I filed a complaint regarding my washing machine which is in AMC not working on 2 dec 2015. But till now nobody has visited my house to attend complaint. This is a routine work by IFB . They always delay or to not attend the complaint. Earlier also they didnot visited and cancelled my complaints at own level. I fed up with this service center as there is no action from any senioron these technicians.

Dear IFB Team,
I buy a new samsung washing machine & a fridge . Even in future i never recommend to anybody to purchace any product of IFB.
Your services is so poor and service center of kurukshetra is worst in whole world.Till now no technician visited and nobody is taking to solve the problem.

Now i have throw the IFb washing machine in garbage and make a remark on that " IFB = garbage".

    I wish to bring to your kind notice that my dish washing machine and clothes washing machine is yet to be repaired . The executives only visit us and each one gives one version and ultimately like too many cooks spoil the broth nobody has repaired the machines till now and the problems are still existing. The detergents were also supplied after several reminders and calls . While renewing AMCs they call frequently and request for renewal and also promise to take good care, but once the renewal they don't find time to attend to our problems. I have given several emails and representations to head office, Customer Care. I am fed up. Kindly refund my AMC amount or else depute directly technicians from your head office . Kindly furnish contact details of your General Manager / Managing Director as I am contemplating to register a complaint to consumer court. Kindly take action immediately on those technicians who were deputed to my place. Sureshkumar [protected]

Ashok from ifb hyderabad service center called and has been talking rudely and stated that he can come to do the service after 6:00 pm only. I don;t understand why he is rude with us.       Appreciate for the response from IFB Team. It is a little sad that you have assumed that the issue has been resolved which is not the fact.
      I have raised a complaint against the technician Mr. Ashok and I had to request to send some other technician. Yes, I understand that IFB Hyderabad were kind enough to send the technician and the service has been done, which doesn't mean that the issue is resolved.
      What has this technician to do with the way Mr. Ashok had spoken with us? He was rude, and his attitude was not good and I raised the issue for his misbehavior and attitude.
      Hope some action can be initiated against Mr. Ashok or is it that IFB team/ management is trying to protect its technician in which case, please keep me informed so that I can take it up under HARASSMENT AND DISCRIMINATION act and make it as an issue which is being supported by IFB Management.

        My IFB washing Machine model is Señorita DX 5.5 KG Front Door. The door got locked and I am unable to open it up. I have booked a complaint regarding this on 29th November and No one has turned up to resolve the issue. I am very much a human and I can understand the flood issue that has been severe for the past 2 days. But they had all the chance to resolve it on 30th November and 3rd December.           I have purchased a new refrigherator on 5/2/2015.but soon to my dismay within a month it started causing problems.the deep freezer started accumulating ice, then cooling was affected.instead of my making repeated complaints the engineer was not able to detect the problem.the local engineer would visit my place, with their limited technical knowledge would fiddle around with the parts, would throw the accumulated ice water from behind, clean up the deep freeze and would give assurance that nothing would happen again.even that the problem was solved and then i visited the ifb service centre located at behala.there i met the senior officer MR SAIDUL, who assured that if any furthet problem is caused, then he would give me replacement for the same, and then since he is just passing the time by sending local engineers who are unable to detect the problem.they have almost replaced all the parts even the motor also but there is no result, i had made atleast more than 20 complaints with all the senior officers but there is no response, so atlast i m making a complaint in consumer court online so that i could get any result, if a big company like IFB is making fraud then what to say about others, i pledge once again to take sertious action against them and give me a new refrigertor .

