I had a issue with my IFB Washing Machine - both motor and PCB board failure and logged a complaint in IFB Customer Care Service centre. They said that their executive will reach within 24 hours. So far they did not reached. After then, I contacted a local service centre and informed me that I had a issue with both motor and PCB board. I asked them to replace it. After replacement, they informed me to give repaired spares to them. I dont understand why they are asking me to surrender the repaired spares. Actually To my knowledge, IFB will not ask any repaired spares from customer. (Correct me if I am wrong)

    I have a feeling that you are fooling the customers with this statement (Aqua energie water softener). You have a very tall claim that the machine could soften hard water (Reduce tds by itself) but during the installation, your service person would recommend purchasing external water softener of worth 2k. Would this mean you are having a strategy to fool customers and make money after selling the product?
    You are making sure that the exit barriers are tall for the customer to leave your product and tell them that this is the product manufactured by ifb. If you are manufacturing the product (With huge r&d expenditure), why are you not providing it with the instrument. Selling it separately and making additional money. Dynamic strategy?

      Address: The product is delivered to somebody. I didn't receive the shipped item. The tracking number is 784118732582, 560043

      Sir, we purchased ifb micro oven from ifb showroom near koramangala, bangalore on 26.04.2019. Concern showroom person is mrs. Aruna shree ([protected]) and stockist manager is mr. Sriranga (+[protected]. Invoice no. [protected] and dated 26.04.2019 against the value of 28738.10 inr (Incl. Tax) in our company name of oasis automation technologies.

      During the time of product demo, we were informed that rotating grill and pan was missing inside the box and it would be delivered soon. But still it s not delivered to us even though multiple follow ups done in the past four months through our phone calls and messages. But to our surprise, they are not at all responding for our calls and msges.

      Herewith we have attached invoice copy for reference.

      Kindly ask to look into this matter and take required initiatives.

        I bought the machine in june 2019 and till date had thrice issue.

        Initially for the installation they took 10 days after repeated follow up..

        Within two months the provider stabilizer got spoilt. To rectify the same i have to go across so many follow ups.. The service center, customer care, local technician.. And still u dont get early resolution... Suffer for a week..

        And now error led is glowing and the trouble ticket is always booked and pending since 3 days but never followed up... A common lie used by the technician and local service center always "we tried calling u on phone but phone not reachable"...

        They dont even reply to the emails... I need their escalation matrix

          We purchased the ifb fl fully automatic washing machine before 2 years back and no service support was given. Now we experience a bad situation that the machine is completely in not working condition and we lodged a complaint to the agency where we purchased thro ifb point at gobichettipalayam which closed nowadays.

            On dt 05.11.2019, your technician came for installation of washing machine and hurry bury went away and said that he has to attend the another call. Meanwhile heavy noice was observed in the washing machine and immediately the same was intimated to your technician. He again came not properly responded. Whine coming to customer, he came in civil dress and with no i'd card. Please send technician and resolve the problem

              First thing, there is monopoly of ifb service provider and they do whatever they want even they give a fraud bill to customer of product even the machine is in 100% warranty still they charge for product, if you ask to provide original bill they clearly deny, and threaten us we don't give u service next time.
              They don't do service in one time, always tease customer and somewhere we feel like we do service for them they don't serve for us.
              The main thing, they provide a stupid service man, who also don't know how to deal with the problem, always he give excuse and told this thing is not available it takes time only because he don't know how to do this thing and always break one of the item but this time he is crossed height of limits

              second thing, there is no voltage issue, you stupid engineer break the locks of plastic body while working unprofessionally and said it's happen commonly it's not his fault and said you have to pay for this body and then i will change this part while the machine is under warranty

                I have purchased a ifb serena aqua sx 6kg in end of 2017 & for 2 year we were out of country so it was unused totally for a year.

                After coming from there the machined worked good but unfortunately in august 2019 it started giving problems like not staring sometimes, door gets locked etc, so we have contacted support team & the complent got registered with ticket no.[protected]. Ifb technician have visited our home in september month & gave his inputs as the door lock pcb is not working & we need to change this. It crossed 2 months now and yet the pcb does not replaced & every time we get the response fro team as the pcb is not available, have escalated this to the branch head aswell but still no response.

