dear Sir/Madam,
we have been your customer for many many years. we take our AMC every year with the company through your representative. on 03/05/2010 we called your toll free number[protected] regarding a complaint. we were given the USER ID 803738 and complaint No. 4464149 stating that they will send a service engineer towards that. promptly nexd day an engineer came - diagnosed the problem - assured to come with some spares to replace and rectify on the subsequent day. but to our surprise none turned up for more than 15 days. we kept on calling the toll free No. and other contact numbers given by them. but no response at all. at last on 21/05/2010 another engineer came and diagnosed differently - again assuring to return back with some spares he left. there after no response at all till date. we are finding it extremely difficult to forego AMC and look for some alternative. under the circumstances kindly guide as to the next course of action whether the problem will be solved? or should we resort to the consumer redressal mechanism as the last resort? it is very strange when people are after us for the AMC - and going away from us during crisis. how long will it take bring the replacement parts? kindly explain to us please.

Annual Maintainance Contract still no service
I have given Annual Maintainence Contract no.215439 dated 16/11/2010 for my IFB washing machine SENTER 6 KGS for paying them annual Charges. Now after 1 month, IFB Industries Ltd had taken AMC from me, my WASHING MACHINE has not been functioning. I have registered the complaint with the company ON 24/08/2012 but they are not repairing my MACHINE oven saying that micro oven was not working at the time of taking AMC.If the micro oven was not working, why have the taken AMC for the faulty machine. By taking AMC is for two years going to expire on 15/11/2012 but after numerous no. of complaint to MR. Prabhat/Ms. Geetanjali/ Ms. ABHA and Mr.RAVI-Owner of SURYA CARE (GEETA COLONY) but nobody has
responed to get the resolve my problem. what is the reason behind that it s beyond my thinking. Please advice what to do now.

Kindly treat this matter very urgent.

    I lodged complaint on or around 10-5-10, regarding washing machine hardware is burst causing drum punctured, concrete blocks broken and causing loud noise and clothes getting soiled, so the machine is not in use since then. Experienced ridiculous response from franchisee as well as authorised dealer, I complained on customer [protected]@ifbglobal.com but no concrete action taken.

    Difficult to fathom that within 3 years of purchase such fault may surface and may cost Rs 7000/- against purchase price of Rs 14000/-.

    My plea with them is IFB should replace the faulty hardware without any cost.

      Pathetic Customer Service

      I Bought IFB Microwave Oven from M/s Bansal Electronics Samana Distt. Patiala Punjab during the 2nd week of December 2009 and hardly used. Suddenly it was not working and I called service center many times and they said service personnel will come today but nobody has ever turned up and nobody care about the call.
      The product is very much in warranty period. I even mail my complaint to the IFB customer care but got no response from there untill now.

      IFB Electronics — Pathetic Customer Service

      I seem to have made the biggest mistake by buying a product from IFB. Something went wrong with it and its been 1 week and no one is ready to come and service it, I have made more than 50 calls. When I called the service center (Antek services) last time today, they were rude and said, "do whatever you can we will not service it!!"
      This is hieghts. DONT EVER BUY AN IFB PRODUC I SWEAR!

        I had initially thought that IFB is a customer oriented firm and bought IFB washing machine and Microwave Owen for a price of Rs. 35000/-. I have now realized that IFB is totally fraud company luring its customers to pay every year on annual maintenance contract and never living up to terms and agreements. IFB has outsourced its services to Sriram soultions, where agents don't know nothing other than scewing up working appliances and selling their accessories at exorbitant prices. I have spent another Rs. 4000/ on IFB accessories as Sri Ram solution agents informed me that my Washing Machine will not work for a longer period if I do not add the accessories. Only to know that I was cheated by some crap agents who earn their living by selling these accessories. Recently, I paid Rs. 800 as AMC fees to IFB for my contract on Microwave and the fees were just notional. My microwave is sitting with no use from past 2 months and every time IFB/Sri Ram agent visits my house he screws up my Microwave even more. I was given a contact number of IFB senior officer: Mr Srinivas who doesn't pick up any calls. Its a real shame that a company like IFB with great stature is so hopeless and sells worthless products at exorbitant prices. Their service is totally crap and I know for a fact that Samsung and LG offer great products and services at lower prices. My friend who had bought Samsung WM and MO with me is enjoying, as the products didn't even had slightest problems. Please do not buy IFB products as it is total worthless and piece of crap.

