I live in jammu. We bought the dishwasher neptune dx a month ago. When the machine came we found that it had a huge dent on the right side. We complained and they said that they would send a new one soon and they did but this one was old.. It didnt even have a pipe and looked really old. The service tried to fool us by telling us that they had the machine tested before they sent it to us which was totally a lie. Then much to our satisfaction they said that they would send us another one and so they did but again this one has a dent and it doesnt even look new and it has scratches all over. Now we dont want this machine anymore and we want our money back and if we dont we will have to take this complaint further. I hope that we hear back from you soon. A disappointed customer, Prachi

    Hi, I have raised a complaint regarding my IFB Washing Machine on 07th Oct 2014 (Complaint no:[protected] I have not received any calls from IFB service center. So after a few days again I contacted Customer care, they told that the issue got resolved and the ticket has been closed. I told them to re-open the ticket since nobody contacted or fixed the issue. After a few days "again" I contacted customer care, this time also they told "The issue got resolved and the ticket is closed". But nobody fixed the issue nor contacted me regarding this. I'm bit worried about IFB's service. How come they can close the ticket twice without fixing the issue. The customer care executive provided contact numbers of the Bangalore Service center, I tried both the numbers, but no response. Waiting for some Magic to happen...

      Hi, This is regard with the world class service being offered by one of the pioneers. I have been using three washing machines of IFB since 2011 and WAS very happy with the performance of the machines. Recently around 20-25 days back my one of the machine stopped functioning. We registered a complaint : 13804356 and some eng inner visited the site and confirmed that a part went faulty that needs to be replaced. He asked for couple of days to wait as the part was unavailable. That was the day and till today the condition remains same. Machine is not working. My mother and father are not in the age to clean the clothes on their own. I have been trying to reach everybody in IFB but result was that I wasted the time. Every time when I call the service center or service engineer they ask for one more day. This one - day has now become a month. One of the Service head ( probably Mr. Ahmad or I don't remember) told me that the part is in transit from Goa and you will get it by 3-4 Oct'14. It has been dispatched on 26/09/2014.( 21 days passed now) My question is : 1) Did I chose a wrong Indian Brand ? 2) I was never explained the features (non availability of parts may result in inconvenience) before purchasing the machines. 3) Why these engineers are behaving as if I have asked for a favor from them ? 4) There is no support from so called "support centers". 5) When will that machine be repaired ? Unavailability of the part is not a concern of customer rather it is an operational issue. This is some thing internal which needs to be sorted out, not the customer should suffer. I hope I have not asked for more. If I have done so then my apologies are also there but I think its not fair enough. I request you to review the management of IFB, Patna Bihar ( which is 500Kms away from corporate office) If this machine is not going to be repaired then also you may inform me that what next is to done.         It has been 3 months now o[censored]s calling IFB washing machine and the technician indicated that the ball bearing of the drum has worn out within the first 2 years o[censored]sing. The 100% warranty for IFB machine is still in place and they just not responding to our calls and are not fixing the issue. this is absolutely unacceptable especially when a commit is provided by IFB. Ticket number is 13373858 logged in on July 18, 2014. not sure of the next steps, but I really need help. this is cheating.

          Hi sir We have given complaint 2weeks back but no one respond to it. On 13 of this month they called us nd said tomarrow u vl cum. We waited for 3 days but no one came. Again we called to ur toll free numb they said that ur complaint has cancelled. This is the way ur company is responding to customers.

            My dishwasher is having problem. It is on an extended warranty product about 3 year old. Service people came on 30th August 2014 from Sri Sai Home Care Teynampet for asking for maintenance service and ran the machine with Descal. Halfway through that The engineer claimed there was smoke and asked us to log a service call. We had lodged the service call on toll free number. Two people came and then said they do not have a particular spanner and said they will come the next day. Two days later they came and said one board is gone. They will come with the spare. they are yet to come. we are regularly calling the agency every day and nothing is happening. So for the last 7 weeks we are waiting.                 my first complaint was on 29.09.14 complaint number 11784163. the mechanic came repaired some thing. .Machine worked for one day and stopped working afterwards. Since the machine is not working I have informed the matter to the mechanic.he visited my house.He told me that some parts are not available with them and they will get it soon.It is more than ten days back.Nothing happened afrewards.                   It is really pathetic service I come across in My life time.My washing is not working i filled a complaint 2 months before they responded by complaint after 20 days they send one guy he just saw the fault and informed technical guy will come and fix the problem and the technical guy came to home after 20 days and he told he doesn't have the goods with him and he told he will back tomorrow he is not back for another 10 days again we called up customer care and informed the problem they also not responded or didn't send anyone as usual and after 20 one guy came and told the same story technical guy will rectify the problem but still no one addressed my problem. Till now i facing the problem i washing my clothes on my own.Going forward I will not buy any of IFB products and also not suggest any of my friends to buy IFB products.Complaint no 11808808

                    My IFB watching machine has stopped functioning so filed a compliant on 8th October with compliant number: 13978308. I have followed up 4 times with customer care so far and every time they say they will escalate it to up line and their guys turn up on the same day. But in reality its FALSE. I even contacted the service person directly (Prasad - [protected]) but no luck. I have now the feeling that I SHOULD NOT HAVE buy watching machine from IFB. Its really PAINFUL to deal with these guys. Request your help in getting my issue resolved quickly.