                This is the worst response i am facing with ifb, i regret that why i have buyed ifb product.

                  I logged a ticket [protected] on 12th oct due door issue of my washing machine. Same day one technician visited and suggested a change in spare part of washing machine door which will be provided within next 3 to 4 days. The ticket was updated resolved or soft closed on same day by ifb without my feedback and confirmation on service. Till now nobody visited further to repair the door. I called 3 / 4 days back to customer care to report the issue. Customer care person ensured to send another technician by 24 hours. But nobody came. Today when i followed up again, i came to know the ticket [protected] has been closed without any reason / my consent. Customer care logged another ticket [protected] today against the closed case. More than 20 days left, issue not fixed. Ifb technician forced me few months back to buy amc with rs. 5 to 6 thousands to get smooth service and the machine is now under amc. But due to most third class poor service from ifb, amc is a actually not effective for me. I feel myself cheated. Ifb too money for amc, no service provided and ticket is getting closed. I finally reached to this forum to get the justice. Kindly support.

                    I raised a complaint no. [protected] of water leakage in my ifb washing machine (Which is under amc) on 24th oct'19, the technician visited on the same day and advised that it would need some spares for which he would raise order on factory (Which is just 10 km from our location) and close the complaint by 26th or latest by 28th oct'19. Since then there is no communication from ifb as what the progress of my complaint. I followed up with service center / help desk numerous time but no positive response/outcome. Help desk referred me to contact sreenath joshi (Branch coordinator) who in turn pointed me to sudhakaran (Area maintenance manager). Both of them assuring to close the complaint the same day (Multiple times) but that day is not in horizon so far.

                      1) sr. No. B/o/053y bought from vijay sales on 05/01/2013. Motor sr. No. 65202181/80.

                      2) major repair done on 04/02/2019, where the drum, shock absorbers, electronic panel, etc were changed, bill coming to rs.14650/-

                      3) on 23/10/2019, again the machine stopped. The mechanic came today & says that the motor is burnt! He says that the motor needs replacing and the charges would be rs. 6750/-.

                      Let me say that i purchased your machine, after getting feedback from my friends, (Though it was beyond my budget) that there will be no problem for 10 years at least.

                      Purchased it just around retirement time, believing your quality. Now the financial burden has become too much! I never expected this sort of shocking break-down problems, involving so much money. I am not a pensioner and this poses huge problems for me!

                      Can you help me in a favourable way for having reposed faith in your company and your product?

                          Purchased this machine in december 2015.in this june-july 2019, it stopped working giving p5 error. Contacted customer care and they sent area executive for "lb nagar" area where we reside. One person came, checked and never returned. After many many calls he came one day and said some parts require replacement. Again gone and never returned. Again after many calls he came one day with an item and tried fitting and said item does not match and went away. Again never returned. Again same story and finally he replaced the item but same p5 error. And that # never came back again. We suffered one month then onwards. Finally we found vanasthalipuram are agent venkatesh and requested him to fix the issue. He came and replaced the sensor and it worked for some days but again same problem. Again we called him, he came and replaced the sensor one more time. Not sure if he is placing new sensors or old ones. After that it worked for few days and then onwards giving lo error continuously. Since then we are calling that executive/technician venkatesh but he is not coming to see the issue.

                          We are feeling ashamed to purchase ifb washing machine. Will anyone come and fix the issue or this is the way ifb serves?

                          Yes your team has provided the estimated cost for repair. But what is that you are going to replace for the 2 months of worst experience your LB NAGAR service center team has given. They unnecessarily changed the PCB at the beginning of the complaint and didn't even care if the new one is working or not. We got it checked by other area IFB team and came to know problem is with water sensor and we got the water sensor replaced for total of Rs 2000 [ item cost + service charges] and we paid almost Rs 6000 to our maid for washing clothes . We have a kid at home and obviously clothes will be more and we have to pay more for servants and we have to suffer lot if machine does not work for 1 day also. After the sensor added it worked for a week and stopped. I am sure all because of that LB NAGAR staff opened the PCB for 3 times and only 3rd time he got the new piece that too did not correct the problem.

                          Now the same staff and someone else came home and arguing with us. And you are saying that you will repair it and we need to pay. So what is that you did for the 2 months suffer your team has given. simply asking us to pay for the new item and get the machine corrected is not fair on your part. that too without any warranty.

