This is the worst experience from the customer service team of IFB. We registered our complaint two months back and still there is no hope. How can a customer depend on a product of this company anymore testing his patience and waiting for redressel of the complaints...I would never suggest anyone to buy a product from this company.

    Hello- My register mobile number is[protected]. I keep on complaining about my Washing machine since 3 months, no resolution provided by you. Some technician is visiting my place and looking the AMC and saying this will not our reason and AMC taken by Bharani and will not attend this call as Bharani taken the AMC like that always they are saying and leaving my place without providing the resolution. My point is who is Bharani, I'm taken the AMC based on the IFB brand not based on the Bharani, I've right to raise the complain with in India and you have to attend the call with in India. This is IFB, and international company, it has some brand value in the market but you guys are playing like local company with cheap tricks. I really fed-up to call customer care and keep on giving the complaining for same issue. How many time you can take the complaining without provident the resolution. My AMC till Dec 2015 and since 3 months you people are delaying the time unnecessary, I guess I can say wontedly you are doing this because you guys wants to reach the AMC end date and then you will say AMC over so we can't attend the call like that. Since 3 months I'm waiting and no one has giving the resolution. Some one is saying items is not available story, My question, if items are not available why you guys have taken the AMC for my machine. You guys are given some number like Jyothi, Usha etc, no one has provided resolution. I spoke to Balbindhar shing, he promised me that he will resolve my problem with in two day. But not happens since 1 or 1 1/2 month even after spoken to him. My question is are you extend my AMC? I guess your answer is NO. If NO, then why you people are not providing the resolution since 3 months and wasting my duration. I can say your company is cheating me like local companies, I can say I'm not interested to use this kind of words but my experience with IFB is worst. I really lost my patient to keep on complaining Please verify my complain history since 3 months and also please provide me the list of complain I raised since 3 months.     Thanks for resolving the issue. It took nearly 3 months to resolve the issue. I lost my AMC period due to IFB employees irresponsibility who are working in my area. They haven't taken seriously my issue. After complaining in here then problem resolved in 3 days.

    Not sure why we always reaching customer care, my experience this place is better to complain the issue than Customer care center.

    I.m not sure why the service guys are not attending the call even I raised the complaint two time for same issue. Two times I raised the complain but not one is attend to my issue. Simply dragging the time. In Tirupathi town service is too worst I can say. I never recommend any for any IFB product

      I have purchased a 20 ltr. Microoven model no. 20pg3s from their dealer sree ganesha enterprises, door no. 26-50-17, opp. Sfs school, kanithi road, gajuwaka, visakhapatnam-530026, ph.No.[protected] invoice no. 039 dt. 26.11.2013 after receiving the micro oven it was found inside the microoven yellow type rust, then i asked demo person for replacement of the same. But demo person told me that i have 1 year guarantee and asked me to call after 10-11 months o[censored]se it will be changed. After 11 month i have a complaint to the customer ifb care. They have send the same person and he told it will be changed within a week. After several calls to ifb customer care complaint no.16292062 and 16490067 and told mr. Rishi, mr. Balbider etc.After many calls till date no person has approached me . Please help me regarding this matter.

          I have purchased a new ifb washing machine under the name keasavan ph.no:[protected] model no: Eva aqua sx 6kg 800rpm on July 2015, with in 10days it got repaired i have called ifb customer care and registered a complained about this they said their technician will will visit my place within 2working days but he came after 5days and said the problem have occurred due to rat bite on mother board and this will not cover under free service i have to pay for it, i have agreed for that and he said the cost will be around 4k and he provided a contact number and said he is going on leave for 10days and he asked me to contact his colleagues for further, as he said i have contacted him he visited my place and said he will fix the issue but he said he is not from IFB he is a local mechanic and not to disclose any information to ifb regarding this, but i dint agree it because i don't want to waste my warranty period, i have again called an IFB customer care and explained this they said they will escalate this to higher level and they have registered another complaint as they said this time an different technician came but he did the same as a previous technician, he also provided the same thirty party dealer number asked to contact him if machine needs to be repaired soon, again i have called the customer care and said this as usual they said they will make a note of this and send to higher level and again they have logged my complaint as new one but no one have attended my complaint in spite of calling customer care for more that 5 times, even i have contacted the dealer thrice ever time he says that technical will attend my problem but its almost 2month no one came till now, i am waiting for some one to get this fixed, i have spend 27k for a washing machine and hardly used it for five times, now i am washing clothes with my hand, i dint a big blender by choosing the brand IFB worst customer service but in my machine they have printed spare parts support for 10years

