Dear team

I booked a ifb service over phone booking number[protected] for my front load washing machine which have a water leakage from front door. My complaint number is [protected]. After two days one person name sunil has come he checked the problems and send other guy next day for changing the part.
The part he changed is front door rubber sleeve and he charged me rs.2150/-
I asked him wether it have any warranty or how i know it is ifb product.
(Bill attached)
No answer from him and he told it doesn't have any warranty.
I said i need bill then he gave bill of harinag enterprises without tax.

In the bill he added ifb descal powder no.4 = rs.680. I asked him why you charge this, he said your machine drum should be cleaned so i put this now let it clean. Without asking me he done that charged for me.

I find so fishy and tricky about the bill and i paid the bill through gpay.

After he went then i done a investigation on the products which he replaced
Big truth has come out - ifb front door rubber sleeve cost is just rs.749/- and he charged me 130% extra rs.2150... Big time looting money.

Ifb descal charge is just rs.79 for 100gm in that also they looted rs.170per pack so please stay away from ifb service franchise

Ifb team please look in to it i never expect this kind of service from ifb. I will never go for ifb. I lost the 15 year trust of ifb.

I attached the bill and screen shot of rubber sleeve market price rs.749/- and ifb descal cleaning powder - rs.98/-

Stay away from ifb service and harinag enterprises.

    I am from chennai. I bought senorita washing machine 9 years back. I had taken amc twice during those years after initial 4 years.
    During july 2019, i had trouble (Door was not locking) and hence called for customer service. They did initial inspection and and told us they would give interim fix as the door lock would take 45 days. That was done and asked us to go for amc as its been so many years. We initially hesitated and then took the amc as we might forsee many other problems. After we took the amc, door lock was permanently fixed. The very next day, another problem started (Water leakage) and found that the plate had holes and have to wait for 45 days. We did not want to wait for 45 days as it was too long. The service man raja told us that we could cancel the by then it was just 10 days since we took the amc. Since we could not wait for 45 days, we wanted to cancel the amc and he agreed and took back whatever he fixed for us along with amc original.
    After couple of days, ifb center called us and asked for the reasons for amc cancellation and we told what happened. He told us that processing would take at least 45 days and then we will refund with deducting some amount as follows.
    Amount paid for amc : inr 4520 incl of gst. He told us they would pay around 3800 or so excluding gst. We agreed to this.
    We waited for 40 days and followed up and they responded saying that it was under process. After couple of followups, another time told that the area manager got transfered and new person joined by name vignesh.
    We tried to reach him 4 to 5 times and he took the call stating that he has received the refund request and he would look into it.
    Yesterday ie 20th oct we called him, he said that they cannot refund the amount. Once amc received, they cannot refund the amount.

    Amc taken by franchisee - amman (As mentioned in the amc) and signed by m. Raja

    Now that, lost the money, whatever parts they replaced was so taken back.
    Now i do not have that machine as i had to purchase new since wait time was too long.

    Since they are denying my refund, this puts me in agony and they are being rude to us and not picking up phone calls or not responding to any of my queries.

    I need the refund now. I can share the necessary amc details when required.

    Kindly investigate this and refund my amount.

    I was contacted by IFB representative on 22nd october and she had asked me to forward the copy of AMC and i did the same.

    Till date no response and its been almost a month now.

    Please expedite as its almost 4 to 5 months since this issue has cropped up.

      Hi,
      Almost 1week (13th october 2019) before purchased new ifb washing (Senorita wx 6.5kg) machine from ifb dealer and same day ticket raised for technician assistant required to install and required demo of washing machine usage.
      Every day i called ifb service centre in dharmapuri and hr service person told the case is already assigned and technician will come within 8 hrs to resolve. Till now no technician coming to my home and when i give a call to tecnician mobile number is not picking up the call, i am totally frustrated the service engineer is not properly respond and not giving service to the customer. One or two service centre will spoil the company name and reputation. Please take immediate action on the service centre.

        Respected sir/ma'am,

        I would like to draw your attention this time because my issues have not been resolved yet, even though i have raised tickets 3 times earlier in past one month and this is my fourth time i raised the request.

        The repeated issue happened every every time, but service technical couldn't understand to resolved my problem nor he will change the part, the issue is the start/pause button is not working properly, it's works sometime and sometime it won't. Every time he was giving full excuses because they doesn't interested to change the part and always in a hurry. A couple of time i send them videos on his personal cell number. I am also attaching a video of this issue of start/pause button is not working at all, you can easily go through and found it that issue is occurring.

        A humble request to ifb to, please, please and please do something and change it, as my mother and wife suffer a lot, please understand my concerns. I took the amc.

        For your information, this is my third washing machine of ifb and i am going to purchase the fourth one in this diwali because i trust ifb, i trust ifb service but i don't know if you guys providing this kind of service to the customer as just because of poor service from the service station, then, in this case, you would lose loyal customer base because of service station service.

