Engineer Visited : 7th Feb 2015
Analysis Given: Motor of the Machine is Not working. Needs to be changes.
Engineer was supposed to Re- visit after 2 days on 10th Feb 2015, but not yet visited.

Problem is Still pending and Aggravated.
Machine is in AMC and we are not able to use the Machine completely for entire 1 Year. Even though the Machine was in AMC I was charged with every visit of engineer for spares.
I have lost on my investment. Request you to compensate for Financial losses & request for Compleate Replacement of the machine with new one within 8days of this complaint else I will have to go to Consumer court with this complaint.

    I had purchased an ifb washing machine (Model: 9kg washer, 7kg dryer), which cost me about rs 56000/- one year back. My customer code with ifb is 3020918. I have filed more than 15 complains with the company in last 15 months, related to this washing machine working. This is a faulty product and proof of this is company has stopped manufacturing it without having any similar capability product. Now company is not at all listening to my complains and no action is being taken. I have been cheated by this company, please help me.         Hi, My customer id with IFB is 10184762 and I have an IFB Elena washing Machine which is not working and have registered a complaint regarding the same on 6th Jan 2015 ( Complaint Num:[protected]. I have an AMC contract with them and post a technician visit they have been telling me that spares are unavailable. The company and service center is extremely unresponsive and I am stuck with my machine not working for the last month inspite of paying for an AMC.           I have purchased above machine on 17.4.2012.from UBC tirur malapuram kerala.In addition to normal warranty of 4 yrs i paid for extra period of another two more yrs and now warranty is up to 3.5.2018.during the service period of last twq and half years machine became defective 3 times. first complaint was that waste water pump not working.second one was timer stuck up and latest was drum bent and touching body created friction and burning of insulation during spin. previous 2 complaints were attended by service centre.latest they told that drum has to come from other unit.3rd complaint was registered on friday on 30th jan 15 through dealer &.at customer care on monday2.2.15. my ticket no is[protected].customer ID is3366224.I am waiting for attention.how long it will take to get the drum? I express my dissatisfaction over the performance of this machine.It make me worried.It is not trouble free..total investment on machine wasRs19500+warranty extention Rs.1684 +accessoriesRs2800 Will you take care of my comments &do something to improve the trust bestowed on your company.

          Today on 5.2.15 your technician came and replaced the defective drum.I thank the company for doing this .It was fair on the part of IFB to hear me and attend my complaint.
          Even though I maintain to say that performance of the machine is not satisfactory as it became defective 3 times within a period of 2 and half years.Consider the cost of machine.It cost Rs.20000/-So a customer expect worth on his investment.IFB may think about this comment.

          I am sorry to write this letter.On5-2-15 as i wrote early your technician attended my complaint and went.To my dismay when the machine was engaged on 7-2-15 it started a whistling sound during spin.It is due to drum on rotation rubbing body and creating friction making motor to strain.This is similar to earlier complaint.Even after changing the drum if the defect repeat what is to be told about efficiency of service?
          I have no words to explain you other than that this is disgusting.I have given to customer care my feed back on attention that I am NOT satisfied with service.Two men worked for 2 hrs without result.Very bad indeed. The drum which should rotate freely on hand push is rubbing some where and resist smooth revolve.Let me conclude saying I am fed up.

          on 9-2-15 on contacting service centre, manager was kind enough to send another technician to attend repeated defect.He was talented and did find the cause of defect and working for 3hrs rectified the problem.A rubber bush at drum seat was replaced.I hereby thank IFB network for their timely attention.Hope that IFB will take care of customers in future also.thank you-

            Hi - 1 Mail Our registered mobile no. is [protected]. Our machine is covered under AMC. While entering into AMC, which was done by your engineer, Mr.Pandi(Mob.[protected]), we were told to contact him in case of any repair. But when we contacted him last week, he said that he’ll be coming the same day and dragged to 3 days. We were contacting him from 24th January, but on 28th January he said that he can’t do anything and to contact regular customer care. Again on 28th January we contacted Customer care and registered complaint, Ticket no.[protected]. I would have called minimum 5 to 6 times a day, where I got responses that it will be attended the same day. But till now no one has shown any interest to attend the repair. On 30th January, I again called the customer care where I got the local engineer no.[protected], who in turn said that he’ll come within the same day, but till now no one cared to attend and when we call Pandi and Anandan they don’t pick up the calls I don’t know how else I can escalate to get things done for a simple washing machine repair. Is this a response expected from a renowned Home appliances company? I don’t know what to say. And the way the call center people and engineers react is ridiculous. Still I don’t have any hope that my when my machine will be repaired in near future. By an unfortunate customer Hi - 2nd mail Based on above mail, we had an engineer to attend our fault on 31st January after many escalations. He knows that our machine is under warranty and asked whether he can bring the hose pipe from office. It is also recorded that our motor is not working. He replaced the motor, but he said that he forgot to bring the hose pipe and that would cost around Rs.550 and that too, he can come only after 2 days. When we asked, knowing that he has to bring the hose pipe, why he didnt bring the same, he started abusing us in local language. He also persuaded us to buy some water softener and machine cleaner. We were astonished to see a customer service engineer, from a respected organisation, behaving like this. His name is Mr.Suresh and is from Ve care services. If you can read through the above mail, you can understand that how many times I have called your engineer, Mr.Pandi last week, and regular customer care. I would have called nearly 50 times just to get my machine repair !!! We are not given any mode of communication, viz.mail, telephone or mobile, of any higher officials in case we need to escalate about the services of the engineers. Hence, these personnel take extreme advantage. Please take necessary steps to solve this issue and let us know your higher authorities' contact details in case we want to escalate.