        Viewers who were reading this articles dont think it as rumours.its all true.Even i experience the same issue with IFB senorita WM.There is no proper response when we called the customer care.we didnt have any different thought regarding the product, product is fine but its the service that matters.IFB needs to address this issue otherwise they will lose valuable IFB customers.

          My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in chennai.In spite of the repeated request from the month of November2009, the services person had come once and checked up and informed that the bearing has gone and need to be replaced, he assured that it will be attaned with 3 to 4 days, till to day (14/05/2010) no action has been taken to rectify.Now the washing mechine is in complet stand still.My AMC expire in the month of August 2010, and they have collected the next AMC contract payment also, which start from August 2010.In spite of my reapeted calling Mr.Ravi Ganesh of IFB chennai, he is not responding to the calls.Also your authorised service agent M/S Classic Enterprises Mr. Guru is not attending to my telephone calls I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude.No hogher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal.The last resort should be the consumer court.

          ifb digital washing machine 7kg — Not responding from 14 days

          I had register a complaint on 11th of sept. 2009, on the same day the Executive came,his mobile no. [protected] and said later on, i will come with my "Senior"but he did not respond me, after I contact to Mr. Jagat Chand on [protected] he said "i will solve u r problem" but he did not respond me and not pick my phone. After a week, I talked to Mr.Melon chand dola on [protected], after talking to him he switched off his mobile.
          So, i request u to take necessary action against them and try to solve my problem as soon as possible.

            i have been complaining about the worst wash quality of the ifb washing machine to the ifb officials. some have come to attend the complaint, but no solution. every they come they say some techinical problem, they attend the problem but no white wash of the clothes. recently, about 20 days back, one engineer has taken the sample of the banian which has turned its colour from white to blackish white. on enquiry they say that the sample banian is sent to the factory to analsyse .till today they is no response.

            i am fed up with the machine and its wash quality. can they exchange the machine to that of my choice or refund the cost of the ifb machine that i have purchased.

            Hi,

            I am also having IFB washing machine and facing the same problem. White clothes are turning black blackish white in colour. I thought it is due to hardness of water biut reading this same complaint .. i think this is some technical problem in washing machine.

            IFB should look into this as this is really major problem.
            I face exactly the same problem. The IFB machine ruins white clothes by turning their colour into greyish white. When I called the customercare guy, he sold me a box of lime mixture or something which he recommended with every wash. Besides being expensive, the mixture is of no use and the colour still gets spoilt. There is some design flaw in the IFB machines. I feel cheated because most of my shirts are white used for office.

              Poorest Quality, Highest Inefficiency and Awful Customer Service – synonyms for IFB?

              Our Customer Care Ref No: 1564771

              I bought IFB Washing Machine Executive Plus, 5Kg, Frontload model from Next Retail Shop, 4th Block, Jayanagar, Bangalore on 17/08/2008 though Bill No: 629305. Some technician on the name of IFB came and installed it.

              The hell of problems that we had to face:
              1. With in a Week itself, it started making heavy noise and shaking and skidding away the platform during spinning. When complained, after Two days, some technician came and told us to our shocking that the earlier technician did not install the machine properly. When we asked how come the other technician does not know how to install a washing machine when he came to install the machine? No proper response.

              2. With in a few days, another problem – spinning is not proper and clothes are still wet even after a full spin at 40C. The irony of complaining and chasing started. After 4-5 days, some technician came and tried to do some repair. He checked drum, water connection, heater etc and could not understand which was causing the problem. Finally he left saying that you do spinning Two times !!

