I own an IFB Senorita washing machine since year 2001. I am stationed at Patna (Bihar, India) since October 2011.
I never had any difficulty with the machine till April 2012, when it started making a very harsh sound. I called the customer care and received a mechanic who after checking the machine, changed its bearing. The machine worked well till August 2012, when again the same noise resurfaced. Once again we called the customer care. This time the mechanic suggested to change the drum along with the bearing. He informed that the parts were not available at the service centre at the time and he will come again with the parts.
Since that day we are in waiting for any further action or service or information from your service centre or any authorized person regarding our complaint.
During this period (August 2012 to December 2012) we have made several contacts with the customer care of IFB and have lodged two formal complaints as well with it, the details following………... Complain No-9679721, dated 10/10/2012 and again Complain No-9981031, dated 08/12/12.
During this whole period, we received numbers and varieties of excuses, but no service at all.
I have tried being very mild and patient while writing this final complaint to you, whereas my feelings are anything but mild.
My request to anybody interested in proper service and name of the company is to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue before it impacts your name and market demand.
One more concern and query of mine – Is the spare ball bearing of IFB designed so as to serve for the period of its warranty only?

IFB Washing machine — Machine is broken down , under warranty
I have an IFB washing machine which is under repair since[protected], under warrenty.I had registered complaints since[protected], but there is no respond till today.The machine is not working uptill today. I have also given lot of telephone calls to the nearest service centere ( kallambalam , tvm. dist).They are ignoring my calls.Please do the needful.
