Took an amc for my ifb front loading washing machine for 2 years by paying 6136 rupees. The service person don't come after complaint. Even when they come they don't address the problem saying spares not available.

    Hi Team,

    My front load washing machine shock absorber broke
    and IFB engineer visited my home on 13-AUG-21 and changed the part and charged 4040 rs for that.
    Later I realised the part with only a maximum 1000 rs when I checked in the ifb site and searched in the market.
    So i contacted the person Miryan ([protected]) from Shree Sai Service Dahisar(Mumbai) and he promised me you will get a refund
    but latar he is not responding .Please help to get my refund and take strict action against such service centre who cheated customer .

        I had purchased Ifb diva aqua SX 6 washing machine in 2018 having 4 yrs warranty now machine not working hence compliant vide ticket no [protected] technician said valve and pcb panel is not working technician demand money for part .but my machine warranty is still valid company refuse to warranty terms and demand money refuse to repair work I had already made complaint to consumer court still can’t get reply from company

          I had bought IFB neptune VX dishwasher. With use it has come to notice that utensils after wash in this dishwasher are been deteriorated with unwarranted marks/spots on it. Also, the standard of cleaning is not upto mark. some of them have even been broken during wash.
          I have raised complaints on IFB app a number of times. Each time a technical rep comes for assistance but is not able to recify the problem and closes the complaint on his own without my consent. He also always insist to buy salt/rinse aid/detergent from him only and not any other source as the only solution to this problem. Lately he doesnt even come for checking of dishwasher, calls on phone and closes the complaint.

          Therefore may i request your personal indulgence in my grievance redressal.

            Dishwasher complaint

            I purchased a dishwashter of your company from ayush electronic, muzaffarnagar vide bill no 324 dt 10.02.2019 and also extend the warranty upto 15.03.2023.             I am writing this complain after waiting for resolution after 3 months for my IFB washing machine. I always trust company service and had AMC since 2014 onwards.

            The first complain (ticket#[protected]) given in JUN 2021. after a week of struggle the technical was unable to resolve the request onsite and requested to take the machine to service center for repair (we as a customer has spend trolley charges). After a week we got the machine back and found to be not working again from DAY 2.

            After multiple follow up, a new Request complaint (ticket#[protected]) raised. After 7 different technician tried resolving the issue but no resolution given till today. Supervisor of the Service Center over the call (Rajshekhar P #[protected]) assured for resolution on 20 July. we are waiting for the same but no response. Today when we tried reaching him we are not getting any response.

            I request for a immediate solution of the machine or a proper resolution to be given in written. After dealing with 3 months I lot trust that I will get any resolution on the request and the money I paid for AMC.

            Looking forward for a response from IFB for quick resolution.

              My front load washing machine drum broke and ifb engineer asking to replace door gasket sleeve and charging rs 2500 as the price is not known when checked in IFB site and Google. Looks they are charging not the original price and don't want to get cheated. Initially when buying they told everything in warranty but now no rubber and other things. Also the IFB services are worst as they never came for free service after purchase

                I have had the issue with Ifb dishwasher. Hanging raised ticket, technician (VN Services, rajajinagar, Bangalore) came after calling for a week and complaining to manager. He said to replace a part of machine. He went back and disappeared . Didn't turn back till now and calling him and since 3 weeks, their answer is same, part didn't come. They never called to update me. Having called 3 to 4 times in a day, they pick once and same answer. Even though I was ready to pay for parts inspite of having AMC

                Technician visited and fixed the original issue. Still F5 error is there. I asked him to visit and fix it.

                Once it is done and I will test my regular program. When everything goes fine, I will close the issue and definitely write to all platforms wherever I have raised issue.

                The same original is coming again. Technician came with some parts but he no parts are marching.

                Now he said he will come on Friday to fix the issue.

                So in total IFB does not know which part matches with what machine.

                Now, one more issue from IFB washing machine fixed by IFB guy by replacing new PCB. Now that’s not working. What a service.

                I have to continue to worry because IFB cannot fix problems.

                IFB technician came and replaced PCB 2 days ago since start button off washing machine was not working. It took 5 days to replace.

                Now after 2 days same problem. I thought of moving my machine to new dry place from bathroom as per suggestion from IFB.

                I have AMC hence I think they are not serious about problems.

                I can’t tolerate if it keeps happening.

                I specially thank to Santosh IFB Bangalore for his quick help. He replied to every of my query on time . Thank you sir.

                And also thank to the expert technician Ravichandran from IFB Bangalore. He was very quick to identify the cause and systematically fixed the problem.

                Employees like Santosh and Ravichandran must be appreciated. Because of such service I am more than happy to continue my association with IFB.