            I had booked a complaint in the first week of October 2015 through the IFB call center for repairing my IFB washing machine the particulars are as follows: Customer ID NO: 801406, Machine NO: 03156, IFB Senator 6 KG. Complaint No: 16722570 given during the first week of October. and subsequently followed up during November and December 1 and 2nd . They have not yet attended to the same nor made an attempt r to close this case . It can be investigated by the Officials of the IFB if they care, for ascertaining how their call center and their authorized agents and their managers posted at Hyderabad work all that they could do is give me some Telephone Numbers and asked me to contact them . make you run from pillar to post. Then why this call center. IFB is wasting the Investors and shareholders money in futile activities. The company and the Machine May be good but if they have to survive in this competitive world they better have some concern for the client /buyer of their product . The senior IFB representatives posted at Hyderabad try to be helpful but they seem to have no powers to coordinate and get things done. I have been in touch with them pleading with them to help me but of no use Please contact them and find out if they are interested to work for IFB. they have made no efforts to contact me or look in to the problem. I wonder how IFB is going to full fill it MISSION and VISSION STATMENTS. I have also been a Govt. Employ and just retired and a senior citizen now. There is more commitment in the Govt. sector now a days - accountability is there. I have always taken the AMC for the last 5 years costing about Rs. 3000/ every year Even the AMC for this year was taken on December 1st 2015. AMC NO Sl NO[protected] dated 22-12-15 The Technician who came Promised me to attend to the problem the very next day. Believing him I paid for the AMC so far nothing has happened. It was a blunder on my part. Anu Techno Enterprises Vijay nagar coloney, Hyderabad TS is the authorized service agent. There was no response from them . i used to call up the call center at least 2 times a day pleading and requesting them to do some thing, but sadly to no avail. i know quite a few of them by name including Mr. Kummar who does not lift the Phone or cuts the call as he is always busy doing some thing else.There are others too who gives false promises that they are sending some one and i have to make arrangement to keep the house open as all o[censored]s including my wife are employed . she has given up using the machine and now does the washing herself and we are planning to buy some other brand. and dispose the IFB washing machine as soon as possible and should have nothing to do with IFB products Specially after going through this ordeal. Anu techno Technicians and their supervisors are not at all consumer oriented they are not able to understand the problem and attend to any issue and successfully repair it. They are of no help or in any position to do any thing they do not care about consumers More over they do not have properly qualified workers . even when a technician shows up he just looks at the machine and says so many impossible things does not bring any spare parts even after assuring him that i will make payments to him . Then he disappears and cuts all the calls made to him. I wonder who pays them for this kind of work. Inefficiency needs to be weeded out immediately. I contacted Just Dial I have got five responses with in the last three minutes . It goes to prove that Anu Techno has taken the clients for granted and have become complacent and does not bother about the consumer . This has created a fear in me of buying any IFB products. I humbly request that the AMC May kindly be cancelled and the amount be refunded to me immediately. I have incurred heavy expenditure on Mobile Phone bills calling the IFB and Anu Techno people. For the last three months. . can any one refund the expenses to me . Moreover what about the harassment and mental Torture I have gone through and the time I spent waiting for the Personnel to turn up. All for possessing a IFB Washing Machine . If any one can take up this matter seriously and address the problem so that Others – innocent buyers don’t fall in to this trap of Companies exploiting the general public with things that are not stream lined and unorganized .               I bought a new IFB Front Loading washing machine dated 15/8/2015 from GREAT EASTERN TRADING COMPANY in Siliguri. which got problems now. It is in warranty period. My compliant number is[protected]. I logged my complaint on 8-Nov-2015 and within a couple of days the mechanic came to inspect the machine. As it is manufacturing defective unit the machine have tried but he could not able to solve it. He informed me that it is a manufacturing defect, so you talk with the office. After that I have called several times to your call center but the problem has not solved. . Call center people asked me to contact the Kolkata office directly and the give me a phone no.[protected] . So I made a call to the KOLKATTA office. But no one have picked up the phone. Suddenly one lady have picked up the after my continuous effort, and the lady said that she will inform shortly . After that nobody came back .                 Ticket no: [protected], Nagercoil service centre. It's been 3 months since we raised a complaint. Nothing has happened till date. No proper response from anyone. Whenever we ask for an update the Manager, Mr. Prabhagaran gives us the same reply that the drum is on the way from Thirunelveli. But, nothing is happening. If they can't provide a proper service, then what's the point in selling such a waste product. I'll never suggest this product to any of my friends. This is the worst experience I've ever had. Please take care of this issue and fix asap.

                  Hello sir, This is vijay kumar b from vizianagaram, AP It has been nearly 5 months since i have registered a complain for IFB washing machine, Model ELENA, complain number 16246766, many times called to service team, many times called to customer care, talked to senior manager, nothing has happened, every time they assure of quick action and nothing happens, when they tell that we will send a technician tommorrow he comes and after a month and each times he tells of a new problem and parts still to be recieved from company and the same story repeats, sometimes they tell that your complain has been closed due to non availability of parts and some times the dont even pick our calls, after 3 months they give my another complain number 16743530, so much of mental harrassment i have felt and so much of my time wasted on this thing.. and so much money loss in intrest terms and for an alternative arrangements.

