IFB Senorita Aqua VX not working

Our New Washing Machine stopped working on 27th November 2014. We raised a complaint with IFB Customer Care. Ticket# 11955804. Local technician came and informed that a cable is to be replaced. They came after 2 days for replacing the electrical wire and found that actually the problem is in the board. Till Date the issue is not resolved. Now, they are claiming that the board is to be received from Head Office. Dont know when to received...

Please take note that my IFB Supremo Delux front load washing machine stopped working in October end ant the complaint was duly registered vide complaint no. 14159041 on October 31, 2014. The technician visited us only after a week of repeated phone calls. He found the drum as damaged and said it'll have to be replaced along with the rubber gasket and the ball bearings. He stated that order will be placed for the same and the parts will take a week- ten days to come. We have been following up with the local service centre after the stipulated time of 10 days but to no avail. Its been very frustating to be told that the drum is yet to come and that it'll be arriving any day now. On tuesday morning i.e. Dec 2nd when I called the service centre I was informed that the drum had reached Patna and will be delivered at the service centre sometime during the day. I was given the assurance that the technician will visit us on wednesday i.e.on the following day to fix the machine. Sad to say that it did not happen and when I called them up again a while ago, surprisingly I was told by Mr. Deepak that the parts had not reached Patna till now. I am shocked to face such an unprofessional service on part of a company like IFB. The inconvenience I have been facing due to this poor service rather lack of service, is unexplainable.

    Sir, The ifb microwave servicing at cuddalore - in tamil nadu seems to be very poor. The complaint regarding the conventional mode of cooking takes more time in my machine of model number:20sc2 was recorded in id: 11966641. The complaint to the service centre was made on 1 dec. 2014. But up to 4 dec. 2014 no one came to attend this fault. Further remainder to the service centre was also made. The machine is in amc period.         Dear Sir/Madam, I own a an Exe+ washing machine no 5516 which is under AMC no 258179. My machine is out of order since 19.11.2014. for which a complaint was made. A rep of service centre attended on 21.11.2014. He informed us that our cabinet needed replacement and we are required to pay Rs 3700/- for it. We paid Rs 3700/- in cash on the same day and were given a cash memo no 1611 Book no 33 dated 21.11.2014. with an assurance that machine will be repaired within 2 to 3 days. Every time we remind Laxmi Services Noida on telephone we are told that it will be repaired today. It has happened at least five times. As a last resort we are approaching you to initiate appropriate action against the service provider for unsatisfactory services and get the machine repaired at your earliest.               On the date of 29/6/14 i have registered a complaint against the issue regarding the in-proper functioning of my IFB washing machine. The registered complaint number is 11524570. The complaint is that the drum was not working properly. I called the higher authorities regarding with the issue they gave me these 2 numbers([protected], [protected]) but i have'nt get any sort of help hands from your part. As when i bought this machine I paid Rs.2400 for extended warranty by the prior suggestion of one Mr. Mahesh ([protected]) from your firm, As iam trying to call him now, he is not responding back. As though now in this case with your prior information, I am gonna file a case against your firm to the consumer court by adding these all details.

                Complaint No. 11764132. Cust ID: 1552279. outstanding for more than a month. Now, the machine was repaired as claimed by M/s Hitech Services, Kazhakootam and returned on 19 Nov 14. I checked it two days later on 21st Nov. The cleaning was totally unsatisfactory. I informed this to Mr Shagir -on 21st itself- who apparently is the owner of Hitech. He did not come. I contacted him atleast four times afterwards and each time he gave a fresh date for coming and checking. It's now ten days since the new complaint has been reported and 2 1/2 months since the first original complaint. Am surprised at your couldn't-care less-attitude. Its two and a half months since the original complaint and another 10 days after a faulty repair. Your franchisee is not bothered. He is interested only in money. You are also not bothered since you have not checked with me whether the complaint has been sorted out. I had also reported to you that this franchisee has taken Rs 1500/- as transportation charges. No reply on that yet. He sent the machine in a pickup auto. The machine was not tied properly and there are big scratches on the machine. Nobody from the franchisee accompanied the machine and therefore the machine was not proved in front o[censored]s. Is this your service standard. Please get the machine repaired in 2 days failing which am going to the consumer court and the tax authorities - Cdr J Ajit Kumar

                  we purchased IFB clothes dryer Maxidry 550 on[protected] with customer ID 10579005. 0n 25th November some fumes came out from time setting knob .On the same day we gave complaint with complaint no14337781.It has been 5 days since we have registered our complaint but the servicing has not been done.Though we have kept calling the customer care everyday and also spoke to the manager, no one turned up till date.The servicing which actually had to be done within 24hrs of complaint has not been done even after 120hrs.very poor customer care.

