I have ordered front loading eva 5.5 washing machine on 28th dec 2014, after conforming with customer care centre as to how much time it will take to deliver it at my home and what further i will have to do to get it installed. The person said within 5-6 days delivery and just one call to cust. Care centre for within 24 hrs installestion. It was delievered on 9th jan and till today no technician has arrived to install it... Inspite of many many repeated calls everyday to these people on[protected] and repeated e-mails. I am being harassed by putting my call on hold everytime by saying we connect to higher manager... They are asking me to call and request their technician to come... Its most pathetic experience i had and in future i donot want to deal with ifb. Please help me to return their machine and get my money refunded. This company's service is hopeless... It donot value its customers at all.

EXTREMELY BAD ...DIDNOT KEEP IT'S PROMISE OF 24HR INSTALLETION...KEEPING CUSTOMERS IN DARK..never ever deal with this company
IFB service response has been very poor. Have been experiencing similar issue since few months.

    Order #[protected] i have ordered a top loading 6 KG washing machine on IFB website on 7th Jan; below are the issues; - no confirmation call / sms / email received from IFB - in follow up with customer care they have been telling delivery would be done on 12th Jan then they said on 13th Jan but no delivery done - on 14th Jan they said the dealer is not responding hence they have no clue about delivery of the product - theproduct is not delivered until 14th jan and no concrete information about delivery as on date customer care number [protected]

    I have ordered a 20 litre microwave oven (20SC2 Convection - 20 litre ) on 1st September 2015. After placing the order I haven't received any confirmation call or SMS from IFB. When I contacted the customer care they have been telling the delivery would be done on 4th Sep, then they said on 5th Sep but no delivery has been done as on 06th September 2015. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way IFB treating its customers. If I have ordered through Flipkart or Amazon, the product would have delivered in 3 days. Please take necessary actions to deliver the product at least by tomorrow.

    I have ordered a Aqua Appliance online 14th Sep 2016 was the expected date of delivery of the product. After multiple follow up and false promises, I haven't received any confirmation call or SMS from IFB. When I contacted the customer care they have been telling the delivery would be done by the local distributor. It is extremely disappointing experience.

      Citizens Alert!!! Impersonators as Service Agents from IFB I had Mr. Sameer Sheikh – Service Agent visiting us on 10thJan2015 from Datar Services (Dombivli west) for AMC contract renewal after checking the condition of the IFB washing machine the AMC contract for 2 years was finalized. Then on Monday, 12th Jan 2015 two person visited our home at3:00pm claiming to be service agents from IFB, they told my wife who was alone at that time that they need to check the machine and then certify it for AMC.My wife did not open the security door and informed about Sameer Sheikh visit& AMC being already finalized. How come these two impersonators know about AMC when we have not discussed it with anyone. It means, someone from DATAR Service is passing information about customers (CUSTOMER DATA COMPROMISE), as we came to know from them that such incident had taken place in past where some impersonator had come and take AMC money without completing any formalities. How many incidents have gone un-reported only GOD knows. I fear to think that anything could have happened that day if the impersonators were allowed inside our house. I expect strict action on the service provider for leaking customer information to avoid such incidences in future and as preventive measure I am going to make a written complaint to our nearest vishnunagar Police Station. Moral: Have Security door installed, if you don’t have one and do not entertain strangers when you are alone.

          The product is very waste as the Options will not work properly and also the washing time which was given is 35 Min to 151 Min when we have used the product it takes exactly 6 Hrs to Complete the exact Wash.I never expect IFB will release the Product like this.The Product is very worst It's total waste of Money

                  Hi, Exactly one month back(8/12/1014) my washing machine had some problem, we called the customer care and technician came he told panel gone so we need to change the panel. We are ok with that and he told about AMC and we paid 5400rs for 2years warranty. He told we cannot do the change immediately we have to wait 15 days for that. Still we are fine that.After 15 days we have called him and he said still panel didn't come the same strory repeated for another 15 days.He came on 10/1/2015 and he changed the panel but now he is telling heater gone that need to be changed he said he come and fix the issue by tomorrow but didn't turn i hope same story going to repeat. For me i paid the money and in the past 15 days i have gone so much of stress to track them and make them to attend. we brought the machine mainly they said good customer service. Now i will tell everyone please don't buy IFB they are the worst service. The technician who attended the service is Santosh ([protected]) and his Manager is Sarath from chennai.

                    before two months of completing warranty period our washing machine motor collapsed in aug 2015. after repeated complaints in oct 2014 they they replaced it with new machine. after one month in dec 2014 again it collapsed. again after repeated calls at the end of dec one service man came and said better to pay 5000rs to extend more two years warranty period. we paid. but till today no warranty paper. no service. a bad product.

