Dishwasher: the machine is not drying the utensils. The "Drying" green light continues to stay light even after the cycle is over. Though the machine salt was put, the red light indicator stays lit. Regret that your service engineers are not technically qualified to attend complaints. All they did was to replace the filter and did not bother to run the machine to test its performance. Microwave Oven: The complaint registered was that the microwave is making an unusual sound when in operation. Your technicians did nothing but heated a glass of water and stated that the unit was performing well and did not bother to further investigate the complaint registered. Very disappointed in the approach. Please have this attended to at your earliest. Furthermore, have your technicians call on [protected] to make a prior appointment before attending this complaint as was assured when this complaint was lodged.

    Dear Team, Initially raised a request for packing of my IFB Senorita SX washing machine on 26-Dec-2014. Engineer visited my place on 27-Dec-2014 and charged INR. 350/- for packing and he is not ready to detach sanitary pipe from water pipe, they said they will charge separately for the same. Later after shifting to new address on 28-Dec-2014, called customer care for address change and requested for reinstalling my washing machine. Agent changed the address 0n 28-Dec-2014 and it will take 48 hrs for attending reinstalling due to change in address, and complaint number remains the same. Nobody attended this complaint till 30-Dec-2014, and when I called them back, they generated new complaint number[protected] and said this will be set on high priority and will be closed by day end. But nobody even bothered to call back, stating that we will not be able to address the same today. Later when I called back, agent is very furious and not even ready to listen to my concern. He is claiming the address is updated only on 30-Dec-2014 and they will take sometime for addressing the same. Later after arguing with him for sometime, he had provided some local mobile numbers[protected]/[protected], nobody responds on one number and other number does not work. When I called back and requested for discussion with senior executive, after long wait, even senior is not ready to hear out my concern and claimed that machine cannot make mistake, it is you(customer) who is wrong in this context. And he is saying that there is no call recorded on 28-Dec-2014. Requesting someone to look into this concern at the earliest. And I will be withdrawing my plan of taking IFB Microwave oven.And I will not going to be customer of IFB in my life and will not recommend my friends, who are looking to go for IFB.       My Customer ID is 1725897, and I have booked a compliant on 27th Dec, 2014. No service centre is responding to my compliant since four days. I am facing very difficult without the machine working. Kindly attend to my compliant on priority basis. I am in AMC with the company. Service adviser from M/s. Seetal Regrigeration Services has come to sell his product but he is reluctant to attend to my problem. It seems that your franchise are very eager in collecting the AMC charges rather than attending to the problems of the customers who are in AMC

      Franchise services of IFB are worse, they are not attending to the compliants on time, we have to face lot of difficulties to get the work done, wasting our valuable time.

        Repair of washing machine on AMC

        I am having IFB ELENA DX fully automatic washing machine. Launched a complaint on 22nd December. Bearing complaint no. 14527647. The technician visited on 26th December he traced out the problem and told that he will come back and sort it out by replacing the same.         Our Elena Washing machine is under AMC.The spin dryer is not working for last 12 days.3 people have come to see the machine but problem is not resolved.nobody receives calls at the service centre in Gurgaon.They say some new franchisee has been opened which will cater to our sector ie sector 51, Gurgaon.Kindly do the needful as this is the time wen spin dryer is required the most.

            Team, I had registered my complaint for my micro wave with complaint no. 14568585 on 27.12.2014 the executive (Sunil - [protected]) visited on 29.12.2014 and after inspection he suggested some parts replacement i said ok you can come tomorrow along with the product for replacement since morning i had just follow up with IFB Team he only gives me there is some guy name Raman[protected] he committed me that his executive will be reached till 1 PM but executives come for repairing at 05:00 PM in the evening.

            I wanted to get my fully automatic washing machine repaired. Called a repair service person ...the number was mentioned on internet. Sunil named technician (mobile: [protected]) came in 3 different visit to my place ...took 2500 total till today (12th Aug'17 ) in two months and still I have been not able to wash clothes even once in it!!! Now he has stopped picking calls or replyig messages ! And now we have observed that he has done something to the inner drum of the machine ... it is off its original position!! My machine was better before he laid his hands on it.

            He is not a technician but a cheat, has no technical knowledge ... please not hire him.