        I would kindly request you to ask a technician to change a start/pause button.

        Last thing, please escalate this issue to ifb servicing team or higher management to take seriously action against service station. Literally, i am mentally stressed for this issue is just because of the service station. My elder mother and wife are also suffering.

        That's all,

        I hope you, i have cleared my self, however still if you still want to know further you guys can call me on given number.

        I have faith in ifb to get this issue resolved this time.

          October 2nd 2019 i booked ifb 6kg washing machine in amazon. It is delivered on 13th october 2019. But till now no service person reached me for the installation of machine. From last four days i am contacting. But i didn't get proper reply and immediate service till now.
          If it continues like this the impact will effect company reputation.

            Ifb had worst washing machine and extremely awful customer service. This industry is merely cheating people by selling crapy machines and appliances and on top of all they ask to pay money for free services throughout the year but once paid, they never attend any calls or give any services.
            From anurag dehariya to their service technician anil jaiswal, they neither attend any calls nor make any visit to complaints.

                I had purchased ifb dishwasher neptune vx some two years back. The product was functioning absolutely fine until 2 months back when i noticed white deposits on the utensils after every wash. I registered my complaint with ifb customer care. The complaint was attended to after 3 day only after repeated reminders to customer care. The service engineer mentioned some fault in the salt setting and said that he has fixed it. The next day after the wash the problem persisted as it was, nothing changed. Since then we have lodged a number of complaints with customer care with no response from the service centre. The customer care assured us of escalating our complaint every time but after almost two months now we are grappling with the same problem.
                We feel cheated as customers when it comes to offering services be it a big name as ifb. Hope some action will be taken now at least.

                  Our washing machine (Within warranty purchased in november 2016) suddenly stopped because the inner rubber was cutted and burnt into pieces. On raising complaint one engineer came and he informed that this is due to some technical problem and machine parts are not available (His mobile no is [protected]). It will come after two or three days. It is extreme shocking that he himself resolved the issue. On contacting their toll free number, ithe again registered the complaint. This is almost 10 days, it is really ashamed that their engineer says i am coming by evening, but no body is turning up. Please do not buy the ifb machines because of poor service. It is zero.

                    I googled for ifb service centre and got the below website

                    Called the toll free number ([protected]) to log a complaint about water leakage at bottom of our washing machine. The executive said inspection charge will take around 300 rupees. I asked them to assign a technician to look after the issue.

                    A technician was assigned from sri varuda service center (https://www.justdial.com/Chennai/Sri-Varuda-Service-Center-MMDA-Colony/044PXX44... he checked the water leakage and said water inlet valve has to be replaced to fix the issue costs rs. 2800, but i asked whether it covers under warranty he said it doesn’t and also he said he need to take our valve to order the same model. As we thought he was directly assigned from ifb service we agreed to take the valve with him.

                    The next day he came and fitted the valve which has brought (The valve was not packed and sealed) and he fixed something and it was working when he was showing the demo. No bills he has given for the charged amount of 3100 (Coil rate 2800 + service charge 300).

                    Next day when i was trying to put the clothes in the machine and the same issue persists, then i realised it is happening with the new valve also and there would not be any issues with old valve. He came to fix the issue once again and i was asking why water is getting leaked even after replacing the valve and what is the actual issue, he was not able to justify why he has replaced the valve and suddenly he said he will give our old one and take replaced one with him and he said he will refund the money 2800. As he was not having the old one with him i asked him to come and change it on the next day.

                    There is no response from him for 4 days and we called the sri varuda service center directly and explained the fraud done by the technician and they were agreed to refund the money. Whenever we were calling to refund the money sri varuda service center was telling we will refund your money but till now we did not get our amount.

                    I need ifb industries to check and confirm whether the http://ifbservicepoint.in/ is an authorised service provider of ifb. I also suspect that these people are changing duplicate parts against the original one and charging a ridiculous amount for the parts too.

                    Finally, i need ifb industries to sort out the issue for me

                    This is a paka fraud agency. The owner name is Senthil Kumar. I lost my money on my ac service and the service is not done. They don't return the money even if the service is not done properly. He is having different branches and none of the address in the receipts given to the customers exists. I found many google reviews now on this fraud agency. If I had seen them earlier I would have saved my money. Sri Varuda Service Center is one more name. I received bill from them with name IDE enterprises. There is no such company in the location that is mentioned. Like this he has many such fraud agencies. Their work is to go to customers collect money saying board problem in case of AC or drum problem in case of washing machine. And the problem will not be resolved. Also they are collecting some AMC charges. Be careful. After collecting money they will never attend your calls for 15 to 20 days saying that they are doing lot of work on board or drum but actually there wouldnt be any such problem. Always do call the company service center. Please check the google review on Sri Varuda Service Center 2.3 31 Google reviews. Who ever has given 5 ratings are in their fraud team. I have also given a police complaint on him. Please everybody come up like this and give a complaint only then we can avoid such scenarios getting happened to others in future.

