My IFB watching machine has stopped functioning so filed a compliant on 8th October with compliant number: 13978308. I have followed up 4 times with customer care so far and every time they say they will escalate it to up line and their guys turn up on the same day. But in reality its FALSE. I even contacted the service person directly (Prasad - [protected]) but no luck. I have now the feeling that I SHOULD NOT HAVE buy watching machine from IFB. Its really PAINFUL to deal with these guys. Request your help in getting my issue resolved quickly.

    IFB must be the only company in this world who generates a complaint ticket and then closes the same without knowing the problem has been resolved or not . Customer's satisfaction or dissatisfaction has no meaning to them . My washing machine stopped working on 26th August and hence a complaint registered on the same day vide number 13648355 . The matter is not resolved yet the closure of complaint took place without our knowledge . Once again a complaint was registered generating ticket number 13778094 on 12th september . The problem continues as no interest is shown by IFB to resolve the matter but once again the complaint was closed without our knowledge . Hence a third ticket number has been generated yesterday i.e 13 October, 14012606 . One doesnot know what to make of such a company !!!

      Hi, I have raised a complaint on Friday morning(10 Oct 2014) as the tap of my Washing Machine Eleana DX has been damaged. But still not there is a call back from your technician. I have raised the concern 3 times over toll free helpline, but no updates from them as well. Also they do not provide and complaint number as well. Please help me with this ASAP.

          I had purchased a IFB Microwave oven in Hyderabad (Model - 17PG2S) in Mar 2012 and it costs around 4000/- at that time. Microwave oven stopped heating from past 2 days, and I had called the technician. The technician said the transformer it would cost Rs.2100 atleast to get this fixed at IFB Service center. IFB is giving 3 year warranty on parts which are cheap. The actual expensive part of the microwave oven does not have an warranty. Instead of getting a crappy Rs.4000 product serviced for Rs.2400(including service fee 300/-) i would buy a new microwave oven from any other local company and throw away after 2 years.

            Need to inform you that I have complained(complain number:[protected] on 23 AUG 2014 as my Microwave is not working due to some internal problem. First I have complained on 23 AUG 2014, then from the Service Center on of the Guy came at my place, he checked out what's the problem and told me that one of the part is damaged, and whenever the part will come they will come and fix it. But after 2 weeks, I again called Customer Care to track my record but I got a reply that your complaint has been switched off because they called me and I couldnt picked up there call, but the truth is that I didn't received any call. I again called for the same cause and they issued me a new complaint number[protected] but still no one came at my place to fix it and neither got a proper reply that when it's going to fix.Whenever I call them they just give me a simple answer that part is not available due to some xyz reason.My customer ID is 10647198. Expecting a prompt reply, as i am deeply dissatisfied by the services and if no action being taken on this, i will make sure that no one else in my known should by electronic from NEXT showroom.Waiting for ur kind support.               Poor Service and no response to customer complaint

