don't purchase IFB items. service is poor. we will have to call "call centers" and they are not answering properly. I have purchased IFB washing machine from VASANTH&CO and they say the service person will come and install. next day some service man came and tried to sell iron remover powder etc. two days after the machine was not running. Vasanth&co say we do nothing and further say try the call center. third day he came and remove the front main switch knob and remove thousands of small insects from the switch box. Vasanth&co said as the machine was in go down possibilities of insects going inside is common. three years the machine run and now give troubles. again I am calling the call center and waiting for that unknown man looking at the door. don't purchase IFB items please. ashokha.com

      My machine broke into fumes on 5th September evening threatening to burn the wiring as well since, then I started making efforts to register my complaint on the IFB toll free with no success. Luckily the local area office helped me register my complaint on the 7th with a complaint number:3504330. Though an attendant came to visit us that day declaring that the motor was burnt but with no further implementation. Since then all our efforts have gone to drain and my machine stands still.
      Till yesterday the local area office people convinced us each day that the job will be done the same day, but today it was declared after a heated conversation that they were helpless as they did not have a motor to replace and the job will be only done on Tuesday that is on diwali which we doubt. We have always maintained the AMC contracts and even this year we made a two year Amc for our machine. My AMC number is 64865.
      Inspite of this we are unsuccessful in getting any service from the service center. With diwali on head we already had many cleaning jobs handy which waits for the machine servicing. With great inconvenience we now doubt when our machine will get corrected. We are highly disheartened with the loose services provided to us and wonder how a big company like IFB does not maintain enough leisure for servicing at the service stations.
      I would request the higher authorities to look into the matter and provided a soon and contending response against our AMC contracts.

        IFB — POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

        I have already complaint about IFB dishwasher few days ago. But only I recieved a call from Bhopal asking what happen? but again not any call and no any visit. These company people are irritating me.

        I lodged a complaint for my W/M on 2-11-11, at the centralized complaint centre.
        Firstly nobody comes for few days,then after a lot of persuation & calling different ph. nos. given by the ever apologitic call centre empolyee (since they know their service pattern),some technician comes on a cursory visit,announces some part as defective & needs replacement. He goes away only to return after a lot of persuation again,announces that spares are NOT available. Even if a part is changed,still the machine does not work. Reason-some other part is defective.He would go back again with the promise to come as soon as part is made available to him.
        Net result - my W/M is still not working,we rue the moment we decided to purchase it.
        Will someone in the Hierarchy look into the misdeeds of their employees ?
        It is over a month & we do not get extended AMC for the period lapsed,owing to companie's failures !

        I am totally unsatisfied with the service of your product. I register complain for my washing machine on 18.7.12 no. 9238406 such complain was not attended for 8 days after several followup untrained engineer come with the excuse that franchise change that is why this delay happens. He repair it and next day same problem occurs then again i register complain on 29.7.12 complain no. Is 9298783 after several followup today 3.8.12 service engineer attend complain and he says that there is a problem in mcu and belt which is not in the stock come from lucknow which takes another 3 to 4 days now you tell me what can i do in this case.
        This problem starts when you allot franchisee which is not able to attend complains efficiently and on time. Sir i request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.

          Iam Abul Kalam Asath, i bought the IFB machine 2.5 years before.now my machine is not working , i have booked the complaint last Monday(05-Nov-2012).they promised me that they will give me the fix with in 24 hours.but i am calling the help desk each day .but they are saying the same thing.still none has come to attend the fault.

          Even i have warned them that i will send the Email to Gupta.but still no result.

          IFB has already lost their quality and the service is becoming very poor.

          I hope this is the reason why Indians are prefering the Foring brands.

          Gupta has to look into this issue and find out why the people are not responding for the customers request.

          i never go for IFB in future and wont recomend this brand to anyone

          4 years warenty is Cheating

              with reference to the number of complaints through customer care remained unattended and unresolved for the last 15 days i.e. since dated 20.10.12 against the complaint no.10182821.the matter was discussed with the shiva electronics authorised dealer of ifb sales ambala city, as per his directive the request/complaint was made to sh. manoj gupta incharge of the north zone stationed at chandigarh and on hearing the problem the matter was reffered to smt annuradha incharge of the area and necessary directive was given to mr rohit service representative ambala city often his inspection the condition of dish washer is same and not resolved within given time, so we request to please refund the amount of dishwasher or take the complaint resolved at the earliest, without any further harasment to the family.

