I bought IFB oven 30src1 on 13th jan, 2014. Its door lock broke and i filed a complaint on 10th march. A technian came and fixed a wrong door lock of any other model by mistake.my oven stopped working. And then he told me that he will come tomorrow and fix it again. Till then no one turned up. Called 10 tyms customer care. Fake promises, worst services.till now my complaint has not been attended by any one. Itz d worst company.

    I bought this WTDIG 5KGB 7727 washing machine on March 15, 2008 in Chennai. The Dealer show room is in Haddows Road opp. to SCB bank.

    They have given the warranty till March 14, 2010 but the 1st problem started in 2009 onwards.

    1. The complaint was it shows E5 or E6 I made a complaint to customer care ([protected]) they solved it.
    2. The2nd complaint in 2010 some problem (didn’t remember) they given some service centre number – 26532929
    Service exec. Mr.M.saravanan- [protected] attend the complaint and solved it.

    3. I don’t want mentioned all the problem which I was faced with this machine I have given below the service exec’s number who all are attend the complaint from 2010 to till I start the AMC.

    4. I have started the AMC one exec told me start the AMC will provide complete service for 2 years except of rubber products.
    AMC started on 3rd march 2013 to 2nd March 2015 (attached the copy for your reference).

    After March 22, 2013 till Dec 2013 faced 3-4 complaints and last 4 months it was running smoothly. I have given below the exec detail.

    Apart all these I have made lot of complaint in the customer care, visited and shouted in their office and mailed also to the company but I’M FACING SEVERE PROBLEM AND GOT FRUSTATED WITH IFB TILL NOW..

    My biggest worry is:

    1. If you ready to replace the parts with the free of cost I’m expecting some or the other will repeated from this machine. What to do?

    2. If you replace the new machine with some fewer rates then I bound to use IFB what to do? I don’t know.

    3. If you take the machine with the free cost also I don’t mind but give me a permanent solution.


    I hope you will be the end point of my Machine (MIND).

However, the Cabinet is not covered under AMC so charges as per our regular pricing would be applicable for its replacement.     I am also facing the same problem with same persons. I may be saved if I saw this message one month back. My bad luck... I had created two tickets and waiting since more than a month and same person (Prabakaran) had responded but no one attend the problem.

    I believe AMC is a useless paper.. People please don’t buy and get the trouble.

      This is probably my 4th complaint. I am surprised by the casual attitude of the customer care persons. My machine is in warranty period which would be over in July but for the last 3 months the machine has stopped working. Essentially this means the warranty period is getting eaten up and I am having a garbage in my kitchen. For the last few days I am just getting calls and the days in my warranty period is just flying away. I do not see any urgency from IFB in honoring this request. Two different technicians came at my place and found different problems. The last person replaced the panel with a used one and also changed the PCP.         I had launched a complaint of my machine on 18th February 2014 that my machine was making too much noise on spin dry. Its complaint number is : 12412499. After that, an executive came and guessed that the bushes or drum might be defective and he would return with the same for repairing the machine. Since then nobody has responded on my problem and nobody came to address the problem. I tried to reach the retailer and the executive several times but no response from either. I am highly disappointed with the service IFB is providing me after selling the product.

        it has been more than one year I have purchased IFB washing machine. Till date no one has come for after sales service inspite of lodging complaints many times. Even for installation the new machine, I had faced the same pblm. This way the reputation of the company is at stake. Kindly send some technician for servince.

            I have purchased new IFB washing Machine ELENA SX model No[protected] in favour of Neelam Gupta w/o Yash Gupta from Sokhal Gift Centre railway Road Kapurthala Punjab vide bill no-965 dated on.11-11-12. Now machine is giving abnormal sound, the complaint was lodge IFB service centre Jalandhar.Sh Gurdeep visited the house and said there is problem in Bearing, the same was attended after two Or three days. After lapse of seven days he did not turn up to attend the same. we are try to contact again madam Manisha assured on phone the complaint was already handed over to Sh Gurdeep. He will look after the same. Sir, kindly council the Sh Gurdeep neither he is not attending the complaint nor he is not attending the phone, Now situation is so worse even service station Jalandher not picking the phone call unnecessarily we are trying the same no of times.             This is to inform you that we have purchased IFB washing Machine on 27th Feb'13 against Bill no. DOWB38775 from Dawar Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon. After 15 days, we made a complaint as there was some problem in door lock...After few months, It drains soap water immediately after start. Since we had lodged so many complaints, IFB representative Ms. Kavita - Mob [protected] assured us that incase of any further fault we will replace your Machine. Presently Machine is skipping timing & again we lodge a complaint for the same. Today we had word with one of senior Manager Ms. Neema, she said we will get it fixed by changing the TIMING KIT but we cannot replace the same. This is to bring to your notice that we have been in touch with IFB customer care since last 7 to 8 months & now we donot want to repair it. You are requested to please check our complaint data base with Customer care. We are fed up with this machine as we made so many complaints in the last one & half year.             Hi,

