        A complaint registered on 12/04/2014 vid no. 12561703 at the customer care no[protected] for providing a second service to the a.C. Installed in the month of june2013 in the period of warranty.

        But till date none from the company nor i have received any call from ifb
        Local dealer from where it was purchased is verypolite and helpful but is unable to providea service

        It's a matter of total neglegence on the part of the company who deapite a no. Of calls from me is responding accurately

        I urge u to kindly look after the matter n take necessary actions against the company

          I have one complaint in my Microwave - whenever I power on - my power trips. This is there for almost 4 to 5 months now & upon my repeated complaints it is never rectified. Latest Complaint No[protected] Not sure if they really try to have this fixed. I am not using my product for almost 6 months now inspite of paying the AMC (as they assured that - AMC is required after the Warrenty expired last month) I do renewed my AMC for 2 yrs now by paying a huge amount still it is not yet be fixed & I am still not able to use my product. I like to bring to your kind attention so that some justise is done for me.

            IFB microwave 30sc3 was delivered to me on 29 mar 14 and towards installation and demo of the same, registration was done through customer care on 30 mar 14 am. the ticket no provided was 11319983 and it was intimated that technician would be visiting with in four hours. however nobody turned up and up on intimating the same with customer care, the local office no: of IFB was provided and was told to contact the local office towards installation. despite contacting both the local office and customer care, till now my request is pending and no technician has bothered to turn up. this is absolutely frustrating and ridiculous and is never expected from a reputed firm like IFB.

              This hell brand is useless. We bought a microwave 4 years back and it hardly worked for an year. Since then, it is not working and many complaints have been done to the authorized center but all in vain. What is the use of such brands, if they cannot provide after sale service.                 Ifb 1.5 ton air conditioner not working

                We brought IFB 1.5 Ton 3 Star IACS18AK3TC Split Air Conditioner on[protected]. Installation was completed on the same day, Technician gave demo for 5mins and it's fine by that time.

                To my surprise it is working only for 5mins after the demo till now. I doubt on the installation of the unit can you please send an authorized IFB technician to check the installation....

                Washing machine got spoilt, IFB not doing anything

                I bought IFB Senaator Aqua SX 8KG automatic washing machine. They gave me descalant and took 1000 Rs from me for that. They asked to use it every month. After using the descalant, the machine tub has gone completely black. All the steel coating is gone. And other internal parts wherever water goes would for sure have spoiled. Since two weeks, I have been chasing these IFB people and their servie is I would say one of worst I have ever...

                IFB 6Kg Digital Model in AMC- filed a complaint on 9.2.2014. From then they have been servicing but still machine not running. Also in between service man attended and cheated by taking a signature too that the machine is running. But it did not run complete cycle. No response from Customer care.                   I own a senorita plus, front loading washing machine. The machine is not working properly. I have registered a complaint on 24 March 2014. My complaint ticket number is 11306255. I have called the customer care every day and have been told "we are escalating the complaint to the appropriate department" and "your complaint will be resolved in 24 hours". Nothing has happened. This is completely unprofessional!!!

                      I had raised a complaint on 24th march 2014 nearly at 7 pm. But no response from the service centre. Again I called 25th evening to customer care. They gave me Chennai service centre contact person name and phone number. His name is Mr.Saravanan and the number is [protected]. I called back to this number. They said they assigned some person to you and they will make a call. Till 26th afternoon 2.00pm I waited but no response from that side. Today afternoon again I called them. This time some other person took the phone and the same thing happened.I had drawn my details below.                         I had raised a complaint earlier during the warranty period that is last year about the problem of water getting leaked while the machine is running. A person from the Service Center came and did something then said that the problem is because of the washing powder and we should be using the washing powder provided by IFB. After that we rarely used the machine as we need to go out of station and came this month. This time we faced the same problem again where the water was leaking and we raised the call with the customer care. This time when the person from the service center came, he asked for the warranty and found that the warranty ended last year. Then he said the machine require a change in the board though the problem is exactly the same that we report last year in July. My Membership ID is [protected]

                          I bought IFB oven 30src1 on 13th jan, 2014. Its door lock broke and i filed a complaint on 10th march. A technian came and fixed a wrong door lock of any other model by mistake.my oven stopped working. And then he told me that he will come tomorrow and fix it again. Till then no one turned up. Called 10 tyms customer care. Fake promises, worst services.till now my complaint has not been attended by any one. Itz d worst company.

