03.12.2014 Sir, Subject: washing machine complaint is pending Reference: 1) dealer address: raja traders / nachia stores, karaikal, pondicherry state -609602. 2) type of ifb washing m /c – elite, 05 kg 3) complaint is : arm, suspension and drum to be changed The ifb washing machine dealer not yet attending the complaint after registering in coplaint book. The complaint was registered on 15.12.2014. The ifb mechanic (Mr. Karthi) voluntarily deleyed to attendthe fault more than two weeks. If we contact the mechanic, the concern mechanic ready made answere was non availability of spares. During rainy season, we faced lot of problems without washing machine. We are not satisfied with the dealer as well as company mechanic. Hence, i am requesting you may kindly consider the complaint and rectify the defects as soon as possible. Regards S.     We have logged a complaint regarding our washing machine problem on 23rd Dec. Service center guys closed the ticket with out resolving the issue. We have logged another ticket on 27th Dec for the same complaint again[protected]. Whenever we call service center they keep saying that they will resolve the issue soon but they are not. Request you to kindly look into this matter and help us resolving the issue. Many Thanks

      Dear sir,

      I have renewed the Microwave AMC for 2 years, with the hope that, as and when, any fault happens, the same would be attended on priority. My AMC ref. No. 4180 dated 30.05.2014.

      I am residing at Madurai- Chokkikulam.

      My complaint number is 12014801 dated 16.12.14.

      Till date, the machine is not made alright, although, two times, representatives visited.

      No spares are maintained at Madurai Service depot. Everything will have to come from other destinations.

      Like a doctor, they will diagnose the problem and return to depot without repairing due to non-availability of spares.

      Most junior people (fresh to line) are pressed into service!

      This is how, IFB operates Madurai!.

      Due to non-maintenance of even the essential spares at Madurai, even the small repair would take a longer time.

      Every customer need to follow up nearly 20 to 25 times, to know the status.

      I was told, that, IFB had terminated some of the agency for their poor service recently but the statuesque still prevails. Now, the representatives from CBE are attending for Madurai Problems!

      Extremely Poor Service!

      I am sure, every one, those who had entered into AMC with IFB/Madurai, will face similar problems.

      Unfortunately, no higher officials also available at Madurai to take care of this situation.

      This is the 3rd occasion, I am facing the similar situation ever since, I had entered into AMC.

      Until, the services are improved, IFB products sales will definitely dwindle at Madurai.

      By this mail, I would request the senior officials of IFB, to carry out the surprise audit at Madurai, so that, the real situation is known.(complaints Vs the ratification status and period involved)

      In a nutshell, it is extremely painful to operate the transactions with IFB service personnel at Madurai.

      This requires a top level intervention from IFB to put the things in order..

        sir my washing machine (front load senator 6 kg) is under amc. i have lodged the service request to repair the machine on 25-oct 2014. since then my washing machine is not fully repaired. I have lodged complaints 3-4 times since then. each time an engineer comes from IFB francise he tells for some parts replacement and never comes back again. since then they have replace a couple of parts but still they have not made the machine in working condition. comp nos are 14151582 14522045 request to look into the matter. abhishek

Service centre visakhapatnam, IFb told us cabinet part is not covered under AMC.             I had purchased a Washing machine of IFB infcact I had exchanged my old IFB machine for a new one. The old machine had given a good service but since more than 10 years old and change parts were a problem I exchanged it after asking IFB people which is a new and sturdy model. The door lock had broken recently ( about 2 months) back and had got it replaced. Now again the same lock has loosened up and the machine is not working. I had given a complaint on 30th December 2014 but till today no body has come. I called again today i.e the 2nd of Jan 2015 and I was told by the lady in the office that the mechanic will come today and see what is the problem and then the parts required will be ordered. In fact I was told the same thing on the 30th December and we had waited for the mechanic the whole day and nobody turned up. On calling the office the phone was coming engaged. This is happening in Goa - Panaji infact the olace where the machines are being manufatured. The service earlier some years bacjk was very good that is why we have gone for a new machine, but the service now is going from good to poor. You are required to give prompt response. The mechanic is good but they are not being deputed promptly or there is shortage of the staff. Otherwise it would be better to switch to a different brand where beteer services will be available.

              Complaint on Shape of remote control - not following ergonomics. During the installation, remote was fallen down at a height of 4 feet and glass got broken down.. Shape is quite flat and it impacted heavily on drop. Have contacted customer care saying it's in warranty period as hardly one month passed to use so replace the remote control however they have said it will charge you because of broken screen. It's a shape fault and you have to review the shape again and kindly provide the replacement.

                I called the customer service at perumbavoor in june with a leakage problem in my Senorita plus washing machine . after one week they came and left the machine dripping . I paid a bill of nearly 4000rs. now the problem increased and became unmanagable . i went to the service centre at perumbavoor in person at 6th dec 2014 but there is no response so far even after repeated remainders.please take necessary action.

                  i am using IFB washing Machine model ELITE DX 5.5 Kg since last 4 years. Presently this machine is working with very high operating noise since 15 days, i have made a complaint with ticket no 14513352 . During making complain it was confirmed by IFB me that my complain will attend within 24 hours by their technician but unfortunately the said complaint was not attend till date. after waiting a long time, i have made a communication to nearest service center ( Patna) which is not more than 60 Km from where machine is located, and it was ensures by them that the complain will attend till 27 dec 14 ( Saturday ) . Again unfortunately after laps of 10 days including two nos Saturday, the complain is still not attended by IFB service center.
                  Pl look into the mater and do the needful.

