More than 20days they can't solve a problem from a leading company ifb.product. Washing machine front load 6.5kg. immediately take necessary action.

We had purchased this oven on 25 feb 2017. Within 5 months of purchase the glass covering on the oven door came off. After complaining, a service executive came and applied glue to stick the glass to the door and assured that it will be fine. But, after few days again the glass portion fell off. The service executives then, bought a new glass and tried to solve the issue. But it did not work. So, they took the oven and gave replacement. We also availed extended warranty om 29 january 2018, before completion of the original warranty period. Now since the first week of december 2019, the oven had stopped abruptly. The service executive arrived and found that even though the power supply was fine, the touchpad of the oven had become non responsive. We have exchanged numerous calls to get the faulty part or the oven replaced (Since there had been a lot of issues within just 2 years). Now the entire touch screen has to be changed and we are awaiting the arrival of the same. Since it took so long to repair, our christmas and new year cakes and cookies have failed. We need a refund for the oven, which even though it holds a brand name, does not live upto its counterparts. We had an onida oven earlier and had not faced any such complaints in 12 years. However, the servive executives have informed that it is not possible to make a refund or replace the product. We cannot afford to make repairs every year. So we would like a refund for the same.

I want to raise an issue regarding pathetic customer support your company is providing, i owned a Senorita DX 5.5 KG fully automatic washing machine. recently i registered a complaint on 25th Dec at customer support regarding panel, basically the knob missing due to which it is completely non-functional.

On 26th Dec, Technician came to my house saying that he will try to find the knob and will give us the solution within 2-3 days, we were waiting for his reply and call but no update. I got message on my mobile saying that my ticket is resolved, how my ticket can be resolved without giving me any update or solution.

Now when i called the customer care again they again reopen my ticket.
i searched my phone to find the technician phone no, and when i called him he lied to me saying that i have kept your ticket on hold and will update you if i find the knob. and when i told him that why you have closed the ticket without updating and why are you lying to me then he said "aap upar baat kar lo sir, jisse marzi baat kar lo jao", is this the to talk.

Should i wait for months if he couldn't find a knob? and why he lied to me? why he closed the ticket without giving me any update?
i am providing you all the details related to technician name and ticket, kindly resolve my problem and please take action against the technician and the service center who is equally responsible.

On 26th i got the message that your ticket is assigned to technician.
Technician name "Bishnu Dev Kumar", visited my place
On 28th i got the message from IFB sating that my ticket no [protected] has been resolved
on 30th i again called the customer care and they give me the new ticket no [protected] & the no of service center coordinator no. Mr. Sahil ([protected]), i the technician, "Bishnu Dev Kumar" mobile no: [protected]

Kindly resolve my problem, as it is really irritating now.

Ifb dryer repairing - complaint no. [protected]

We submitted our first complaint on december 25th and were supposed to get serviced within 24 hours. After calling multiple times, we were asked to call someone at the local service center.

So we called mr. Gautam and his phone number is [protected] for your reference. After assuring us that someone would come immediately, no one has come yet!!! This is not the service we’d like and we’d be happy to return your dryer if we don’t get your assistance at your earliest.

The dryer has not been working and we’d appreciate your prompt response to this matter. Don’t have us beg you to come and help us.

I purchased front load washing machine on25.11.2019.
A defective machine supplied to me. While running machine shows error of door error from very first day. Complained number of times neither dealer nor company listing to replace defective machine.
Machine door neither closes smoothly nor open smoothly.

Talked to mr vibhor of ifb he is so rude to clients that ni words to explain.
Dealer dee kay electronics owner vijay singla says that my raising voice is illegal.

Its the 2 nd time we are calling ifb service in a week at the first time they change the motor worth 6000. On the next day itself the washing machine starts leaking. When we try to call again they are ignoring our calls. It is very disappointment from your side. We aren't given the value as a customer. So we are forced to complain here. I think you will take the complaint seriesly and make necessary steps to solve.

Ifb fool the people. Bought washing machine but always there is e2 error.in every 26th or 27th minute i am getting e2 error. Machine is not working properly. This problem i am facing from the beginning.

Very poor service from ifb. Pls don't fool the people.

I want complete repair in this regard.

Because there is deficiency in service from ifb.

After 18th of december i am still waiting for the part of my washing machine, several calls to customer care n service person but no response n still suffering. I contacted with city head n concerning service inchargebut they are helpless, this type of bad service i didn’t expect, you have to understand the problem otherwise no one will keep faith in your company.

Recently a service centre called and asked me to renew my amc for ifb washing machine. After renewal the engineer asked to buy packets to clean the drum and asked to run it. Once it started, there was power trip. We called the engineer immediately who was nearby. He came and told the board need to be changed. After multiple follow up he told it will be done in a week time.
After that he is not picking calls.
Also, since there was no ticket for this, i raised a ticket on 20th dec (Ticket id : [protected])
Then every service centre calls me (Received 3 calls on 21st ([protected], [protected], [protected] and one on 23rd [protected])
Everyone listens to my issue and just forwards to another service centre (Each one tells me they received this newly)
No one is ready to own up.

