Our microwave, 30 SRC 1, IFB, is faulty for the last 1 week. We logged the complaint on 24 Feb, ID 12456622, and since then have called repeatedly to the helpline number.
On 25th, a person came from the agency, replaced two parts, and went. The machine stopped functioning the same day. The same person returned on the following day now asking for more money for a new part that also got spoilt in the process; we have not paid any money till date for the repair.

parts needs to be replaced. As your machine is out of the warranty
period and as per company policy, charges will be applicable for any
part replacement and services provided. Do let us know, if you want us
to replace the parts as per the terms of payment discussed with you.