              3. Then in two weeks time, door lock problem started. Again chasing…finally technician came and said us that he did not have the right spare part and he put a temporary part. After a near week, after some chasings, temporary part was replaced with a so called proper one.

              4. Again in a few days, heavy thundering noise during spinning. Multiple calls to customer care and as usual no response. When I finally got hold of the lady manager and told her that I would approach Consumer Court, she sent one so called senior technician with a spare. Though knowing the model of my machine that guy brought so called Next Generation Tub and replaced the damaged one with this INCOMPATIBLE tub saying that right part was not available. First of all, how come in less than 1.5 yrs, a tub can go bad if IFB is not using the poorest material? Further, how come knowingly a service person fit an Incompatible tub?

              5. Because of the incompatible front and back parts of the tub, all small clothes are getting stuck and torn into pieces. Even the water outlet is also got choked. Again, the nasty complaint chain and chasing the customer care with several calls on multiple days…the technician came finally and removed all torn cloth pieces from the filter and admitted that it was all due to the gap between the incompatible front and rear parts of the tub !!

              6. Again the marathon of chasing customer care, so called managers and the business managers to get the repair done with a proper tub replacement. These reckless guys never bothered to respond to our calls. Finally, the so called business manager told me in his second call that he would get back to me in a couple of days on the repair plan – this happened in Feb’10. So far neither a call nor any feedback.

              7. A few ref no’s of the huge complaint list: 37xxxx/2009, 384735/2009, 4086950/2010, 4112244/2010, 4158963/2010, 4216614/2010, 4250927/2010 and so on.

              8. Some of the technicians visited: Jagan, Kiran, Srinivas etc

              9. Some of ineffective managers talked: Purnima, Govindaraj, Michael


              In summary, my experience with IFB:
              • Cheating customers with the poorest quality products
              • No response to customer calls and complaints
              • Highly inefficient manpower with inadequate training and spares


              I request the IFB Senior Management to look into the above my complaint and take immediate action by
              • Either replace the machine with a new one
              • Or Refund the money full and take away their useless machine


              Look forward to having an earliest resolution.

                I am Pavithra from Chengalpet the user of IFB Automatic Washing Machine, my machine is under warranty. Last Wednesday I suited a complaint to the customer service ( Ticket No: 1682510, Complaint No: 4469730 ). In call centre representative told the service will be done with in 48hrs. It is hardly one week nobody has turned up till date.

                I rang up to the service man, they said there is non availiablity of service man. We always undergo the same problem. Nobody is responsible. I think the IFB APPLIANCES has a good reputation and do not spoil it b’cos of Customer service. Please do the need as earlier as possible.

                I made a complaint a week ago.Till date they say that they will be coming but none turned up.The service is very bad in Tiruppur.

                I have purchased IFB Washing Machine on 21.03.2010 at 6.30 pm and paid full payment at RK Electronics, Chandanagar, Hyderabad-50. The sales person told that, he will delivere the washing machine at 7.00 pm on the same day. My house is very near to the Shop. Hardly it takes 10-15 minutes. He later called me and told he will deliver on next day at 7.00pm & service person also will be attending with the machine it self.

                On next day i have called the sales person and told him to deliver at 5.30 pm. He agreed for it. I waited untill 7.00pm and called the sales person. He told that he will be sending the machine within 5 minutes.

                Finally, i received the machine at 8.00pm but no service person attended. I have kept on calling all the persons i.e sales as well as service persons. All of them replied positively. I waited till 10.00 pm but in vain.

                This is the service we are receiving from IFB Sales and Service persons.

                Please look into the matter and advice the concern appropriately.

                My IFB Washing not working fror the past 10 days. I made a complaint on 17 May 2010. After that I contact every day yor customer care but in vain.

                This is the final call. If the complaint is not attended before 25 May 2010 morning here after I will not make complaint but I will move to Consumer court.

                  A person "Mr. Rajeev Agrawal" is sending emails to students to deposit Rs. 6,250 in trturn for their interviews for a position in IFB Industries Ltd.

