Refer the ticket no [protected] regarding my microwave which is still pending since the last 5 months. One technician (seems semi skilled) had visited during March, 2020 to solve the issue but was not able to repair it and he assured me that the repair will be done within a week. Till now the machine is not repaired. I told several times during the last 4 months to IFB customer care executives regarding the matter but only verbal assurance is given to me that it will be repaired within 4 days but no technician has attended. I can't imagine that the brand like IFB has this type of worst and irresponsible service and total customer care executives seem bluffmasters. It is once again requested to solve the matter without further delay.

    We are owning a IFB washing machine Senorita plus VX and its warranty got expired on 30th May 2020. In the month of Feb’20 technician had visited and informed us that Drum and rubber sleeves needs to be changed as there was smoke coming while operating the machine. And he said drum will be replaced FOC under warranty and we need to pay for rubber sleeves. We told him to get it replaced before warranty expires. Unfortunately due to Covid19 lockdown imposed from March’20 across state/nation we couldn’t get the IFB service on time. Post lockdown we had to shift to our native place due to growing Covid19 cases in our apartment and to safeguard our children and parents. I have created a ticket once we are back to Bangalore, unfortunately customer care executive had created the ticket under another IFB washing machine which we are not using currently and ticket has to be cancelled later. Later I created new ticket [protected] and explained the case to executive and supervisor. They have promised that this case will be considered as an exception and drum will be replaced under warranty and same has been updated in the ticket. However technician is unable to process the case under warranty as its not updated in the ticket and later I contacted Santhosh ( Area manager ) to look into this matter, as he is reluctant to process further, I am reaching out to you to look into this issue and do the needful on priority.

      Hi,
      I am keep chasing IFB customer care and local escalation contacts from 30days and still no one is responding properly.
      I purchased IFB washing machine on 6th july and hardly it worked for 7days and rest of the times machine under service only.
      On 24th July i have logged complaint"[protected]" regarding machine stop working in the middle of washing cycles. Its been 31days i am getting proper response and resolution from IFB. Could you please help me here.

          Dear sir/madam,

          On 21st August around 3pm i called IFB service centre mysore to register a service for washing machine. The moment I called ( ph. no. [protected] ) some lady picked the call and started shouting before listening to our complaint. I told i will make a complaint to IFB if you continue this behaviuor, but she is least bothered and said you can give complaint to anyone, nobody can take action against me. I don't know how IFB appointed such receptionist. If this continues i am sure IFB will lose lot of customers. I would request IFB to take serious action against such person, and it would be lesson for others.

            There's a normal issues like its knob was not working sometime, and sometime was working. I complaint to Authorized service Franchisee IFB Industries Ltd. "Ayushi services" in Varanasi. They sent two technicians, they came and gone, what they did, I don't know. Again machine was not working then I called and next day again two new technicians were came and they told thaT PCB needs to be changed. PCB required which is not available right now. It's already more than two week, on calling to authorize franchisee, they are saying, PCB is not yet arrived to franchisee.
            It's been 10 days, my washing machine was running before their technician came, but now it completely stopped working.

                I, syed ather [+[protected]], had raised a complaint for my washing maching ifb senorita aqua sx.
                The machine was throwing door error even if the door was shut.

                The technician came to my house today, 21st aug, 2020.

                To my surprise, the machine's door error was not seen when the technician plugged it on. When i wanted to verify if it was functional, he hurriedly unscrewed the pcb. Later, when i confronted him, he connected the pcb again but the machine reported normal door error, not the issue i had reported.

                I have following 3 complaints
                1. The pcb board was forced upon me for an escalated price - rs 7, 650.
                2. No attempt was made to ensure older pcb was functional or not and whether it could be repaired.

                In total i was billed for rs 11, 130 as follows
                1. Pcb board - 7, 650
                2. Ifb stabilizer ivs 1804 a - rs 2980
                3. Visit charges - rs 590.

                I have a feeling i have been cheated by a forceful purchase and inflated prices. Kindly have a look and address my concerns
                - can you confirm if my older pcb is functional?
                - can it be repaired in case of minor fault.
                - is the price of rs 7, 650 appropriate for pcb?