                            I bought this WTDIG 5KGB 7727 washing machine on March 15, 2008 in Chennai. The Dealer show room is in Haddows Road opp. to SCB bank.

                            They have given the warranty till March 14, 2010 but the 1st problem started in 2009 onwards.

                            1. The complaint was it shows E5 or E6 I made a complaint to customer care ([protected]) they solved it.
                            2. The2nd complaint in 2010 some problem (didn’t remember) they given some service centre number – 26532929
                            Service exec. Mr.M.saravanan- [protected] attend the complaint and solved it.

                            3. I don’t want mentioned all the problem which I was faced with this machine I have given below the service exec’s number who all are attend the complaint from 2010 to till I start the AMC.

                            After March 22, 2013 till Dec 2013 faced 3-4 complaints and last 4 months it was running smoothly. I have given below the exec detail.

                            Among all the above the bad thing was Mr. Prabakaran who made the AMC he given his number in the top of the invoice and next day he came and toured the number from the receipt. FYI.

                            Apart all these I have made lot of complaint in the customer care, visited and shouted in their office and mailed also to the company but I’M FACING SEVERE PROBLEM AND GOT FRUSTATED WITH IFB TILL NOW..

                            My biggest worry is:

                            1. If you ready to replace the parts with the free of cost I’m expecting some or the other will repeated from this machine. What to do?

                            2. If you replace the new machine with some fewer rates then I bound to use IFB what to do? I don’t know.

                            3. If you take the machine with the free cost also I don’t mind but give me a permanent solution.


                            I hope you will be the end point of my Machine (MIND).

                            I am also facing the same problem with same persons. I may be saved if I saw this message one month back. My bad luck... I had created two tickets and waiting since more than a month and same person (Prabakaran) had responded but no one attend the problem.

                            I believe AMC is a useless paper.. People please don’t buy and get the trouble.

                              This is probably my 4th complaint. I am surprised by the casual attitude of the customer care persons. My machine is in warranty period which would be over in July but for the last 3 months the machine has stopped working. Essentially this means the warranty period is getting eaten up and I am having a garbage in my kitchen. For the last few days I am just getting calls and the days in my warranty period is just flying away. I do not see any urgency from IFB in honoring this request. Two different technicians came at my place and found different problems. The last person replaced the panel with a used one and also changed the PCP.                                 I had launched a complaint of my machine on 18th February 2014 that my machine was making too much noise on spin dry. Its complaint number is : 12412499. After that, an executive came and guessed that the bushes or drum might be defective and he would return with the same for repairing the machine. Since then nobody has responded on my problem and nobody came to address the problem. I tried to reach the retailer and the executive several times but no response from either. I am highly disappointed with the service IFB is providing me after selling the product.

                                it has been more than one year I have purchased IFB washing machine. Till date no one has come for after sales service inspite of lodging complaints many times. Even for installation the new machine, I had faced the same pblm. This way the reputation of the company is at stake. Kindly send some technician for servince.