                i am deeply unsatisfied with ifb washing machine,I brought ifb senorita in 2010,and it was lying as a 100kg useless box for 18 days no one came for installation,on the 18th day a man came with a big bag,

                He told us to buy products worth 5,000 which includes a washing powders ,salt water filter etc and he told that the tube is not long enough to connect to the water tube so he gave another 2000 rs bill to give a new pipe which we brought because there was no other option,he came after next 5 days and fixed it

                as per the working,the machine never washes the cloth,cleaning,performance is useless

                after two years(warranty period is 4 years) the machine is not working we informed to the customer care,he promised to sent a technician in 24 hrs but now its the 4 day from complaint

                so this is the worst product i have brought on my whole life

                IFB WASHING MACHINE — Machine is not functioning

                The IFB washing maching executive model was purchased 5 years back, and after the company's warranty period got over, we had entered into AMC, which means, the company should visit the costumer atleast once in two months. But, even after complaining that, the machine is not working for the past one month, there is no one attending the complaint. Every time I call the service center, they say, yes, i am sending now madam, but, no one has yet appeared.
                So irritating and the feeling of being cheated is frustrating.
                The new washing machine which we have taken is not working .
                Please rectify the problem as soon as posible.

                After 4 long month struggling from IFB service center and not having appropriate response to the complaint is major problem that IFB need to deal with. The machine was bought in 2008 and it is not functioning properly and creating odd sounds when the washing is in process.

                Am quite sure this IFB washing machine is proved to be a BIG failure and the service people are proven ridiculous and got fed up of their attitude. The area Manager is really appointed not to manage the situation whereas to obstruct the disheart the customer by not supporting them and misguide them by giving false reasons.

                Myself purchased a senator Washing machine and it underwent 16 times repairs in 3 yrs time, by last month its warranty also got expired and I have no ther way to get their support other by cash payment which will be another expensive affair and paying penalty for selecting the International band item. I have repeatedly requested to all IFB available authorities in Kerala and through their complaint number many many times. Perhaps I would have spent more than Rs 300 for telephone calls (each complaint I have done more than 5 times and the waiting time is nearly 10mts in addition to calling the local offices)and my valuable time over phone and hearing arguments of service people. Its a big punishment of buying an IFB machine and request any customer NOT TO BUY IFB MACHINES else you will loose your money and mental peace.

                Now I also have to approach the legal authorities either to get my money back or to get a new machine.

                I strongly feel that the top management of IFB may not be knowing the real happening in grass root levels. The people in lower levels are trying to defame and thus the entire IFB name will be washed away from the market no sooner also the curse of suffering people who spent their hard earned money for a junk of metal will also prove in a short time.

                IFB washing machie — stopped working after only 2 wash

                brand new IFB washing machine has stopped after only 2 washes.Repeated request to replace ment for another new machine is not having any response from the manufacturer or dealer in Coimbatore.We bought this in endof Aug installed in the beginning of September stopped on 12 th sep.

                We have purchased a IFB washing machine MODEL NO.7233 from Bhatia Electronic Lab, Rohtak(haryana) on march 2, 2009, invoice no. is 3793.But to our great disappointment it did not meet our expectations as it was found defective.We have been calling up the respective company but till date no action has been taken.

                We have already registered our complaint regarding the IFB washing machine.On may18, 2009 an engineer had arrived but the repair done was not satisfactory.The parts are not fully replaced and the replaced parts are not original.We are really fed up of complaining again and again.As from nearly last two and a half months we have been continuously complaining and till date no strict attention has been paid to this, we DONOT want to get the machine repaired.EITHER exchange the piece or we request the company to return the money paid by us to the company.

                We really need the piece to be replaced now as it has completely stopped working now.No buttons on the machine are working and we are really fed up of the IFB service.

                Last time the engineer came and repaired the machine and just after 1 day the part from bottom of the machine have came out.
                Not only this, the machine makes some funny noises as if coins are thrown into this.

                We want the machine to be replaced now.if the engineer comes now, it would be his 7th visit.