                    I bought microwave from your dealer in chandigarh m/s gupta electric co. On 13/11/2010, however this micro is troubling lot since purchase (Model no 25sc3.) I have already got it repaired twice as per your service engineer its megnetron are not working so he got it replaced with another since it was under warranty. So thy have charged only service amount was rs.250/- he advised to buy voltage stabilizer which is also bought from him only ifb product. We put this and run the mircro wave with this voltaze stablizer, however it work only 1 wk. Now again this stop working. The defect which we notices is that it is not generating heat that's why any thing put on it not being cooked. My request is either take it back what ever amount u want to pay me i wan't bother, instead of keeping this ideal It is better to give it to back to company.                       sir 6kg digital under amc has been expercng regular probs for the past 6 months. everytime it is set right it goes off within 2-4 washings. now the tech informs that it will take more than 3 wks to set it right as the spares are not avlble and in addn it will cost another rs 2000 (almost the cost of amc) 1.of what use is the machine if i have to wait for 3 wks. what is the use of having amc. who will wash the clothes pl arrge for a suitable replacement or take corrective steps to set it right immdtly.                         I called YASHRAJ ENTERPRISE(IFB Authorised Service centre, Zadeshwar Rd, Bharuch, (Gujarat State) for my IFB Elena deluxe 5.5 kg WM, as stopped frequently after started.Technician came & changed my water pipe, gave some powder to run etc.on dated 19/10/2014.Its Bill amounting Rs.1350/- only.(excluding the pipe cost).But not result, I called him again next day.He came, checked some functions & said he will come to take higher technician to repair the machine.But then he didn't come as the Diwali Festival & till today.Then we were not at the home for the period.
                        Today I had call from the Service centre @ the machine & sent me a another technician for the past fault.Now the technician said my motor is not working.If within Warranty Period it will be free.Then I show him the card, But it was expired on 24 Nov.2014, i.e. just four days before, and I have to pay for the motor part.
                        Sir, hear me heartly, that the Service centre has not responded me within days & enguaging unskilled technician that is also mis-credit for the company and I have to suffer only for just four days after the Warranty Period.Is it my fault?Judge it necessary & its my honour request to give me the reply if any at my e-mail [protected]@gmail.com please.Thanking You.

                              Dear sir/ Madam I am L. Anantha Rama krishnan, residing in Anna nagar, Chennai. Day before yesterday, (26/11/2014) we have received a call from IFB asking our permission to send the service engineer for the AMC service. We agreed and the person came for the service. He de assembled all the parts and checked for any blocks and scaling. Finally he did chemical washing. During deassembling he did n't put the spring in the rubber sleeve properly. Now the machine is not working and the door is not closing properly we have requested him to check and correct it. After a number of calls throughout the day, the service engineer is not attended the problem and not responded. We are unhappy with the service rendered.                                 I have bought 10 packets of dishwasher - but due to unavailability only 5 were delivered on 17/11 & Mr. Manikandan (who delivered the packets) informed it will be delivered the next day. It is 10 days now I am yet to get the product. Repeated calls just say that will have it delivered immediately in vein.

                                  Dear team ifb, My nightmare started when i purchased a washing machine for inr 35, 100 (8kgs senator aqua sx) on the 23rd of November, 2014 from sargam electronics, sector - 29, gurgaon. I enquired from the dealer, if i can buy a stand from his shop. I was told by the dealer that i can Purchase the stand from the market and on the same machine can be installed. I bought the same for inr 900. An installation person (Mudit from ifb service center) came today with a stand and asked for inr 1400 For a stand, which was actually not required. The person insisted on the stand giving an understanding That machine will fall down, if the stand that he brought is not utilised. Question: If ifb's machine require a specific stand, then why wasn't it available with sargam electronic, when i Enquired for the same. I feel betrayed and don't want this machine now. Take it back.                                     I have a IFB front loaded washing machine purchased 3years back. After about 2years of working, approximately one year back, machine has started with abnormal vibrations and stoppage. IFB persons are visiting every time and replacing some of parts and no use. They have taken the machine to their repair center two times and no result. Still we are not able to use the machine from the last one month because the machine is frequently vibrating and stopping without finish. There is no solution from the customer care from the last one month.

                                      Dear Sir, I made a complaint 10 days ago for repair work. Last week after so much of calls a person visited and told he informed to send a service technician to my home... After that no one had visited to my home to solve my complaint and everyday customer care department giving me wrong commitment. Today when I tried to call third level higher official, he attended and told he is on another call. After that he never picked my call.. This is frustating me and please don't fool people anymore...
