I have purchased the IFB Convection Microwave Owen, Model No: 25BC3 in Fair show held in chennai trade center during 2012 September from Vasanth&Co. Owen didn't work and i have complaint that in customer service they said it is machine problem. Told to register the complain for replacement.I have also registered the complaint several time but there is no response from IFB. The complaint number as follows: complaint number:10102812 10194616 10194621 10259764 Then finally one called Manoj who for Srikailash Enterprises servcie brach manager spoke to me and gave the branch office member called Gayathri. I have spoke to her and told all the issues and she said she will get back to me regarding this, One fine morning in February she called and said the replacement for the Owen is approved and it will be done in a weeks time.After that i have spoke to her several time but still there is no reponse. Kindly register the complaint and get me the replacement soon as possible.

    I Purchased on line from IFB site, a trolley for Senorita SX-6 Kg, Front loading washing machine. After installation of machine over trolley, machine vibrating heavily during washing process. I made a complaint for it, your technician come to me, replace trolley and close the complaint, but complaint was as it is, not resolved. Again i filed an other complaint vide ticket no 11973296, again technician come on 01.12.13, said that this trolley will not work and I will refund you your full amount with in 2 days. But still I am awaiting him. He not come nor he is picking the mobile, he provide me his cell numbers. Today on 09.12.13 when I contact to your costumer care, your executive told me that my complaint has been closed as solved. Your technician never take my remark about solution of my complaint on his job card. today new ticket no 12004980 is allotted. Kindly solve my problem of vibrating the machine over trolley or took back your faulty trolley, refund my amount.

    Company technician came to me, check the problem, say that trolley manufacturing is faulty, it will not work properly even machine and trolley is of same company and also recommended by company to use machine over company's trolley.       sir i know ifb is the best company, your service activity is very low . i have one complint registered on demo no-104189 first & second is[protected].please do immediately and then i will go to consumer court, i will give the advertisement ifb is the worst company.

        I lodged a complaint of IFB washing machine on 10-10-13 and a complaint was registered with Ticket 12001057 . After registering the complaint the technician visit our home to inspect the washing machine and he said the belt is broken which he will fix in coming week and today 09.12.2013 still we are waiting for the technician to repair our washing machine. When I tried to contact the person responsible for Chandrapur area, he is always out of range which is why we cannot talk to him. I lodged my complaint through the dealer Mayur Electronics Chandrapur still there is no result. I have never ever seen in my life time such a bad service. I already loose 2 months of Guarantee period. Every time I call Customer care they say technician will visit shortly and their short period never came. I am so frustrated with IFB service I will suggest all people not to buy anything from IFB. The washing machine is also not working for the last 2 months and my parents have to wash the clothes with hand in the shivering cold days. The attitude of IFB service center & technician is not tolerable. I request all of you not to buy any IFB product due to poor workmanship, attitude and poor after sales service. They haven’t only wasted my valuable time & energy but also misguided and adopted unfair practices in dealing a customer. Mantosh Hawladar

        One week has passed and still there is no one. What a waste of time? I should have read the service review before buying this stupid IFB Washing Machine.
        Yesterday I received a message from IFB that the problem is resolved.. that's a joke of 2013.. No one visited from IFB and the issue is resolved. What a wonderful coordination between the technician and the IFB team...

          This is an issue regarding the service of IFB washing machine. I have signed an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with I Matrix Consultancy (Franchisee: IFB Industries Limited, No. 123, M.T.H. Road, Ist Floor, Indian Bank Upstairs, Ambattur, Chennai- 600 053. On Nov 22nd 2013 I registered a service request with IFB that my machine is not rotating. on 25th Nov'13 two technicians named Bala and Gopal visited my house and said that they ll come the following day to rectify the issue as they didnt have the exact parts with them. But they didn't turn up. So I have called the IFB office (“24 Hrs” Customer Care- Dial No[protected] again and again but they kept saying that the problem will be rectified within 24 hrs and they ll escalate the issue to their franchisee i matrix as an urgent issue. But nothing has been done so far. The last person visited my place was Ramadoss from I matrix. I was given few no.s by IFB CC to contact their franchisee i matrix [protected];[protected];[protected]. The mobile no contact person picked the call for the first time and then never picked my call. Lan number was of no use. Lady named sandhya and gomathi took the call and said that they ll send the technicians. But my problem is not resolved as of now.

