Dishwasher broke down 3 weeks ago. IFB valid AMC. Service guy came and sold me another Rs 3000 worth of products but now no one returns call or fixes dishwasher. Spent Rs 3000 on dishwasher AMC and Rs 3000 on detergents/salt etc. Who can address this? Complaint number: 9559255

I Purchased a IFB Microwave oven with model 30SC3 on 6th Sept 2012. I was delivered a defective piece which was installed on the 10th of Sept 2012.The Engineer failed to discover that the appliance was damage. Appliance was replaced and they again delivered the defective piece to our house on around 16th Sept 2012. A new complain was IFB registered and the piece was not replaced till date....

I buy Ifb washing machine, Senorita VX 6kg on 12.01.2012, within 9 months it breakdown, I lodged my complaint to Ifb service centre, Mulund. Miss Mamta diconnected phone when I called for follow-up at Mulund sevice centre. Complaint to Mr. Shashank, Ifb area service manager, he also not giving any replay, Registered complaint to Vijay Sales from where I purchased washing machine. but no responce. Is Ifb product & service is so poor ?...

Issue :-
1. No one from customer care to take a call completely.
2. Local technuicians - No Support / No action taken.
3. Worst Customer care number - executives named, rakesh, teza, megha, etc just keep call on hold without telling any response.

I unfortunately brought IFB Washing Machine Senorita DX during October 2008 in Hyedarabad.

During last 4 months, this machine had given me troubles over 40 times, and last complaint was made on 16.09.2012, but till date none has come for resolution.

I made more than 15 calls to these Service Heads with improper response. I found these people are DISGUSTING AND give FALSE promises. The customer care call...

The complaint was registered with local dealer on 10 Sep'12. Issue is that the lock of the washing machine is broken. The service person came and took the lock away; saying it will take max 6-7 days. However, after multiple followup and assurances every day; it has not yet been fixed. And we receive excuses like technician is not well, etc.

I want to tell you that this treatment for customers doesnt speak of international...

I have a IFB washing machine. Due to voltage fluctuation, the machine stopped to work last month. We raised a complaint and technicians (so called) came to rectify the machine for 3 times but to no use. They are incompetent in their own products.
Still the machine is not rectified and none are picking up our calls. Even the manager cuts our call.

We are not sure how to get it resolved....

My name is "Vinod Kumar Boppanna" and i had bought IFB washing machine (6 kg).

On 1st september i had registered a complaint about a problem in the washing machine. Then a person came and found that a card became defective (he said the card name as speed control card). He came on 2nd september 2012. From then onwards, nobody has come to replace the card.

i have a washing machine at my home for which i have taken amc from you... i have been complaining daily for the last 20 days vide comp No. 10073229 .... they do not give me a new complaint no as the old no is still unattended...... this is not the forst time... everytime the same thing happens.... i am also your shareholder since your ipo arnd 25 years back.... if this is how u r running our company.. no wonder new entrants are fast overtaking...

The quality of IFB appliances has gone down considerably. They tend to get out of order very frequently. The service centre does not respond , you are in a queue perpetually for 20 minutes and then it disconnects. The Engineers if they come repair and the problem reoccurs promptly. Please IFB get up and shake . You were once the best consumer company and today the worst....

The replacement part (Blast) that service engineer brought for my old ifb bosch m/c t2900 dx was rusty although counter claimed. I am not sure when i will get the right part (Without rust) even after proper followup with company. I request for the senior leadership of ifb to get involved and solve the matter immediately.

I had logged in a complaint with your call centre on sun 02 sep 12 @ around 1600 hrs reg water seeping out from the washing machine when i had run a load on sat 01 sep nite. The problem persisted and i had to mop the water manually all thru the nite of sat and thru sun afternoon too.
