After 18th of december i am still waiting for the part of my washing machine, several calls to customer care n service person but no response n still suffering. I contacted with city head n concerning service inchargebut they are helpless, this type of bad service i didn’t expect, you have to understand the problem otherwise no one will keep faith in your company.

    Recently a service centre called and asked me to renew my amc for ifb washing machine. After renewal the engineer asked to buy packets to clean the drum and asked to run it. Once it started, there was power trip. We called the engineer immediately who was nearby. He came and told the board need to be changed. After multiple follow up he told it will be done in a week time.
    After that he is not picking calls.
    Also, since there was no ticket for this, i raised a ticket on 20th dec (Ticket id : [protected])
    Then every service centre calls me (Received 3 calls on 21st ([protected], [protected], [protected] and one on 23rd [protected])
    Everyone listens to my issue and just forwards to another service centre (Each one tells me they received this newly)
    No one is ready to own up.

    Can you please look into this urgent?

      Less than a yearifb 6.5 kg fully-automatic front loading washing machine (Senorita aqua sx) stopped working

      Brought in january 2019. It stopped working.

      I had lot of expectation from ifb, not sure anymore anymore.

      Display panel is not working.. Cannot switch on the m/c.

      I am not getting any contact from service personel.

      I cannot believe m/c stopped within a year.

        I have purchased ifb neptune fx dishwasher from tatacliq online which was delivered on[protected]. Accordingly, installation/demo request was raised by ifb vide request id [protected]. On[protected] i received a call from ifb center in siliguri (Phone no. [protected]) and confirmed to send the technician on[protected]. The technician mr. Gobind byapari came for installation on[protected]. However the water outlet was not suitable to install the machine. He told me to first get the water outlet ready and left. I have done the needful next day and called ifb center in phone no [protected] and requested for technician to install the machine. As of now no one has showed up despite repeated request. Time now is 03:10 p. M. (Ist). I am still waiting for the technician to turn up. I cant wait for two whole day leaving my other important works unattended as i have been waiting for technician. The lady in ifb center promised me that the technician will be sent in the morning but to no avail. I didn't expect such lackadaisical attitude from the representatives of renowned ifb company. I wish i could have purchased the dish washer of other brand.

          Commercial IFB washing machine worth Rs. 4 lakhs bought last year ( December 2018) has been giving troubles since the very 1st month.. while the technicians come and resolve it, it seems to have a new problem every time.. we have been writing to IFB for a replacement since July 2019 however no response to our request has been made. Last 1 week we have been writing daily to the head office to change and replace and give us a new piece still no luck... We feel cheated as our hotel is suffering because of this.. it looks like a faulty machine was sold to us.. we run a 52 rooms hotel in Visakhapatnam ( Mantris Hotel) and with the washing machine not functioning it is a great mental pressure. Revenue loss as guest laundry cannot be done in house.. plus washing of staf[censored]nforms and room linen is additional ...

            I purchased ifb front load washing machine in this august hoping great quality & service.

            Instead got disappointed with water leakage problem within a month.

            Technicians visited 7-8 times to solve the same issue by dismantling the machine, changing parts & still couldn't solve the issue completely.

            This raises two questions
            1. Are the technicians qualified?
            2. Is the product quality poor?

            We spoke to the customer care about 20 times regarding the issue.
            Each time they direct us to the service center & district manager of karimnagar (Telangana) whose support is disgusting.

            They are least bothered even if i expressed my intention to post the complaint on social media.

            I really want this product to be replaced or refund my money.

              But they have not given pakka bill and gst charges.. Given job card receipt and they collected amount.. Is it correct?
              I want clarification and justice.

                I have a under warranty washing machine rdw 6.5 aqua which is down for last 10 days. I have also made a complaint but not yet attended. Only same script is taught to me while calling on customer care no "we will attend issue shortly". And no response on mail id [protected]@ifbglobal.com. First complaint logged on 08 dec but not even responded from ibf side yet. Waiting for any conversation/attempt/visit from ifb side.

                Very pathetic customer service and product quality.

                  I am very much despite with service given by ifb team. They are looking service for more than 90 days. Yes what you have read is right, 90 plus days and keep on going. I have called more than 10 times to service center and more than 25 times to their local team. They will give one common answer wait for two days and go on on...

                      What kind of fraud are done on behalf of ifb i attached with image. I haven't understand yet why should i pay any money when my machine is under warranty.                         This mail is regarding complaint about top load washing machine.. I m ifb customer since 2012 but now i'm very disappointed with ifb i purchased top load ifb 9.5 kg fully automatic washing machine after demo i used and got burning smell from it after register complaint your executive came and they didn't find any fault but still burning smell is coming. Low quality parts company uses now i want to change with new. And never recommend to others take any action as soon as possible.

