I called YASHRAJ ENTERPRISE(IFB Authorised Service centre, Zadeshwar Rd, Bharuch, (Gujarat State) for my IFB Elena deluxe 5.5 kg WM, as stopped frequently after started.Technician came & changed my water pipe, gave some powder to run etc.on dated 19/10/2014.Its Bill amounting Rs.1350/- only.(excluding the pipe cost).But not result, I called him again next day.He came, checked some functions & said he will come to take higher technician to repair the machine.But then he didn't come as the Diwali Festival & till today.Then we were not at the home for the period.
Today I had call from the Service centre @ the machine & sent me a another technician for the past fault.Now the technician said my motor is not working.If within Warranty Period it will be free.Then I show him the card, But it was expired on 24 Nov.2014, i.e. just four days before, and I have to pay for the motor part.
Sir, hear me heartly, that the Service centre has not responded me within days & enguaging unskilled technician that is also mis-credit for the company and I have to suffer only for just four days after the Warranty Period.Is it my fault?Judge it necessary & its my honour request to give me the reply if any at my e-mail [protected]@gmail.com please.Thanking You.
