No error display as per the manual

I brought a brand new top loader ifb washing machine, the ifb guy came for the demo.. The error functions e1.. E2... Are not working as given in the manual. They replaced with a new machine, again the demo guy came in... Once again the e2 error function is not working in this machine also... The machine is performing as per the manual given. I have all the proofs regarding this also have the conversation recored... I want this issue to be...

My dishwasher was having problem from last 15 days... but after proper complaint on call centre.. it has been rectified by IFB. I came to know that after complaining at call centre number i.e.[protected] i get very quick response other wise i was calling to local technician, who has been unnecessarily misguiding me.. Thank You IFB care for your quick response

    Respected sir, My fault is that I have purchased a washing machine of your company.My customer code is 2204647.However whenever it stops working it become easier to contact god than to get the help of your service provider.For now my complaint no:11819815 dated:8/11/2013, however not being attended till today and M/s Eden now saying that my complain has been cancelled since I haven't attend the call.God may knows who had call me since I have not received any call from their end and now they are asking me to log fresh complain .If this type of service is going on the only thing Ican do is to inform every body about your after sell service and to swar not to buy any IFB products by myself which I have already start doing.

      Hello, This is regarding the poor service given to me. I have bought an ifb washing machine thinking this would be the best brand in the market and there will be good service, unfortunately i was completely wrong. Service is not up to the mark. I have bought ifb washing machine on 30/10/2011, and since then i am having problems using it. There is some problem in the drum of the machine where we put clothes, my clothes are getting torn. We have 2 small kids and their clothes are also torn. We went in loss of almost 80, 000 inr worth of clothes. I have called the customer care and area manager (Naga sai) 4 times within 2 months and also spoke with mr. Roy escalation contact, each time i call they just promise me something and that never happens, a ticket is raised each time i called, and then they close the ticket without informing me. 4 times they have taken the machine to service, unfortunately the issue is never resolved, when called again immediately, they would raise a ticket and close it. We are totally frustrated and hence writing this email to you, hoping you can take this matter forward.       As discussed Bharathi from IFB team, I would also like to complain that the washing machine makes huge sound when it is on, also it doesn’t clean the clothes properly, all the dirt remains as it is.

      I would like to have a permanent solution for these issues with my machine, I know you will be sending a technician to fix it, but that doesn’t help in any way. I already lost 80, 000 INR worth clothes, and I cannot take more risk.

      Some one from IFB has called me yesterday night (18/11/2013) recommending for a workaround for the problem, but I would appreciate if you can give the permanent solution for this issue by replacing the machine.

      I Spock to Bharathi and Ramki ( IFB Hyderabad Manager) today ( 21ST Nov 2013) but they are suggesting a temporary solution it would be helpful for me if you can replace the machine as a permanent solution.

      Please find the below visit report by our Trainer Mr. Venkatagiri regarding your clothes tearing issue.
      Below points observed while checking the machine, which are possible reason for clothes tearing.
      · Big Scratch on the stainless steel drum( will happen due to sharp object only).

      · Jacket “ Hook “ Stuck in Rubber sleeve which got severely crushed and rusted.


      Please make sure that-
      No Sharp objects are mixed with clothes while loading the machine- which may damage the clothes.
      Clean the rubber sleeve and filter on regular basis .

      If we want any further assistance-
      We will verify the machine by replacing possible spare for clothes tearing and check 2 full wash cycles with our new clothes at your location.

      Hi Ramky,

      I would like to understand why this problem was not identified for the 8 times which your executives have visited and also whatever part replacement were supposed to be done, is already done by your executives in these 8 visits, now if you are suggesting same solution, please help me understand how can I trust that it would work this time when it did not work for 8 times.

      Also, we have always ensured that we do not put any sharp items while putting clothes to wash in the machine. It will be helpful if you could let me know when can this be closed.

      As discussed with Venkat/ you (Ramky) last time, if you can replace the machine, please do it or else please take the machine back. This is really frustrating now.

      This is reg. the same issue which is not resolved still. Please let me know a date by when I can expect a permanent solution for this.

      This is very frustrating to digest the fact that a company like IFB is giving this poor customer service . I would also like to discuss about financial loss caused because of this. Any solution for this is appreciated.