Now machine is giving abnormal sound, the complaint was lodge IFB service centre Jalandhar.Sh Gurdeep visited the house and said there is problem in Bearing, the same was attended after two Or three days. After lapse of seven days he did not turn up to attend the same. we are try to contact again madam Manisha assured on phone the complaint was already handed over to Sh Gurdeep. He will look after the same. Sir, kindly council the Sh Gurdeep neither he is not attending the complaint nor he is not attending the phone, Now situation is so worse even service station Jalandher not picking the phone call unnecessarily we are trying the same no of times.                                     This is to inform you that we have purchased IFB washing Machine on 27th Feb'13 against Bill no. DOWB38775 from Dawar Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon. After 15 days, we made a complaint as there was some problem in door lock...After few months, It drains soap water immediately after start. Since we had lodged so many complaints, IFB representative Ms. Kavita - Mob [protected] assured us that incase of any further fault we will replace your Machine. Presently Machine is skipping timing & again we lodge a complaint for the same. Today we had word with one of senior Manager Ms. Neema, she said we will get it fixed by changing the TIMING KIT but we cannot replace the same. I had raised the above complaint on 9 th September and till date it's not been resolved. I am just fed up with your service. Your competitor LG is 100 times better in service. I have a FIB washing machine. I called several times regarding the issue. Spoke to Balvinder who assured me of repair. Initially it was assigned to Karthik oh no [protected] service agent from mysore. He informed me that he is on the way and asked me to wait in the busstop. I wasted my time waiting for 3 hours in the busstop but never turned. Prior to that I spoke to service agent named Harish from coorg tel no [protected] . He never picks my call now. If you do not resolve my issue I would go to the social media and to consumer court if required. It's always false promise made by you. I had extended the warranty by paying 7000 .post that nobody bothers about the issue. Sincere request - can you please refund the amount paid for the warranty so that I can drop your IFB washing machine to dust bin. One of your disappointment.                                     2) Again I contacted customer service center and complained them .Then complaint number 14313103 dt[protected] was given to me and
                                    I was informed to contact the local service center at Hyderabad, Telangana state.I contacted local sevice center several times.
                                    Every time they said they are sending technician, but no technician attended the complaint.
                                    3) Again I contacted the customer service center and complained.They gave complaint number 14395374 date[protected].Till now no

                                    The people at Hyderabad service center are reluctant to attend the complaint.This type of customer service from your end is not expected.

                                    i have purchased a elena vx washing machine last year apr 2014, since than im facing a single major problem for which i have lodged complaints several times. Machine causes lot of vibration and movements during spinning, it moves from its place, caused injury to my wife also. But ifb engineer says that our IFB stand is faulty, some says machine indigenous problem but nobody could be able to correct these problems.

                                    Another recent complaint is that machine does not take water upto its designated level in certain programs(only in cotton programs) otherwise water level is ok in synthetic program, ifb engineer came changed the water level sensor but problem persists. now both problems persists.
                                    Thirdly engineer come to visit by their own convenience and moreover they do not listen our problems.
                                    i have taken half day from hospital several time to make sure that engineer will solve the problem, it becomes difficult to take leave all the time for this purpose.

                                    i know i have committed a serious mistake of purchasing IFB machine.

                                    now again and again... i have lodged several complaints..but always received message from..TD-IFBCRM .. that complaint has been resolved..but nobody had come to attend the complaint, even nobody called to me, regarding my ifb washing machine complaint...i have all emails written to them and all sms received.
                                    i believe ifb people are making fool the customer, , who has bought this machine on behalf of their company's name.

                                    I first filed a complaint as my Front Loading IFB Washing Machine (Serena Sx 5.5kg) broke down on 25-March-2015, Complaint Number [protected]. It was attended to on the next day (26th March) by IFB mechanic, Abdullah who, upon inspection said that some parts are broken and this needs to be purchased (machine under AMC with IFB till 2017). After following up for almost every day and escalating this to Priya (Manager), they sent another person (Parthiban) on 2-April who brought some spare parts and fixed them but, later declared that the drum was broken (strangely the first person never found this out!). Rajesh now went back saying he needs to order a new drum. It has been 13 days since he went back and nothing has happened till date.

                                    It is almost a month since the washing machine broke and still no news about when its going to be fixed. You only get excuses from IFB's services Franchise, SWAYUM SOLUTIONS, Chennai - 91.
