1. The washing machine had some starting problem. I requested the technician . he came and told me it was a loose electric connection. The machine did start but than another problem came . The door of the machine did not close.

2. The technician said he will come next day provided the manager sends him. He gave me his No and Name. He is Parveen .

3 I did ring up Parveen several times but he does not pick up the phone. I did whats up him regarding sending of technician since last ten days but no response.

4. I lodged complain twice with call centre even that did not solve the problem . I asked the call centre as how to raise the level. He gave me the No and name of Sr level in the hierarchy . Her name is Arpita. I rang her but as usual she also never picked up the phone. I also whats up her regarding the complain but of no use.

5 Apparently the after sale service of IFB is awful, pathetic and irresponsive.. The people in the chain are not bothered. If this rot continue it will not be far that no one will buy product of IFB. The reputation of IFB is declining day buy day

      Respected Sir,

      Yesterday my washing machine got stuck with full of smoke. Immediately I called customer care and raise the complain. Today, IFB service man came to my house and analyzed the issue, he told me that rubber and drum needs to be change. He also told me that rubber is not cover under warranty and its cost is around 1600 Rs. I was shocked and I checked all the limitations of warranty from the warranty book, they didn't mentioned any details about this. I am so disappointed that your IFB rubber is not even stable to the washing machine that not even cross 2 years(my washing machine age is less than 2 years). I really don't know what is the meaning of "4 years super warranty". Kindly take appropriate action for this. Below I mentioned more details about my washing machine.

        F5 error flashing out in newly bought dishwasher IFB Neptune vx. Error occurs everytime I use now - within 2 months of buying it.
        IFB Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Same happened to me. IFB technicians were not helpful. They blamed the water supply and incoming water pressure. But the actual reason and solution is very simple. Just ensure that the water drain hose is connected to drain pipe at a height of around 75 cm. IFB has illustrated this in their user manual. If it is connected to the drawing lower than 50 cm or higher than 110 cm your machine may malfunction with F5 error. Same happened to me and this simple trick resolved the issue.

          It is to inform you that the services provided by you are very poor. None attention are being paid by your higher office. Which is not good for the health of company I lodge a complaint by token no [protected] one month ago but till date no action has been taken by while your service engineer demanded Rs.4500/- for replacement of part and servicing of machine. while I have send so many complaint to service centre but all in vain. If you don't want to attend the complaint so pl. arrange to return the amount Rs.4500/- taken by Mr. Rohit Singh.

                  Dishwasher not working as expected

                  Hi Sir/Madam, I bought a dishwasher recently in dec-2020 and got installed around Jan-2021 that to after lots of follow up, now dishwasher is not working as expected as detergent not getting fully diluted and even after complete cycle there is detergent in detergent section and on utensils and I had complained about the same and further one of executive came and shared there is a salt setting issue there and he fixed it however out of curiosity...

                  I have ifb Neptune VX model dishwasher. I had F4 problem.

                  I complained kumbakonam service person Mr. Ganesh on 28 jan 2021 and also he attended on 31 Jan 2021.

                  He informed we have to change valve. But till today 26 Feb 2021 there is no response from them. Whenever I phoned he is telling within a week.

                  I never expect like this very bad service in IFB KUMBAKONAM.

                  Your machine is good but service is very bad always.

                      My machine is new and I have raised enough number of complaints. Every engineer complains that either I overload or underuse the machine. Twice dampers have been changed. Machine vibrates and moves from its actual position. Once when I open the door there was water all over my floor. Everyday pushing this heavy machine has brought back pain. Even the team leaders dont respond.
                      Horrible technicians.

                        Pathetic service after sale, after seven months also my ifb machine problem is not solved, #dontbuyifb think before buying ifb products,
                        They service engineer knowledge is zero in their products, they only blame to your water or your essentials you use in machine, but they don't know how to to prove it, they only talk to solve your problem but do nothing, please please don't ever buy ifb, it's just a scam.

                        This is not a washing machine, it's a dishwasher, and ifb technical team told me that my water quality is not good, and suggest me to use both tablet with salt and rinse aid, and they don't have answer what is not good in my water quality.
                        So this is request kindly tell me what is the issue and what did ifb check in my water.

                          I had purchased Elite Aqua 7 kg washing machine on 27/07/2017 from Vijay Sales. Today technician from Perfect Cool Service had visited to check the machine due to the service call registered with IFB customer call centre.

                          The technician informed us that there were 4 parts which needed replacement out of which 2 are under warranty ( shock to know that 4 parts require replacement within 4 years of warranty ). Other 2 are the rubber lining and eco filter and cost of the same would be Rs 3250 and Rs 2500 respectively. I was surprised by the cost of the parts which are very expensive.

                          I would request IFB to offer parts which are not covered under warranty at lower cost to their customers otherwise it will dissuade customers from buying IFB products, since they have to spend approx Rs 6000 within 4 years of the product purchase. I would appreciate IFB to reimburse the charges paid to Perfect cool service.

                            I have raised the complaint for my elena dx model washing machine

                            we clearly mentioned we need a replacement for the drain pump as it was damaged and the cap barely holds on

                            The technician Ramesh from one of the ifb franchise arrived and mentioned that we need to pay amount for the replacement parts despite having an fully paid amc

                            Since they did not provide the relevant service i declined to sign on the feedback form so the technician just took the photo of serial number of the washing machine and closed the ticket without our consent

                            Now the ticket status shows as resolved

                            Closing the complaints without informing us is not an acceptable behaviour and i request the ifb management to necessary action on such franchises

                            Currently i need a replacement of the damaged parts as the part was damaged when technician opened it with brute force

                              We had ordered an IFB Neptune Vx dishwasher on the 20th of November 2020 and the product was finally installed in December. Since February 2021 the dishwasher has magically transformed into a fountain/waterfall. While this May suit better for outdoor decor it does not serve my requirements.
                              The technicians from the company have visited 3 times and have apparently repaired the product each time with a different story. When trying to escalate the person responsible is avoiding my calls.
                              Ridiculous quality and service from IFB what a disappointment. Never again going to buy Any product from IFB.

                                I entered into a Maintenance Contract for my Microwave some time during 1 st week of January, 21. The appliance got out of order and I booked for repair of the same vide above booking number. While the repair has not yet been done, there is no definite reply about timeline for ensuring the same. Every-time I ring for follow-up, they say that a component is awaited from Goa. Now I am told that it would be done around 7 th March, which is totally unacceptable to me.
                                In this connection, I do register my strong Grievance and urge upon you to ensure repair immediately otherwise, refund me the Annual Maintenance Charge paid by me so that I can go for a new equipment without waiting for you indefinitely.

                                  My washing machine got damaged during transportation by APT Pacel service team. In order to claim the repair charge through Insurance.They are asking me to get the repair charge quote from IFB and submit it to them for processing.But Authorised dealer ( Shree Sastha Enterprises) in Cuddalore division not ready to submit their quote.I need Estimated Repair price Quote for proceed further.

                                    Hello there,

                                    My washing machine display was not working suddenly.
                                    The service engineer analysed and suggested to change the PCB and it would cost Rs 5600 + service charge Rs 590.
                                    He also charged Rs 590 for this analyze.
                                    It seems kind of very expensive IFB maintenance and spares.

                                    Does anybody facing similar experience with IFB ?
