Hi- I am Aamir from Hyderabad. I want to complain on the IFB inexperienced technician, who visited my place for a free service.
I got a call a day before from IFB service centre, Hyderabad. They said, if I want to take a IFB free service. I said yes to take the service.
The IFB technician arrived the next day and I showed him the minor problem of drain cap stuck sometimes. I usually open it rotating anti-clock and then clock wise to open the drain cap. The technician could not open it and he used a screw driver and broke the cap. The technician was inexperienced and said he will get some other techician for this issue.
The issue now is, when I run the washing machine, the water comes out from the drain. I called the technician and told this issue, but he doesn't seem to care. I called the IFB customer care and raised a ticket as well. But, they said they will charge for the service now. Ridiculous.
My complaint is the inexperienced technician broke the drain cap and I am not able to use my machine now. Please take the responsibility and take action against the technician and their team, as they dont care now.

second thing, there is no voltage issue, you stupid engineer break the locks of plastic body while working unprofessionally and said it's happen commonly it's not his fault and said you have to pay for this body and then i will change this part while the machine is under warranty