              Dear Sir, Myself Santonu Chatterjee, I have purchased IFB Washing Machine ELENA AQUA on 19/10/2013 by Rs.24490(Rupees Twenty four thousand four hundred ninty).Last two months facing tremendous problem with this Washing Machine and with the IFB company . Sending unskilled technicians, changing lots of spare parts, like PCB Circuit(two times) and again they are changing PUMP and PCB Circuit today itself. I have requsted to change that defective Washing Machine but they are not co-operating at all. It's become completely defective and they are unable to repaire.                 SIR, I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT FOR BREAK DOWN COMPAINED ON 07122014 TO CUSTOMER CARE COMPLAINT NO 144100 ONE MR CHANDRASEKAR ATTENTED THE CALL AND SENT MR KIRAN FOR SERVICE ON THE SAME DAY, HE COMLPAINED THAT THE BOARD IS BURNT, AND ASKED ME TO PAY 8000- FOR THE SAME, THOUGH IT IS UNDER WARRANTY, HE CLAIMED THAT ONCE IN THE MONTH OF JULY 2014 WAS REPLACED HENCE SECOND TIME IT WILL NOT BE REPLACED BY THE COMPANY THOUGH IT IS UNDER WARRANTY TO MY ASTONISHMENT.                   I have purchased Elite Aqua SX on 29th November 2014 in SONOVISION Rajahmundry, East Godavari District.We requested demo on Dec 24th 2014 and the technician insisted us to purchase water filter of worth Rs 2500/- and he claims that present machine does not come with necessary water filter. As per IFB manual book water filter is inbuilt and I don't understand the necessity of extra water filter.I have purchased the washing machine for full equipment and now I have doubts regarding few machine parts.Please look into this as soon as possible and respond at the earliest.Else I might have to return this product for full refund.I have raised complaints through customer care number and I had an unsatisfactory response.My customer ID is 10876930 & complaint number is 14542371.                       The service people coming from IFB are doing marketing and also cheating. They charged Rs. 300 from washing machine shifting from one room to another room and additional charges. I raised a complaint against this, But i didn't get any proper response. Every time they called and asked all the details. Poor service

                        We have raised a complaint[protected] on Dec 24, 2014 that the temperature when drying temperature is not rising. Today morning the washing machine was full of water all of a sudden without starting it. We called the service engineer assigned and like most of the times this guy also spoke that their visit would be Rs 350 /-. But till now he did not come, and they speak in a very rude manner. Not sure, if he is going to pay a visit this year. This is the 3rd servicing in the past two years. All of the service engineers blame the previous one who did not complete the work properly. But they themselves are always in a hurry to just fix what the customer thinks is the problem. It's high time IFB values its existing customers and provide service for money. Few years back for a servicing, they forgot to attach the belt inside and the washing machine drum was not rotating. Still sticking with the same washing machine because we invested in it not because we admire we admire the service or the company.

                          The technician issued fake bills to me, which I came to know later. He had over charged me by more than double in most cases. The dealer (Shri Kailash Enterprises, Chennai) is aware of it, but is doing nothing about it. Even more shocking is that the company itself is not responding to my repeated complaints / emails / feedback on website. Part name Actual price Charged price (N) Pump Rs. 635 Rs. 1500 Outlet hose Rs. 174 Rs. 300 Bended hose Rs. 150 Rs. 425 (P) Tub hose Rs. 120 Rs. 400 When the technician had visited, he kept insisting that I sign up for an AMC, which I refused to take, as I planned to change the machine soon. Probably, he found a way to 'earn' what would have been his incentive had I signed up for an AMC that day. I have been an IFB customer for more than 12 years. What is the point in loyalty, when you can still be cheated!

                                I have always had a problem with my IFB SENORITA washing machine from the day I bought it. I feel that i have received a faulty machine. Now that my machine is out of the warranty period, conveniently, the TUB has broken and I have to shell out Rs. 4500 for repairs. The clothes are piling up for a week.                                   I have taken an AMC for my microwave oven 30 SC 1 in march 2014 .There was a problem and the technician told me that there is a problem in the panel and took the panel after a month he told me service center has been changed from ambattur to avadi . Avadi people will rectifying the problem. When contacting avadi service center they refused to attend saying that ambattur service people have taken the panel.On pressuring the ambattur service center they came and kept a panel and said avadi service center people will fix it.Both of the service people are not attending the compliant and just closing the compliant. I contacted the regional manager and told him my problem he is saying that the model has be stopped and he will refund the AMC amount minus service charges taxes etc.It is over ten months and my complaint has not been attend and i have been put in a lot of trouble running round here and there ever time i make a complaint they are saying they will attend it but never turn up . Immediate action is requested for my compliant or I have to move to consumer court.

                                  i even called in customer service today and they say the complaint has been closed and are asking me to file a fresh complaint. I'm tired of filing new complaints as you guys just keep on closing the complaint ticket.this issue has been going on for a year and my AMC expires next year and the machine is completely ripped apart and exposed with no timer knob/dial which was done by the first tech.this has become one hell of a headache for me.i need a quick resolution or else I'm forced to take legal action.

                                    Dear sir, My self satish i was register compliant for my IFB washing machin not working on 17/12/2014 and they commit me next day somebody will come and attend. so next day Mr. sunil was came be half of my request but they said that mother board problem and tomorrow they will come (means 19/12/2014 ) and rectify the same defect i wait for that technician but they didn't came and i try to contact they are given contact number most of the time that number was busy and ones somebody lift the phone but they didn't talk to me but i tried continuously today again i try to contact but same thing was happen. But i was frustrated and i got manager mobile number and after that i told him but they said you talk to biju and biju said today they are sending for repair but they are not sending I want to request you to do needful action or disciplinary action Regards satish Mobile no.
