    Ifb 6kg front load washing machine 3 years old which is within warranty is not functioning.
    Main switch trips as soon as “spin” cycle starts. The Technician upon his initial visit said “PCB” ie. motherboard needs to be replaced. It has been 3 weeks since then and today i am told the part is out of stock and not available in India

        In continuous of the Trailing mail, I am noting that Still my Washing machine problem was Not resolved. This is the 4th day the complaint was not attended from 12.10.21 .

        After lodging the Complaint with your Help line number, no response from any of your Service provider. we are suffering by accumulating the Unwashed Lenin for the last Four days.

        From IFB there is no next level Mechanism to verify the status of Complaint / token number .

        This is 3rd time I have lodged the service request in the last one month.

        For the last two visits, your service technician has come, he has done some thing which is not working out in the long run. .The complaint was not accessed properly and not resolved in a Permanent way.

        Your team after service, for the last two visits they have not raised any service report to take customer signature which is not the Professional way to render the service and close the service report.

        Due to above deficiency in service / Improper service, We once again strongly feel that the agency rendering the service at our location - Kurmanapalem, Vishakapatnam, AP-530046, India is not competent to address the IFB washing machine Problems .

        I strongly request the dealing authority of IFB to Seriously look into my washing machine issues and do the Service / justice at the Earliest .

        Also the help line numbers - [protected] & [protected]- we are unable to dial from our Mobile numbers.

        Request to Provide a Help line number which is handy and friendly to the customers.

        Every time to lodge a complaint, I need to dial from my friends' numbers.

        I am also recording that if this is the Quality of service we can Expect from IFB Company & IFB Support team, I will forget about IFB in our Household Items list .

        I will never dare to Purchase any item from IFB due to service issues and very poor response for attending the complaints.

        May I request IFB Competent authority to Explain and justify the delay in servicing My washing machine.

        In continuation of the trailing mail once again I am noting that there is a deficiency in service from IFB for attending my Complaint with Token number :[protected] - Dated 12.10.21.

        Till today the complaint was not attended.

        Since Morning, I have spoken to your Help line Team three times on Phone number [protected], they have provided One Mr.Nageswara Rao - M.no: [protected]. This can be cross checked with your call center team.

        I have tried his number( [protected]) - today many times since Morning .

        After trying many times at around 4.30 PM on 13.10.21 he has attended my phone at around 4.30 PM.

        He replied stating that our team is busy in New machine installation job.

        Your Complaint will be addressed on 16.10.21, 15.10.21 being a local Holiday.

        It means that your service team is planning to address my complaint after -approximately 05 Days i.e after 120 Hours time .

        This type of delay in addressing the complaint /servicing the IFB customers is not acceptable and cannot be justified .

        This is the type of service being rendered by IFB - an International Company ?????.

        This is the way you will treat your Customers.???????????.

        May I request the responsible Authority from the IFB team to reply to my Mail .

          I have been complaining about the service since months, no one comes to repair the machine, moreover after calling a lot, after arriving the service station at Bhusawal charged too high, not even authentic company spare parts used, not able to produce proper receipts of parts and they were forcing us to take the complaint back as it will cost us high, said the technician. Further, the machine started working, on the first use itself due to the locally used spare part, high friction occurred and rupture of other parts. The technician again on calling for 8 days continuously arrived, and talked in extremely rude way and asking too high charge for the repair. Highly unprofessional behavior, not at all expected from brand like IFB. Even after complaining and escalating it no response about it.

            We recently got the door of the IFB machine changed. Within 2.5 months the door again got broken. On calling the authorised service center guys, they stated that a new door needed to be installed that too at an increased price. Why should I pay again for a faulty piece?? Such low quality material is supplied by IFB. I need the door changed that too within warranty as it has not completed 6 months o[censored]se.

              I ordered a front loading washing machine on 3rd oct 2021 which was delivered to me on 5th Oct 2021... I am still waiting for the installation process to be done... Everyday I m getting a call saying dat it will be done within 5 days... It's already been 5 days ... I don't know for how long I'll have to wait for it...