          I enquired with the customer care about this issue they said the complaint is closed. What a wonder a complaint being closed without the problem being rectified.

          Please take necessary actions and save people from these fraud franchisee

          I've received you feedback call on 7th Dec'13 regarding my IFB Washing Machine.

          My first complaint was on 22 Nov'13. The complaint was closed without attending/resolved.

          Your Franchisee I Matrix provide worst service. After complaining again and again with your customer care no. [protected], a technician visited and replaced a pump which is used for pumping the outlet water on 6th Dec'13.

          Technician showed the performance without load. The washine pumped water without load

          I checked its running condition only 9th Dec'13 as i was out of station for the last couple of days. Today when the machine was loaded it spun and washed the clothes, but it didn't pump the water out.

          Can you please send your technician again as soon as possible...?

          One suggestion from my side: Please follow up with customer from your side and then close their complaints as these franchisees close without resolving, attending...!

          One advise for you: Please check back with customer's about their complaint and then close the case from your side. I think the Franchisee are paid for the no of cases they handle, this is the reason why they close the case as attended without resolving the issue of customers.
          Iam also registerd our complain no.11838189 dt.12 nov.13 but not resolve today. we are regular call to lucknow branch office to franchisee krishna enterpreises, alambagh, lucknow. I am also 3 yers AMC for digital washing machine 6kg. we are very hopeless regarding IFB after sales service. IFB is very bad in after sales service. Vikas Kumar Gupta, Lucknow Mob:[protected].

I was talked & email to company representive at pune, nagpur & customer care, but we are sorry to say that still they don't sent any service engineer for doing our dishwasher IFB ELENA EX MODEL, Hence our dishwasher still not working.

                I purchased a IFB oven 25SC3 from New Berco Electronic, Uttam Nagar on 25 October, 2013. The dealer told to me that the IFB technician will come to you for giving Demo for the above. But till date no one from the Company side came to me for giving the Demo. I have called the customer care of IFB around 3 time and explain the all the matter. They told me that they have given the franchise to some agency and gave me the contact number of them .On calling the franchise they told me that they will send the technician to us shortly but no one came for giving the demo. Even we I call their technician they gave me false commitment like they are coming in 15 minutes, they are about to reach and after some time they switch off their mobile or dint pick the phone. I have called the franchise abut 5 times. Kindly take necessary action & resolve the matter

                  My ifb clothes dryer is under AMC. I had lodged in a complaint on The 10th of nov, and the complaint no is 11830449. Despite repeatedly requests no one has come to fix the problem. The number of the area manager was given to me - [protected]. He just makes false promises and now has stopped taking my calls. Absolute pathetic service by IFB! Never go in for their products!

                    This is an issue regarding the service of IFB washing machine. We have signed an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with I Matrix Consultancy (Franchisee: IFB Industries Limited, No. 123, M.T.H. Road, Ist Floor, Indian Bank Upstairs, Ambattur, Chennai- 600 053. The invoice cum receipt for the AMC was given by IFB INDUSTRIES LIMITED (HOME Appliances Division) Old No. 37, New No. 6. Arcot Road, Vadapalani, Chennai-600 026) . On the 18th of October 2013 I registered a service request with IFB as the wringer in the machine was not working. I called up the toll free number of IFB and after registration of my complaint I got the complaint number[protected]. After two days the service people came and examined the machine and said they need to get some spare parts. But till date nobody has come and serviced the machine. I have called the IFB office (“24 Hrs” Customer Care- Dial No[protected] many a times but they kept saying that the problem will be rectified within 24 hrs. I was asked to call Mr. Saiju (Phone No: [protected]) whom I was told is the MD of I Matrix and explain the problem. I did that and he told me that they will be getting the spare parts on 13.11.2013 and they will repair the machine on 14.11.2013. but nothing has been done so far. On 16.11.2013 two persons from I Matrix came and said they had come for general servicing. When I questioned about the complaint which we had registered already they were not even aware of that problem and they went away doing nothing. On 20.11.2013 when I enquired with the customer care about this issue they said the complaint is closed. I wonder how a complaint can be closed without the problem being rectified. I request the concerned authorities to do the needful and take action immediately against the erring and fraudulent industry. If not I do not have any other choice expect going in for legal action against the fraudulent industry. Thank You Regards G. Chandrasekaran

                        Respected sir, My fault is that I have purchased a washing machine of your company.My customer code is 2204647.However whenever it stops working it become easier to contact god than to get the help of your service provider.For now my complaint no:11819815 dated:8/11/2013, however not being attended till today and M/s Eden now saying that my complain has been cancelled since I haven't attend the call.God may knows who had call me since I have not received any call from their end and now they are asking me to log fresh complain .If this type of service is going on the only thing Ican do is to inform every body about your after sell service and to swar not to buy any IFB products by myself which I have already start doing.