            I am raising this complaint as the last option hoping some one in the company would resolve my issue. Complaint no 13727774 . Customer I'd[protected]. I had raised the above complaint on 9 th September and till date it's not been resolved. I am just fed up with your service. Your competitor LG is 100 times better in service. I have a FIB washing machine. I called several times regarding the issue. Spoke to Balvinder who assured me of repair. Initially it was assigned to Karthik oh no [protected] service agent from mysore. He informed me that he is on the way and asked me to wait in the busstop. I wasted my time waiting for 3 hours in the busstop but never turned. Prior to that I spoke to service agent named Harish from coorg tel no [protected] . He never picks my call now. If you do not resolve my issue I would go to the social media and to consumer court if required. It's always false promise made by you. I had extended the warranty by paying 7000 .post that nobody bothers about the issue. Sincere request - can you please refund the amount paid for the warranty so that I can drop your IFB washing machine to dust bin. One of your disappointment.             Waranty expired on[protected].I took AMC paying Rs 2326 under 10% discount on[protected] prior to the expiry date ) ride bill
            serial no 12856 for the year[protected].At the time of taking AMC, I informed collecting person MR Ramanjaneyulu that the water
            softener is not connected properly connected to the machine body and it is to be attended.He said he will send the technician.
            But nobody came and attended .

            1) I gave a complaint to the customer service center by phone [protected].The complaint number given to me was 1422046 on[protected].
            After the complaint no technician attended.
            2) Again I contacted customer service center and complained them .Then complaint number 14313103 dt[protected] was given to me and
            I was informed to contact the local service center at Hyderabad, Telangana state.I contacted local sevice center several times.
            Every time they said they are sending technician, but no technician attended the complaint.
            3) Again I contacted the customer service center and complained.They gave complaint number 14395374 date[protected].Till now no
            technician attended the complaint.

            The people at Hyderabad service center are reluctant to attend the complaint.This type of customer service from your end is not expected.
            If this continues, no customer will opt for AMC in future.Your company reputation will go down.

            Hello,
            i have purchased a elena vx washing machine last year apr 2014, since than im facing a single major problem for which i have lodged complaints several times. Machine causes lot of vibration and movements during spinning, it moves from its place, caused injury to my wife also. But ifb engineer says that our IFB stand is faulty, some says machine indigenous problem but nobody could be able to correct these problems.

            Another recent complaint is that machine does not take water upto its designated level in certain programs(only in cotton programs) otherwise water level is ok in synthetic program, ifb engineer came changed the water level sensor but problem persists. now both problems persists.
            Thirdly engineer come to visit by their own convenience and moreover they do not listen our problems.
            i have taken half day from hospital several time to make sure that engineer will solve the problem, it becomes difficult to take leave all the time for this purpose.

            i know i have committed a serious mistake of purchasing IFB machine.

            now again and again... i have lodged several complaints..but always received message from..TD-IFBCRM .. that complaint has been resolved..but nobody had come to attend the complaint, even nobody called to me, regarding my ifb washing machine complaint...i have all emails written to them and all sms received.
            i believe ifb people are making fool the customer, , who has bought this machine on behalf of their company's name.

            I first filed a complaint as my Front Loading IFB Washing Machine (Serena Sx 5.5kg) broke down on 25-March-2015, Complaint Number [protected]. It was attended to on the next day (26th March) by IFB mechanic, Abdullah who, upon inspection said that some parts are broken and this needs to be purchased (machine under AMC with IFB till 2017). After following up for almost every day and escalating this to Priya (Manager), they sent another person (Parthiban) on 2-April who brought some spare parts and fixed them but, later declared that the drum was broken (strangely the first person never found this out!). Rajesh now went back saying he needs to order a new drum. It has been 13 days since he went back and nothing has happened till date.

            It is almost a month since the washing machine broke and still no news about when its going to be fixed. You only get excuses from IFB's services Franchise, SWAYUM SOLUTIONS, Chennai - 91.