                  My washing machines wires are damaged by rats. So I register a service request on IFB TOLL FREE NUMBER (Ticket no.[protected]).Ifb technician visited my home on 7/10/21 & seeing the machine he said its spare parts are not commonly available now a days because this is an old model machine . But for that one minute job/advice he charged ₹590/- as service charges & we gave the amount to him.The technician not do any other repairs/inspections in the machine.kindly take necessary steps on this overcharging and refunding the amount to me

                    We had very bad/worst experience with IFB service, we had issue with our washing machine, we are getting huge noise from machine so we have raised a complaint ticket number [protected] Dated : 05th october2021 Next day technician turned up and examined the machine and said they need to replace one of the part, which he said he will do next day. But, till now no one turned up to replace the part. We (customer) were tracking the complaint daily and no one are attending the complaint till date . We are calling IFB customer care daily and they are conveying that they we will forward the complaint to higher authorities. Even, we have called local in charge, franchise and but none of them responded back. We are very much disappointed and facing problem w.r.t Service

                      Refund issue

                      I have purchased 9.5 kg washing machine (surat, nanpura IFB POINT) through my icic credit card. i was told about no cost EMI and cash back offers on my credit card. machine got delivered at my home but did not fit at washing area at my home becoz of its size thats why i have to take smaller size i.e 8 kg machine. machine got fitted and working fine. but until today i didn't get the difference amount (i have paid for 9.5 kg machine but finally...

                      My washing machine is a front load model no. Elite plus SXR. purchased on[protected]. The operating knob not working and machine was completely dead and under warranty and need repairs/replacement. Issues with service:
                      1) service center numbers mentioned on website do not attend.

                      2) i've formally written to ifb thrice and everytime i get a phone call saying that a technician will arrive and resolve the complaint. No one appears after that and there is absolutely zero follow up by ifb on the complaint.
                      3) without a resolution or follow up, they've sent me a message that my complaint is resolved and upon calling them they told me that they will re - register my complaint.
                      4) after registering my complaint again, there is no follow up on spare parts, repair etc.

                      Please intervene and help.

                          I had bought the IFB washing machine last year. I heard that IFB company is best for washing machines. But the washing machine that i bought is getting repaired always. i the morning there is smoke from the washing machine while it is working. So, i request to solve this problem completely.

                            I have placed a service request no.[protected] ON 27/09. The request was for re-installation of my washing machine. I have AMC for the machine. When I got the machined packed at my origin place (Trichy, Tamil Nadu), I was told that an amount of Rs.590/- had to be paid there and that I do not need to pay anything more at the destination place for re-installation (Salem, Tamil Nadu). However, your local service company at Salem (Ohm Engineering) called me promptly and demanded for Rs.590/- for re-installation. When I explained to them that it is not required to be paid, they simply re-scheduled my complaint without my request and the same is pending despite my repeated follow up.

                            I made frantic calls to your customer service center, who repeatedly assured to “help”. But nothing has happened till now. In fact, Ohm Engineering called me subsequently yesterday and made it clear that they will not do the re-installation without payment of Rs.590/.

                            I wonder, whether IFB has any control over its service partners.

                            I am suffering for the past more than 4 days as it was dismantled at Trichy Saturday and is yet to be made operational by IFB here.

                            I hope you would intervene immediately so that I am not put to further hardship. Don’t make me regret for my decision for having gone for IFB.

                              My IFB washing machine getting electric shock while operating.I have registered complaint but they are not responding as I registered complaint on 24th Sep & today 27th September.
                              One of the worst experience I have.

                                    I bought an IFB microwave oven online from Flipkart of model - 25BC4 couple of years back. Since past 2 months it's not working(heating). I had registered the first complaint with IFB on 29th Aug 2021 (ticket number#[protected]).

                                    A technician from Shree Sai Services (Dahisar, Mumbai) came. He said that Magnetron is not functioning and asked us to pay 350 rupees service charge as the machine was not under warranty. He said that he would raise a request to replace magnetron. Few day later he came with a magnetron and opened up microwave to replace the magnetron and then he left without replacing it as he mentioned that date mentioned in the magnetron is Dec'17. He said that he would come back in few days after updating warranty but never showed up.

                                    Upon enquiring with the technician and a manager at Shree Sai Services, they asked me to create one more ticket or get it fixed by paying for the magnetron. On checking online, status of the ticket shows cancelled. I created one more service request and the ticket number is [protected].

                                    But no one has visited and on calling they are saying to speak with IFB. I am not sure what to do and what's going on and it's already more than a month.

                                    Upon speaking with customer care, we got a senior manager's number ([protected]) but even that is not reachable. It says incoming facility not available.