                    Dishwasher: the machine is not drying the utensils. The "Drying" green light continues to stay light even after the cycle is over. Though the machine salt was put, the red light indicator stays lit. Regret that your service engineers are not technically qualified to attend complaints. All they did was to replace the filter and did not bother to run the machine to test its performance. Microwave Oven: The complaint registered was that the microwave is making an unusual sound when in operation. Your technicians did nothing but heated a glass of water and stated that the unit was performing well and did not bother to further investigate the complaint registered. Very disappointed in the approach. Please have this attended to at your earliest. Furthermore, have your technicians call on [protected] to make a prior appointment before attending this complaint as was assured when this complaint was lodged.

                      Dear Team, Initially raised a request for packing of my IFB Senorita SX washing machine on 26-Dec-2014. Engineer visited my place on 27-Dec-2014 and charged INR. 350/- for packing and he is not ready to detach sanitary pipe from water pipe, they said they will charge separately for the same. Later after shifting to new address on 28-Dec-2014, called customer care for address change and requested for reinstalling my washing machine. Agent changed the address 0n 28-Dec-2014 and it will take 48 hrs for attending reinstalling due to change in address, and complaint number remains the same. Nobody attended this complaint till 30-Dec-2014, and when I called them back, they generated new complaint number[protected] and said this will be set on high priority and will be closed by day end. But nobody even bothered to call back, stating that we will not be able to address the same today. Later when I called back, agent is very furious and not even ready to listen to my concern. He is claiming the address is updated only on 30-Dec-2014 and they will take sometime for addressing the same. Later after arguing with him for sometime, he had provided some local mobile numbers[protected]/[protected], nobody responds on one number and other number does not work. When I called back and requested for discussion with senior executive, after long wait, even senior is not ready to hear out my concern and claimed that machine cannot make mistake, it is you(customer) who is wrong in this context. And he is saying that there is no call recorded on 28-Dec-2014. Requesting someone to look into this concern at the earliest. And I will be withdrawing my plan of taking IFB Microwave oven.And I will not going to be customer of IFB in my life and will not recommend my friends, who are looking to go for IFB.                         My Customer ID is 1725897, and I have booked a compliant on 27th Dec, 2014. No service centre is responding to my compliant since four days. I am facing very difficult without the machine working. Kindly attend to my compliant on priority basis. I am in AMC with the company. Service adviser from M/s. Seetal Regrigeration Services has come to sell his product but he is reluctant to attend to my problem. It seems that your franchise are very eager in collecting the AMC charges rather than attending to the problems of the customers who are in AMC

The technician visited on 26th December he traced out the problem and told that he will come back and sort it out by replacing the same.                               Team, I had registered my complaint for my micro wave with complaint no. 14568585 on 27.12.2014 the executive (Sunil - [protected]) visited on 29.12.2014 and after inspection he suggested some parts replacement i said ok you can come tomorrow along with the product for replacement since morning i had just follow up with IFB Team he only gives me there is some guy name Raman[protected] he committed me that his executive will be reached till 1 PM but executives come for repairing at 05:00 PM in the evening.

Sunil named technician (mobile: [protected]) came in 3 different visit to my place ...took 2500 total till today (12th Aug'17 ) in two months and still I have been not able to wash clothes even once in it!!! Now he has stopped picking calls or replyig messages ! And now we have observed that he has done something to the inner drum of the machine ... it is off its original position!! My machine was better before he laid his hands on it.

                              He is not a technician but a cheat, has no technical knowledge ... please not hire him.

                                Dear Sir, Myself Santonu Chatterjee, I have purchased IFB Washing Machine ELENA AQUA on 19/10/2013 by Rs.24490(Rupees Twenty four thousand four hundred ninty).Last two months facing tremendous problem with this Washing Machine and with the IFB company . Sending unskilled technicians, changing lots of spare parts, like PCB Circuit(two times) and again they are changing PUMP and PCB Circuit today itself. I have requsted to change that defective Washing Machine but they are not co-operating at all. It's become completely defective and they are unable to repaire. Everyday the service centre harrasing me and my daily activity geting hampered. Please need the solution to make life smooth and tensionless.                                   SIR, I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT FOR BREAK DOWN COMPAINED ON 07122014 TO CUSTOMER CARE COMPLAINT NO 144100 ONE MR CHANDRASEKAR ATTENTED THE CALL AND SENT MR KIRAN FOR SERVICE ON THE SAME DAY, HE COMLPAINED THAT THE BOARD IS BURNT, AND ASKED ME TO PAY 8000- FOR THE SAME, THOUGH IT IS UNDER WARRANTY, HE CLAIMED THAT ONCE IN THE MONTH OF JULY 2014 WAS REPLACED HENCE SECOND TIME IT WILL NOT BE REPLACED BY THE COMPANY THOUGH IT IS UNDER WARRANTY TO MY ASTONISHMENT.                                     I have purchased Elite Aqua SX on 29th November 2014 in SONOVISION Rajahmundry, East Godavari District.We requested demo on Dec 24th 2014 and the technician insisted us to purchase water filter of worth Rs 2500/- and he claims that present machine does not come with necessary water filter. As per IFB manual book water filter is inbuilt and I don't understand the necessity of extra water filter.I have purchased the washing machine for full equipment and now I have doubts regarding few machine parts.Please look into this as soon as possible and respond at the earliest.Else I might have to return this product for full refund.I have raised complaints through customer care number and I had an unsatisfactory response.My customer ID is 10876930 & complaint number is 14542371.
