I had ifb washing machine it is not working from last several months i had complaint various time they visit but the person is untrained then he tell us that the part is not well please take the annual maitainance and we will give you proper service and annual free service then after taking service we wait for 1 month then no one came then he said that the new part will be needed so he takes time of 1 week after that when he come and open machinery he broke the body of machine and now they are not changing and said it is not included in warranty and now they are not giving free service as it is included in that now when i register complaint they not coming

    Dear all, Few days back I had made complaint regarding water leakage and getting sound at spinning IFB washing machine. IFB engineer was visiting and changed rubber, but problem was not resolved same issue. I had made complaint again. Ticket 12158593 . without attending the call, call was closed. Again call was logged ticket number 12211518 but till date no one visited. If such kind of service given by IFB, how come customer will satisfy. kindly attend the call and resolve my issue. otherwise I have complaint higher official, consumer form. product under AMC.       I had lodged a complain at ifb customer care on 7th jan'14 .They told me that my problem will be solved in 24 hours but nobody appeared. Again on 11th & 13th jan'14 I lodged the same complaint . The lady on the phone gave me "Mr.Mittal's" Number . I called him so many times, he never recived. Till today I.e 15th jan nobody has come to solve my problem

        I own a Top load fully automatic model AW60-8061.During rinse and dry operations made a hell of noise and starts vibrating very hard.So i called service station in POLLACHI and the service guy charged me 4000 for a voltage stabiliser and an aqua water softner plug.But the problem still continues no proper response from service station. I want the ifb guys to take back their damn stabiliser and softner and refund my money back.

          My Customer ID No. is 3169777, Complaint No.11059659 dated 11th December, 2013 which was closed without rectifying the fault and again when I contacted they Registered a fresh complaint No.11071512 on 16th December 2013. I need the Rubber ring washer for the upper water spray arm and one set o[censored]pper basket height adjustment bracket. I have reminded your people several times during the last one month and they promised to rectify the same as soon as the spare parts are received. Till date it is not attended and is this the way you provide Customer care and service? How long do you expect us to wait? Unfortunately you do not have proper and reliable SERVICE PEOPLE. After selling your products do you expect us to be left in the dark? Is it not your responsibility to provide spare parts and service? I do not need your service. At least could you please courier the above spares to me directly without wasting further time or do you want to give the excuse that the TWO year Warranty has expired on 19th December 2013.           It is unfortunate that a customer has to wait over a month for such a small spare part. Of course it is the irresponsibility on the part of the Company.

            I am feeling cheated as IFB is unable to confirm the part price. My microwave oven stopped working during 1st week of Oct. Oct 6th One of IFB executive visited my place and changed a fuse which is available in local market for Rs.20, even the USD price of the fuse is not crossing Rs 25-30. I got charged Rs 525 for that fuse. My microwave oven did not even last for one round of cooking and got busted in 10 mins. After writing many mails to local service center Deepa enterprises and [protected]@ifbglobal.com, i could not get any response.             IFB customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            The complaint id ( [protected] ) booked in the Customer care was fake. Not done by me. I call the customer care around 7.30 pm. One Muthu attend my call and not give the details and use the un-parliamentary words agonist me.( Patty- Dog ) .

            Let me Know, Who create the fake complaint in my name ? and why Muthu sue the abuse language

              My customer ID is 2869887.

              I have registered complaint regarding washing machine not in working condition on 9/12/2013, till date it is unattended. 100 times i called on their call center number they said technician will come today, tomorrow and sure for day after tomorrow, but not came. They said bengaluru we dont have much support. Moreover they provided me the local guys number and name, even they are also not supporting. They will transfer the call from one service center to another. Their names are perter, vignesh. I can add their mobile numbers too.

              This is really horrible experience with IFB company. I think company don't have any respect or good value. If they don't want to attend the complaint, then why you are selling your product to the customer and put them in trouble. My mother won't be able to wash clothes because of arthritis. Still she's doing all because of this worst companies services.

              My advice is please don't buy any product of IFB. Initially they looks good, but 0 for the service, if you want to purchase and throw it, then go ahead.


              If you are kind enough you should listen your customer complaint and address those on immediate basis.

              IFB customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              I had purchased the Elena Aqua 6KG 800 RPM washing Machine from RANA ELECTRICALS, VASAI on 27/10/2012 . The machine had been malfunctioning ever since at quarterly intervals .

