Pnone No.[protected] Dear Sir, With reference to the complaint made on 12.1.15 at 9.47AM (Ticket No.[protected] IFB Technician (Phone no.[protected]), visited our house and he said that timer should be replaced and it can be done within two or three days. But no response was shown for many days. Later conference call was held with Mr.Vignesh (Phone no.[protected]) and Mr.Madhu (Phone No.[protected]). Then another technician came and he said the same, that times will be replaced within two or three days. But till now, we get no response is from them. Every day we make calls twice to Mr.Vignesh and Mr.Madhu but he they repeatedly say, that tomorrow it will be done. Last time, also, two and half month was taken to attend our complaint. This time already one month is over, which affects our AMC Period. Kindly take serious action to attend our complaint as early as possible. Regards, R.saravanan [protected]

I complaint many times to your toll free no. but without visiting to my house your technician closed the complaint. How? When i talked to the technician he asked that if i did not closed the complaint within some days then he will not get the payment for that complaint. if so then are you working for only to get the payment without work? What happens to our complaints and problems? Now i have the minor problem and you are not able to solve it from last one month. if major problem arises then will you take years to solve it ? I talked to higher authorities Mr. Sanjay Singh, he asked me take care within a day but no replay. I asked Technician that i talked to Mr. Sanjay Singh then he said I don't know who is he, if you want you called him and get your problem solved. if such type of the service is there why should we go IFB products?
Hope the problem will solved without moving to Consumer Court.

    I registered a complaint on 14th Jan 2015 with complaint no. 14699984. Despite multiple reminders - no one turns up before 4th February 2015. He does not set the issue but closes the call. I called up again and am told that it's a new complaint no. 14862970. Till now - no one has called. Lousy service. None of the escalation nos work - no one responds or resolves the issue. Made a mistake buying the product.

      Sir, with great concern i may report the customer service provided to us is pathetic and very poor, even though the customer service office is situated near 200m from my residence. on this, please refer ticket no.s [protected] & [protected] and email to customer service ifb on 03.2.2015. On the initial complaint i had to call four times and they have'nt responded. Lastly i approached the dealer (Bismi), then only one technicial came and firstly told that capasitor has to be replaced. and he arrived on a conclusion that the magneton to be replaced. I took the mobile no. of the manager and asked him to check the genuinety of the part and he agreed. But he never send any of the technician to check up. I require to check up the whether the oven has the genuine part of IFB and if genuine it should be replaced. Also make sure that the customer service of our area (Ernakulam, Irimpanam PO) to be reprimanded for above lapse. Solicited your early action and reply. Regards. . Smitha Anil

          spare parts not covered for 90 days after entering the AMC

The customer care representative mentioned that - AMC would cover rubber parts including plastic material. - AMC will be applicable from day one & will cover all the parts.             we have ifb front load machine, , we had water seeping issues during wash process, in may 2013, we were told drum needs to be replaced, and was done, we have the number of person whom we had contacted, to conduct repairs then, but its disconnected, , , we got other contact going on line, as the machine this time is not starting, , the servicecenter people came in, , their observation was, there is no spring hold, on one side, , that holds drum in balance, , this time he says, mcb has water intake, our machine use to make big noise, we now learnt, it was due to no spring hold installed, and hence the drum use to move vigrously during rinse process n hit the walls of machine, and i use to fire my maid as to shes overloading the machine, , i must state, i paid full repair costs, but the job was done niglegently, causing damage to other parts, , , which was pointed out by the current technician, who surveved the machine.
            i really feel i should not be charged for this second repair costs, , but the company should pull up the technician, who repaired last time, for negligence n causing this situation.
            trust the company believes in fair policies towards customer

              I registered complaint 14732695 for ifb microwave Jan 19. After repeated calls engineer came after 6 days and told some part need to be replaced and he will get back. Since then I am waiting engineer is nt picking up cell, I called serv stn no given by cust care [protected], [protected] & [protected], neither they r responding. I have called customer care alteast 5-6 times and local service guys dont pick the cell at all. My microwave is udner warranty right now. I never though buying IFB product would be such a mental harassment to me. Such poor state of service a indeed a nightmare for me & many consumers like me for sure. Please never ever buy IFB product...