                IFB WASHING MACHINE — Service engg not replacing parts

                I have purchased serena washing machine in July 2009. In July 2010 the machine stop working. IFB service engg. told about replacement of motor and chip. But in last 15 days i am following with IFB but they are saying that motor is not available and now not responding to my call? What the hell IFB is saying they don't have motor? Is it possible?
                i have paid 4, 725 for ifb amc for replacing the spare parts in nov 2010 till now nobody has turned up inspite of several complaints.
                IFB is a number one cheating company.

                  I purchased a ifb top loading washing M/C aw 7233 in oct 2011 from company authorized dealer M/S bhagwati electronics bhiwani..since its installation it was not working properly. In nov. 2011 it was replaced. But in the new replaced M/C also has problem. This M/C removes the hook & bukels from trouser/Skirts since its installation in this regard complaints were made many a times,every time a mechanic/Engg visits & assure this will not happen next time but in vain. Now buzzer is not working & M/C is making noise while spinning. Complaints were made on customer-care as per detail given below

                  in this matter I posted e-mails on 23/09/12 , 25/09/12 , 26/09/12, 27/09/12 in response to these complaints M/C was inspected by local service engg. On 28/09/12 & he replied M/C is dead. On 29/09/12, service engg. Carried the M/C to service center & returned it on 04/10/12 with remarks that it is repaired, but at that time buzzer was not working ,service engg. Assured it will be replaced shortly.

                  I once again contacted haryana office karnal on 15/10/12 & since than I am contacting but only assurance was given but nothing done.

                  Since 17/10/12, I have been contacting mr. Mathur (rsm chandigarh) on his mobile no [protected] & through e-mail for 15 times but except standard answer he is looking into the matter & it will be replaced/Repaired very shortly but nothing has been done till today & we are facing the same problems as before in M/C like

                  1.It removes the hook & bukels.

                  2. It is making noise while spinning.

                  3. Buzzer is not working.

                  I would like to share due to design problem in the m/c, m/c removes the hook & bukels from trouser/skirts the company has recall this model from its showroom & stopped new production.

                  Hence my problem can be solved only by replacing my m/c with new model.

                    My name is Raghavendra Prasad and this is regarding to the AMC issues that I am facing for my IFB washing machine.

                    Recently I noticed a crack started developing on the outer door frame and lodged a complaint 9797093 with IFB for replacement. IFB Technician (Vijay [protected]) on checking told me that it is a Plastic item and cannot be replaced under AMC.

                    I asked him to go through the AMC contract, as there was nowhere mentioned that Plastic Items where not be covered under this AMC. But he was adamant that this part is not covered under AMC.

                    I would like to highlight that, while taking AMC; I was told that only rubber items will not be covered under it. But during attending complaint, I have been told that plastic items too are not covered it. I would also like to emphasize that there is no terms & conditions mentioned against replacement of plastic items in AMC.

                    So, I would request you to interfere in this issue and grant me this part under AMC.

                    If no action, is taken I have to approach the consumer court to sort out this issue.

                    IFB WASHING MACHINE — AMC related frauds

                    I had taken an AMC for IFB machine post continuous persuation from their service engineers. It so happned post 4 months of AMC the machine had te drum and the bearing to be replaced. I have been following with the srvice personal namely Siva, ravi ganesh, siva kumar but in vein and get only one reply that the stock is not available. We have been suffering for the past 30 days now and absolutely no response from any of them. when ever we call th service number we get a reply that they would ensure a call back by their senior officials but it does not happen. When you try reaching the above gentlemen we just get a reply stating stock is not availalbe and it would take 7 days. i have waited for 4 7 days now( month) but still the problem stands un resolved.

                    i sincerely feel that hter is spome fraud taking place in the TN region because they do not seem to give numbers of any of their higher officials.
                    In case if some one can provide a responsible persons number it would be nice.

                    Also we sincerely request geneal public to refrain from buying any of thier products since their service is horrible.

                      We possess an IFB Digital Washing Machine. It is the top of the line machine and I spent good money to purchase it. it wasn't even one year old when the hot wash stopped working. I kept running it on a shorter program hoping it might start working on its own. Finally, when it didn't get alright we lodged a complaint and a technician came over to see the machine. He told us the "heater board" would need to be changed and this would cost me app. Rs 5000/- we told him we would pay whatever it costs as long as he got us the proper bill from the company. He said he could not assure that and for that we should speak with the company franchisee for Gurgaon, Mr. Bhatnagar whose shop is located at DLF Qutab Plaza, DLF City Phase 1.