                  I spoke to company officials, taking contacts from NSE website:[protected], they confirmed that This is a fraud commited by this unkknown person, and will lodge a IFR against the person.

                  This Person "Mr Rajeev Agrawal" give his mobile number as - [protected], [protected]. He speaks and lies to candidate. Moreover they have given a personal account number in the name of some Mr Ajay Kumar Gupta. A/C No. [protected]..which is also a fraud account number to cheat innocent students/citizens looking for job.

                  I request, people to make call to IFB officem and can confirm the same case of farud, which i am wirting here.

                  yes, I have also received this mail.. this is absolutely a fake mail...
                  This is 5 time in row, after sansui, intex, HCL, this guys are committing organized crime by cheating students. Once you send them money, they never respond back to you.

                  Hints to catch their crime:
                  1) There are hardly any recruitment charge a company can take - as per company act.
                  2) Accounts numbers are personal..not the official company accounts
                  3) No correlation in phone number and address..for example in this case, corporate offcie in kolkutta, recruitment in pune, phone number is of bangalore and address given in mail is of new delhi.

                  4) always check with official website/official company person taken from their site or if company is public listed their phone numbers are on NSE website too.

                  5) IF you find fake mail, never delay to post the incident/mail to save other students precious time and money

                  6) Any one who found should spread awareness to nab out unethical plan of this fake fraud guys like rajeev/sanjeev they appear in any name.

                    I live in Delhi and have an AMC with IFB and complained at the number given in AMC form when the machine stopped working. The workmen came the next day and diagnosed the cause to be a motor fault saying they will be back next day as the motor needed to be replaced. This meant that one day of office work was already lost. However, they did not turn up next day and on calling number 25776208 we were told that the motor is not in stock. On insistence that we be provided with a motor as soon as possible as we had already taken a day off to attend to the initial visit, we were told to dial another number [protected]. A lady called Ankita at this number told us the same story, that a motor is not available but that it will be changed the next day in the morning part. When it did not arrive this morning, meaning third day of waiting for the workman to come and set the machine right, we rang this number repeatedly till it was picked up. We were again told that the motor is not in stock but she will see to it that it will be done today itself. Now it is 7.15 in the evening and I have to take a fourth day off tomorrow, hoping the workman with the motor will come.

                    We don't know for how long we have to keep ringing and waiting -- we are simply told again and again the motor is not in stock! Whose responsibility is to make sure that spare parts are kept in stock? Why are these people not pulled up by the Company so that instead of making false promises they provide us efficiently with the spare parts. I am not going to renew the contract -- it is a waste of money and I feel really cheated at having spent so much money on it year after year and then being harassed like this.                       Dear sir,



                      I have purchased IFB Micowave oven-Model 25 PGIS s.no 2508/03/17003 VIDE INVOICE NO:HYD NO SVR/783/09-10 dated 18/08/2009.

                      I have paid cash Rs6545 on 12/08/2009( receipt no:454) at IFB Stock point Vijayawada.

                      since it is purchased i am facing lot of difficulties:-



                      1.After I purchased unit even for the demo of the unit the people did not cooperate in spite of repeated request they came in the night of 22/08/2009
                      and hurriedly left -advising to call again if problem comes.

                      2.For some time we were at Chennai leaving unit in our house at Vijayawada.

                      3.After we returned from Chennai i made several calls but the result is negative- only empty promises that men will be sent shortly

                      4.At last i telephone to toll free number and registered my request.

                      5.Action started for this call and one person mr Ravindra telephoned and asked the problem over phone we told him rice is not properly boiled.
                      He gave instructions to increase the time etc etc.I strongly objected about his service over phone and asked him to come in person and examine the unit.

                      6.He came and cooked the rice(not upto the mark) and argued not more that this stage rice cannot be cooked softly in IFB Microwave oven.