        I made an online purchase for 1 ton split ac under exchange program on 30th October. My experience with online purchase is disgusting as IFB Jaipur people disown to this sell. last 3 days I am contacting their Alok, Manoj and Amit jain. but no solution to the supply. Manoj Rathi is rude and misbehave. He is demanding Rs.400 for taking window ac under exchange program. It was a bad decision to buy it online. I regret and put my experience to others so that they know what type of people IFB has to deal when an online order is placed. IFB local officials give support to the sales made thru a dealer only.

          Dear concerned,

          I have purchased a washing machine " IFB- EVA" and now it is in warrenty period. Now, there was abnormal sound from the machine while working and later on when the switch was on, the indicator light was off and then fumes were started from the machine. This is causing fear for us to operate teh machine. since it is in warranty period, kindly replace the machine with a new one.

            I had lodged a complaint about my IFB washing machine in the first week of August 2013. In spite of numerous calls to their customer care, service centre and their representatives and their polite assurances, they have done nothing. One cannot think of such lackadaisical attitude from such company. They are so shameless that they stop taking calls and talk of escalating the complaint. Its quite frustrating. Can someone suggest way out in a situation wherein they have monopoly in manufacture of parts also?

              I own a IFB Washing Machine (6 Kg) and has stopped working. I have lodged a complaint on Oct 19th 2013 and till date no body has bothered to respond. I have tried to contact the customer service but those guys are illiterates. They do not understand the problem and the only answer they have is "We will get back to you", ofcourse time is indefinite. What should I do now? There is no response. Is not working from the machine was installed. i complied so many time customer care they given service engineers number and he attend the machine and he told PC board was problem the board is no stock in my office. still now the problem not solved.                   My washing machine which under AMC is not working for the last 1 month. In spite of complaining with the customer care ( complaint no. 10852143 and[protected] there is no solution to the problem. All u get is assurance from from the customer care cell. But no follow up. The service people in Coimbatore come promptly to renew the annual AMC . That's all . I am at my wits end trying to find a solution. Now the service person refuse to even pick up my calls. IFB seems to have a very poor after sales record.

                    Purchased a IFB Microwave on 6th June 2012 with guarantee. It was not working from Sept 20113. Approached the customer service no. [protected] and they gave the complaint no.11585760 with customer ID 2071079 on 02nd October 2013. No action was taken and I was continuously calling and getting the assurance from the company. On 22nd October, they gave another complaint no. 11706524 with the same customer ID and they assured that the complaint was resolved within 24hrs. but no response from the service center. Continuously calling to the complaint center but no response. Could anyone suggest me, whom I have to contact to repair my IFB microwave.

                    I have a microwave which is under AMC (AMC no 144278) by okhla branch.I have complained about the microwave giving problems(complaint no[protected] and also reminded them repeatedly but they have not sent anyone.It is now almost 20 days but no response.
                    The matter was also reported to the on phone complaint centre.Im still awaiting response.
                    please get the matter resolved else I will have to report matter to consumer court.

Called them many times but getting same reply that 'we are forwarding your requests on priority basis.' Sent the main also but nobody even bothers to reply. Around 12 days back their person came and removed the motor from the machine and now they are saying that new part is not available for the machine which I bought just 10 months back and which still comes under warranty. I had heard a lot about IFB's quality and service.But now my trust is broken. I will never recommend anybody to go for IFB.

                        I had complained about my washing machine bearings to be changed as the drum was making a noise when the wash is going on---promptly someone comes from the service center called "Delight Services" authorized franchise of IFB in Navi Mumbai and tells us that the drum has to be replaced.
                        He kept insisting that I take an AMC, which I declined as I felt there was no need of it. He said it will be done the next day and I had to pay the cost for the same which was Rs 2600/-. This was on 7/10/2013. Till date no solution is arrived at.
                        I keep calling the office and each time they give a tall story---" it is on the way" or " one piece had come but a screw was broken", " surely by tomorrow my man will come and do the work" etc etc. One Mr Param Yadav, who seems to be the Boss, now doesn't pick the phone when he sees my no.
                        My machine has been dismantled since the 7th and I am not able to use it. Kindly help me to resolve the problem and see that action is taken at the earliest.

