I got IFB MicroWave Oven 1 year back, I was not able to cook cake, I complaint to servie centre,
They came from service centre, and heated a potato and said Oven is fine and our method of cooking is
Wrong. After that we cooked many times, cake was happening properly, so left it unused.
After 14 months compliant again and told them to cook a cake and show, ( One of my IFB retailer recommeded to do so) then he sent one lady from service centre to cook cake, finally after cooking he confirmed that Oven is fault. He took the oven from place on 1/10/2008, till date I didn't receive any call from him, he said some spare has to come, Oneday in anger I told him just you have our machine with yourself, I will think that I have gifted something to IFB. After that he didn't turnback at all.
I will not buy any IFB product in lifetime, I have wasted 13000/- on a oven.
Really worst Affected Customer.

Below Mail I sent on 27 Spe2010 to IFB but didn't recieved any reply, Even I faced the same problem when my micro wave 30SCR1 is out of order,
I bought a dishwasher on 25 Sep. 10, Saturday from next and raised the installation request # 5169833 on same day, Customer Care executive told us that the request should be completed within 24 hours. After passing the SLA time (24 hours) I called to customer care and they told that Service Centres are closed on Sunday, so by tomorrow yours complaint should be completed.
As the IFB service centres are closed on Sunday so I took first half leave on Monday so that my installation will be done and at 10:00 AM I called to IFB Gurgaon Service Centre (Surya Electronics) on[protected], 4080532 talk to Miss Neeraj & Engineer Mr. Ashish and requested to complete my installation before 01:00PM and I told them that I am on half day leave, I have to reach my office at 01:30 PM and need to punch my card otherwise I’ll not get the pay of my second half. They replied that they will complete this before 01:00PM and engineer will reach to yours home within 1 hour but unfortunately at 11:00 AM the engineer didn’t reach me.
I called again there and ask when he will be in to my house? They replied Sir with in an hour he will be there.
Again at 12:15 PM I called and asked already 2 hours are passed when should I expect the engineer at my home? They replied that “Sir, we are issuing the accessories to the engineers and he will reach you in half an hour.”
Unfortunately the Engineer reached to my home at 01:10 PM and completed the demo at 01:45 PM.
If you feel that the customer time is important then please answer the below questions:
In NCR 80% couples are working in private MNCs and they have off on Saturday & Sunday, even a survey says that in NCR 70% of shopping is being done on weekends, so why IFB service centres are closed on Sunday? Why not like LG, Sony, Whirlpool, Kent has their weekly off on Monday or Wednesday?
If your service centres are closed on Sunday and you have lots of calls & load on Monday, so why you are issuing the accessories (parts) to engineers at 12:00 NOON so that he will start the calls at 01:00PM?
Why the IFB services Centre Engineers are not work after 06:00 PM?
Who will be responsible for delay of my Dish Washer installation & for my second half off? Who will compensate.