            I have complained regarding the same long back . Again the same thing is repeated. The previous link is given here http://www.consumercomplaints.in/ifb-microwave-25bc3-under-warranty-but-not-work... Now the microwave is in AMC but I faced the same problem . They took away the PCB on 21st September 2015 promising to get it done by Wednesday I.e. 23rd but even after calling the customer care multiple times there is no benifit. Today there was a missed call and immediately after that they send an SMS saying the issue is resolved without getting it resolved. My microwave is still unassembled without PCB. I want no one to purchase any more IFB product as there service is the worst amongst all. I want them to give my money back and take back there microwave. Either the service person's knows nothing or the person working in IFB intensionally harassing us. Please help to get our money back. Chirantan [protected]

              Dear sir My wife is an assistant professor and a working mother for our three children who are all under ten years of age. A washing machine is a boon and we decided on ifb as it was the brand that had great reviews from other working mothers who used it. Unfortunately the experience we had over the last one month has badly dented that image. Last month the machine failed and we filed complaint no [protected] at the trichur service centre (+[protected] on september 5th. After filing our complaint the technician visited our place on september 10th and said a screw/bracket was needed and he would do the same within a few days. Our repeated calls met with no response and my wife was forced to manually wash clothes for over a month. On wednesday (8th october) i spoke again to the office as the technician refused to pick our repeated calls by now (+91 [protected]). The lady at the service centre who we had also spoken to many times and knowing that we had relentlessly called for the last month understood our dilemma and promised me that she would send a replacement from an old washing machine in your trichur godown till the part arrived from mumbai. She said this would be done on the 9th october My wife accordingly took leave and waited at home on thursday for action from your part. No one came, or bothered to call her. After 3.00 p. M she tried several times to call the technician and the office but they did not pick her call, aware of her number. Finally on friday calling from another number we got through to the service desk and they said we will do it. Telling them the difficulties of washing for so many manually for a working woman they rudely told us to get another washing machine if this was the case. I am appalled by the service of your company. My wife has decided to take another washing machine, as advised by your service centre (This time lg) as we have realized the pathetic service offered by your company. I now ask you to at least fix the washing machine so that i have second washing machine to face any breakdown in the future and do take action on such service staff as they give your brand a very bad image to your dwindling base of working mothers.

                Sir I have filed my complaint on online for front door lock damage on September and agent came to my home and he just checked the door and told that we have to order the front door it may take about one week my father with anger because he was irritated so he said ok then he asked about service charge my father said after fixing the door I will give the total money .so he left my house .while leaving he told about advance 500rupee but hehe don't took the advance but he said that after fixing the door he will take the money and he left.After that on September 26 morning I called Ifb care and I apologize to the manager and I asked for door to orders and he said OK .Till now I am calling every day they are saying the spare will be next week till yesterday. Today they are saying that we said to the agent that we don't want the spare. I was so much irritated because I am calling them every day and they saying that your spare will be in shipping .so please make agent about the customer listen clearly and management too.since I am calling every day then also they didn't place the order but they are asking the details about washing machine and problem

                  I am Dr Pradeep Kumar. I am a IFB washing machine customer for past 7 years and my machine is under AMC. I have registered a complaint about the noise produced by the machine on 4th October 2015. I am at Chromepet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

                  Whenever we call customer care on the toll free number, they are simply dodging and giving fake replies that service engineer would come. But no one turned up till now.