                        The Complaint has been resolved satisfactorily. The machine drum with bearings was replaced at a fairly low cost. looks like a visit to the repair agency is necessary for them to p[lace orders for replacement parts

                          Sir, I lodged complaint vide ticket no.11627408 on 8th October 2013 but the same was not repaired till 18.10.2013 3.14 pm. Since the purchase of this machine the performance of the same was not satisfactory. In my every complain that this machine broke the hooks of pants but it was neither rectified nor any action is taken by IFB. I would request you to replace with machine with new one.                             I have bought this oven 5 month back and using it since last two months. Oven is supposed to heat some suitable thing I was making bread toast suddenly I heard a big noise and found that Glass Disk has been broken. I registered complain [protected] and they said disc is not covered under warranty; I have to purchase it again. I was lucky no other damage has done but if something supposed to heat bread and in that process something happened to oven how I am responsible. My wife still in shock I do not know when she will overcome her fear to use that oven again. Please file my complaint.

                              I am a satisfied user of IFB front loading washing machine since August 1999. Last year I recieved a mail from the IFB offering exchange of my machine. I accepted and ordered and was told that within 10-15 days my machine will be delivered at my home and I will have to pay on delivery.
                              after about 5-6 days I recieved a call from a person claiming himself some officer from area office of IFB at Lucknow who said me to deposite that first I deposte the amount in a private a/c then the machine will be delivered. I refused for the same as he was insisting me to deposte the amount in a private a/c instead of the a/c of IFB. hearing my refusal he started to shout on me and said that I am cancelling your order.
                              I am surprised that since then none of the official of the company contacted me to know the exactness of the incident.
                              I think that the IFB does not promote its personnel to misbehave with its at least satisfied customer.

                                Before joining of PGDBO in IFBI, Nagpur Academic Counselor committed to placement in home state and after joining they forcefully signed their own agreement of service any where. My daughter posted in Chhatarpur of Madhypradesh. During internship working hour almost more than 11 hour and paid only Rs. 7600/-. which is less than fourth class employee of government service. Now I thought that I lost more than Rs. 87000/- of PGDBO course. At the time of admission for the sake of their business they inform students that they will be placed at their home state. But at the time of placement they give such location which are very interior and even their are no train and bus connectivity also they say if we reject this placement they will not give second placement. IFBI is joint venture of NIIT & ICICI now they are knowingly making lot of money from fake commitments with parents.                                   I purchased IFB dishwasher 3 years back with 4 years warranty. Since last two months there is a problem with water pump, not lifting water, after making repeated complaints (Call center keep on giving promise your compliant will attend with 24 hours, most of the time phone number gets busy) service engineer who visited us twice is unable to repair it because he brought same wrong motor thrice and Mahindra Park, Delhi, service center don't have correct spare parts with them. The day the this problem was solved, new problem of water leakage started. After weeks, again the day this problem was solved, machine stopped taking any water inside. I am highly frustrated on this kind of service, when the product is still under warranty. I want my dishwasher to be replaced, as IFB engineers are unable to repair the product. and I am suffering due to their incapability.                                     This is mrs.sutapa bose, r/o lucknow(gomti nagar extension)had purchased a dishwasher of IFB dates 17/09/2013.I lodged a complaint on 31/08/2013 regarding getting my PCB that is panel control board to be repaired to thier toll free no.One and half months passed they are so irresponsible that they had not taken any action about my complaint nor they are replacing the particular part.Its getting too much problem without the use of dish washer.I called them several times but the managemnt dont give proper responses nor they pick up the call.The model of my disherwasher is ZEPHYR DX.Till now that is 9/10/2013 our machine is not repaired.Please take serious action against them and kindly sort out this problem.My complaint no.is 11392001.I will be very thankful to u i[censored] kindly look out this matter seriously.

                                      I really do not know what kind of component are these IFB service renders using. I had complaint registered in the month of june and it was attended in September. The oven worked for one month and now again it stopped heating. This issue is coming in routine and these service people are not providing the latest components/or the components are the once already used ones i suppose. i am tired of raising complaints in the IFB customer care, who make me wait for almost 15 to 20 mins to register the complaint. This time i have not raised complaint in the customer care as it is useless. The service people do not know how to tackle the issue and speak rudely. They say that they will get the component in another 2 days and do not turn up for months together. When we call to know the status, they tell plz do not call us and register fresh complaint, while the already raised complaint in unattended. Please, provide me a one time solution and get my oven repaired/or please takeaway the oven an give back my AMC amount of Rs. 1400 paid for 2 years upto Jan 2015. Anuroopa [protected]
