I had complained of a malfunction in operation of spin drum, ticket number [protected], on 21/02/2020, your technician mr. Sunil came to check next day, checked with a spare control card but machine continued spinning at high speed, in the bargain the drive motor connection bracket loosened burning wiring, which he claimed was due to faulty motor which needs to be changed, later after my electrician found fault with motor connector and tested the motor, which he found completely in working order, fault he said lies in control pcb, which i got directly from thuse elektronics pvt ltd, now the machine is working fine, kindly check with technician mr. Sunil and ask him to refund the rs. 590 he took for visit, as all this trouble i had to go through was due to his incompetence or greed to cheat your valuable customer, his mobile number is [protected], thank you and brgds

    IFB service centre has been fooling me with poor service. I have complained about violent and aggressive performance of people he machine during spin, where the drum throws itself and hits the wall of the machine. The service person comes with no invoice or any complaint feedback form on the first place wherein the customer endorses whether they are satisfied with the service. Everyone the representative came they just desalinate the machine as if they are the best doctors. The fellow takes a look at the machine and before even asking about the problem endorses there is no problem with the machine. These representative on the first place come with terrific ego, you cannot talk to them at all because they never respond in a good manner. . Now I have understood that with out resolving my issue the representative, we have received a message from IFB closing the case since the issue has been resolved. I as a customer donot have any proof to prove that the problem has been resolved at all.

      Hi, we've bought a ifb washing machine last year from dealer in kavali. This machine is less than a year old and having tremendous issues with it. We have given complaint over phone to customer care (Dec 22, dec 27 and jan 17th) and a technician arrived and said there is a problem with the drum and ordered a new part. It's been more than a month and haven't heard anything so far. Every time, we call the customer care they were registering the complaint and after that no response. We have only bought through word of mouth in my village. If this is the type of service we are experiencing do you think we ever buy or recommend your product to others? I would like to request you to please consider my complaint on urgent basis and take the necessary actions asap. I am seriously gutted with the service and your product is holly #.

        stabilizer under warranty with proper warranty card dop to till validity date

        I purchase a new ifb washing machine stabilizer on 7th sep-18 (Under warranty till 2021 as mention in warranty card) and during the installation when i ask for bill they said for service you can show this warranty card and get the service, now my stabilizer start giving problem then service man mr.         I called ifb service for repairing of my washing machine as the fuse was blowing up. But the ifb technician who came for repair did nothing to check. Rather he directly switched on the machine by shorting electrical connection, as the result the pcb of the machinr burnt. Now no body from ifb responding regarding this issue inspite of calling ifb customer care number of times. They made my machine fully unserviceable. They turned my machine into a junk forbwhich i hv spent 40000 plus. They should suppky me with the pcb spare as ifb claims supports spare for 10 years.

          Ticket No. [protected] was raised on Jan 3 on emergency basis to be attended by Jan 4. On Jan 6, IFB representative calls me for appointment and confirms technician visit on Jan 11. I cancel my plans over the weekend only to wait in futility for your stupid technician to come. Upon calling customer care I learn that the ticket had been cancelled and I had to raise another one.
          Another ticket [protected] raised has been notoriously cancelled like the previous one.
          Yet another appointment was set for Jan 18, 2020, by the local service team(contact: [protected]) and given full assurance that a technician would definitely come for service on the aforesaid date. And yet again they didn't deliver on their commitment. All this even after they made a call to me in the morning and confirming every detail and reassuring that somebody would visit by evening. I eventually ended up wasting yet another day waiting for the technician who never turned up. This is the third time the appointment was not respected. Such callous and unprofessional behaviour is just not acceptable. We actually cancel or postpone our plans for the day waiting at home for the technician. Does the service team think it's some kind of joke.

          This was registered as emergency as there has been electricity leakage into the frame of the oven and I've got shock several times.
          Seriously, such low quality service wasn't expected from IFB. This just goes to prove, not only are IFB products bad and highly unreliable but also have the worst after sales customer service.
          Plus they don't have any kind of escalation matrix which plays a key role to keep a check on quality. Hence, the pathetic quality of products and services.