              A fortnight ago, the technician replaced a valve for the water inflow, however the machine was still not working.
              Even after having contacted the Customer Care Division of IFB, no technician has contacted me .Customer ID 10057995, complaint No 15784099

              I am grossly inconvenienced, deeply disappointed with the inefficiency of IFB & feel cheated
              I do not recommend IFB products as the after sales service SUCKS...

                complaint no 11077190 dated[protected].Inspite of daily calling ur customer service staff &higher officials the DEFECT IS NOT RECTIFIED. WE ONLY GET THE ROUTINE REPLY THAT THE SERVICE MECHANIC WILLBE DEFINITELY SENT TOMORROW.That is the end. No further action or information this too bad. how long the costomer has to wait. IFB MACHINE IS GOOD. THE SERVICE VERY VERY BAD .IT IS WORST...we are not able to understand the attitude of a reputred company like IFB. what should we do now to get the machine repaired?

                  Hello, am Raj, customer id is 12048409, am done with AMC and everything, but when i call to Customer care either two of the number, they inform that they will forward the request but none of the things gonna work, every executive vists home and check the machine and without speaking they walk away, when i callback to customer care the same response as they forward the request and try to give persons number Called Rajul, when we try to reach him he replies as he will call u back in 10 minutes, but he wont respond, but i[censored] call second time he says they wanted to get the details, once they get details he will call back in half an hour, but he wont call back ...                   same is happening with me...everytime my call is put on hold...very disgusting service and customer care

                      I have registered a service complaint on 3 rd dec 2013 after 2 days one of their technician visited my place and told that some spare oart have to be replaced and takes 1 week time to get the material.and on 18th dec I got a call they will attend the service on 19th. And they want to cancel the complaints since they should keep any complaints pending for more than 21 days. They them selves cancelled the complaint without my permission and they didn't finish my service. Till date there was no response from their side.I don't understand why their company is having a system which they can't do it properly.

                        I purchased a ifb front loading washing machine from m/s big shop - ooty (Tamilnadu) with warranty. I still have 4 years warranty applicable since it was purchased only one year back.

                        I had encountered few problems with the washing machine and filed a complaint to send a service guy to get it sorted...I had received an assurance that a technician would be sent shortly...Unfortunately its been 3 months and no one has turned up...I have called their customer service atleast 50 times, and each time they have assured me that they would send a technician withing 48 hours...I really dont understand what ridiculous kind of service is being provided by such a big company...

                          I had filed a complaint for my IFB washing machine Senorita DX, on Tues, 17 Dec. Your technician came and checked the machine on 18th and advised us that - Board needs to be changed - Door sensor needs to be changed He confirmed that as he does not have these parts handy, he will get it the next day and replace it. No one turned up the next day till 3pm after which I called the technician on his mobile number who again confirmed that he will come and replace it. No one came to service the complaint till friday afternoon after which I called back the service center number and I was told that my complaint has been escalated to the senior technicians and someone will come and service the W/M soon. Till now no one has even bothered to come and replace those parts... Now when I called back on your global service centre number asking on how i can escalate this issue, I was given a phone number of some "Nirmala" and asked to call that number only after 10:30 am today. ARE YOU PEOPLE REALLY SERIOUS? After waiting 6 days you want me to wait some more to escalate this complaint? What kind of low grade merry-go-round process is this? Are you here to service the customers in need or want to see your customers suffer? I have taken Annual maintenance Contract for IFB on persistence from one of your technicians last month. After paying that amount if I get this kind of service then its my 2.5 K gone down the drain... I have been unable to use my washing machine for the last 6 days because of your goofy service. Can I know when this complaint will be serviced? OR should I consider buying another washing machine from Samsung or Whirlpool who have much better service and probably products... If I had known IFB service is so pathetic I would have never opted for this brand. I will definitely advice my friends and family never to opt for IFB. Your most disappointed Customer, Primith V

                            Oven fails to heat the food. Food will always remain cold for whatever amount of time set in oven. I had registered a complaint on IFB Customer care[protected] on Monday, 16th of December and the ticket number is 12045635. It'a already been almost 5 days and no one from IFB is contacting me. When I contacted IFB Customer care again, they provided me with some Service center numbers where no one is responding for the registered complaint when contacted. My oven is still in warranty. The warranty provided for couple of parts is for 3 years. I had purchsed it in Janauary 2012.

                            The company had contacted me but charging too high for the repair almost 75% of the Oven cost and no consumer would be ready to go for it. So I recommend everyone to NEVER buy any OVEN from IFB company.