                  My AMC is ending by 20th October, 2015. Hence they are simply postponing the service.

                  This is a planned cheat by IFB customer care as well as service department. Even the customer care is not forwarding our complaint to the next level or it is not forwarding the complaint to the service people of that area.

                    Complaint no. [protected]. This machine was bought from flipkart on aug 14th. In one months time it started producing heavy sound and vibrations. The water doesn't go out from detergent section after the cycle is complete. I have been calling up the customer care from 15 days multiple times a day but no technician has come till now. They just keep saying someone will visit soon but no use. I have even posted on their facebook page but no use. They claim to give warranty for 4 years but here in one month they are not even ready to provide service. This is harassment. I have paid so much of money for this. I want them to either refund my money or provide replacement.

                      Model: sanorita sx 6kg 1000 rpm. This product is still under warrantee. I made a complaint (Ticket no.[protected] regarding front load washing machine on 04-sep-15 but didn't find any resolution till date from ifb service center. So far, it is very painful experience with ifb customer service, they don't reply even after several commitments. Service tickets were closed several times without resolving the complaint to meet internal slas. I don't see any worth spending money for ifb products if customer service is so poor. Look forward for immediate attention.

                        I purchased Micro Oven just two months back. About 10 days back it stopped working. I complained to the IFB service point. A person attended on the same day of the complaint and promised that the problem will be resolved soon. But till today, even though it is over 10 days... it is not done. He is not even lifting his phone now.

                          I am Dr Raghu using ifb washing machine for last 12 yrs I have raised a service request on oct 2nd, friday it was a holiday so they promised to attend on 3rd Saturday, which they failed .on repeated calls to the service team no, 40170676 says .the lady always she will send in next 2 hrs we tried to call mr sampath his calls his no[protected] he never answered the calls .My wife had to wait in the house on whole of Saturday and monday .Monday morning we again spoke to the customer care they gave ms Deepthi no we spoke to her around 10.30 she said she will arrange in next 1 hr waited at home 2 pm again tried to call the local service center they were very casual in their response, i had to hold on to the call for almost 15 mts, finally mr sampath attended the call i asked him why were you not attending my calls he says he is busy and he does not have to attend my calls he says he will send an executive when it is possible.and his language is also very bad he says i have not paid any money to him what ever i paid it is to the IFB.this is what i have to listen to a decade of my association with IFB Today i must have made at least 100 calls service centre, sampath and ms Deepthi of all this only 2 calls were attended rest all were unattended I want a right person to address this and give a proper response Thank you Regards DR.Raghunadha Reddy

                            It's regarding my microwave which is registered with "Conzeal Software Private Limited" I raised a complain on 13 Sep 2015 in IFB customer care (No :[protected] and complain number is : 16414695 and mobile associated with that complain is [protected]. Fact is it is not resolved till date 6 October 2015. During this time I almost did more than 30 calls and spoke with many people. Like: - Many call center executive, i know they are on low position so they were not able to help me and i understand that. - I talked with many senior executive over call center (Santosh, Balvendr, Satish and Durge) and these four guys were not able to fulfill their promises about fixing the microwave. Also, they were never call back me. During the my conversation with them they always promised me they will call back me but they never did. I keep following up with them but complain was not resolved and never they called me back. yes they did share two more numbers. - Mr. prashant I think he is service manager in Ahmedabad but amazing thing is he never picked up my call. I tried many a times but he haven't. - Mr Ankit, He is head of Gujarat. I tried reaching out many a times but he was really hard to get in touch because he doesn't pickup the calls. but luckily one time one senior manager scheduled conference call on 3rd October 2015. Finally and he did apologizes and promised that it will be fix on same day but it is not. I kept informing him via messages but he was not responding and even not picking my calls. Once again I got another person number from call center who helped me to connect with Ankit on Monday 5 October 2015 but once again he made me promise and was not able to resolve my complain. Now, my last demand was atleast give me contact of someone who is responsible and help me to resolve my issue. Also, for sure he is equivalent or above to Ankit role who can listen my complain. But i didn't got. So I don't know what should I do next? I want to file a case against IFB and want to fight for justice. Now, it's not about my microwave it's about justice and want to make them learn lesson so other consumers should not face this problem. Please help and provide me directions. Thanks!                               Worst service team... had a horrible experience ...
                              they keep on postponing ...that too with silly reasons.. (in this case it was washing machine going broke)... in the end had to call an independent service personnel. He was prompt and did not waste any time in fixing the washing machine...

