I am very unhappy with the ifb dishwasher.
We used it for hardly 2 years and the machine started giving f5 error.Sometimes machine completes the full cycle and sometimes it stop midway.
After getting it checked from the ifb technician we were told that water pump needs to be replaced costing 5000 to 6000.
But we did not see any reason for the pump to get spoilt as we had not used the machine much and if its spoilt it should not work at all. Why sometimes its working completely.
So we somehow managed with it for one year .but now machine is giving the error frequently fed up of it.After reading the reviews I am doubting that even after replacing the motor problem will be resolved.
Kindly any one from the company reply to this and solve the problem so that the machine can be used for few more years without any problem. Otherwise its not worth keeping ur machine at all.

    Following are the ticket number of complaint of my IFB Washing machine, which have been closed without attending the problem. After first ticket, a technician visited my home and intimated that he will visit again after arranging the faulty spare part. Afterwards, no one visited my home and every ticket has been closed without contacting/visiting my home. kindly look into the matter and do the needful to repair my faulty washing machine.

    Finally problem attended after long waiting period of around 2 months. Services and dealing of IFB Bathinda(Punjab) service centre is unsatisfactory. I have to made follow-ups for 9 times. Due to weak after sale services, a person, who cannot made repeated follow-ups, should also explore other brands instead of IFB.

      After one year o[censored]se IFB microwaveoven 23BC4 create disturbance, A blast happened in the main PCB C17-23BC4.then service centre advisce me to change the PCB.after 3monthos of wqaiting period finally they changed it.after installation of ne PCB another blast happen in pcb within 3 month.but service centre doesn't cooperate with us.after happening the first blast i have checked all the eletricity connection and plug .the service centre charged Rs.2200 for first time. no response come from SERVICE CENTRE after lodging complaints.the same incident happen 2 time and making the risk of customers life.i m expecting a permanent soluation.i the incident happening continuosly.i want some special attention on this matter.please contact -[protected].

        Dear Sir,

        I would like to inform you that I have purchased a new IFB Make Automatic washing machine from reliance digital Bhiwadi, rajasthan whose bill copy is enclosed.
        I have booked for demo installation with ticket no [protected] Dt 10/10/2020 & till now no one has responded for installation of the same.
        Reliance digital is saying that IFB is responsible they are only selling the product & no reply from IFB for installation of the same.

        Please look into the matter & get it sorted out as today is the 4 day my machine is being kept idle.

        If no response from any body then I will forced to move further.

          I purchased a Washing Machine through Amazon, and since I purchased a machine I am getting unwanted noise from the machine. As always I logged many complains to IFB and their one of the Engineer Named Alpesh who is from Ahmedabad, had put some kind of packing from board through which the noise stopped coming. Somehow later on I came to know about this and still the noise persist. I had called the Local Higher Authority but he is not convince about the defect in the product. Last Friday they changed the motor due to which additional noise started. And again I had to call customer care each and every day to get an update on this but no luck. Fed up of IFB appliance. Even their Engineers denies to visit and examine the issue for 2 hours. And they say they don't have time for this. Is this a joke?

          As usual, still the problem persists. I guess IFB doesn't have any solution for the issue I am facing. Each and everytime if I need to call the customer service in just a span of 3-4 days for the same issue doesn't make a sense. I guess It's high time now for the IFB Appliances to bring in attention of the management and provide a solution or replace the product. This kind of service is totally not acceptable.

            My washing machine touch panel not working since 2-3 months, my product is in warranty period that's why I continuesly calling to IFB customer support portal but still they didn't do anything.. 10 days ago I send mail to company that is mentioned, is you are failed to solve my problem so I will filed complaint against your company in consumer forum..but they still not replied my mail...now I feel helpless and don't know what should I do now

              A) I have made a complaint through IFB app bearing complaint ticket id [protected] dated 11/09/2020
              and after repeated calls to customer care the technician visited our house and said that " all is ok " with out any reapir. But after our conversation with technician he said that walls is not working it is to be replaced and we will visit your house with spare parts

              but after around 14 days they called us back and said that spare parts are not available so we are unable to repair that machine and advised to buy a new machine and they will give 15-25% discount for new machine.as this is a covid 19 situation and we are not in a position to buy a new machine we denied the same.and i urged them to call back with higher authorities
              but till date i have not received any call from them.

              but with out any confirmation from me they closed the ticket at their end

              2) again i raised a ticket bearing ticket numbers[protected] on[protected] but till date nobody is visited our house

              our AMC IS GOING to end on[protected] and the management is just prolonging the issue without any service.

              my mother is 56 years old and unable to wash the cloths by manual process and she is facing very difficult issues for soaking the clothes
              as our amc is still exists
              we request you to service the machine or refund the total machine cost i.e rs. 19000(around)

                I raised a complaint on 6-Oct-2020 and on 7-Oct-2020 talked with the service center, Hyderabad to know the status of my complaint. The rep. Ms. Hari Durga was not only rude but also started asking as to why she needs to send a technician even after telling her multiple times that it was a general service that needs to be done and also, we have an AMC.

                Even after giving the ticket #, she refused by saying that it was a wrong ticket # and said that we have not even registered a complaint. She didn't even tell her name initially but when I insisted she told me her name. Also, when I asked if I can talk with her manager, she said that he was not in the office but I could hear from the background someone asking her to give an excuse by saying that the manager is not in the office.