                    I have given a complaint for my 2 ton split ac around 15 days back vide ticket number [protected]. The product is under warranty. Afterwards no one contacted me in response to my complain. I myself only called customer care and tried to get the concerned person's number and called him. After calling several number of times that guy finally came and took a component from it saying that it needs to be replaced as it has gone bad. Since that day no body contacted me neither has anyone shown up. When I called customer care they were unable to trace the guy who came to our house. Following this they have assured me that someone will come on next one or two days but no one has shown up. I have called again but again I was promised that the problem will be resolved the next day but it was not. This type of response I have been experiencing from last one year as no one has shown up for servicing also even a single time during warranty period even after asking the customer care. On top of this whenever I call customer care they keep on asking me that my warranty is going to expire and I should take AMC for service for next one or two year. The after sales service by IFB is very pathetic and I am completely fed up with it. Dont know when my ac will work. It is very difficult without ac as its very hot during day and night.

                        I am using the IFB dishwasher near about 1 year at Raj Nagar Extension Ghaziabad (UP) since then, no week was left without complaining the machine. I am Really fed up now by raising the same issue again and again.

                        From Last few months these Saurabh and Sachin creating problem by not solving the issue even now they are ignoring the calls.

                        And every time your service executive i.e Saurabh and Sachin trying to deceive by saying that there is TDS issue and replace the part. They told us that the only solution is using the tablet. First they wash the dishes with lemon and then put in the dishwasher for cleaning. This is what you called a customer satisfaction.

                        While on the other hand your another service manager or whatever the designation will be said that this is not a common issue and replacement is must for the machine.

                        Now I want to know what is the brand reliability of IFB. What is your motive in India, just to deceive and get collet money from Indian consumer and flew to America.

                        I know that the complaint from one customer does not count on you but I had to raise the issue.

                        Now it is depend on you whether you want to depreciate or appreciate the brand or not.

                          I am one of your customer like the IFB products .I am using IFB washing machine since 2014, that was working perfectly till today. In last month(16/6/2021)your franchise service engineer serviced the washing machine ( Area MansaroverJaipur Mr Kuldeep Bairwa [protected]). After servicing washing machine is vibrating & making loud noise at the end of spin cycle.

                          I am upset after this service by the untrained engineer . This my concern about your bad service . Pl depute trained service engineer to check what happen after service. At present i have stopped using washing Machine.

                          Good Morning !
                          Your service engineer visited on 20th Aug, 2021, He has replace shock absorber. After replacement of shock absorber another problem arised. Now new problem is water remain in the drum( Full with water and contiguously over flow). Information given to your engineer but problem was it is. He is asking me to visit again. Pl look in to the skill issue.

                                Raised complaint on 26-July-2021. Technicain visited after 3 /4 days and said will come back with Drum to replace. Still no response despite several reminders to Customer care /local agent.. First time in last 15 years, experiencing horrible service.

                                  Hello there,
                                  We brought a new washing machine (IFB TL-SDG 9.5kg Aqua) in Sep 2020.
                                  Since 1 week from our purchase, we have been having repeated problems.
                                  First time they said that the drum is having issue and cleaned up the drum etc.. Second time we had an issue again they came and replaced the whole drum and now whenever we wash any clothes the whole washing machine starts banging and your service engineer says that the issue is with the panel board and it has to be changed.
                                  If I calculate well, We have been having the washing machine with us less than a year and we have hardly used it.. Most of the time its always malfunctioning and halted...
                                  This washing machine which we have now is really useless and I always regret making a bad choice.
                                  We were never able to make use of it at all. Some times regardless we make complains we or call the service manager they ignore us dont pick up the calls. We are sick and tired of this piece of junk.
                                  I want to return this unit and want to have a full refund or give me a new unit. This is last time I want complain. If you ignore me again. I have to take legal action.

                                    SERENA WXS 7Kg. Washing Machine, vide Tax Invoice No. WHTU2675 dated 21.04.2021 by M/S Sathya Agencies, Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu, India - 628002 was installed in my house onon 22.04.2021. After installing the machine, I was told by the service personnel that they will inspect the machine with in a week. As unusual vibration and knocking was noticed by me during spinning operations, I contacted the Customer Care Section for rectifying the problem.In response I was informed by SMS (Ticket No. [protected]) that
                                    IFB representative will contact me shortly adhering to lockdown guidelines and this may cause some delay. On lifting the lockdown, the local the local service personnel, including the owner of the local Service Centre and noticed abnormal vibration and knocking . Further due to DPE Error the machine is not working. Further the Soap Tray is sliding out of it's slot when the machine is working. The service personnel has also taken videos and forwarded the same to the officials conserned. As the machine is faulty I am unable to use the machine for my daily washing and hence very much handicapped. I therefore, request for immediate replacement of the machine as the machine is problematic from the date of supply.
