Myself purchased a washing machine having Model no. WM Sanorita DX on the recommendation of your company representative, incidentally, present in the show room, explaining all round performance of the machine as well as excellent after sale service, in the year 2010. Unfortunately, your first after sale service made me realize that your company and their service staff are only for money. First put the customer in trouble, then demand the money. They donot care about the problems of Customers. A family of navi Mumbai, does not have extra time for washing or pursuing with your technical staff.
On 27.9.2015, my washing machine stopped working. On 28.9.2015, I lodged a complaint under the complain No. 16535874. On several requests, Mr. Ashish Nirmal from M/s Delight Services, Navi Mumbai attended at 7.00 PM on 29.9.2015. After checking, he told that two parts have to be replaced and for that advance payment of more than Rs.4000/- has to be made immediately and by tomorrow, i.e. 30.9.2015, your machine will be OK. Taking precautionary measures of earlier experience, I assured him, payment will be made immediately but only after repairing of the machine. After a long argument, he became ready but on 30.9.2015, he did not come. Again, we contacted him on his telephone No. [protected] and he told that parts are not available with the company.
As expected, of your company reputation, reply was received, parts are not available. It is very surprising, when Mr. Ashish has demanded advance, spare parts were available with company, on the basis of that he promised to get that repaired by 30.9.2015. Since, he did not get the advance, he started to harass the Customer. He demanded more than Rs.4000/- for that parts and services without any documents on behalf of the company. I want to know that whether this is your company policy ?
On getting the reply negative, I contacted Customer service and got the number of Ms. Mayuri Patil – [protected] & Mr. Vivek Vane- [protected]. As per your company reputation, they replied, “on line system is not working therefore, they are unable to check the complaint position but call me back after sometime” . Yet, I submitted the detailed information as stated above. Three times, I have given a call to Ms. Mayuri Patil, every time she assured me to give a call back in few mintutes but she never called back. Last call at 6.10 PM, she did not pick up the call. This is the symbol of your excellent customer service. Similarly two times I called Mr. Vivek Bane, he also assured me to call back, but never.
The customer is ready to pay for parts and services but your staff are making an excuses just to make more money and to make the custom suffer. Mr. Shrikant of Delight Service giving reference to a franchisee company, who has quoted Rs.2000/- more by Ms. Priya on Phone No.—[protected].
I think, you will consider the problem faced by me and mu family and requested to take necessary action to repair my washing machine so that I may not regret further.