              We had very bad/worst experience with IFB service, we had issue with our washing machine, we are getting huge noise from machine so we have raised a complaint #13886300 Dated : 27th Sep 2014. Next day technician turned up and examined the machine and said they need to replace one of the part, which he said he will do next day. But, till now no one turned up to replace the part.               Dear Sir, Reference to my complaint no.13947462 lodged on 05.10.2014 & my customer ID no-2672308 about leakage of water inside the washing Senator6KG machine & machine will stop when it comes to additives.Custo*PHP Spellcheck Trial* care persons informed that they will send the service engineer with in next2 working day.Till today company has not taken up the complaint. I have called up twice to customer centre & there was no use, I am hearing repeated above sentence from them. This is the way IFB company should handle the customer complaint? Every time i call toll free, they escalate the compalint and nothing happened so far.Everytime i call tollfree, they put me on hold and say they will check the detail with branch office and come back to me and this never happens.                   I have been using an IFB washing machine Model T2900 for the last 17 years. The body had to be changed twice during these years due to corrosion, against payment made as per IFB price list – but since 2013 even despite repeated complaints logged with the customer service I have not been able to get a replacement of the body, due to which I am unable to use the machine. If the body of this model cannot be provided, I request your organisation to let me know of the same.                     Dear IFB, Verdict : IFB service is completely unprofessional, unethical and worst..worst..worst..worst... I would not buy any IFB applicances in my lifetime(even if i get for free!!!) Disclaimer : My intension is not to influence anybody. This is true painful story with IFB service i have been experiencing since 14.09.2014 Complaint Number : Ticket 13790502 I have registered complaint on 14.09.2014. After so many follows up with IFB call center, they directly provided bangalore agency contact number. Again after so many follows up, service people visited home and verified the machine and noted down parts to be replaced. Funny part is, these so called service guys more than service guys, i would call sales guys. Because instead of servicing, they tried to sell AMC(Annual Maintanance Contract and some items. Then they said, spare parts needs to be ordered, once they recieve they come and fix. again after so many follow ups they said they will come on 24.09.2014. 3 days they dragged saying, they come in the morning, afternoon, evening, rain, bla bla bla Unfortunately i was out of station from 27.09.2014 to 30.09.2014 and returned on 01.10. 2014 and again called them. Again 2 days dragged saying some reason. Funny part again is, they called me on 02.10.2014 and said, spare parts they recieved is wrong, so they are re-ordering. Today 10.10.2014. Till now they are saying spare parts have not come. If we order something online, we get on the same day. But in IFB to get spare part from Goa, they need 10 days. You can imagine the customer priority, service KPI with IFB. Now, you can think of IFB Buy or NOT!!! If anybody from IFB is ALIVE and can respond to customer concerns, please reach out to me ASAP.                       I have raised complaint for IFB Dishwasher and it has been one month since I have raised the complaint.It is not working anymore.We are facing a lot of problem but company is still not responding.There is no response so far. They have very poor service. They are closing the tickets without resolving the issue. I called the customer service on September 13th, 2014. The complaint number is 11799947 but they are not giving any satisfactory answer.Hope this complaint will help me in resolving the issue...

                        To, Date: - 10th Oct 2014 Senior Marketing Manager, We regrets to make a complain regarding your services (Complaint attendance), we made a complain on 8th October 2014 your customer care for a inflate connection to the washing machine, than again made on 9th October 2014 but nobody has attendance the complain yet this time. Your call centre person 1 madam told it will be done next day again next day 3.00pm contact your call centre person Mr.Faiz told it will be done within 24 hrs of complain whose language was very ruff & behave very badly & given Ph.No. of Mr. Dinesh Panth (Area Manager) when talk to Panthsaab it will be done he promise it will be done next day but trying to solve the problem same day, but it is now 3.00 pm. Nobody has turned up & your Mr.Dinesh Panth was not taking of the phone since morning. Now Sir it is very shameful incident from renown company like IFB. The responsible area manager Mr. Dinesh Panth, has not any coarsely to solve the problem & now the request you do the needful & also please take care of your irresponsible are manger call centre person who are not atoned serious about the job, more every your call centre people doesn’t have proper knowledge about the service & function (As per your manager view).                           I had registered a complain for my dishwasher on Oct 2. I finally got my problem addressed on Oct 10. During these 8 days, I had to go through a lot of inconvenience not only because the machine was not working but also because the engineer gave me an appointment everyday causing me to either stay at home or ask my husband to come home early or go late to office. The service center lady told me that she cannot do anything about it. I need to manage it with the engineer. This is not my first similar experience with IFB. I have gone through a similar experience before multiple times. The IFB products are great but their service is pathetic. Moreover, the engineer comes and changes the warranty expiration date in my book without my consent stating that the date written in the book is wrong. What authority the engineer is having to change the warranty date in my book?