                      7.He challenged and gave the cell number of mr venkatagiri chief trainer and advised to contact him, accordingly I have contacted him and gave cordless phone
                      to MR Ravindra- and I am simultaneoulsy hearing at the other phone.I have told venkatagiri about the problem.He suggested to MR Ravindra to change the
                      Part Called MAGNATRON and try while informing me that IFB microwave oven is the topmost brand in market and also assured that problem will be rectified
                      If MAGNATRON is chnaged.

                      8.After the phone conversation Mr ravindra asked me to sign th paper as he having attended the complaint.I refused to sign ans asked when is he going to change the
                      Part Called MAGNATRON.He got angry and told stock is not available with out verifying from office.Immediately I have telephone to MR Venkatagiri and told the
                      same thing .MR Venkatagiri warned MR ravindra not to behave in a such a manner with the customers and adviced once again to change the MAGNATRON in a couple of days.

                      9.On 04/03/2010 one MR Vasu a technician of IFB stock point Came along with the godown keeper MR NAJARAIAH and another technician ramkrishna.He Changed the
                      MAGNATRON and cooked Rice the result is as it was earlier with NO IMPROVEMENT.He telephoned to MR Venkatagiri and conveyed the fact.At this point MR Venkatagiri adviced
                      me to speak to MR Ramkrishna(Service Manager) for redressal of my grievance.By replacing the unit.

                      10.I telephone to MR ramakrishna service manager who told me that he heard everything and promised that he will put up a note to his higher official for a
                      Complete replacement of the unit and advised to wait for some time.

                      11.Subsequently when I followed up the matter with Service manager MR Ramakrishna about the replacement of the unit.For this he told me that he is deputing
                      MR Vasu Technician of Vijayawada stock point and CHEF Mrs Bhavani along with a demo unit of IFB convention model of microwave oven for testing and cooking
                      of rice properly.

                      12.MR Vasu and Bhavani came and made another trail to cook rice in our microwave oven (grill model).
                      Suprisingly the unit while in usage automatically switched off--- as supply of power inside got cutoff as told by MRVasu.He explained his helpless ness
                      and almost opend the entire unit and refixed the unit by struggling long time ,after re assembling they cooked rice,pop corn and ground nuts-none of the
                      three were properly cooked/fried
                      Mrs Bhavani and vasu made another attempt to cook rice in the conventional model of demo unit brought by them the result is some what better
                      than earlier. All this matter has been reported by MR vasu to service manager from our phone and MR Ramakrishna (Service Manager) told me that he will issue
                      orders shortly for replacement of the unit either Grill model or conventional model as to my Choice and advised to wait.

                      13.Suprisingly after some days MR venkatagiri came over here that is on 22/03/2010 and inspected the unit he also cooked the rice by increasing the time of power supply.
                      The result is as earlier.He told me rice cannot be cooked more than this stage in the grill model and advised me to take the conventional model by paying the
                      Difference of price if any--- since some improvement observed in cooking of rice in conventional model.I have agreed for his proposal and asked him to issued orders
                      while informing that i purchased IFB unit in spite of availability of same product of other companies in the market.He told IFB is the first leader of
                      Microwave ovens in market and assured to solve the problem early.He also told that his company policy is customer SATISFACTION.

                      14.Further no response from anybody.When I made a cell phone call from my mobile as well as from my land phone to ramkrishna(Service
                      Manager)cell--
                      He disconnected the call with out attending itseeing my numbers.I made a trial from my friend cell phone to ramakrishna cell.Now he answered the call and told me
                      neither he can replace the unit nor change the unit model-only he can help in servicing.
                      Some heated arguments happened between us and told him --servicing the unit in warranty period is not a FAVOUR FROM HIM.And once again requested
                      to replace the unit or change of the model .

                      He then told he has to put up notes to different departments either for replacement or for change of model and said it is NOT POSSIBLE and
                      advised to contact the sales officials at the place where I purchased the unit.
                      When I asked him why he made promises all the while-- He disconnected the phone connection.

                      I have even contacted Mr Raghuram Sales manager who also promised to wait for sometime for change of the unit/model.Here it should be noted that every
                      official are accepting,promising but not putting up their words.


