1) sr. No. B/o/053y bought from vijay sales on 05/01/2013. Motor sr. No. 65202181/80.
2) major repair done on 04/02/2019, where the drum, shock absorbers, electronic panel, etc were changed, bill coming to rs.14650/-
3) on 23/10/2019, again the machine stopped. The mechanic came today & says that the motor is burnt! He says that the motor needs replacing and the charges would be rs. 6750/-.
Let me say that i purchased your machine, after getting feedback from my friends, (Though it was beyond my budget) that there will be no problem for 10 years at least.
Purchased it just around retirement time, believing your quality. Now the financial burden has become too much! I never expected this sort of shocking break-down problems, involving so much money. I am not a pensioner and this poses huge problems for me!
Can you help me in a favourable way for having reposed faith in your company and your product?

you are tried only once as and after that i trying to contact you but there is no. response.
second thing, there is no voltage issue, you stupid engineer break the locks of plastic body while working unprofessionally and said it's happen commonly it's not his fault and said you have to pay for this body and then i will change this part while the machine is under warranty
