I have register a complain with IFB about my washing machine, my complain was immediatly fulfilled and technician came within 24 hours. he came and did not do any thing.. asked me to take AMC which i took paid, 2700 INR and he said that i will come and fix the problem again.. and its been 10 days and logged complain almost 10 times.. and no one has turned up.....

I have raised a ticket no 12411293 on 16 Feb 2013 and still the spare motherboard has not arrived at my home. Inspire of having AMC, I am unable to get it fixed. The manager Sridhar is not picking up my calls most of the times and when he does (v rarely) gives me false hopes that it will be fixed and keeps me dilly dallying. Pl look into it at the earliest...

We bought the IFB cloth dryer. The timer was not working from the very first day. We called the following
people, Mr.Mrunmay, Mr.Laurens, Mr.Ragul, and Mr.Manoj several times. No one was courteous enough
to pick up the phone.
The IFB cloth dryer is a bad design. There are no pause, stop or start buttons.
One has to put hand all way into the drum to collect the lint.This is a very poor design.