                      15. SIR ,

                      I) Is it a sin that I have done---Purchasing IFB MICROWAVE unit?????
                      II) At the time of taking delivery of the unit at your vijayawada godown--- I expressed to MR Najariah to open the cartoon and show me the piece,
                      for this he told many replies such as the unit came from hyderabad with a special invoice as some some cash dicount was given by MR Raghuram(Sales Manager)
                      here I have to inform that your godown building owner is my close friend - He ,who told MR raghu ram to give some concession at the time of payment
                      that is on 12/08/2009.The unit was delivered after some one weeks time saying invoice has to come from hyderabad.
                      III) I completely doubt that and it is very much clear that the unit delivered to me is HIGHLY old and Defective/Demo/USED model of 2003(which is almost 7
                      years back model.serial number is 2508/03/17003.
                      IV) I made number of trials to ascertain your postal address but no body answered
                      V) NOW I REQUEST YOU TO DO JUSTICE EITHER BY

                      1. A complete refund of Money paid by me by taking back the unit.

                      (OR)

                      2.By replacing with a new conventional model unit by collecting the difference of price if any.


                      I hope,IFB being the leading company with a different electronic products in market SHALL NOT ALLOW ITS CUSTOMERS TO SUFFER LIKE THIS TYPE OF TORTURE

                      IFB — IFB MICRO OVEN is not working from demo time........

                      on 11th april, 2009 i buy a IFB microoven from DASS elctronics, delhi. on 14th company representative came for demo, but its found faulty.'START' button is not activated.Company guy can't understand the problem.
                      this is unnessecary harament.

                        We are very sorry to inform you that we are not able to receive any sort of service from IFB for the IFB Washing Machine we have purchased. I have taken their product with lots of expectation and pride, but i am really frustrated with the response from their end.

                          Complain - Machine is not Spinning.
                          Complaint No 4430074.
                          Complaint Lodged on 26.04.2010.
                          Attended on 26.4.2010.
                          On the same day Technician Mr. Sameer informed that the Timer has to be replaced. He
                          changed the Timer and said that its working now. We also signed a service contract
                          and charged a total amount of 6000/- Rs. But the very next day (27-Apr-10) again the Machine
                          stopped spinning. Till date nothing is done.
                          Now, i am doing the follow up from last one week but the reason they are saying is
                          "No motor is available with IFB". Is it true that IFB has a shortage of motors? Did
                          company stopped manufacturing IFB washing machine...?
                          Still now i was feeling very proud to be a owner of IFB m/c but now i feeling to
                          discard this and go for some other brand.
                          My machine is under AMC.Before AMC the IFB personals made all sorts of service
                          guarentee etc etc just to take the payments and make fools o[censored]s (customers). I have
                          been repetedly calling the Service Engineer and he gave numbers of somebody called
                          Suresh Pujari (Service Manager) [protected] and told that he is incharges of Mumbai
                          regions. But he is also not responding making fool o[censored]s by giving reasons. But from
                          last two days he is not answering the call.
                          I hope somebody senior official from IFB read my letter and send some technician to
                          rectify the fault at earliest.

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Vidya Nigam purchased IFB microwave model 25SC2 from Sawhney electronics ,Shop no.8 ,Awwa shopping complex command canteen , lucknow on 23rd Nov 2008.
                              Until last month it was working fine , when one day i suffered a painful electric shock ...Following this , the very next day i lodged a complaint at IFB customer care lucknow, which was actually attended after one month..On 2nd April , IFB technician Mr. Anand arrived and checked the system and informed that he has attended the fault and will not occur again , when asked about the problem he could not explain us and simply said that is not our concern and charged us rupeees 167 towards servicing fee. serial no. 3452.A couple of days after, same happened to my granddaughter, following this incident i called up the same technician who refused to come over ..I , then lodged a complaint again at customer care : My customer id : 1695000 , complaint no : 4420544..Its already been more than two weeks and no body has attended the fault , thus jeopardising my family safety ..Would request , either get the set replaced or fix up the problem peramnently..