                  I called customer care to register a complaint. Some people do not respond well and even in a rude way. One guy even rejected a call while talking. It is as if they are impatient.                     My (IFB) machine door lock was not working and was showing (E-01) that means (DOOR NOT CLOSED) but it was working manually through the lever provided in the machine. Complaint was lodged at IFB CUSTOMER CARE by the complaint no. 12453201 dated 23-2-14 and unexperienced technician attended the complaint who was clueless of the problem and instead shortcircuited my machine infront of my eyes and all the PCB, POWER BOARD and ELEMENT was blowned off.
                    Next, a senior technician came after many phone calls and changed the PCB and the POWER BOARD with the repaired one ( Saying New Is Not Available) . Still after that same error was being shown on further diagonosis it was found that a wire of the door was broken because of which it was showing (E-01) . The technician said that it was a minor complain of Rs.337 which is the SERVICE CHARGE. Now we have already paid Rs.4000 for the repaired old parts that were changed and still the machine is NOT WORKING. It is a share case of CHEATING AND HARASSMENT and now they(IFB PEOPLE) are asking to purchase a new machine.

                      I brought elena sx, just after the trial run its timer get burned then after day by day mistakes and mistakes came in series
                      I am complient to kalpetta custemer care, they just tease me and order me to find time with their time. I am a working person i trust in the words of my friend who sell the machine to me. He also complient but their technical support in only for just visit.They responted with lack of technological understanting. Am a science student i know the technology than the technitians of ifb care...
                      The main malfunctions are time delay, colour mixing during the washing(Which is abscent in my elena vx), staining of additives like ujala, dryer not always work properly, white dresses ( iuse commonly white dress) get yellowish after the wash in elena sx (Not happend in vx)...Rusting of shock absorbers...
                      Quarter lakh rupees to ifb and lot of tears to customers...What a pitty!!!.
                      Even after compliant no company executive check this complaints are real or not

                        I had purchased a IFB Microwave oven from Spencers Daily, Attapur Hyderabad. The price of the IFB Microwave oven was around Rs.6000 in 2012 October. Microwave oven stopped heating and went bad, so i had called the technician who had come to see what is the problem. The technician said the transformer or something has gone bad and said it would cost Rs.3000 atleast to get this fixed at IFB Service center. I just feel cheated by IFB as a branded company like this just tries to steal people's money like this. All the 3 Year or 5 year warranty or all false. They give those warranty on parts which are cheap. The actual expensive part of the microwave oven does not have an warranty. If someone else atleast know how to get this fixed at local store at cheaper price please let me know. I am not going to buy IFB ever and will never recommend anyone to it. I am going to do an exchange on my IFB washing machine too if i do not get any help from IFB. Instead of getting a crappy Rs.6000 product serviced for Rs.3000 i would buy a new microwave oven from someother chinese company and throw away after 2 years. Keep an eye out here, If i do not get that product fixed for best price or if i think it is just a Huge hollow brick in my kitchen then i will post the "IFB Microwave oven destroying video soon".

                            My washing machine (model executive elite) not working.When it turn on there are fumes from the panel. Please get repaired as soon as possible.
                            The washing machine is not working since 15th September 2014. In this connection I have made complaints several times. On 18th one mechanic came and replaced Process starter and said it is ok. And he has charged Rs 1652/- vide Rt no. 2513 dated 18/09/2014. From next day only it I has the same problem till today. He suggested to take Annual maintenance for Rs 2697/- .Accordingly I have taken AMC also paying Rs 2697/- vide Rt No. 13388 dated 20/09/2014. The ifb personnel is inefficient and they r no bothered to take my complant and to solve the problem. First I have contacted the customer care No.[protected], they told me to contact one Rajeshwari ph no. [protected] after so many days, today when I have contacted she told me to contact the Manager No [protected]. When contacted at 9/45 am today, he told me that he will call back to me after reaching the office. But no, again I only called him and asked, he asked me 20 mts time to reply. Again no call from any of the persons from IFB. Again I tried to contact him at 12/30 pm. His mobile was switched off. Then again I called Rajeshwari, she handed over the phone to one. Rakshit. He assured me any body will come and attend to my complaint today. Just guess yourself how the customers are treated. We are like dogs after bpaying the money. Now I have decided to go for new washing machine .Please advice me in this regard. Please refund the entire money of Rs 1652 and Rs 2697/- paid by me. I will give the washing machine to you and buy the new one. This is the only option left to me. We are aged people do not harass me further. I hope that you will do the needful

