I am writing this complaint to you to point out a serious issue regarding one of your product {Washing Machine} which I purchased in online on dated 27/6/2021

There was an issue that occurred on[protected] on the next day we raised a compliant 24/12/2021 and even the service person has visited my residency to check the issue and found the board has a default which is next to the top of the display. He said that he will take the board to his office and will replace it with a new piece by the next day. I replied him to go ahead and fix the issue

On the next day 25/12/2021 when we contacted him, he said that the board has to come from Bangalore so it takes 2 more days

We contacted again after 2 days on 28/12/2021 he said that still, they haven’t received the board

On the same day evening, I received a message stating that the complaint has been resolved. I wondered and I went with the option of feedback to escalate the issue. I updated the feedback as the Complaint has not yet been solved

Then I tried to get in touch with the office person Ms.Maadhuri a Branch Manager in the number [protected]

I was explaining her about the issue in deep, she replied by saying why have you marked the complaint as not solved in the feedback option, because of this your complaint has reached our management and they have asked us to hold it for 7-10 business days

This is highly pathetic and the worse service I have ever seen. Why does the management need to say to hold the complaint? If the complaint hasn’t been solved then why do we have to mark it as sorted?

Firstly why did I get a message as solved when still the complaint is on hold/pending? Attached are text messages for your reference

Please address this issue with your management. Because of this issue am completely frustrated by following up you people. Now better I would like to go for the return option because of your poor service

Also, I would like to express my disappointment with your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed organization but this is not the way you deal with your customers

Am looking forward to hear back about your proposition to correct this issue from the respected authorities as soon as possible

    We bought IFB dryer from Giriyas, J P nagar bangalore one month back. Within 15 days the door was broken. The technician visited and said that he will replace the door and thats it. It has been almost a week now, no one has attended to it.
    I have spoken to call center multiple times, called the local franchisee etc but no response.
    I have heard that IFB is worst in terms of product and services, despite that I went ahead and purchased the product and it is my fault only.
    Will wait for another ten days . Else will be lodging a case against them as it is within warranty and they can see how poor quality their product is.
    Pls don't buy IFB products.. they are big cheaters.

          My washing machine having some electrical problem when we switch on the machine it is running for few seconds after rotation of drum it is suddenly switch off. Also Front door was broken, all washing soap water coming from side of the door. For the reason I have made service request and your authorised service center M/s. Prithisha Enterprises, Kathiruvedu, Puzhal, Chennai - 600 066 attended and I have paid Rs. 6, 050/- for service on 16/12/2021 but till date[protected] no one come for service and no response even phone call also. This machine also under AMC. Due to irresponse service and not attending repeated phone calls I am not interested to make further service. In this regard, please direct them to refund the money and to cancel the service request.

              I had registered a complaint with IFB regarding a door lock issue and since my machine is under an AMC the technician visited and changed the lock. On[protected] the technician had issued a bill of Rs.6080/ and I had placed an order for a new stand for the washing machine for which I had paid in prior. Despite making innumerable calls to the franchise or placing multiple complaints with the customer care there is no response. Despite being a valued customer with IFB and having a AMC for the machine it feels like a waste of money for the poor services they have provided . I wish for the money to be refunded back, the amount of 1520 which has been collected from me but no product has been delivered.

                IFB Industries overcharging - rs 590 charged as service charge for one visit instead of rs 354

                Ifb personal visited my home in connection with a service complaint of a washing machine. The receipt of which is attached herewith for your reference. Service charge of rs 590 was paid to him for a single visit which he acknowledged ifb tkt no [protected] dated 20/12/2021, issued in the name of Hadwika Associates on a receipt bearing ifb industries limited.

                I recently bought IFB 8kg FRONT LOAD SENATOR WSS SILVER wachine machine at RELIANCE retail limited, Erode

                With 4 to 5 washes, it was showing error like "TAP ERROR".
                We have called IFB services and 4 to 5 technicians from IFB reached us and checked the issue and they are not able to identify the issue. After that we never received any response from IFB.