              I am Sanjay Tulsyan, Chartered Accountant in practice from Adilabad Telangana. I have a IFB washing machine which is out of service since more than a month. I have contacted your customer care on 06.01.2015 and a ticket number was issued 14642335 in which it was written that IFB CARE will get in touch with you shortly on my mobile number [protected]. Since then no one has visited my house from the company. After obtaining contact numbers of your service staff, I called on [protected] which is not functioning. Then I got one number [protected] and upon contacting him on 30.01.2015, he spoke rudely but told me that he would visit next day ie 31.01.2015 and told me to remind him in morning once again. Today even after calling 6-7 times he did not turn up. No one is attending to my complaint. I am surprised to know that IFB brand of high repute has such a poor service and rude staff. Even the company has not bothered till date to check whether the complaint made vide ticket number 14642335 is resolved to the customer's satisfaction. I once again request you to attend my complaint urgently otherwise I will have to keep aside your machine and buy a new one of other brand. This is really a very poor service from the company side. You need to take this matter very seriously else your company will loose its market share drastically.

                Complaint ID 848267 The above reference complaint was registered on 5th Jan 2015, after a week time the call was attended on 12th Jan 2015, but the call was kept pending for last 15 days due to non-availability of spares or xyz reason.. Till now means 30.01.2015 nearly one week the demo has not happened.Every time IFB taking complaint only... but no result.                     Fabulous revert ever received.IFB company representative called me up today Morning and told that they are reversing back the transaction made on FlipCart for my Microwave and they will Take Back The Product . Hopping IFB don't have Demo Team for their products. Awaiting a revert or Demo Appointment for Tomorrow. Actual Complaint Date : 29-Jan-2015 Hi, I have purchase "IFB 25SC4 25 L Convection Microwave Oven" on 23-Jan-2015. As per after delivery of product demo and installation are provide within 48 hours, but not any guy are coming from my location. This is very poor service and customer dissaticfaction.                       The company person gave a filter for 2500 and gave warranty for five years . But it did not work for three months when gave a complaint again the service person told to change the filter because it is not ifb company rectified filter but that machine filter was given by ur service person .This company has no care after they sell there things very bad company .

                      I saw an error in my machine. Water was locked. Therefore I called the technician.

                      Technician told us to fix a new filter without
                      even checking the problem in the machine. He fixed the new filter and took the old one with him. He said, it's mandatory to change the filter every 1 1/2 years. He got the money too. I regret why I ever bought this Ifb washing machine. Service is very poor.

                      Though, I have a warranty, nothing has been covered in warranty.
                      Their motive is only to sell whatever they have. Technician visited after 2 1/2 years in spite of calling them so many times. Very
                      upset.

                      That to installation guy is black mailing us like you don't get 100% warranty, if you don't buy these products. he is a salesman or installation guy. asking me to buy double filter with 3 years warranty. if you don't buy descale we don't give warranty to drum. if you don't buy stabilizer we don't give warranty to electric short circuits. then what you'll cover for warranty. where voltage protection. remove voltage protection etc from product information page.

                        r/s i am an ardent customer of IFB. I have bought a microwave oven (30SC3)on 22nd sept 2014 from your dealer IFB Point bhilai (C.G) .It bears Sr. No.[protected] & Mf.Yr.2011. We had problems with your appl. regularly as (01) on 09/12 /14 the M/C stopped working. Tkt.# 14435096 . It was repaired on 24/12/14. i.e after 15 days. (02) on 01/01/15 again the M/C stopped working.Tkt.#14604263. It was repaired on 20/01/15, (i.e after 20 days) and i was again assured firmly that it will work perfectly now..but... (03) on 28/01/15 .Tkt# 14795606, it again started malfunctioning in a new way i.e it has started restarting itself even after its set time is complete occasionally, and its not been attended till dt. sir, i am very sorry to infer that firstly i have only used the m/c for only for 2 months of 4 months i had bought it. secondly, i am starting to believe that i have been sold an old faulty M/C manufactured 4 yrs. earlier deliberately. otherwise why a brand like IFB would not replace a M/c that has been having problems repeatedly expecting your early interception BHUDEB DAS Ad. 5/a, str.04 sec .02 Bhilai (C.G) 490001.