                            I bought a Microwave 38src1 oven online from snapdeal on 19th January...On 20th the IFB technician came down


                            to check the product and told me the Microwave door alignment is not proper and it would not start.i registered a

                            complaint on 21st with the IFB service centre asking for a complaint sheet so that i could return back the product

                            to snapdeal.My 1st complaint number was 14734957, 2nd number 14757089.from 21st i have been calling them

                            regularly asking for a complain sheet.They promises me everyday that they would be coming but till date they

                            haven't turned up.I am worried coz i am unable to return back my product...

                              Dear Sir, This mail is to draw your kind attemntion towards my extremely bad experience with IFB service . I am the owner of Elina Vx ( bought last year only ) . I raised a service request ( Ticket[protected] on 6th Oct, 2013 and roughly after 2-3 days a technician visited my place to check the issue . The Machine needed a spare part replacement and the technician told me that he will revert back with the spare parts in a day or two . He never returned with spare part and Instead of reverting back your service people closed the ticket with the comments "wire adjustment done at customer end" . This was really disappointing for me but with no options left i raised another request ( Ticket[protected] Opened on 6th December . But similar to what you did in the past no body contacted me even after 2-3 days . From 8th december onwards, every day I am calling the service center[protected] But nobody have visited or even contacted me till date . Yesterday I called your service center again and talked to Mr Kumar ( escalation department - extn 36463 ) and he refused to gave any time bound committment to resolve the issue .                                 I have purchased the IFB Convection Microwave Owen, Model No: 25BC3 in Fair show held in chennai trade center during 2012 September from Vasanth&Co. Owen didn't work and i have complaint that in customer service they said it is machine problem. Told to register the complain for replacement.I have also registered the complaint several time but there is no response from IFB. The complaint number as follows: complaint number:10102812 10194616 10194621 10259764 Then finally one called Manoj who for Srikailash Enterprises servcie brach manager spoke to me and gave the branch office member called Gayathri. I have spoke to her and told all the issues and she said she will get back to me regarding this, One fine morning in February she called and said the replacement for the Owen is approved and it will be done in a weeks time.After that i have spoke to her several time but still there is no reponse. Kindly register the complaint and get me the replacement soon as possible.

                                  I Purchased on line from IFB site, a trolley for Senorita SX-6 Kg, Front loading washing machine. After installation of machine over trolley, machine vibrating heavily during washing process. I made a complaint for it, your technician come to me, replace trolley and close the complaint, but complaint was as it is, not resolved. Again i filed an other complaint vide ticket no 11973296, again technician come on 01.12.13, said that this trolley will not work and I will refund you your full amount with in 2 days. But still I am awaiting him. He not come nor he is picking the mobile, he provide me his cell numbers. Today on 09.12.13 when I contact to your costumer care, your executive told me that my complaint has been closed as solved. Your technician never take my remark about solution of my complaint on his job card. today new ticket no 12004980 is allotted. Kindly solve my problem of vibrating the machine over trolley or took back your faulty trolley, refund my amount.

                                      I lodged a complaint of IFB washing machine on 10-10-13 and a complaint was registered with Ticket 12001057 . After registering the complaint the technician visit our home to inspect the washing machine and he said the belt is broken which he will fix in coming week and today 09.12.2013 still we are waiting for the technician to repair our washing machine. When I tried to contact the person responsible for Chandrapur area, he is always out of range which is why we cannot talk to him. I lodged my complaint through the dealer Mayur Electronics Chandrapur still there is no result. I have never ever seen in my life time such a bad service. I already loose 2 months of Guarantee period. Every time I call Customer care they say technician will visit shortly and their short period never came. I am so frustrated with IFB service I will suggest all people not to buy anything from IFB. The washing machine is also not working for the last 2 months and my parents have to wash the clothes with hand in the shivering cold days. The attitude of IFB service center & technician is not tolerable. I request all of you not to buy any IFB product due to poor workmanship, attitude and poor after sales service. They haven’t only wasted my valuable time & energy but also misguided and adopted unfair practices in dealing a customer. Mantosh Hawladar

                                      One week has passed and still there is no one. What a waste of time? I should have read the service review before buying this stupid IFB Washing Machine.
                                      Yesterday I received a message from IFB that the problem is resolved.. that's a joke of 2013.. No one visited from IFB and the issue is resolved. What a wonderful coordination between the technician and the IFB team...