                I feel so insulted and humiliated by these people and as this is not the first time we are being treated like this by this service center people, even after paying the AMC for 2 years, I am given to understand that IFB IS ONLY LOOKING TO EARN MONEY AND DON'T WANT TO PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS AND EVEN WANT TO INSULT AND HUMILIATE the customers by talking so rudely.

                I want strict action to be taken against this rep. Ms. Hari Durga from Hyd. service center or else I will definitely file an FIR for discrimination and humiliating me with the Police as well as for cheating me by not accepting my request. I will also post it on FB and other media stating that IFB is only looking to make money as if they are providing service free of cost but earning a lot of money by indulging in these kinds of behavior.

                  Got service people to check my washing machine in february 2020.took annaual maintenance.was told pcb board has to be changed.that they will come back and do it.its been 8 months and they have not responded on this.when contacted the local dealer service center, they decline to take it up saying ifb will look into it.the phone no.s of the service providers do not work anymore.i want to know when my pcb board will be changed and annual maintence be done.if not, pls refund my money.

                    My washing machine caught on fire on 11th September. I have had a lot of damage due to this incident and also lost my machine (unrepairable condition) .

                    Cost estimation and repair done in Rs.
                    1)Plumbing work- Reconnection and restoring water supply (Rs 6000)

                    2)Cleaning work ( 2 persons for 3 days) (Rs 4000)

                    3)Painting work (2 persons for 5 days, paint cost and rental charges for device for cleaning of exterior walls to enable painting) ( Rs 8000)

                    Total: 18, 000

                    I would humble request to look into this issue and resolve it.

                          I applied complaints about washing machine making sound and not washing clothes cleanly. From ifb manager from narsaraopeta shop said that they have wrote to higher authority of ifb as my complaint solved. But actually they have not visited our home to solve the complaint. By big mistake to buy this product. I will never suggest anyone to buy ifb products. No servicing after buying with high rates 19500rupees

                            I have ifb senorita sx 6kg front load washing machine. One of your service person came and attended the following problems.

                            1. Selector switch slipping problem in pcb

                            2. Door lock replacement.

                            After one week pcb got melted out. Now the machine is not running.

                            Now service person telling that pcb panel to be changed and it will cost around rs 7500.

                            Cost of the new machine itself for 6kg - rs 23000/-

                            Please suggest what to do?

                              I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the poor product /service quality of ifb split ac2.0 t iaci24x83t3c-odu. I am writing this letter to convey my extreme displeasure at the faulty products and high cost of service by ifb. I have purchased this ac this year 28.02.2020 and it has got cooling problem just after 6 month purchase. Sometime it’s showing e4 error on the screen.
                              I booked a complaint on 22nd september, 2020- ticket no. Is [protected] and your customer care executive said that technicians will solve the issue within 96 hours, unfortunately not get any call or any actions from the ifb till this moment (29th september 2020).

                                I have elite sx washing machine with the amc valid from 01.12.2018 to 30.11.2020 for the machine serial no.[protected]. The national lockdown due to covid-19 has caused difficulty to all and no service could be provided for any non-essential services. The lockdown continues from march mid-2020 to date. It is requested to extend the amc warranty free of cost for the non operational period (March to august 2020) as a gesture to support the customers who are already having amc. Request to accept the request and forward me the extended amc till 30.05.2021.

                                  Hi,
                                  I made a complaint 4 months back as my washing machine stopped working with a huge sound. Since it was lock down we understood unavailability of the service technicians and once lock down was released they attended our complaint. Took our machine and didnt respond for more than 2 months. Then they gave our machine which broke down in 1 day. After that the reception who takes complaint started talking rude and shouting at us, not answering our call, putting us on mute. We requested them many times as we are not someone who shouts at people and yet when they were talking rude we were devastated as they got 8000 of our money for service and machine still wasnt working. Still not resolved and they are talking very rude saying why calling everyday like relative, cut the call and all. Ifb has the worst service and customer response team ever.

                                    Our ifb washing machine senorita aqua vx 6kg wasn't working. E reached out to the ifb service center near my place and they sent a technician to check the issue. A technician visited, checked the machine and told us that motherboard has become faulty and needs to be replaced. We asked him to replace and the next day he came to replace the motherboard. When the technician visited he just brought an unpacked motherboard. When we asked about why didn't be bring the board with proper company packing, he said this is how the dealer gave us. How do we believe that it is an original ifb motherboard? How do we believe that it's a new motherboard? How do we check the mrp of the product when the product packaging is not available? Why aren't they unpacking the product in front of the customer? How do we validate the price quoted by the technician? The technician also took back the old motherboard - why do they do that?

                                        Same status. Ifb did not respond. Today i discovered that ifb has cheated me every way possible. I thought i was buying a made in india product but it is actually a made in china substandard product. The pcb's original date of manufacture is 2015.11.09, but a paper sticker is pasted on the pcb and it shows the date as 2018.06.09. White marking on the cracked ic clearly indicates that they had detected the ic as not reliable/weak/faulty. Not to mention the so greedy has these companies become! Can ifb help me get rid of this garbage?

                                        The appliance was lying as garbage in my house and I could not dispose it. So, I had to compromise and pay prices for printed circuit board, touchpad membrane and service fees to IFB. Hope the new parts are reliable and the appliance can be used safely.