                                Complain registered for non-working microwave on April 19, 2010 (ID: 1409178, Complain No.: 4402727). Service person visited and said that front switch panel needs replacement which will be done in 2 days. Service charge was also taken. Service person never came back for replacing front switch panel. On enquiry in customer service it was found that fault was closed without consulting us.

                                  IFB SENORITA DX — repeated breakout

                                  I purchased this machine a year back, in last one year most of the key part are changed, now from last 2 month machine is repeatdly having a issue of weight ( making loud noise) and not working. I had made a complaint mant times to customer care but they revert back after 4-5 days where they say somebody will visit in 24 hours, after 5 days when engineer visits he will say this part is required which is not in stock it will take 1 week or so( knowing the fact I am in NCR, they don't have stock in NCR).
                                  so in past 2 month my machine was fully dead for 50 days.
                                  I tried reaching out Lucknow, Ghaziabad office but not a good response.

                                  Need help to get this machine replaced. my machine is under warrenty and I had also paid for 4 year extended warrenty.

                                  IFB SENORITA DX — Money charged by IFB company person who came for installation & Demo

                                  I bought IFB Senorita DX 5.5kg two weeks back & shop dealer told that IFB technician will come to my house for installation & demo.. They came & installed but asking money for their service.. I'm not satisfied with it.. So i want to know is it the formal procedure for them to charge money for installation.. I itself take incharge to give electrical connectons & water inlet & outlet connections... They came just to show demo but charging money for it. Is it correct or not..?????

                                  I have bought IFB/SENORITA DX from Nelloor Home appliances Thodupuzha,Kerala on 28-august 2009.I called the service man many times for its installation.Inatead of reapeated calls and in person they have not yet consider our requirement since the date of purchase.What has to be done for using your product.Hoping that all the services will consider seriously for the customer satisfaction.

                                    Very worst customer service by ifb in chennai. They even turn back.

                                    We are using ifb washing machine and the machine is in extended waranty we paid 1500 rs for that.

                                    15 days before we face an issue. The water was not drained out. We contact custom no [protected] and we registered a compliant. We clearly mention the issue (I. E water was not drained out). They rasied a compliant number and promise send the service...

                                    I bought IFB washing machine on 2008. Till now i registered n number of complaints..while washing clothes its making noise like a running train. 6 months back its started leaking & i gave a complaint...after following up for nearly 7 days the so called service centre people changed some part & told like everything is fine..but the problem didnt rectified...when ever we are using it still water leaking...10days back i given another complaint..after 3 days only the service center people came & told like gas cut near the front door is damaged & need to change..after that no response from them..even i called several times to service center & customer care people..till now i didnt got proper response from them... I did a big mistake by opting such a worst brand IFB. Machine is not good...service is worst...but cost is more.

                                      Iam hina tejwani from east of kailash .I have bought the machine from Unique Electronic ,central market just four months before only and in just these four month my machine had start giving me the problem and this is the fourth time it again not working .now i am constantly requesting IFB company that please replacsd it so that i should not face problem any more .After spending 20000/- rupees iam not satisfied.You please consider this request.

                                      IFB washing machine{AW7233} — false promises

                                      Dear Sir/ Maam
                                      I am Hina Tejwani Staying in east of kailash bought a fully atomatic machine of IFB,model AW 7233 from unique electronic,central market lajpat nagar just four months back only from the very first month only the machine is not functioning properly after 20 phone call they agreed on replacement but its my bad luck they again have delivered even i can say worse peice to my place and got spoil within a week i had been approaching constantly to the company and they have sended wrong PCB twice which was not functioning .The area sales manager Mrs Ankita promising me from the last fifteen days that she will replace the machine but now they are blaiming that your tank level is not correct or your socket is not ok.Earlier the sr.technician had come to survey and he did not find any kind of flaws either in socket or in water connection.he was himself said that the PCB dilivered fron company is not ok tested and finally now company is refusing to change and neither they are mending it .Its my hardend money i dont have a legacy to benequeth .Please sir/maam i hope you will do something for me.
