I Purchased on line from IFB site, a trolley for Senorita SX-6 Kg, Front loading washing machine. After installation of machine over trolley, machine vibrating heavily during washing process. I made a complaint for it, your technician come to me, replace trolley and close the complaint, but complaint was as it is, not resolved. Again i filed an other complaint vide ticket no 11973296, again technician come on 01.12.13, said that this trolley will not work and I will refund you your full amount with in 2 days. But still I am awaiting him. He not come nor he is picking the mobile, he provide me his cell numbers. Today on 09.12.13 when I contact to your costumer care, your executive told me that my complaint has been closed as solved. Your technician never take my remark about solution of my complaint on his job card. today new ticket no 12004980 is allotted. Kindly solve my problem of vibrating the machine over trolley or took back your faulty trolley, refund my amount.
Complaint marked as Resolved Company technician came to me, check the problem, say that trolley manufacturing is faulty, it will not work properly even machine and trolley is of same company and also recommended by company to use machine over company's trolley. Complaint resolved yesterday evening, by getting refund of trolley. Thank You.