                              IFB people you need to hire a good team... with a brand like you and a worst class service will ruin your reputation...

                                This is Mr. Subramanyam, existing customer of I.F.B. I am presently owning IFB products of oven, washing machine, dishwasher. I have been entering AMC for the washing machine and the present AMC is valid upto January 2016 I am working as chief Manager, corporation bank, Chennai, corporate banking branch I had earlier worked in various places like Mumbai, Delhi etc the service available in Chennai is worst I had experienced so far. My washing machine is defective since 14 of September 15" first few days I didn't get complaint no. After my repeated requests, my complaint had been registered as no. [protected] on 25"9"15. Despite of our continous follow up and of the service agents assurances, representative turned up on 2"10. 15 and dismantled the machine. He told us that one part is required but immediately not available. He assured us that the part would definitely be available on 5.10. 15 and that the machine will be assembled positively on 5.10.15.. For my dismay. The representative not only did not turn up but also not even responding to my several phone calls. Service centre head, Mrs sudha, also not responding to our numerous calls. Another astonishing factor is that your call centre had unilaterally cancelled the customer no. As the complaint had not been resolved for long. New complaint no of [protected] had been issued. I have been thinking that, even now thinking that am the proud owner of IFB products. I have never faced this type of service problems from IFB. As your service agents are not responding and are not even bothered about damage to the brand image I request you to interfere in the matter and help me in making washing machine operationable.                                   Product - washing machine, washer 9 kg, dryer 7 kg, bought 3.5 years back for 50, 000/_ has been working erratically for the past 3 weeks. It just works at random and stops at random mostly mid way in the cycle. Complaint filed on 22nd sept, ticket no[protected] First person attended to complaint on 29th sept - mr amar sharma - refused to accept our version of the issue and insisted on running the machine on his own. Incidentally every time he tried, the machine is working fine. Then he says - you run it and when it stops call me so that i can come and check. Over the next 3 days it stopped 2 times and every time we called him - he was too busy to come and have a look. After that called the company again nd again and again. Spoke to mr hitesh at global agencies on 3rd oct - he said i am sending one person., he never turned up that day. I called the service center - they say - the system is running slow so we can not retrieve the old complaint. So i was forced to file a new one - no[protected] Today - 5th oct - almost 14 days after the original complaint was filed, we still have no resolution what so ever, Inspite of the fact that the machine is in warranty and such and expensive equipment, they are not bothered at all. We are fed up and frustrated and don't know what to do now.

                                    I purchase a Microwave Oven from SALES EMPORIUM, Behala on 28.07.2015. But till date we cannot use this microwave oven due to manufacturing defect, which was identified while company person came to demonstrate it and after so many complain till date company does take any proper action. Now we are seriously thinking about to go ahead with legal advice.

                                      IFB Micro oven I must tell u or request u to please go through the complaint no. below since August 2015 (8 Times) 2 Oct 16560665 21 sep 16399122 Now u only tell me why I will complain if some one could come to do the work properly It's an answer to me that if a customer does AMC he is making fool of himself, also I can bet if there would be no AMC the repair and service would be class apart, with no AMC the services are class apart Felling sorry about brand IFB, with such a bad attitude towards the customer In all these complaints only the technician visited two times with prior information, otherwise the technician comes to us with no notice. I have spoken to The IFB area incharge Mr Srivastava [ [protected]] but no positive response from her too. She has stopped taking my calls . I had sent number of SMS but again no response .