                          Yesterday when the technical team came I was not available and my father spoke to them and he was very unhappy that they are just throwing the mistake on us. See, no customer would want to leave the machine without correction. we literally fought for it and when there was no use we went for other area executives at least who pickup the phone call not like your LB NAGAR team who has no sense to pick the call or at least respond to the call at later point

                          We are not happy with wither of the offers you gave 1. The paid replacement of the PCB after 2 months of THE MOST WORST experience we had 2. New machine offer cost.

                          We are not happy with both the offers.

                          Hello, no one responded.

                          Point#1 :We expected that for the 3 months suffer we had because of the worst and poor customer support, the machine will be repaired free of cost. But, we were charged for the service on the next day of my above feedback for which no response was there. They charged around Rs 3800/- and as mentioned in my above email, in the 3 months of no service we spent 5-6 k for maid to clean clothes. altogether it is almost equal to a new machine cost. I am asking for refund of the money charged which is Rs 3800/-

                          Point#2: Even before a month of the above service the machine is again into trouble, Rinse&Spin options are not working. We called up the executive and since last 7-8 days he is daily saying he will come the same day. One day he came and checked the problem and said he will fix and again daily mentioning he is coming. Finally since today afternoon he stopped picking calls.

                          Point#3: 4 months back, as I mentioned in my complaint, vanasthalipuram agent Venkatesh fixed that time problem partially and for that he took around Rs1500/- for the item cost. He said the item name is "Water sensor". Later your LB Nagar staff and other technicians confirmed us that it is not a water sensor it is some thing else and would NOT cost more than Rs200/-. Its a pure cheating.

                          I need immediate resolution for point#2. And resolutions for point#1 and #3 as soon as possible. Otherwise I need to go to consumer court. Can not bear your team's worst response and cheating anymore

                            I m very sorry to say that i had purchase ifb washing machine 7 kg full auto. Serena aqua. It was delivered on 3rd oct. And installed on 13th oct. Since then it is not working correctly. Five times i have registered complaint. Last complaint no [protected] on 27 th 0ct. Since then no one come to attend. I have personally visited your service centre. Mr saurav also not attended my complaint. You are requested to issue me service denied letter so i can claim my refund from amazon.

                              After repeatedly following with the company, ifb centre finally technician came at 5pm. When asked him a question he didn't answer. He says the company only inform him about the complain at 3pm that day, more then 36 hours have passed. We came to know he is the demonstrator and the repair person. I spoke to the managr mr. Ranade, he spoke very rudely and was yelling all the time. All i wanted to know was time for the next technician arrival.

                                It's not even been one week since we have purchased ifb washing machine and already had to facing problems. We have registered the complain and the company confirmed the technician will be here within 24 hours. It's been more than 24 hours and we have called the company more than 5 times, everytime they keep apologising and said will send the technician but till date no response has been provided.

                                  I, a resident of delhi had been using ifb 6 kg digital washing machine for past 5 years but now i m facing lot of problems n it's not at all running properly even water is not draining from it so i called a service man and he said me that the motherboard will get changee then only it will work and he tells the cost of motherboard to be 6500 so i just want to know is it the actual price of the mother board or he is duping us?                                     We have raised a complaint about non- functioning of IFB washing machine Elena Aqua SX and its ticket number is [protected]. There were rescheduled it's service without knowledge o[censored]s. Due to rainy season, it is very difficult for us to wash and dry clothes and we do have two little kids so it is very painful for us. We are not at all happy and disappointed by this IFB AMC service.                                       Its 4th day the ifb washing machine got delivered to me by flipkart after that i made 9-10 calls to ifb customer service for installation but did not get any response from ifb side. Every time they are ensuring that within 1 hour you wil get a call from technician but after making several calls to them still did not get any response. I also mailed them with my concern still just waiting for their response. I am not able to use the machine. Very bad customer service only they are making false statements each time. Its a kind of # service from ifb.

                                      The issue got resolved on the same day. Their response was upto my satisfaction level and ofcourse i am happy with the response but the only thing IFB should take care that why anyone forced to submit the complaints ? Any problem of any one should by resolved on customer support level.