                Hi, Bought Eva Aqua VX - 5.5 Kg. When I bought this mobile dealer sold saying that it will automatically covert the hard(salt) water to normal water since it is a aqua model but the guy who is installing saying that we need to buy separate purifier for this machine to convert the water. There is huge wrong communication . I have called immediately to IFB customer care and they are saying that it is inbuilt. Again I called the installer and explained what is discussed with the customer care but he still expalining that it would be good to install the purifier. I am not able to judge who is correct.

                  Analysis Given: Motor of the Machine is Not working. Needs to be changes.
                  Engineer was supposed to Re- visit after 2 days on 10th Feb 2015, but not yet visited.

                  Problem is Still pending and Aggravated.
                  Machine is in AMC and we are not able to use the Machine completely for entire 1 Year. Even though the Machine was in AMC I was charged with every visit of engineer for spares.
                  I have lost on my investment. Request you to compensate for Financial losses & request for Compleate Replacement of the machine with new one within 8days of this complaint else I will have to go to Consumer court with this complaint.

                    I had purchased an ifb washing machine (Model: 9kg washer, 7kg dryer), which cost me about rs 56000/- one year back. My customer code with ifb is 3020918. I have filed more than 15 complains with the company in last 15 months, related to this washing machine working. This is a faulty product and proof of this is company has stopped manufacturing it without having any similar capability product. Now company is not at all listening to my complains and no action is being taken. I have been cheated by this company, please help me.                         Hi, My customer id with IFB is 10184762 and I have an IFB Elena washing Machine which is not working and have registered a complaint regarding the same on 6th Jan 2015 ( Complaint Num:[protected]. I have an AMC contract with them and post a technician visit they have been telling me that spares are unavailable. The company and service center is extremely unresponsive and I am stuck with my machine not working for the last month inspite of paying for an AMC.                           I have purchased above machine on 17.4.2012.from UBC tirur malapuram kerala.In addition to normal warranty of 4 yrs i paid for extra period of another two more yrs and now warranty is up to 3.5.2018.during the service period of last twq and half years machine became defective 3 times. first complaint was that waste water pump not working.second one was timer stuck up and latest was drum bent and touching body created friction and burning of insulation during spin. previous 2 complaints were attended by service centre.latest they told that drum has to come from other unit.3rd complaint was registered on friday on 30th jan 15 through dealer &.at customer care on monday2.2.15. my ticket no is[protected].customer ID is3366224.I am waiting for attention.how long it will take to get the drum? I express my dissatisfaction over the performance of this machine.It make me worried.It is not trouble free..total investment on machine wasRs19500+warranty extention Rs.1684 +accessoriesRs2800 Will you take care of my comments &do something to improve the trust bestowed on your company.

                          Today on 5.2.15 your technician came and replaced the defective drum.I thank the company for doing this .It was fair on the part of IFB to hear me and attend my complaint.
                          Even though I maintain to say that performance of the machine is not satisfactory as it became defective 3 times within a period of 2 and half years.Consider the cost of machine.It cost Rs.20000/-So a customer expect worth on his investment.IFB may think about this comment.

                          I am sorry to write this letter.On5-2-15 as i wrote early your technician attended my complaint and went.To my dismay when the machine was engaged on 7-2-15 it started a whistling sound during spin.It is due to drum on rotation rubbing body and creating friction making motor to strain.This is similar to earlier complaint.Even after changing the drum if the defect repeat what is to be told about efficiency of service?
                          I have no words to explain you other than that this is disgusting.I have given to customer care my feed back on attention that I am NOT satisfied with service.Two men worked for 2 hrs without result.Very bad indeed. The drum which should rotate freely on hand push is rubbing some where and resist smooth revolve.Let me conclude saying I am fed up.