                Its already been more than 10days since we filed a complaint and we never received proper response from IFB service team.

                    I was complaint about washing machine service, problem is when machine is running water flowing stoped suddenly after 10 min again when I was on the door and close again it is stated from starting I has already calm to customer care complaint and the machanic has came and nothing as do any thing service is not do anything and he is taken service charge of 300 rs for 10 min but he is nothing has checked any thing again when I was call back to him he said I'll come tomorrow and check u machine but till know no one respond any again know also I'll call and complaint to ifb customer care they behaver is not correct, I talking with them they are my call puting on hold one of the worest service and customer care responding

                        Complaint regarding Lack of responsiveness regarding replacement of IFB Microwave oven

                        I ordered a IFB microwave oven from Amazon. When I switched it on, the food did not heat. I placed a complaint on 8th November with IFB customer service and a customer executive came and checked the oven. He said that some part of the oven wasn't working and that IFB would offer whole unit replacement in 15 days. Next day he called and said replacement is approved and I would be receiving it in 10 days. There was no response after 15...

                          I have IFB washing machine which is under warranty and when I ran it it started smoke and I raised complaint in IFB service centre (ticket no. [protected]).

                          Service guy said the relay has burnt out and entire PCB needs to replace which will not be considered under warranty and I will have to pay Rs.6000.

                          If PCB is not considered under warranty then what else? What I should do with the warranty of 4 years which was IFB's selling argument.

                          If PCB is not considered under warranty then why they can't replace the relay module only and repair it? IFB is forcing me to buy PCB worth Rs. 6000.

                          Even the service managers are not picking up call and 2 other no. are switched off.

                          I will never recommend IFB to any one anymore.

                            I requested them for a service of my microwave but after calling 5-6times they didn't come yet, its been 10days i have requested them for service, i am very very disappointed with the incident, ticket number [protected]

                              Hi Team,

                              I had an issue with my washing machine on October 5th 2021 and raised an complaint for it and after examined by technician found that board has to be replaced and it needed to be ordered they mentioned it will take weeks time.

                              It has been more than 2 months and i have been keep on raising complaint and both customer care and service center are not responding back and without my knowledge they are cancelling the complaint. on escalation they provided me the area manger number to sort it out. he seems to be the worst manager in IFB([protected])Johny francis.

                              I have been told continuously every week that i will receive by monday, wednesday, saturday for almost 2 months, i am hearing only this response.

                              I have a 1 year baby with no support to take care and this behavior from IFB has changed my life to an very extend level of frustration and hopeless in life, leading to divorce, leading to life saving attempts .

                              IFB is responsible for all this in my life and let me know will i get any sort of resolution

                                My Elena DX washing machine was under AMC for 2 years from 23/11/2020 to 22/11/2022.In October my machine's timer was not working. First they said they are waiting to get Timer from company. I was continuously following with them After two weeks Mr.Ram from Vikhroli Mumbai service center said that company has discontinued manufacturing parts of this machine hence it cannot be repaired. He promised me that my AMC amount will be refunded if I buy new machine from IFB chembur point. I purchased new Aqua Machine from IFB chembur. Till date no refund of AMC amount has been done.Every time they say give us some time. Customer care response is they are taking up matter with branch.Today two months are over refund of AMC amount yet not done. If you are not able to give services as per AMC contract you should refund full AMC amount on account of deficiency in services as per indian contract Act. I once again request to IFB company for doing needful in this matter.

                                  I purchased IFB washing machine at Tirupati (IFB point) .ticket was raised from IFB for Installation & Demo. but service franchise named (Sri sai srinivasa enterprises) called me & Demanded me to purchase the other products (stand, liquid detergent).I disagree so they have not send me technician for demo, I approch the franchise owner name (Thota Madhu Naidu)about the demo but I returned with negligence answer from service provider. Finally I agreed to purchase the other unnecessary product whichworth of rs 500 was sold to me at rs 1100 (Technician name- Murali) to avail the Demo & installation.

                                  Kindly take the necessary action against fraudulent service provider & technician.