                    Yesterday I lodged a complaint, for my washing machine till now nobody called from the service team. But if the AMC expires they will arrive immediately. When I called the call centre they promised service within 24 hrs. Again I called today, they the job being allowed, tomorrow technician will arrive. I request the team that the ur technician brings the basic parts, for my respective complained. As he usually comes examines and then he will return saying we have to wait for the spare parts. Last time he said he has to replace the door angle but till date it is not replaced. And the roof of the washing machine not fixed properly after the service. Iam sending the photo When we take AMC this is the plight of a the customer. Need immediate solution. Pl. avoid excuses.                     The machines front cover is loose for the last 3 years and every time the mechanic comes, he befools us and says that the cover has to be lifted bit up and then adjust as if the machine is made to work on this mechanism .Moreover the machine even sparks beneath it which must be a result of loose wiring or malhandling of the machine .

                        I have IFB washing machine in that there is problem of water leakage from bottom. so I have talked in company customer care 10 to 15 times but till they are not sending any person to visit my washer and solve problem. all though every time they have replied that within 24 hrs technician will solve your problem.

                            A complaint was registered regarding a IFB Serena not working in customer care. A complaint no/ ticket no was given and nothing happened after that. After calling 17 times to customer care, few mobile numbers and land line numbers were given. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. Two of these numbers did not respond. The other two gave a shoddy reply without an iota of responsibility. The service personal are yet to attend the complaint and the futile attempt by the frustrated customer is on..

                              Dear provider, We have logged a complaint through phone on 4/1/2015, complaint number 13946025. However no action has been taken yet. Moreover, this problem has appeared again. Please look into as soon as possible. Buying microwave from ifb was disappointing and headache. All i get is issues and no results.

                                I am using IFB Front loading fully automatic washing machine( Serena 5.5kg model) and had purchased it from the local dealer on 13/10/2010.Its door hinge got broken in December 2014 and complaint/request to replace it was lodged with the local service center. But I am sorry to inform that it is more than 3 weeks now but it has not been replaced as yet. You will appreciate the difficulty of washing clothes in this winter season manually when you have fully automatic machine. I have been contacting your local service center regularly to repair the machine at the earliest but their reply every time is that the part has not been received. I have a 5 yr old machine for which i have a valid Annual maintenance Certificate. My machine broke down and they say its not repairable. I asked for an exchange and there is no response from their end.I tried reaching to them over various channels such as phone, email and Facebook to sort this out but, they are not interested. Recently there is some issue with cabling and I’ve raised a complaint, as usual. There wasn’t much response from the company for so long than the usual visits by the technicians. So finally I decided to write to their customer support. Please find the email chain for your ref. The last correspondence I’ve received from IFB is from one sales person, suggesting met to go with ‘replacement machine’ and they’ll give me 40% discount. As I am having AMC, I think they should either replace my machine with better discount or may be for free. My customer number is 952273, if am not wrong. This machine broke down on junly 24th and on the same day, I’ve raised a complaint. This ticket was resolved without fixing my machine and later on Aug 9th, I’ve raised another complaint. I am not sure about its status. I’ve called more than 100 times to all the executives who visited and re-visited my house without much success. Finally, some one called on the alternate number ( [protected]) and according to them, this machine cannot be repaired, as they were unable to find the parts. I am completely fed up with this kind of customer care and service and lack of communication. You were unable to find the required parts after 2 months??? This is completely unacceptable.                                     Dear sir, We are purchased 7kg digital washing machine from your dealer m/s s c shah & co on 14.05.2011 with 4 year warrenty. Installation report also enclosed. Now our problem last 4 months machine not working properly and we register compliant through customer care and your technician visited our home and informed water sensor not working properly and some digital issue there. We ask the technicain to correct the problem but he contacted service head and inform machine out of warrenty. We are suprised and contact your chennai head mr. Ravi shankar, first he attend the phone myself explained everything and he informed me contact within 30 minuted and he never contacted. Myself tried to contact several times he was not attending my phone. I am very disappointed. I am ifb customer for last 15 years. Now i want to know my machine is now under warrenty period or not.                                       I had registered a complaint regarding the above mentioned subject yesterday morning vide ticket No.14625897.I had re- registered the complaint today also.But till now neither none has attended the complaint nor anyone has contacted me.This in spite IFB boasts of attending the complaint within 24 hrs.The has to be taken seriously and immediate action to be taken at your end.
