IFBservice assigned Ticket No..[protected] on 22November 19 at 10:21AM and till now absolutely no response for my six calls. One of the worst experience with so called IFB. Never expected. Could you take steps to solve...?...

It is almost 6 days now and my machine has not been set right as yet.
I reside in noida and the technician came on day 1 and said parts will have to be got from the company. He came the next day with the part for the wrong model and promised to get the right part and repair the machine by the evening. It is now five days and he has not yet turned up. Even calls to the customer care centre of the company are of no use....

I am from hyderabad. I have ordered washing machine from amazon. I got defective washing machine from amazon which was identified by ifb professional. Machine has small dent in the side and leakage while using. But, they are denied to give job sheet to submit to amazon. If i check with amazon they are saying that they need denial letter from ifb. Local service center
What can i do now.. How can i replace my machine...

I am not receiving proper service support from ifb. Firstly, they call often and ask for appointment to do general service. But they never show up. This has been the trend everyone. Now, i have a serious problem with machine and even after raising a complaint, i have not received a concrete response. I am being told it will be resolved within 24 hours, but it is over 24 hours now. When i followed up with support center, now they are saying...

I have a huge problem in microwave my pcb is got damaged and serviceman visited but not visited again for repairing the product and fix the pcb. Much days spent and they are doing nothing. I called more than 7 numbers of company employees. I called the incharge of rajasthan state and district state and others. They are all fooling. What i have to do please fix my problem. I brought one ifb front loading 7kg washing machine but after 6 month only its mother board is completely burnt, machine is in warranty period but still company is not giving replacement. I am continuously taking follow up but still there is no response from the company. I am planning to go to consumer court soon if will not any response from the company. I brought my ifb tl - rcsg 6.5kg aqua on 09/08/2018 from that date onwards till now its just 1 year and 4 months, within this short period the whole wiring was changed, the water pump was changed and now the technicians are saying to change the board also.

According to the agreement that was signed(AMC), IFB has to provide services for the agreement period of one year for the washing machine but they are just showing a deaf ear to our complaints. The service providers are just switching or rejecting our calls in order to avoid our complaints, it's disgusting. I hope this complaint would bring pressure on IFB....

Logged a complaint regarding ifb senator 6kg washing maching on wednesday (6th nov 2019). It's been 3 days but no technician has been assigned to it. Never know brand like ifb will have such slow customer response for essential appliances.
Customer care says its on high priority. Still not even a message or technicial call.