                  After a huge followup, finally the company representative have repaired the washing machine that too after 3 months. This should'nt been happening when someone is paying a huge amount believing into the assurance given by the company

                    I have purchased IFB washing machine in May and have been chasing service centre for stand and cover. Every time I call them they take a request and tell that a technician would get in touch with you in 2-3 days but they never turn up. When I call back customer care to say this they tell us that we will escalate but nothing happens. Finally someone called Anjan, Bangalore service centre head told that there are no covers and I have to buy it outside!!

                      Start button is not working .the motor is not running and is producing sound like fire flamming. We have booked a complaint on Nov 1st and 2nd complaint on 9th of November, 3rd complaint on 18th, but no technician has not attended even one complaint. Harsha and hari both are not responding to our calls, then we have called Haritha of Vijayawada, and Cuddapah region also.but both are disconnecting the phone while explaining our complaint. Then balivender of complaint session, told to send the technician on Monday ie 30 of Nov, but he failed to do so and we r suffering a lot with this problem. I have already taken an yearly contract of approximately 4000, on this machine. What is the response to the yearly contracted customer. We have all the evidences regarding the complaints and contract.we have already placed a mail on 29th of Nov. I will complaint to the customer court.                           My IFB Microwave is not working. I raised a complaint on NOV - 26. Today is DEC-1. 6 days over. I have called the Toll free customer care. They gave the number of Support Center. I called them and nobody attended. I again called IFB. They gave the manager number. Manager is not picking up the phone. After 6 days and multiple phone calls, not even a single person has turned up.

                            I have registered a complaint Number [protected]. After ten days a technician visited and found some problem in my machine. He informed that a parts of it should be replace by good one and it will be replaced in the next day itself and the complaint can be rectified. But nobody came until today. Yesterday, I received a message that my complaint have been resolved. I am very sorry to inform the poor response and poor service from your service centre located in Trivandrum City. Please do needful to resolve my complaint immediately. Thanking your[protected] Rajendran Nair.K ( I am working in a Government Enterprises having 28 thousand of staff. I discussed the same with some of my college . All of them who bought IFB washing machine facing such problem and I was advised not to buy any product of IFB due to poor service. Also considering the poor response of IFB Service Centre some are compelled to approach the private service centres and finally there machine damaged permanently. Please note that the reputation of IFB is losing mainly because of your poor service centres.)

                              I have an 2 years AMC with IFB washing machines. I have been complaining about it not working and no one has bothered to come and address this issue. It is now 2 months and with the rains in chennai I am badly in need of my washing machine. I also have a cancer patient at home.

The repair has not been carried out till date. The toll free number instead of taking up the matter with their agency at Lucknow informs the phone number on which I can discuss the issue. This sort of service is not expected from a company of repute and on which we have reposed faith since past many years.                                   I have registered a complaint about defective functioning of washing machine with ticket no:16541539 on[protected].It is not resolved till day.When ever I phone to local marketing person of the company, he lifts the phone and keeps me on waiting indefinitely and does not attend to the call.It happened 4 times.Today I tried to contact customer care centre.They came in contact after a long time and kept mum . I do not know how to contact them.The only option left to me is to proceed legally through consumer court.

                                    We have IFB washing machine. The AMC of the machine expired as the company which usually calls for its extension on payment basis, did not ask for it. we called up the company. its mechanic came and tried to persuade us to not go for warantee from the company but instead use his personal services whenever required. The company and their area manager were informed of this. The company instead of taking any action, has not bothered another person for AMC. It has been over a fortnight but despite so many calls no action has been taken. I do not if the company is not willing to give AMC on payment basis, what would be the response if they take money and dont respond when the machine gives problem. Thumbs down for IFB and its reaction

                                      I have raised complaint on Nov 25th 2015( Compalint no is [protected]), still now it is not resolved. machine is under AMC but no use, each time when we call customer care they have readymade answer technician will attend your issue today and will give us useless phone number of area managers .. none will pick the call or will be reachable.