Can you please look into this urgent?

Less than a yearifb 6.5 kg fully-automatic front loading washing machine (Senorita aqua sx) stopped working

Brought in january 2019. It stopped working.

I had lot of expectation from ifb, not sure anymore anymore.

Display panel is not working.. Cannot switch on the m/c.

I am not getting any contact from service personel.

I cannot believe m/c stopped within a year.

I have purchased ifb neptune fx dishwasher from tatacliq online which was delivered on[protected]. Accordingly, installation/demo request was raised by ifb vide request id [protected]. On[protected] i received a call from ifb center in siliguri (Phone no. [protected]) and confirmed to send the technician on[protected]. The technician mr. Gobind byapari came for installation on[protected]. However the water outlet was not suitable to install the machine. He told me to first get the water outlet ready and left. I have done the needful next day and called ifb center in phone no [protected] and requested for technician to install the machine. As of now no one has showed up despite repeated request. Time now is 03:10 p. M. (Ist). I am still waiting for the technician to turn up. I cant wait for two whole day leaving my other important works unattended as i have been waiting for technician. The lady in ifb center promised me that the technician will be sent in the morning but to no avail. I didn't expect such lackadaisical attitude from the representatives of renowned ifb company. I wish i could have purchased the dish washer of other brand.

Commercial IFB washing machine worth Rs. 4 lakhs bought last year ( December 2018) has been giving troubles since the very 1st month.. while the technicians come and resolve it, it seems to have a new problem every time.. we have been writing to IFB for a replacement since July 2019 however no response to our request has been made. Last 1 week we have been writing daily to the head office to change and replace and give us a new piece still no luck... We feel cheated as our hotel is suffering because of this.. it looks like a faulty machine was sold to us.. we run a 52 rooms hotel in Visakhapatnam ( Mantris Hotel) and with the washing machine not functioning it is a great mental pressure. Revenue loss as guest laundry cannot be done in house.. plus washing of staf[censored]nforms and room linen is additional ...

I purchased ifb front load washing machine in this august hoping great quality & service.

Instead got disappointed with water leakage problem within a month.

Technicians visited 7-8 times to solve the same issue by dismantling the machine, changing parts & still couldn't solve the issue completely.

This raises two questions
1. Are the technicians qualified?
2. Is the product quality poor?

We spoke to the customer care about 20 times regarding the issue.
Each time they direct us to the service center & district manager of karimnagar (Telangana) whose support is disgusting.

They are least bothered even if i expressed my intention to post the complaint on social media.

I really want this product to be replaced or refund my money.

Visited srikakulam office today for washing mechine service.. Costomer service department attended.

Filter. Rs.2560
Toal charged. Rs.5600
But they have not given pakka bill and gst charges.. Given job card receipt and they collected amount.. Is it correct?
I want clarification and justice.
More over old volve bring with him. Not returned to the customer.

I have a under warranty washing machine rdw 6.5 aqua which is down for last 10 days. I have also made a complaint but not yet attended. Only same script is taught to me while calling on customer care no "we will attend issue shortly". And no response on mail id [protected]@ifbglobal.com. First complaint logged on 08 dec but not even responded from ibf side yet. Waiting for any conversation/attempt/visit from ifb side.

Very pathetic customer service and product quality.

I am very much despite with service given by ifb team. They are looking service for more than 90 days. Yes what you have read is right, 90 plus days and keep on going. I have called more than 10 times to service center and more than 25 times to their local team. They will give one common answer wait for two days and go on on...

My list of ticket number with dates as follows

[protected] dated 10 december.

Here biggest twist is that they wil1 close call before resolving it. They will follow it like any thing for closing the call.

Iam purchase in ifb executive plus 8.5 kg 1400rpm washing on may.05.2019.

This machine not working properly, many times complaint in ifb service. But not action in properly, pls response i don't want this machine. I want replacement we need.

Pls response as earlier as possible

What kind of fraud are done on behalf of ifb i attached with image. I haven't understand yet why should i pay any money when my machine is under warranty. And still i beg to ifb that please send a technician for repairing my washing machine i fed up now with your dealing with customer if still on action you do on my this complaint genuinely i take your machine at any NH nearest to me and set on fire in front of media sorry for doing this because now i am completely teased by ifb customer dealing

This mail is regarding complaint about top load washing machine.. I m ifb customer since 2012 but now i'm very disappointed with ifb i purchased top load ifb 9.5 kg fully automatic washing machine after demo i used and got burning smell from it after register complaint your executive came and they didn't find any fault but still burning smell is coming. Low quality parts company uses now i want to change with new. And never recommend to others take any action as soon as possible.

My washing machine is having a loud noise while wash... I have raised several ticket since 2018 but all ticket has been closed magically without any visiting technician at our place. I found their service extremely pathetic with extreme casual behaviour. My question is i[censored] cannot provide service then why you are fooling people around?? Worthless you people are... Actually you people dont have any shame.
I urge everyone who will see my complain that please dont buy any product from IFB as you will be suffering endlessly for their ghostly service.