            I have already raised a complaint on 31 dec 2019 regarding model 25bcsdd1 door complaint. It has been 2 weeks and the only response we have received so far is that the spare part has not arrived yet. This is pathetic service from ifb. I regret the decision of buying oven from ifb. I can only think that they are waiting for the warranty period to be over so that they can charge us for the service. Really disappointed.

              I purchased ifb eva zx washing machine on[protected] from defence canteen and call for demo initiated on[protected]. During the demo request call centre person inquired for the requirement of stand and cover and conveyed the prices of each item. On[protected] technitian mr pramod from rubies services, kottayam came and gave the demo. Finally he gave the accessories (Stand, cover, liquid and chemical). Unfortunately he levied more amount for cover and stand instead of the amount told by your customer care executive. After that i contacted ccare again and they gave only the number of rubies zonal manager. I contacted him and he replied me that he will look in to this matter.

              But the customer care is turning a blind eye towards the activities of its dealers. I contacted customer care several times but they are telling contact the dealer itself.

                I am an existing customer and having my ifb washing machine covered under amc. I have registered a compliant on 4-dec-2019 for potential problem which forbids the machine from functioning. A representative visited two days later and reported some component required to be replaced. He said he will do that in few days but never turned up again. I have made subsequent enquiries to the customer care and there is no progress on the issue resolution. I have called at least 10 times the customer care since dec-4 but to no avail.in between, they cancelled my original complaint and created another one at a later date.

                I am following up the issue with all the channels possible but no actions were taken. Phones are not answered, emails are not responded. It does not feel a fair customer service from ifb.

                When I called service he ask AMC I Take AMC but poor solution, because i am bacically machanical engg. He told me many stories, , in that washing machine there is no difficult machanical part, but it is not available in common stores,

                  I have purchased ifb wahsing machine. It is under amc vide receipt no[protected] dated 25/03/2018. It is in existing till 24/03/2020. It is under repairs for the past two months. On compliant to customer service, the service personal could not rectify the defect. They informed a fulling parts has to be replaced in the washing machine. Though the machine is under amc, they have not replaced it. My compliant no being ticket no [protected] dated 30/12/2019. The technician has not yet rectified the defect so far..                     To whomever it may concern,

                    I have spoken to kavitha at ifb warranty service centre at [protected] & [protected]. When initially called she promised a within two hour service, no one ever returned back even after 4 hours. I later called and kavitha picked my call again and put me on hold but it never went on hold and she made sarcastic comments to her colleague beside when i was expecting a response from her.

                    Two things, my service was never received properly as well this is an extreme unprofessional way of serving customer and employees like this would defame the value of the brand.

                      I have called to ifb appliances customer service center 15 a mini mig flat mdda colony chander road dalanwala dehradun on mobile no[protected] on 29.12.2019 regarding my washing elite sx door lock problem. Quickly responded and after 2 hours engg. Mr pradeep, engg told me lock will be replaced with in 2 days and engg picked the my washing door & has not returned till date. More than 7 days has been passed, i am surprised that person is not picking phone.

                        This newly bought washing machine (Ifb 6 kg 2d wash fully automatic front load with in-built heater white (Diva aqua vx) started giving problems within 7-8 months of its purchase (October 2018). Atleast 6 to 7 complaints were raised in last 6 months but a proper fix was never provided. Instead we were made to purchase some or other fittings such as water softener, filter etc. That costed around 3-4 thousand rupees more.in the last visit the washing machine was taken by the ifb service people along with them so that they can fix, monitor it was promised to be returned in 1 week time. Its already 3 weeks and the washing machine is not delivered back. Ifb service technicians are not even picking the phone call now.