                      We called him up and his reply was that there is no way the company bill would be shown to us, we would receive only the invoice from his service centre. When we reiterated that we should not be overcharged he said the change of the heater board would cost app. Rs 2500/-. We told him to go ahead and get it changed, thereon he said we should pay him the money in advance only then would he get our complaint attended to. Even though we agreed no one came up to service our complaint.

                      After being frustrated for more than a week with a faulty machine we decided to go and meet Mr. Bhatnagar at his shop only to be shocked by the response from him. The moment we entered he started shouting at us, saying "your complaint will be attended to as and when we have the time and also make sure you give me the money in advance before I order the part". This really surprised me since we also own another IFB clothes washing machine and dish washer and whenever we've had problems with these they have been repaired without any difficulty and without paying any advance. We also own many other refrigerators and freezers of various companies which have been repaired without any difficulty. I would really appreciate if my machine could be fixed at the earliest possible.

IFBI promised me that the differential amount would be refunded to me, but last time the cheque i had received had been dishonoured .                           I purchased a fully automatic washing from IFB in Dec 2011.On August 16,2012 the machine stoped working so I lodged a complaint on 17Aug.The technician came on 18th and told that the machine will be repaired within 5 days.For the next two months the harrasment I met from IFB people is not explainable.It was only after I sent a notice to their head office at Calcutta warning them of going to the consumer court that the machine was repaired.The machine was under warranty.
                          So I request all the consumers against buying IFB products.Their service as well as the products are very inferior in quality.

                            We have our ifb washing machine in AMC contract when our contract was renewed we were given promises that all our problemes would be sorted out by the 3.10.08.
                            Later on on 8.10.08 they told us to lodge a offical complaint with the call centre. from that day till date we have been teased to the maximum, no response from Classic Enterprises in charge persons no responsible reply recd either.

                            There engineer dismantedled our machine and left in that disgusting state and said no spares are available till date .

                            We have been taken for ride by the company.

                            I have purchased a IFB top loading washing Machine WM-TL-AW6583 6.5 KG on 28 Dec 08 from Unique Enterprises D-79 Malviya Nagar New Delhi. The Machine is under warranty for 4 years. The machine became defective on 31 Jul 10. The complaint was lodged on your call center by Unique Enterprises on 02 Aug. No action was taken by the service center at Noida to attend the Machine. i lodged the complaint again with your call center on 4 Aug 10 vide ticket no 4854996. no action was still taken by Noida Sevice center to attend the machine. I got the telephone number of noida service center & made at least 20 calls.. after hat one Mr Devi Prashad came but he did not repair the machine properly. He got the service card signed saying that if the machine does not work, he may be called again. After he leff, we we tried to operate the machine but it did did not work. We informed him imediately but he is not attedind the mahine with the pretext that we have to register the call again. I register the call again with the call center with ticket no 4904377, It has been now three days no body is attendind the machine. My House No is 1219 Sector 37 Noida. tel No 4318738/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]. Request get the Machine repaired urgently. You service Machanic talk that he prefers private calls than warranty calls since he can make money.
                            I purchased sarena sx from m/s baba agencies, rakabganj, faizabad [u.p.] vide invoice no 1883dt 7 oct 2010. machine no- s/r[protected]. In jan2011it was not woking, your service engineer cheak it and told its sifon pipe is cut, but it will not create any problem and whenever he come faizabad he will replace it. since one week there is problem in spinning. we made complaint on friday, 8 april, but after many reminder my complaint was accepted on 10/4/2011 complaint no-2586670. till date it is not attended. I want to know how much time your engineer to attend complaint. I think this type of neglegency create negative image toward your product. please do the needful earliest. regards.

                            We are owning a washing machine IFB senorita and it is presently under AMC . At the time of taking AMC21/11/11 we were not told clearly that the AMC will be activated only after 45 days.If it is so why do you collect the charges for 24 month amc It is only a 22 month if the parts are replaced after 60 days.                               I have an IFB dishwasher that has been causing problems since the beginning of the year. It has been fixed a few times and I got the annual maintenance contract on 14/1/2012.

                              On September 21st, 2012, I registered a complaint that my dishwasher wasn’t working. I called several times to follow up on the same. Every time I talked, the IFB representative was polite and said someone will call within 24 hours – but alas, no one did.