                          on 9-2-15 on contacting service centre, manager was kind enough to send another technician to attend repeated defect.He was talented and did find the cause of defect and working for 3hrs rectified the problem.A rubber bush at drum seat was replaced.I hereby thank IFB network for their timely attention.Hope that IFB will take care of customers in future also.thank you-

While entering into AMC, which was done by your engineer, Mr.Pandi(Mob.[protected]), we were told to contact him in case of any repair. But when we contacted him last week, he said that he’ll be coming the same day and dragged to 3 days. We were contacting him from 24th January, but on 28th January he said that he can’t do anything and to contact regular customer care. Again on 28th January we contacted Customer care and registered complaint, Ticket no.[protected]. I would have called minimum 5 to 6 times a day, where I got responses that it will be attended the same day. But till now no one has shown any interest to attend the repair. On 30th January, I again called the customer care where I got the local engineer no.[protected], who in turn said that he’ll come within the same day, but till now no one cared to attend and when we call Pandi and Anandan they don’t pick up the calls I don’t know how else I can escalate to get things done for a simple washing machine repair. Is this a response expected from a renowned Home appliances company? I don’t know what to say. And the way the call center people and engineers react is ridiculous. Still I don’t have any hope that my when my machine will be repaired in near future. By an unfortunate customer Hi - 2nd mail Based on above mail, we had an engineer to attend our fault on 31st January after many escalations. He knows that our machine is under warranty and asked whether he can bring the hose pipe from office. It is also recorded that our motor is not working. He replaced the motor, but he said that he forgot to bring the hose pipe and that would cost around Rs.550 and that too, he can come only after 2 days. When we asked, knowing that he has to bring the hose pipe, why he didnt bring the same, he started abusing us in local language. He also persuaded us to buy some water softener and machine cleaner. We were astonished to see a customer service engineer, from a respected organisation, behaving like this. His name is Mr.Suresh and is from Ve care services. If you can read through the above mail, you can understand that how many times I have called your engineer, Mr.Pandi last week, and regular customer care. I would have called nearly 50 times just to get my machine repair !!! We are not given any mode of communication, viz.mail, telephone or mobile, of any higher officials in case we need to escalate about the services of the engineers. Hence, these personnel take extreme advantage. Please take necessary steps to solve this issue and let us know your higher authorities' contact details in case we want to escalate.

                              I am Sanjay Tulsyan, Chartered Accountant in practice from Adilabad Telangana. I have a IFB washing machine which is out of service since more than a month. I have contacted your customer care on 06.01.2015 and a ticket number was issued 14642335 in which it was written that IFB CARE will get in touch with you shortly on my mobile number [protected]. Since then no one has visited my house from the company. After obtaining contact numbers of your service staff, I called on [protected] which is not functioning. Then I got one number [protected] and upon contacting him on 30.01.2015, he spoke rudely but told me that he would visit next day ie 31.01.2015 and told me to remind him in morning once again. Today even after calling 6-7 times he did not turn up. No one is attending to my complaint. I am surprised to know that IFB brand of high repute has such a poor service and rude staff. Even the company has not bothered till date to check whether the complaint made vide ticket number 14642335 is resolved to the customer's satisfaction. I once again request you to attend my complaint urgently otherwise I will have to keep aside your machine and buy a new one of other brand. This is really a very poor service from the company side. You need to take this matter very seriously else your company will loose its market share drastically.

                                Complaint ID 848267 The above reference complaint was registered on 5th Jan 2015, after a week time the call was attended on 12th Jan 2015, but the call was kept pending for last 15 days due to non-availability of spares or xyz reason.. The response from service provider is not satisfied, hence we would advise you to intervene in this matter.                                     Fabulous revert ever received.IFB company representative called me up today Morning and told that they are reversing back the transaction made on FlipCart for my Microwave and they will Take Back The Product . Hopping IFB don't have Demo Team for their products. Awaiting a revert or Demo Appointment for Tomorrow.