                          My IFB washing machine down for last 1 week. After multiple follow up the service person came on Dec 30 and asked to pay 590 Rs as service charge and also asked to put AMC for which I have paid 3100 Rs. After collecting the cheque he left without doing any service. My AMC got activated the next day, as I got a SMS notification. Service Ticket no. [protected]. Escalation Ticket no.[protected]. AMC EW no.60879312. model no. Señorita Aqua VX. This poor service is offered by IFB authorised Service partner. "kendra Enterprises, Bangalore". And the service is also rude.                             1 month before my washing machine (IFB Senorita Aqua SX) stopped working,
                            display shows the error 'oper.' So we called IFB and booked a complaint regarding that. Three days later technician came and inspected the machine(he did not open or clean anything, simply saw the error message) and he said "Board problem, so you have change board which is cost nearly 7k", later he gave a suggestion to take AMC for 2 years which covers the board replacement. I asked him for one year AMC but he said 'for one year AMC the replacement part will take 2 months to reach, if you take 2 years AMC then the part will come in a month.. Still i cant understand the logic.. finally i choose 2 years AMC. After the technician left my home, i searched the manual book and read the instruction for 'oper' error. and i did basic clean my machine. After that i started my machine and its working perfectly till today... Past 15 days my machine working fine but i paid 7k for AMC.. Don't know whether the ifb technicians having proper knowledge on that. Because of that technician only i paid.. but now machine in good condition.
                            Worst experience with IFB, I think IFBindirectly forcing customers to take AMC... I never recommend anyone to by IFB... after sales worst.

                                We had purchased this oven on 25 feb 2017. Within 5 months of purchase the glass covering on the oven door came off. After complaining, a service executive came and applied glue to stick the glass to the door and assured that it will be fine. But, after few days again the glass portion fell off. The service executives then, bought a new glass and tried to solve the issue. But it did not work. So, they took the oven and gave replacement. We also availed extended warranty om 29 january 2018, before completion of the original warranty period. Now since the first week of december 2019, the oven had stopped abruptly. The service executive arrived and found that even though the power supply was fine, the touchpad of the oven had become non responsive. We have exchanged numerous calls to get the faulty part or the oven replaced (Since there had been a lot of issues within just 2 years). Now the entire touch screen has to be changed and we are awaiting the arrival of the same. Since it took so long to repair, our christmas and new year cakes and cookies have failed. We need a refund for the oven, which even though it holds a brand name, does not live upto its counterparts. We had an onida oven earlier and had not faced any such complaints in 12 years. However, the servive executives have informed that it is not possible to make a refund or replace the product. We cannot afford to make repairs every year. So we would like a refund for the same.

                                  I want to raise an issue regarding pathetic customer support your company is providing, i owned a Senorita DX 5.5 KG fully automatic washing machine. recently i registered a complaint on 25th Dec at customer support regarding panel, basically the knob missing due to which it is completely non-functional.

                                  On 26th Dec, Technician came to my house saying that he will try to find the knob and will give us the solution within 2-3 days, we were waiting for his reply and call but no update. I got message on my mobile saying that my ticket is resolved, how my ticket can be resolved without giving me any update or solution.

                                  Now when i called the customer care again they again reopen my ticket.
                                  i searched my phone to find the technician phone no, and when i called him he lied to me saying that i have kept your ticket on hold and will update you if i find the knob. and when i told him that why you have closed the ticket without updating and why are you lying to me then he said "aap upar baat kar lo sir, jisse marzi baat kar lo jao", is this the to talk.

                                  Should i wait for months if he couldn't find a knob? and why he lied to me? why he closed the ticket without giving me any update?
                                  i am providing you all the details related to technician name and ticket, kindly resolve my problem and please take action against the technician and the service center who is equally responsible.

                                  On 26th i got the message that your ticket is assigned to technician.
                                  Technician name "Bishnu Dev Kumar", visited my place
                                  On 28th i got the message from IFB sating that my ticket no [protected] has been resolved
                                  on 30th i again called the customer care and they give me the new ticket no [protected] & the no of service center coordinator no. Mr. Sahil ([protected]), i the technician, "Bishnu Dev Kumar" mobile no: [protected]

                                  Kindly resolve my problem, as it is really irritating now.

                                    We submitted our first complaint on december 25th and were supposed to get serviced within 24 hours. After calling multiple times, we were asked to call someone at the local service center.

                                    So we called mr. Gautam and his phone number is [protected] for your reference. After assuring us that someone would come immediately, no one has come yet!!! This is not the service we’d like and we’d be happy to return your dryer if we don’t get your assistance at your earliest.

                                    The dryer has not been working and we’d appreciate your prompt response to this matter. Don’t have us beg you to come and help us.
