I brought elena sx, just after the trial run its timer get burned then after day by day mistakes and mistakes came in series
I am complient to kalpetta custemer care, they just tease me and order me to find time with their time. I am a working person i trust in the words of my friend who sell the machine to me. He also complient but their technical support in only for just visit.They responted with lack of technological understanting. Am a science student i know the technology than the technitians of ifb care...
The main malfunctions are time delay, colour mixing during the washing(Which is abscent in my elena vx), staining of additives like ujala, dryer not always work properly, white dresses ( iuse commonly white dress) get yellowish after the wash in elena sx (Not happend in vx)...Rusting of shock absorbers...
Quarter lakh rupees to ifb and lot of tears to customers...What a pitty!!!.
Even after compliant no company executive check this complaints are real or not
