My IFB "IFB 8 kg Water softener Aqua Energie, 3D Wash Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater Silver (Senator Aqua SX)" washing machine has a water leakage near the door area due to the rubber sleeve having a slight bend.

IFB technician is saying it does not come under warranty even though it is under 100% warranty.

I would like to know, why IFB says 100% warranty then. On top of that, the technician asks for 4500 RS whereas online the rubber sleeve price is less than 2000 Rs.

    My IFB washing m/c had stoped working on July and raised a complaint.
    Service guy came, took the PCB board and still it is not replaced with repaired one or new one.
    Above issue is okay bcoz, as a commoner we have patience.
    But on following up above issue, came across bad service experience. This might not be problem of IFB as a company but problem of people and their attitude. IFB as company, we, customers expect IFB to choose right people.

    I got 2 phone numbers through contacting IFB support.
    Mangalore service centre Phone Numbers :

    First number, [protected], even if you call 100 times, no one will pick.

    Second number, [protected], I think this guy has some family problem, very rude behaviour, can't even speak for 2 mins with gentleman. Just asked for the price for Washing Machine PCB Board (of IFB Serena Sx), behaved such that we are asking one of his kidney.
    For a trial, you can call this number and ask with some query related to IFB.

      Punctured Rubber gasket of my IFB Washing Machine Senator Aqua SX 10 Kg purchased on 12.10.2019 (4 Year Warranty) was replaced today (26.10.21). Technician charged INR 3000 for the same.

      However I was not shown the approved price list or MRP for the spares and upon checking, online prices of the same showed much lesser amounts.

      Please confirm that it is not covered under warranty and the right price for the same.

      Technician visited again and installed Ratmesh (which was not provided at the time of purchase) and replaced some damaged wiring. Received a call from IFB (+916359011934) informing that the earlier payment of 3000 INR is inclusive of all components (Rubber gasket - 1880 INR, Ratmesh - 240 INR and parts of damaged wiring).

        Hi i have purchased 9/7in 2013 and faced main circuit board problem several times. But now there is no spare parts available and no support as promised by ifb is breached. It's just 6years completed hence i will be registering consumer court in couple of days.

        Zonal person proposed 30% off to buy wm and dryer which will cost again 50k but if we get parts it will be around 8i

        Please guide me or ifb can take it as seriously

          IFB Washing Machine - Drum issue within 2years under warranty claiming cost to replace

          Dear Sir,

          Please note that I had purchased a IFB Washing Machine Senorita AWXS 6.5Kg F/L/T in June 2019 from IFB Point Chennai, India.

          It is just about 2 years and the machine is giving huge noise while running.

          There is also the issue of hot water vapors coming through the detergent pouring box and unable to use any spin or normal mixed solid mode during washing.

          I have bought a IFB washing machine model TL-RDW 6.5 kg Aqua.The warranty is available upto 2023.
          In 2021 April vibration and cabinet issues occurred
          Immediately I raised the complaint, as per the IFB Service technician advice drum plate has been replaced.
          But the problem continues,
          In the next Service suspension rod was replaced .

          The problem continues
          So I have called the service center and asked the franchisee details
          There is no proper response
          Provided from their side

          In next Service they have adjusted in the leg part of the machine

          Still now 9 times I have booked calls for this issue and I'll attach those calls details

          The Service provided by the Service center is not capable of solving the issue that occurs in it.

          Also the Service schedule time and date rescheduled without my knowledge

          Quality of work is too poor .

          Kindly request you to provide washing machine replacement.

            Hi,
            I have lodged a complain regarding my 20sc2 ifb microwave whose touchpad is not working. The service guy called for visit. I asked him what will be the charges for touch panel to which he replied charges is 2650 for touch panel & 350rs service charges. I asked that the price is too high for touchpanel can you just repair it coz only 2 touch button is not working. He denied and said its not repairable you have to change it to new touch panel. I told him that online the same touch panel is not so costly to which he said that must not be original one, we are from company so we have original parts. I recommend not to buy ifb product because its quality and service is pathetic.

                    Ifb 6kg front load washing machine 3 years old which is within warranty is not functioning.
                    Main switch trips as soon as “spin” cycle starts. The Technician upon his initial visit said “PCB” ie. motherboard needs to be replaced. It has been 3 weeks since then and today i am told the part is out of stock and not available in India

                        In continuous of the Trailing mail, I am noting that Still my Washing machine problem was Not resolved. This is the 4th day the complaint was not attended from 12.10.21 .