                              I have IFB washing machine Ellena which was not working. I complained to your central customer care and was referred to Trinity entereprises. My complaint no was 12260098 and your service representative visited us in nov 2013 and I asked them whether it is worth repairing the machine or exchange for a new machine. One Mr. Sunil said that the machine will be excellent after the repair and suggested me to go for a AMC. I spent aroung rs7800 including amc. No body checked the washing process and later when I used the machine there was a big leak in the drum. I complained again and after repeated follow up many times some other person came and put some feviquick and said the problem is solved. Later I noticed that there was heavy noise while drying and there was heavy turbulance and the machine was moving. When I complained again one more representative came and suggested to take away the stand which was purchased and used when I bought the machine and kept the machine on the floor. But my problem was not solved and was following it up with Trinity. They sent another team and replaced the drum which was under amc and changed some other part for around rs 800. They also unnecessarily use dscale powder 4 pockets and charge us.rs 840.But still my problem persisted and after frequent shouting they sent another technician Ismail who said there was a problem in shock absorber and changed it. He also said the bearing may have to be changed. But even after changing the shock absorber the drying is not taking place properly and there is some water left in the tub. and the sound has not come down. My wife is not keeping good health and I have to be there when your representative visits us. Many times they promise and will not turn up and I end up losing my leave because I cannot go to my office expecting these people. I have already spent around rs 9000 for a machine which was purchased for 17000 because of the wrong advice of your service team. I am not at all happy with this and I do not want to use this machine. I request you to kindly take back the machine and refund me the amount I have spent as repairs.                               The same Sunil from Trinity Enterprises had created a similar issue in my IFB Sinorita washing machine. We had problem with heater starting as soon as we switch on the machine. Sunil checked and said the switch has problem and said even motor has problem. He approxed Rs. 4850 for both and collected Rs. 2600 as advance and the motor. He came back after 2 days and placed the motor and said this is different motor and carries warranty and collected Rs. 2000 more and when asked for bill and warranty, he said his booklet is complete I will get on my way tomorrow. Later next day we noticed that the tank is leaking and since then both to Sunil and Trinity we have placed several calls since 3 weeks but they haven't turned up yet.
                              Its better IFB disconnects from Trinity for their fradulant service.

                                Our microwave, 30 SRC 1, IFB, is faulty for the last 1 week. We logged the complaint on 24 Feb, ID 12456622, and since then have called repeatedly to the helpline number. On 25th, a person came from the agency, replaced two parts, and went. The machine stopped functioning the same day. The same person returned on the following day now asking for more money for a new part that also got spoilt in the process; we have not paid any money till date for the repair.

                                  IFB washing machines operation mannual and guarantee cards mention their machine giving ever and again satisfying customer's family needs of washing machine. Its web sites claims total customer satisfaction and excellance through perfaction in manufacturing. But these are claims which company never intends to honour and are made only to lure the customers by befooling thm and stand in competiton with other companies and as such unfair trade practices as defined in consumer protection act and fraud as defined in criminal law. However as per their claims customers can file complaints against the company through out their lives as their claims guarantees their product giving satisfying service the whole of life (as is clear from ever and again satisfying service claim of the company) Therefor all customers who are not satisfied with washing machine of IFB and do not get their grievance redressed like me can file complaint in consumer court and other courts for the same.                                     I have bought a microwave oven from Adams Marketing Pvt Ltd, Kharagpur branch with invoice date 28.12.2013, invoice no SKPN/5438/13-14, model no IFB MWO 20 BC3, SL No.[protected], Cust id[protected].On 31st jan 2014, I lodged a complaint through sms.I had a conversation with the customer care representative regarding the problem.The interior of the microwave oven is coated with rust and this happened just after cleaning the interior with ifb microclean.Technician visited but the problem was not solved, hence we requested for a replacement of the machine. After this incident several phone calls and sms was received at our end saying that the machine will be replaced shortly and several ticket numbers were generated (ticket no[protected] dtd 31/1/14, ticket no[protected] dtd 19/2/14, ticket no[protected] dtd 19/2/14).But since then no technician visited our place and the machine is not yet replaced.I called up the customer care but the representative said some technical problems have been faced in Kharagpur unit and the machine will soon be replaced.But its 28th feb and the machine is not yet replaced and no follow ups are there from the team. This matter is getting our nerves and our patience to a disgusting state.                                       I have register a complain with IFB about my washing machine, my complain was immediatly fulfilled and technician came within 24 hours. he came and did not do any thing.. asked me to take AMC which i took paid, 2700 INR and he said that i will come and fix the problem again.. and its been 10 days and logged complain almost 10 times.. and no one has turned up..

                                        I have raised a ticket no 12411293 on 16 Feb 2013 and still the spare motherboard has not arrived at my home. Inspire of having AMC, I am unable to get it fixed. The manager Sridhar is not picking up my calls most of the times and when he does (v rarely) gives me false hopes that it will be fixed and keeps me dilly dallying. Pl look into it at the earliest
                                        IFB customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
