THEY LOGGED MY CALL AND GAVE ME A COMPLAINT NO. 8555276. AND TOLD ME THAT MY PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED WITHIN 24 HRS. I purchase this IFB Serena Sx model from Deekay electronics, Ghumar Mandi, Ludhiana on 31/12/11. Its main button for on/off is giving trouble. It gets automatically off while in running condition. I have tried calling IFB centre at[protected], but of no use as the phone is most of the time off or no body answers it. Kindly help.
