This is regarding the poor service given to me. I have bought an ifb washing machine thinking this would be the best brand in the market and there will be good service, unfortunately i was completely wrong. Service is not up to the mark.
I have bought ifb washing machine on 30/10/2011, and since then i am having problems using it. There is some problem in the drum of the machine where we put clothes, my clothes are getting torn. We have 2 small kids and their clothes are also torn. We went in loss of almost 80, 000 inr worth of clothes.
I have called the customer care and area manager (Naga sai) 4 times within 2 months and also spoke with mr. Roy escalation contact, each time i call they just promise me something and that never happens, a ticket is raised each time i called, and then they close the ticket without informing me. 4 times they have taken the machine to service, unfortunately the issue is never resolved, when called again immediately, they would raise a ticket and close it. We are totally frustrated and hence writing this email to you, hoping you can take this matter forward.