                        After lodging the Complaint with your Help line number, no response from any of your Service provider. we are suffering by accumulating the Unwashed Lenin for the last Four days.

                        From IFB there is no next level Mechanism to verify the status of Complaint / token number .

                        This is 3rd time I have lodged the service request in the last one month.

                        For the last two visits, your service technician has come, he has done some thing which is not working out in the long run. .The complaint was not accessed properly and not resolved in a Permanent way.

                        Your team after service, for the last two visits they have not raised any service report to take customer signature which is not the Professional way to render the service and close the service report.

                        Due to above deficiency in service / Improper service, We once again strongly feel that the agency rendering the service at our location - Kurmanapalem, Vishakapatnam, AP-530046, India is not competent to address the IFB washing machine Problems .

                        I strongly request the dealing authority of IFB to Seriously look into my washing machine issues and do the Service / justice at the Earliest .

                        Also the help line numbers - [protected] & [protected]- we are unable to dial from our Mobile numbers.

                        Request to Provide a Help line number which is handy and friendly to the customers.

                        Every time to lodge a complaint, I need to dial from my friends' numbers.

                        I am also recording that if this is the Quality of service we can Expect from IFB Company & IFB Support team, I will forget about IFB in our Household Items list .

                        I will never dare to Purchase any item from IFB due to service issues and very poor response for attending the complaints.

                        May I request IFB Competent authority to Explain and justify the delay in servicing My washing machine.

                        It means that your service team is planning to address my complaint after -approximately 05 Days i.e after 120 Hours time .

                        This type of delay in addressing the complaint /servicing the IFB customers is not acceptable and cannot be justified .

                        This is the type of service being rendered by IFB - an International Company ?????.

                        This is the way you will treat your Customers.???????????.

                          I have been complaining about the service since months, no one comes to repair the machine, moreover after calling a lot, after arriving the service station at Bhusawal charged too high, not even authentic company spare parts used, not able to produce proper receipts of parts and they were forcing us to take the complaint back as it will cost us high, said the technician. Further, the machine started working, on the first use itself due to the locally used spare part, high friction occurred and rupture of other parts. The technician again on calling for 8 days continuously arrived, and talked in extremely rude way and asking too high charge for the repair. Highly unprofessional behavior, not at all expected from brand like IFB. Even after complaining and escalating it no response about it.

                            We recently got the door of the IFB machine changed. Within 2.5 months the door again got broken. On calling the authorised service center guys, they stated that a new door needed to be installed that too at an increased price. Why should I pay again for a faulty piece?? Such low quality material is supplied by IFB. I need the door changed that too within warranty as it has not completed 6 months o[censored]se.

                              I ordered a front loading washing machine on 3rd oct 2021 which was delivered to me on 5th Oct 2021... I am still waiting for the installation process to be done... Everyday I m getting a call saying dat it will be done within 5 days... It's already been 5 days ... I don't know for how long I'll have to wait for it...

                                Have been following up on AMC extension since 28th Sep. submitted my request online called up daily customer care as a follow up, but till date no response or no one from Service Center is visiting the house to get this closed. Really in Dilemma on should I extend the AMC or not

                                  My washing machines wires are damaged by rats. So I register a service request on IFB TOLL FREE NUMBER (Ticket no.[protected]).Ifb technician visited my home on 7/10/21 & seeing the machine he said its spare parts are not commonly available now a days because this is an old model machine . But for that one minute job/advice he charged ₹590/- as service charges & we gave the amount to him.The technician not do any other repairs/inspections in the machine.kindly take necessary steps on this overcharging and refunding the amount to me

                                    We had very bad/worst experience with IFB service, we had issue with our washing machine, we are getting huge noise from machine so we have raised a complaint ticket number [protected] Dated : 05th october2021 Next day technician turned up and examined the machine and said they need to replace one of the part, which he said he will do next day. But, till now no one turned up to replace the part. We (customer) were tracking the complaint daily and no one are attending the complaint till date . We are calling IFB customer care daily and they are conveying that they we will forward the complaint to higher authorities. Even, we have called local in charge, franchise and but none of them responded back. We are very much disappointed and facing problem w.r.t Service
