Updated by p.srioharirao It is very disturbing and pathetic with this IFB staff Members, they are full of lies and drag the issue so that customer has to forget. I have Raised issue after nine months of complaint given to IFB staff members and executives on 11/05/2020. Again on May 12 and May 13 2020 I got reply from IFB stating that they resolve it soon to repair the IFB washer 9 kgs and Dryer 7 kgs. After that they have called 2-3 times and they promised to repair with in a 2 days, again they called and said with in 7 days they will repair. Now today date is 25/09/2020 and still no response from them. I want higher officials to ban IFB products in India, who is misleading the customers and not keeping their promise which they mention before purchasing the product.
I request officials to put heavy fines on IFB who is playing games with customers. One year completed still they didn't repair the washing machine. Does anyone takes more than 1 year to get repaired ? what do they think about customers like us ???. Now I want my money back as they kept me waiting for 1 year . I was waited till damn one year to get repaired, now I am demanding my full amount of Rupees 52, 000.
I am tired these liars and want to get rid of this IFB team and Products. Return back full amount. Please ban this IFB for playing with values customers.

I have purchased a washing machine from your registered store in 3B2, Mohali, Punjab.

So I here to tell you that while the time of loan execution, Your customer representative told me that in the month of 4th and 5th EMI amount will be cashback.
But only the 4th month cashback was received.
I didn't get my 5th month cashback till now.
Is your representative misguiding the Customers.
At the time loan was preparing your customer representative told me that i have to pay total Loan amount is 33900 Rs.
I have also the Bill copy in which clearly show that the total bill amount is 33900 Rs.
I have also pay the File submission fee approx 800 Rs before applying the loan.
This is really a fraud, No one guiding me right now.
How can i get the cashback, Is there anyone who is responsible for this?.