                      IFB must be the only company in this world who generates a complaint ticket and then closes the same without knowing the problem has been resolved or not . Customer's satisfaction or dissatisfaction has no meaning to them . My washing machine stopped working on 26th August and hence a complaint registered on the same day vide number 13648355 . The matter is not resolved yet the closure of complaint took place without our knowledge . Once again a complaint was registered generating ticket number 13778094 on 12th september . The problem continues as no interest is shown by IFB to resolve the matter but once again the complaint was closed without our knowledge . Hence a third ticket number has been generated yesterday i.e 13 October, 14012606 . One doesnot know what to make of such a company !!!

                            I had purchased a IFB Microwave oven in Hyderabad (Model - 17PG2S) in Mar 2012 and it costs around 4000/- at that time. Microwave oven stopped heating from past 2 days, and I had called the technician. The technician said the transformer it would cost Rs.2100 atleast to get this fixed at IFB Service center. IFB is giving 3 year warranty on parts which are cheap. The actual expensive part of the microwave oven does not have an warranty. Instead of getting a crappy Rs.4000 product serviced for Rs.2400(including service fee 300/-) i would buy a new microwave oven from any other local company and throw away after 2 years.

                              Need to inform you that I have complained(complain number:[protected] on 23 AUG 2014 as my Microwave is not working due to some internal problem. First I have complained on 23 AUG 2014, then from the Service Center on of the Guy came at my place, he checked out what's the problem and told me that one of the part is damaged, and whenever the part will come they will come and fix it. But after 2 weeks, I again called Customer Care to track my record but I got a reply that your complaint has been switched off because they called me and I couldnt picked up there call, but the truth is that I didn't received any call. I again called for the same cause and they issued me a new complaint number[protected] but still no one came at my place to fix it and neither got a proper reply that when it's going to fix.Whenever I call them they just give me a simple answer that part is not available due to some xyz reason.My customer ID is 10647198. Expecting a prompt reply, as i am deeply dissatisfied by the services and if no action being taken on this, i will make sure that no one else in my known should by electronic from NEXT showroom.Waiting for ur kind support.                                 Poor Service and no response to customer complaint

                                We had very bad/worst experience with IFB service, we had issue with our washing machine, we are getting huge noise from machine so we have raised a complaint #13886300 Dated : 27th Sep 2014. Next day technician turned up and examined the machine and said they need to replace one of the part, which he said he will do next day. But, till now no one turned up to replace the part.                                 Dear Sir, Reference to my complaint no.13947462 lodged on 05.10.2014 & my customer ID no-2672308 about leakage of water inside the washing Senator6KG machine & machine will stop when it comes to additives.Custo*PHP Spellcheck Trial* care persons informed that they will send the service engineer with in next2 working day.Till today company has not taken up the complaint. I have called up twice to customer centre & there was no use, I am hearing repeated above sentence from them. This is the way IFB company should handle the customer complaint? E 31106 no response after this. I made fresh complaint with toll free and they gave me another ticket number:1177445. Complaint not solved even after speaking with goa IFB office.Goa office floor supervisor Devosish promised me the compalint will be solved .A call from chennai corporate office came to me but even after that my compalint is not been rectified. my customer code:2172126 compalint date:26 th August 2014. Every time i call toll free, they escalate the compalint and nothing happened so far.Everytime i call tollfree, they put me on hold and say they will check the detail with branch office and come back to me and this never happens. I hope someone will take care of my complaint before i go public in facebook and thereafter to the consumer forum.                                     I have been using an IFB washing machine Model T2900 for the last 17 years. The body had to be changed twice during these years due to corrosion, against payment made as per IFB price list – but since 2013 even despite repeated complaints logged with the customer service I have not been able to get a replacement of the body, due to which I am unable to use the machine. If the body of this model cannot be provided, I request your organisation to let me know of the same.                                       Dear IFB, Verdict : IFB service is completely unprofessional, unethical and worst..worst..worst..worst... I would not buy any IFB applicances in my lifetime(even if i get for free!!!) Disclaimer : My intension is not to influence anybody. This is true painful story with IFB service i have been experiencing since 14.09.2014 Complaint Number : Ticket 13790502 I have registered complaint on 14.09.2014. After so many follows up with IFB call center, they directly provided bangalore agency contact number. Again after so many follows up, service people visited home and verified the machine and noted down parts to be replaced. Funny part is, these so called service guys more than service guys, i would call sales guys. Because instead of servicing, they tried to sell AMC(Annual Maintanance Contract and some items. Then they said, spare parts needs to be ordered, once they recieve they come and fix. again after so many follow ups they said they will come on 24.09.2014. 3 days they dragged saying, they come in the morning, afternoon, evening, rain, bla bla bla Unfortunately i was out of station from 27.09.2014 to 30.09.2014 and returned on 01.10. 2014 and again called them. Again 2 days dragged saying some reason. Funny part again is, they called me on 02.10.2014 and said, spare parts they recieved is wrong, so they are re-ordering. Today 10.10.2014. Till now they are saying spare parts have not come. If we order something online, we get on the same day. But in IFB to get spare part from Goa, they need 10 days. You can imagine the customer priority, service KPI with IFB. Now, you can think of IFB Buy or NOT!!! If anybody from IFB is ALIVE and can respond to customer concerns, please reach out to me ASAP.