                          Hello, This is regarding the poor service given to me. I have bought an ifb washing machine thinking this would be the best brand in the market and there will be good service, unfortunately i was completely wrong. Service is not up to the mark. I have bought ifb washing machine on 30/10/2011, and since then i am having problems using it. There is some problem in the drum of the machine where we put clothes, my clothes are getting torn. We have 2 small kids and their clothes are also torn. We went in loss of almost 80, 000 inr worth of clothes. I have called the customer care and area manager (Naga sai) 4 times within 2 months and also spoke with mr. Roy escalation contact, each time i call they just promise me something and that never happens, a ticket is raised each time i called, and then they close the ticket without informing me. 4 times they have taken the machine to service, unfortunately the issue is never resolved, when called again immediately, they would raise a ticket and close it. We are totally frustrated and hence writing this email to you, hoping you can take this matter forward.                           As discussed Bharathi from IFB team, I would also like to complain that the washing machine makes huge sound when it is on, also it doesn’t clean the clothes properly, all the dirt remains as it is.

                          I would like to have a permanent solution for these issues with my machine, I know you will be sending a technician to fix it, but that doesn’t help in any way. I already lost 80, 000 INR worth clothes, and I cannot take more risk.

                          · Big Scratch on the stainless steel drum( will happen due to sharp object only).

                          · Jacket “ Hook “ Stuck in Rubber sleeve which got severely crushed and rusted.


                          Please make sure that-
                          No Sharp objects are mixed with clothes while loading the machine- which may damage the clothes.
                          Clean the rubber sleeve and filter on regular basis .

                          If we want any further assistance-
                          We will verify the machine by replacing possible spare for clothes tearing and check 2 full wash cycles with our new clothes at your location.

                          Hi Ramky,

                          I would like to understand why this problem was not identified for the 8 times which your executives have visited and also whatever part replacement were supposed to be done, is already done by your executives in these 8 visits, now if you are suggesting same solution, please help me understand how can I trust that it would work this time when it did not work for 8 times.

                          Also, we have always ensured that we do not put any sharp items while putting clothes to wash in the machine. It will be helpful if you could let me know when can this be closed.

                          As discussed with Venkat/ you (Ramky) last time, if you can replace the machine, please do it or else please take the machine back. This is really frustrating now.

                            I made an online purchase for 1 ton split ac under exchange program on 30th October. My experience with online purchase is disgusting as IFB Jaipur people disown to this sell. last 3 days I am contacting their Alok, Manoj and Amit jain. but no solution to the supply. Manoj Rathi is rude and misbehave. He is demanding Rs.400 for taking window ac under exchange program. It was a bad decision to buy it online. I regret and put my experience to others so that they know what type of people IFB has to deal when an online order is placed. IFB local officials give support to the sales made thru a dealer only.

                              I have purchased a washing machine " IFB- EVA" and now it is in warrenty period. Now, there was abnormal sound from the machine while working and later on when the switch was on, the indicator light was off and then fumes were started from the machine.                                 I had lodged a complaint about my IFB washing machine in the first week of August 2013. In spite of numerous calls to their customer care, service centre and their representatives and their polite assurances, they have done nothing. One cannot think of such lackadaisical attitude from such company. They are so shameless that they stop taking calls and talk of escalating the complaint. Its quite frustrating. Can someone suggest way out in a situation wherein they have monopoly in manufacture of parts also?

                                      My washing machine which under AMC is not working for the last 1 month. In spite of complaining with the customer care ( complaint no. 10852143 and[protected] there is no solution to the problem. All u get is assurance from from the customer care cell. But no follow up. The service people in Coimbatore come promptly to renew the annual AMC . That's all . I am at my wits end trying to find a solution. Now the service person refuse to even pick up my calls. IFB seems to have a very poor after sales record.