                              On October 23rd, 2012, I was given a different complaint number by the representative. The earlier one had been magically resolved – even though I never got any repair person come home! Again, I have been calling repeatedly to find out the status of the complaint – but to no avail.

                              I am also being told that I should contact the service center directly at other numbers: Franchisee owner (Nagasai): [protected] and Dasbagir: [protected]. First, I don’t know why I should call them directly since IFB is supposed to do this. In any case, I called them repeatedly – but their phone either seems to be turned off or busy.

                              In the meantime, my dishwasher has been in a non-working condition for over 2 months now. And remember, I paid for the annual maintenance contract which I don’t see the value of – at all.

                              IFB Customer Service Sucks big time. I am extremly pissed by the way complaints are dealt at IFB Hydrabad center. Its been 5 days that I have lodged a complaint for uninstalling my washing machine and I have made not less then 40 calls to IFB custoner care center which I believe is in Hydrabad and have spoken to 3 supervisor after asking not less than 10 agents to transfer the call. I spoke to Sachin 1st who commited me that me concern will be resolved at the earliestbut nothing happened. Then I spoke to Ravi who said he will speak to the Area Manager and will call me back but never called back. Then I spoke with Amit another supervisor, he put me on a conference call with Mr Chanchal who is now again asking me to wait for another day before my machine can finally be resolved. Also at the very last moment when I was speaking to Mr. Chanchal I was told that I will have to pay some charges to uninstall the machine. WTF???? I I was to pay any amount for installing the machine why was I not told about it in these 5 days?? If anyone from IFB is reading this please take a note of it and ensure that the agents and the supervisors live upto the reputation of your company and help you build your brand.

                              As of now all I can say is that this has been my worst experience with any customer service center.

                              My compaint is still in the pending list and I am sure it will remain in the same list. I am contemplating to get my machine installed by my electrician I am sure he will do a better job.

                              The problem is not with IFB product but with the center dealing with the after sales service, which sucks big time
                              I Purchased the IFB Elite SX5.5 KG washing machine Bearing Sl. No. 001668 from M/s Sony Electronics, Chandanagar, Hyderabad in 2010. There was a complaint after 2/3 months of receipt of this machine about Abnormal noise. IFB service personnel attended rectified temporarily. again same was repeated after 2 months. again complained and there was temp. correction. Every time I complain the service personnel interested in selling accessories/Bi products of IFB . Almost all accessories including IFB water additional filter which was recently purchased. Now this time I registered a complaint on 08.10.12 ref. No. 10161249, my customer Id. 2471915. service person visited after 10 days of my complaint, said bearing failed, m/c needs to take to the workshop and confirmed that the service people will come and take the m/c to work shop and it may cost Rs. 600 for transport. today 28.10.12, even after repeated calls to IFB toll free customer care, work shop and visited service person there is no response. Area service head Mobile no. and land line no. [protected] an[protected] seems to be always in switched off condition.
                              Even after repeated same complaint the problem was not rectified permanently and it lead to now total machine breakdown since 18 days.
                              I request you to kindly forward this complaint to concerned authority. I would be great full to you if you can arrange for replacement of the machine with new one. I totally and really got frustrated with this machine.

                                The drain pipe of our IFB Dishwasher has failed and not functioning for the last ten days. In spite of repeated complaints to the concerned service provider and the service section of the company, they are not in a position to replace the simple drain hose and make the machine ready. It is pathetic service from the company. I don't recommend any IFB products to anyone in spite of their brand value and superior technology.

                                  I Won't recommend any1 to go with this brand.
                                  These guys r selling piece of scrap/junk and charging us so much.

                                  Pathetic service support...Its been more than 2 months now since we are requesting them to send some engineer to check the problem with the Washing M/C(Scrap)....and since then no1 have visited.
                                  Have purchased the scrap only 8 months back and been out of order 2wice since then.
                                  These guys r not having even simple parts with them to replace.
                                  Please Please Please guys....Please don't purchase anything from IFB.
                                  The quality of each product is very very bad...and the worst thing is their engineer will not take pain to even visit your house...they hardly care. Moreover they don't even have the components/parts to replace.

                                  Recommended not to waste your hard earned money to purchase the scrap/junk from them...its better to wash by your hand but not waste ur money in investing in IFB(selling junk to you).