                          My washing machine is having a loud noise while wash... I have raised several ticket since 2018 but all ticket has been closed magically without any visiting technician at our place. I found their service extremely pathetic with extreme casual behaviour. My question is i[censored] cannot provide service then why you are fooling people around?? Worthless you people are... Actually you people dont have any shame.
                          I urge everyone who will see my complain that please dont buy any product from IFB as you will be suffering endlessly for their ghostly service.

                            This has reference to 3 months suffering. I was behind ifb service center to resolve the issue noticed in my washing machine. Service team has changed motor, board, damper etc at various time and now asking to change the timer.
                            But instead of all these repair machine is still in the same status. Almost i have spared around 11k for above said activities.

                            The complaint logged for this was cancelled ([protected]) and i have logged a fresh one[protected]

                            I have tried all level best and it seems they won't respond. But i don't want to leave it just like that.

                              Dear consumer complaints team,

                              Recently i purchased an ifb convection oven -20cs2 model through amazon. Date of purchase 30/07/2019.

                              It worked fine for 2 months. But since the last 2 months, some functions stopped working. So i registered a service complaint with ifb customer service. After 2 visits, the service engineer replaced the touch panel and assured that everything is ok.

                              But after one day again the oven stopped working. So i again registered a complaint with ifb care informing them that it is not a touch problem, but rather a faulty logic board. But after several requests, we just receive feedback calls from ifb goa office, but no engineer has attended the problem. Now only one function "express cooking"is working occasionally. All other functions are disabled. We have made several requests to the customer service through phone and online requests. But the service is still pending since the last one & half months. We are unable to use the oven since the last 2 months

                              I have registered online complaint through "get in touch"option, but not yet received any service ticket number for tracking.

                              This appears to be a problem with the "internal program logic" circuit and a faulty product that ifb has supplied. Now the oven is not functional. I request you to reach ifb to help me replace this faulty product before the expiry of the warranty period 12 months.

                              It is now under full warranty period. Date of purchase 30/07/2019.

                              This careless attitude of ifb service center has left us with no option, but to eat cold food with our family.

                                Hello, On the 4th Dec I called the IFB Care helpline for servicing my IFB Washing Machine Model " Elena"I got call from the service agent who told me he was from a private company responding to my call, My observations are as follows:
                                1) The person who came was " Akilesh" with Phone number[protected]. He did not show me any Credentials & only after repeated enquiries he admitted that he was from a service provider in Chinchwad.2) He did not seem to have any knowledge of the machine & after repeated consultations with someone told me that he will have to rip apart the whole wiring & take it for checking. If I had not made the call in the morning I would have prevented him from taking it.3) He took it with him & the next morning informed me that the the Control Board needs to be replaced& quoted a very high figure for doing it. I asked him to return all my items taken by him.4) on return I found that he had not returned the power control board & the other board was damaged & beyond repair. Needless to say I contacted another mechanic & got it repaired for less than half the cost quoted by the authorised man.
                                I would like to protest the cavalier method in which my call was handled.Needless to say my confidence in your company, the methodology of "Customer Care" has reduced my trust in your products .I WILL NOT buy any product from your company henceforth.Thank you for the SUPERB Service.Arun Mohile

                                  Loud noise is coming while washing machine is running.
                                  I complained numerous time but have not got any resolution. Last time your team took the machine to your service centre, and after returning, machine is still at the same condition while operating, no improvement is seen.

                                    This is in continuation to the complaint headed "
                                    Ifb industries — ifb top load 6.5 kgs washing machine" for which you have stopped responding. Here are the comments for complaining on top of the same complaint

                                    Hello, no one responded.

                                    Point#1 :we expected that for the 3 months suffer we had because of the worst and poor customer support, the machine will be repaired free of cost. But, we were charged for the service on the next day of my above feedback for which no response was there. They charged around rs 3800/- and as mentioned in my above email, in the 3 months of no service we spent 5-6 k for maid to clean clothes. Altogether it is almost equal to a new machine cost. I am asking for refund of the money charged which is rs 3800/-

                                    Point#2: even before a month of the above service the machine is again into trouble, rinse&spin options are not working. We called up the executive and since last 7-8 days he is daily saying he will come the same day. One day he came and checked the problem and said he will fix and again daily mentioning he is coming. Finally since today afternoon he stopped picking calls.

                                    Point#3: 4 months back, as i mentioned in my complaint, vanasthalipuram agent venkatesh fixed that time problem partially and for that he took around rs1500/- for the item cost. He said the item name is "water sensor". Later your lb nagar staff and other technicians confirmed us that it is not a water sensor it is some thing else and would not cost more than rs200/-. Its a pure cheating.

                                    I need immediate resolution for point#2. And resolutions for point#1 and #3 as soon as possible. Otherwise i need to go to consumer court. Can not bear your team's worst response and cheating anymore

                                      I i purchased the ifb elena aqua sx washing machine in the year 2014. On 04.12.2019 the belt got damaged. Hence i call service centre for spare part belt.
                                      But the refused to sell the spare part and they said they will send service person and service charge will be rs. 590.
                                      I want only spare.