Fazilka Punjab 152123 " And he has refused to repair it and now he is not picking up the call. They have visited once 10 days before and there is no visit after words.                                 IF YOU BUY A WASHING MACHINE OR DISH WASHER YOU NEED SOFTWATER OR DRINKING WATER OF TYPE YOU GET FROM KENT OR LUMINOUS WATER FILTER QUALITY OTHER WISE YOUR MACHINE WILL BE FITTED WITH IFB WATER SOFTENING GADGET WHICH IS USELESS. MY COMPLAINET NUMER 13871221 WITH CUSTOMER ID No.3654117 WAS WITH REGARDING THE DISH WASHER FITTED WITH IFB'S NEW WATER SOFTENING GADGET AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE COSTING Rs.2, 500.ACTUALLY THIS CANNOT BE FITTED IN THE DISH WASHER DUE TO SPACE THATIS PROVIDED IN THE DISH WASHER ID AT FLOOR LEVEL AND THIS NEW DEVICE CANNOT BE FIXED WITH OUT THE FLEXIBLE HOSE WHICH WILL TURN 90 Deg AND WATER CANNOT ENTER THE MACHINE AS REQUIRED WHICH IS THE REQUIRED FORCE.THE PERSON WHO FIXED COLLECTED THE MONEY HAD NO ID OR UNIFORM AND IS NOT COMING FOR SERVICE.SEEING THE MESS NO ONE ELSE IS ALSO COMING SINCE 7 DAYS AND MY COMPLAINT DAILY HAS A SAME ANSWER 'WE WILL SEND THE SERVICE MAN IMMEDIATELY WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED' P L E A S E THINK W EL L BEFOUR YOU B U Y THIS GADGET.

                                  I have raised two complaints for IFB and it has been 45 days since I have raised the complaint. There is no response so far. They have very poor service. They are closing the tickets without resolving the issue. Please don't buy IFB products at all.

                                  My IFB washing machine is in warranty and I had raised complaint 13690732 to IFB

                                  customer care saying the problem of drum not rotating on Aug 26'th 2014. They had

                                  told they would need to replace drum. But they had closed the complaint without any

                                  intimation to me. I had contacted customer care and again raised complaint

                                  13801438. This compliant was also closed without solving the problem and intimation

                                  to me. I had asked them to reopen the case. They had given manager Suraj number

                                  [protected] to speak for further assistance. Every time I call them they have been

                                  informing drum would be replaced in 2 days. Today Oct 16'th 2014 but the problem is

                                  still not resolved. My IFB customer ID 3106325.

                                    Hi,

                                    I lodged the complaint on 2nd oct 2014 stating that there is a problem with my ifb washing machine. Which was taken 2 months back.

                                    It's so unfortunate that your people did not have the courtesy to fix the problem till the 7th oct 2014. As per ifb commitment the problem will be fixed with in 48 hrs of complaint (Bull)

                                    When ever i called the customer care i am getting the false assurance stating that it's going to be fixed today. (I really dont know which day). Every time they will give different phone # of the service provider which is either wrong number are no one will pick the call.

                                    I have spoken to the following customer care people :

                                    1. Priyanak.
                                    2. Prathik,
                                    3. Ravi (Who assured me that with in 2 hrs he will fix the problem. He did not tell from when the 2 hrs)
                                    4. Vignesh
                                    5. Bharath
                                    6. Rudresh.

                                    I have wasted money and 2 complete full day in call your customer care and waiting for the service. Yet, your people are not able to fix the issue.

                                    Hope some one has the courtesy to respond to my mail.

                                    I remember my colleagues told that the ifb is giving worst service not to buy the ifb product. Now i realise it's true.

                                      My customer ID is 10763377. I have given complaint for IFB microwave oven I am having on sep 09th 2014 and subsequently a engineer visited our resid.to repair the same, he opened the microwave and left to return back with some part which need to be replaced ( Ticket number[protected] as on date he did not returned back without any further update. Yesterday, I called customer care to check status, to my surprise they confirmed me that service request (ticket number[protected] has been closed with some silly reason and without informing me. They insisted to open a new service request with Ticket 13954662. Now again no body has called me as of now. I am not happy with service provided. Microwave oven is lying opened at my residence in open condition.