                                  I do agree to above points of the customer. Service is very pathetic in Chennai also. Every time i book complaint engineer does not turn on time and the response of service agency is also not proper. No one is taking responsibility and I-Matrix who is the service contract agency which takes care in my region. Each and every time it is the same way. Even Service Manger's also does not provide proper answers.

                                  I Strongly suggest every customers not to opt for IFB washing machines.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    We have recently purchased a dishwasher from IFB. It was delivered in 2 days, on third day IFB service person came to demo it. He sold Rs9000/- worth products of IFB (like detergents, salts etc...), switched on the machine and left. The machine never stopped, though the timer shows 64 mins left it continued to run for more than 2 hours. We called the service center again, after a chain of calls the person appeared after 2 days and confirmed there is an issue with the machine and left. Next day he confirmed we will get a replacement. Its been 5 days after that we didn't get the replacement and the service center folks stopped picking the calls.

                                    I would request the top management to settle the issue as soon as possible and earnestly request to get rid of these lazy .

                                    Please...stop making fool of people. Being in service industry in such a stiff competition in market..how you guys can avoid listening to your customer.
                                    Havn't you people have heard of word of mouth communication??
                                    This is the worst brand/service i have ever used...Its been 2 months since i am requesting your regional customer support people, engineers, supervisors to please send som1 to correct the problem with the piece of SCRAP lying at my home...but to my surprise no1 have visited till now...and have closed my complaint saying that no1 was at home...on asking they give us a reply that part is not available...
                                    Want to ask you guys 1 thing...that if you guys r not having enough confidence in your products...service support is too poor...parts are not available then why the hell are you selling the scrap here????/
                                    I have already started recommending all my friends and colleagues and also have mentioned on twitter and facebook about the suffering...
                                    Its the WORST BRAND with POOREST customer Support i have ever experience...and will not let others to face the same.

                                    Pathetic service support...Its been more than 2 months now since we are requesting them to send some engineer to check the problem with the Washing M/C(Scrap)...and since then no1 have visited.
                                    Have purchased the scrap only 8 months back and been out of order 2wice since then.
                                    These guys r not having even simple parts with them to replace.

                                    In continuation to my complaint after a week, which the service center folks proudly claimed to be very fast service, I got replacement for my new IFB dishwasher. Then after 4 days of hassle the service agent came for demo. The machine worked for exactly 3 days and again the same problem. Till now more than a week we are waiting for the service agent to have a look at the machine to figure out the problem - no clue how long would it take for further processing.

                                    I am really surprised if IFB is really a brand in dishwashers. Such PATHETIC QUALITY IN PRODUCT AND SERVICE.

                                      washing machine door is not close properly and water not drained after wash and after spin cloths are with soap water to be attended ( My AMC recept No: 20831
                                      My ID us 3561964 I have given a complained regarding washing machine heater and drain line leaking on24/9/2012 C.No 958006and they send one technician he attended but heater is always on line. I did descaling as per technician advice . I informed the concern person and I give one more complied on 10/10/2012 C.No 9681302 he came and he changed the thermostat and door lock but door lock is not properly locking.At the same time after washing soap water is not darning and after spinning water is inside the machine and cloth is not dried

                                      I bought IFB washing machine some 7years back. registered mbl.no. is [protected] in the name of G. Umachandran

                                      but last month I faced some problems, since the machine is out of warranty I contacted your authorized service centre, they sent service people from Sai Meera services. instead of worst service attended by them, I paid Rs. 400/- . Next day service person Name Mr. Kalai Mbl no.[protected] has come from Sri Kailash Enterprises, Valasaravakkam Chennai

                                      He received cheque of Rs. 6000 in the name of IFB industries for AMC on 24th Nov'16.. still now no response..

                                      Please intervene and solve the issue immediately.

                                        I have purchased Top loaded Automatic washing machine model AW7201RB at Rohini /Delhi on 13.07.2012 .After one month the steel drum is scratching the sides and stopped suddenly After my complaint One representative (phone No [protected]) visited and decides to change the four RODs connecting the drum.he has replaced the rods and the Noise was reduced to some extent He has not made any invoice,Job cards or any statement..

                                        Now at Oct Excessive Noice is cumming and taking less water during the Rinse My complaint No. is 10146447 .there is No response from IFB since 20 days I am not satisfied with the machine and service.