                Pleased with the handling of the complaint by IFB CUst care.

                Matter has been resolved. The Guna service centre had charges me with AMC charges of 3000/- without my knowledge. Also, they were forcing me to return the faulty PCB.

                With the intervention of IFB cust support, they refunded the extra amount.

                  I have bought ifb smart touch 8.5 kg washing machine by 18/6/20.On 3/8/20 that washing machine got starting trouble so I was register complaint [protected] regarding that issue, after that twice ifb technician has try to resolve issue but they unable to solve issue till date because machine is faulty.I have talked to ifb service senior executive but he is intentionally ignoring this issue.Ifb has to replace my faulty washing machine with new one.lfb service is worst among all electronic appliances.IFB does harassment in this case, I'm regretting for buying ifb washing machine.

                      Hello IFB Team,
                      With huge frustration, i am forced to write this email, after several follow up for last 20+ days.
                      I am customer of IFB for last 20 years (Proud owner ?? is a question now) and the the trust i had earlier with IFB is fading day by day. I used to promote IFB to my friends and relatives and can say that i have help them (& IFB) to be a owner of IFB.

                      Coming to the point, I have a Executive Plus washing machine, which worked very well for last several years and i am very happy and fan of this machine. I still have a AMC for this machine, which is valid until Oct 2020. attached the copy of it.
                      Recently, last 20-25, days it is not working as the timer gone bad. I had raised and complaint and the service person did appear to check this. He said that the machine is not is production now and the spare part would not be available.. He said he will check and come back.. After that i call multiple times to check when i will get the timer.
                      Finally, i realized that the part may not be available as it is old, and i decided to exchange this machine with new one. I called CCC requested for exchange offer, they committed to support me and told me that i would be eligible for 25% discount for a new IFB machine with exchange (One of your service team did committed me 35% but later changed to 25% . I have whats-app exchange, which i am sharing for your reference). Later i was told that the machine (Elena Aqua VX - with electromechanical timer) which i was looking is discontinued. Hence i requested for NeoDiva VX model or any other model which is readily available and can be shipped/installed immediately.

                      I have been calling customer care center everyday for last 20+ days to get me this machine and repeating with same explanation very single day (some days i have called more than 2-3 time) ... You can check you records. Every time i get a new ticket and later come to know that it is cancelled. I would get commitment that, i will a call form sales team on the day or within 24 hrs, but that day never came..
                      I also spoke to couple of your CCC supervisors and they promised to support me.. but they were no different from other..

                      In this pandemic time, when we are cut off to whole whole and managing on ourselves without any maid support system, breakdown of washing is a huge problem. I am being patient for more than 20 days now, but i am loosing my patience..

                      I found this as a last option to explain my concern with very less hope that i will get an answer, knowing how the system with IFB works.. But i do want to raise it before making up my mind to escalate it further or find alternate approach to hear me out and get serviced.

                        Anyone considering buying new washing machine, let my recent experience guide you. Beware of buying IFB frontnload machines as the after sale support may not be there when you need it.

                        Reference to complaint ticket [protected].
                        Registered complaint on 05th Aug 2020 regarding front load washing machine jerk skidding while draining, which when considered mechanics of front load machine is a serious issue. Machine is in warranty period.
                        Called thrice for followup of complaint, but to no avail. No technician ever called. Then escalated the issue to area manager level. Ahter escalation also called twice. Again, no response. No technician ever called me, forget visit or any assistance on the issue.
                        Very very poor after sale service. Front load machines are not exactly as user friendly as top load models of other companies, still purchased it trusting IFB brand and with belief that even though company is not wide spread as its competitors, at least in Mumbai, after sale support is provided proper and promptly.
                        Will never advise anyone again to purchase this. Consider poorest after sale service while making your buying decision.

