It is extremely unfortunate that IFB does not value its loyal customers, nor, does it respect our over a decade old association. My recent experience with your services has made me reconsider my decision of opting for IFB over other well deserving competitors of yours.

i MADE THE COMPLAINT ABOUT THE WATER LEAKING FROM THE WASHING MACHINE ONE AND HALF MONTH BEFORE AFTER CONITINOUS PRESSURE ON THE COMPANY TOLL FREE NUMBER ONE TECHINCIAN CAME AND SPOTTED FAULT AND NOTED THAT THE REQUIRED SAPRE PARTS. NOW MORE THAN 30 DAYS OVER HE DID NOT COME BACK EVEN WE CALL HE USED TO SAY YOUR SPARE PARTS YET TO COME FROM THE COMPANY.

I have been using IFB since 1990, and have had always difficulty in getting adequate response from the service centres authorised by IFB. This time too, my complaint no 3312234, registered on 29th july is still not responded. The personel at chembur, mumbai service centre dont respond properly. Have been calling daily. i was under their AMC last year, when i complained of my machine vibrating. they sent different mechanics every now and then...

I have a IFB Microwave Oven 20SC2, bought Dec 2007, i had paid 6500 rs.
After 18 months it has stopped working and technical person has replaced control unit and keypad and chanrges have come to 1700 rs, which is more than 25% of initial value.

and more ever customer care has taken more than 20 days to correct this.

I bought a front load washing machine of IFB on[protected] .
From that time till date i had to call their customer care for small small problems .
But last time it went to the height, when i found the machine not working at all .
I registerd a complaint on[protected], which was attended timely .
According to their executive who visted, a part was to be replaced which was not available at presnt but would be replaced...

The machine was purchased in Jan 2009 from Abhirami, your dealers at TTK Road, Chennai

Right from the time we purchased, intermittently the machine gives a loud noise with the machine vibrating and getting displaced from its position.

The complaint has been attended few times by the technicians, but yet to be resolved.

I had registered a service request for my Elena w/m no 3287298 dtd 22/07/2009. After that I have called 25 times even to their Service Manager Mr Jain also but nobody from their side botherred to call back me. There is no action from their end and the call centre executives including their senior Mr Srinivas advise to scrap the machine and buy a new one instead saying the company is not at all interested in serving old brands....

A IFB make front load washing machine Senorita-DX was purchased from M/S Ashoka enterprises, Jwalapur Haridwar Vide Invioce No 2079 dt. 4th oct. 2008.
