and their authorized agents and their managers posted at Hyderabad work all that they could do is give me some Telephone Numbers and asked me to contact them . make you run from pillar to post. Then why this call center. IFB is wasting the Investors and shareholders money in futile activities. The company and the Machine May be good but if they have to survive in this competitive world they better have some concern for the client /buyer of their product . The senior IFB representatives posted at Hyderabad try to be helpful but they seem to have no powers to coordinate and get things done. I have been in touch with them pleading with them to help me but of no use Please contact them and find out if they are interested to work for IFB. they have made no efforts to contact me or look in to the problem. I wonder how IFB is going to full fill it MISSION and VISSION STATMENTS. I have also been a Govt. Employ and just retired and a senior citizen now. There is more commitment in the Govt. sector now a days - accountability is there. I have always taken the AMC for the last 5 years costing about Rs. 3000/ every year Even the AMC for this year was taken on December 1st 2015. AMC NO Sl NO[protected] dated 22-12-15 The Technician who came Promised me to attend to the problem the very next day. Believing him I paid for the AMC so far nothing has happened. It was a blunder on my part. Anu Techno Enterprises Vijay nagar coloney, Hyderabad TS is the authorized service agent. There was no response from them . i used to call up the call center at least 2 times a day pleading and requesting them to do some thing, but sadly to no avail. i know quite a few of them by name including Mr. Kummar who does not lift the Phone or cuts the call as he is always busy doing some thing else.There are others too who gives false promises that they are sending some one and i have to make arrangement to keep the house open as all o[censored]s including my wife are employed . she has given up using the machine and now does the washing herself and we are planning to buy some other brand. and dispose the IFB washing machine as soon as possible and should have nothing to do with IFB products Specially after going through this ordeal. Anu techno Technicians and their supervisors are not at all consumer oriented they are not able to understand the problem and attend to any issue and successfully repair it. They are of no help or in any position to do any thing they do not care about consumers More over they do not have properly qualified workers . even when a technician shows up he just looks at the machine and says so many impossible things does not bring any spare parts even after assuring him that i will make payments to him . Then he disappears and cuts all the calls made to him. I wonder who pays them for this kind of work. Inefficiency needs to be weeded out immediately. I contacted Just Dial I have got five responses with in the last three minutes . It goes to prove that Anu Techno has taken the clients for granted and have become complacent and does not bother about the consumer . This has created a fear in me of buying any IFB products. I humbly request that the AMC May kindly be cancelled and the amount be refunded to me immediately. I have incurred heavy expenditure on Mobile Phone bills calling the IFB and Anu Techno people. For the last three months. . can any one refund the expenses to me . Moreover what about the harassment and mental Torture I have gone through and the time I spent waiting for the Personnel to turn up. All for possessing a IFB Washing Machine . If any one can take up this matter seriously and address the problem so that Others – innocent buyers don’t fall in to this trap of Companies exploiting the general public with things that are not stream lined and unorganized .