                          My washing machine is not functioning properly for quite sometime and i tried calling at ifb toll free number at [protected] as well as[protected] but could not get any response. Thereafter i tried calling ifb service center at saltlake at ec 97 salt lake, kolkata, west bengal 743272 who have informed that they dont repair product which are under warranty. Since the product in question is under warranty,. It was requested to kindly address the issue as soon as possible so that i can use my machine. Thereafter when finally i got to connect with ifb customer care, they didnt listen to my problems and said that the product is out of warranty and that i would have to pay for the part. Inspite of telling them regarding inability to connect them on toll free number becouse of which i contacted the service center when the product was in warranty, they turned a deaf ear to my concerns. I request that some action should be taken against them and the product which is an essential household item should be repaired.

Several times I requested IFB Varanasi local center([protected]) for the repair, always they promised to send technician for repair but no technician turned up till date. Today I called IFB Point, Mr. Ravi singh, he too promised to send technician, but no technician turned up. I want to bring your notice, that the dishwasher is under AMC and validity is up to 30/12/2020. We use dishwasher daily both times, and facing too much difficulty. It is requested to advise your Varanasi IFB service center for urgent repair.

                                My name is sainath mhatre & i stay in dombivli. I am using ifb 8 kg front door washing machine since 4 1/2 years but on 10 august 2020 spin dry stop working and machine start showing"close door"?, even after closing washing machine front door properly. On 11 august 2020 i registered my complaint on ifb customer care number. Registered complaint number is [protected]. Today on 15 august technician visited at place check the machine and tell that door sensor and drum holder suspension had gone completely you have to replace it. When i asked price of spare parts he said rs 2450 for door sensor, rs.4260 for drum holder suspension and rs 590 service charge as your machine is not under warranty. I had no other option in this pandemic situation so i tell him to change it. He change the spare parts and show machine is working. I paid the total bill rs.7300 to technician name sameer shaikh. After some hours when i put some cloths for washing, the machine drum was not spinning even after waiting for 10 to 15 mins. I very much disappointed even after paying huge amount and wasting my half day, work is not done properly by this technician. When i check the price of door sensor and drum holder suspension online, i was shocked the price of door sensor is maximum rs.1250 and drum holder suspension was maximum rs.2200 for pair. This how is ifb service centre loot the people and give worst service. Please take strong action on this people.

                                  I got a whatsapp message from a lady name avni shah that if you are intrested you can do work from home and as a normal teenager and in a need of money i said yeh because how doesn't want to earn money and as you know that how less jobs are there so i said and after that she just said me to send a adhar card photo or driving license photo so that she can check my id so i send her the photos and then she said tyou have to write 10000 captcha in 10 days per captcha 3 rs i said ok as it is difficult but i said yeh i will not study i will earn money i thought first day she said you have to start from tommorow and then on[protected] i messaged her how to start she gave the link and said log in with that and start working i said ok when i start there is no count nothing just captcha and my name it looks fraud then i messaged her to how to know count she said you get qc report qc report i said ok i did something 1300 on that day but everytime i logged out due to some extra work and then if i want to log in it said clear previous enteries all the enteries that means all the entry i do its gone i deleted her chat but she is saying legal notice and all sir i've done hard work i can't sleep to complete this work but sir this is not fair as there type of companies are just like harasment so please sir find a solution so that one should work from home easily and can earn some money not like this but geniune i will share some photos sir/mam as there fraud are so open nowdays and in this tough times sir/mam it is very difficult. Sir as i could'nt find their company name in google or any verfied site "igm based in gujrat i will send you photos.

                                      I have taken extended warranty but no one wants to honor its t& c for last one month i have contacted multiple time your contact center and people are saying they will come today or tomorrow but no one came. Also they keep closing my request without attending to my complaint.

                                      I finally was in touch with one mr sudhakaran ([protected]). Who said he can return back my warranty money or i should buy a new one he will give me a discount.

                                      Given the situation and the fund crunch i wanted my washing machine repaired so i can use it. He said he cannot service it. I asked him to drop a mail.. And i have followed it multiple time. He is not responding.

                                      I have wasted 1 month of my warentee time doing this followups. Also with a non working machine.

                                      Is this a reputed company like ifb working model. Take warranty and ten not service till warranty expires?

                                      I have attached a screen shot of the messages i have sent him asking for a mail stating he cant honor warranty terms.