As per after delivery of product demo and installation are provide within 48 hours, but not any guy are coming from my location. This is very poor service and customer dissaticfaction. Pls provide reason why any engineer or technical person are not come in my location ?                           Fabulous revert ever received.
                          IFB company representative called me up today Morning and told that they will roll back the transaction made on FlipCart for my Microwave and they will Take Back The Product . Hopping IFB don't have Demo Team for their products.
                          Awaiting a revert or Demo Appointment for Tomorrow.

                            After exhausting my energy in following up with the head of AMC services at Madurai daily, this is the 2nd time, I am lodging the compliant in Web, to capture the attention of the senior officials of this company. I have entered into AMC with IFB- (for Micro Oven) for 2 years(AMC No 4180 dated 30 05 2014—Madurai Division). Ever since, I had entered into the AMC with IFB, the my Micro Oven is under frequent break down. I am residing at Madurai- Chokkikulam. My complaint number is 12014801 dated 16.12.14. During the last complaint made by me, the technicians attended the same after continuous follow up. After repair, the machine worked for just few hours alone. Once again, the follow up has started. There are 3 point contact references given. One is Madurai, another is Coimbatore and final authority is Chennai. Total confusion prevails, as to who is really responsible for carrying out the repair relating to Madurai Jurisdiction. I am fed up, the way in which, the service complaints are handled. IFB(Micro Oven) –AMC SERVICES ARE TOTALLY DEAD AT MADURAI. Request the higher officials of this company to intervene at least by now and resolve it. Needless to mention, each and every customer, who had entered into AMC contract with Madurai service branch is facing the similar problem. Only few customers, like me, are representing this, on behalf of entire Madurai Region. The AMC services are extremely worst & highly deplorable at Madurai. Can the top officials of this company furnish their direct contact numbers in Web, for the consumers to represent their grievances?. Thanks, S. Ramaswamy

                                Sir/madam, Since I am a customer of IFB washing machine from last 38 years, Your customer service is the worst and a pathetic service which you are providing and for what reason you people have a "CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER" which do not help the customer and repeatedly asking again and again the same question in spite of mentioning the specific problem, if the line gets connected to the customer care those people will give a list of their Technician numbers CHIRANJEEVI and SUNIL(both who took the money unncessarily from us and has been absconding), MOHAN, SRIDHAR, HARISH, UMESH, PRASHANTH, all these technicians which you have kept in your company are of waste who are cheating us these people are not suitable for your company . If this continues we will be taking a severe action which may spoil your company's name . Please take severe action on all your technicians who are ready to cheat many of your other IFB customers . It is declared that your's is the worst customer service which i have been faced and i suggest anybody who want to buy IFB product please don't go coz the customer care is the worst you may face in future.I want you to take a severe action on CHIRANJEEVI and SUNIL both who took the money and has been misused absconding and has been till now, if this continues with other customer, think of your company's future and the name.

                                  Respected Sir, I have purchased two products of IFB on 20.01.2015. One is Washing Machine (6.5 kg.), bearing Invoice No. 12/SA/1415/19258 and the other is Micro Oven (30 litres) bearing Invoice No. 12/SA/1415/19256 from Great Eastern Trading Co., Garia Branch, 433, Garia Main Road, Kolkata-700084, W.B. I have contacted IFB Customer Care Services over phone number of times and as per their advice Kolkata based service centres also. I have requested Great Eastern, Garia Branch also. But all are in vain. Till date no IFB representative has attended for demonstration. I would, therefore, earnestly request your personal intervention towards the following : 1. Pl. help me and take needful action so that IFB representative attends for demonstration/installation immediately. 2. Take this matter to the notice of the highest authority of IFB. 3. Great Eastern Trading Co., Garia Branch should be banned to sell any IFB Product as they are not taking any initiative. Your necessary action in this matter shall be highly appreciated.                                     We have taken 2 years AMC for IFB Senator Front Loading washing machine with the hope that IFB will attend to the service complaints on a timely basis. We have logged a complaint on Dec 23, 2014 and it is over 1 month since the complaint and there has been no progress. We have been following up with the company who kept promising repair on several dates but nothing happened. Lastly we spoke with Mr. Suraj, who is the Zonal Manager, Bangalore the senior most person in the services chain, who promised that the part was available and that they would replace it on Jan 23, 2015. Now Mr. Suraj himself does not attend to our calls. I have never seen any company with callous attitude towards a customer complaint and with the senior most person at IFB himself is demonstrating such attitude, we don't know who else to approach now.