                        Very late service from ifb. I had placed a complaint on 3rd of october, 2019 and it’s now 12th october but they have still have not provided us service. I am very dissatisfied with there service and i will make sure i never recommend them to anyone. They come twice but still did not mend it...                             My name is Sreelakshmi. IFB service person had replaced the board(costing Rs 4000) of my IFB washing machine after it stopped working. After the technician left when I started using the machine, the whole washing cycle was repeating again and again. After this I called up customer care a couple of times, but till date no technicians have been sent. My registered mobile number is [protected].

                            I got a call from customer care saying that a local technician would contact me. Then i was called by the same manager Mr Vinay (9902980005) who had earlier ignored my calls, asking whether i had posted on social media. Promptly one Mr Puneeth, a competent technician came and inspected the machine. He concluded that the replaced board was not fixed properly. So he re-fixed it and now the machine is working properly. Am yet to receive the bill receipt for the amount i payed for the replaced board.

                              I am using ifb washing machine-senorita 6.5kg and it has some technical problem due to which there is some kind of oil stain on the clothes that are being washed in it. I made a complaint for the same 3 times in the last 12 days but nobody has visited my place yet. All the complaints made were before the expiry of the warranty i. E 7/10/2019. It is requested to please look into this and send someone as early as possible.

                                I purchased IFB SENORITA SX ultra white 6 KG on 28.02.2013. now the machine is under AMC from 17.11.2018 TO 16.11.2019.(vide invoice 4358 dated 17.11.2018 Sri Magizh Enterprises, Coimbatore- an IFB authorized Franchisee) The machine is frequently on fault from April 2019 to till date.The complaint docket numbers booked with IFB are listed below

Due to frequent fault occurred in the Machine, I am unable to operate the machine resulting in, the very purpose for which it was purchased is defeated. I have invested a huge money.

                                It is surprised to inform that when the washing is completed, the machine automatically intake water from the tap in the switch off condition of the machine. It is also noted that during the machine is in washing process, the door is automatically opened the fault of which is not attended or resolved by the IFB company.(Complaints booked on 18.09.2019 and 07.10.2019 not attended till date). The recorded videos are also uploaded for ready reference please.

I am one of the customers of IFB Washing Machine(serena SX 5.5kg). my mother was using this machine she is 71years old, On 13.05.2019, I applied for AMC. Now, my washing machine is under AMC period only. Few months back, there was a problem in my machine and I registered a complaint in customer care. A technician came and found out a motor problem in my machine, then fixed another motor few days later. But after installing another motor, he didn’t do any demonstration. After few minutes, I checked my machine but it didn’t work properly. Then, same day itself I immediately contacted technician, he came and viewed the status of the machine and told me he will fix it. But he didn’t fix it. It has been more than 3 months, till now there is no response from technician as well as customer care. Constantly, I am contacting customer care, they are also registering my complaint again and again but, they are not solving my problem. I am fed up with customer care. Please, sort out my problem quickly. If not, surely I will go to Consumer Court.

After few minutes, I checked my machine but it didn’t work properly. Then, same day itself I immediately contacted technician, he came and viewed the status of the machine and told me he will fix it. But he didn’t fix it. It has been more than 5 (march2020) months, till now there is no response from technician as well as customer care. After long time back area manager (pravin) spoke to me .but no action taken for my problem and one time i spoke our service dealer(manikandan) no proper response to me. Constantly, I am contacting customer care, they are also registering my complaint again and again but, they are not solving my problem. I am fed up with customer care. Please, sort out my problem quickly. If not, surely I will go to Consumer Court.

                                    I recently encountered some issue with my ifb senorita touch panel. Touch panel of my ifb machine is not functioning properly. Some time it works and some time it doesn't despite trying it for many hours. Using ifb washing machine has became a big pain now.

                                    The worst part is, upon raising the complaint, first service engineer takes long to visit and after visiting, doesn't care much about our concern. Instead of getting the machine fixed, he suggests more on cleaning the touch panel properly with a dry cloth and do it every time before using it. The worst part is, he was rubbing the touch panel so badly, no one can even imagine. I believe, i have not purchased a good washing machine, rather i have purchased some junkyard stuff which needs rubbing before using it.

                                    Ifb service standard is damn pathetic and non comparable to other good brands. Not even comparable to local brands as even they really are doing well.

                                    I'm sharing the details of engineer who visited me for service and promised to get the same fixed in 2 days time and now 10 days have already been passed.

                                    I'm also sharing the complaint number for your reference and persual.

                                    I look forward to hear soon from ifb failing which force me to lodge a complaint in consumer desk.

                                        There was a phone call requesting routine machine service on 30/09/2019. Subsequently two staff members including mr. Bharath visited the same day and inspected the machine. Suggested to replace filter as alleged to find bad smell. While hesitating to accept the replacement during free warranty period, as cost of about rs. 2, 000 to be incurred, it was alleged to have replaced the same and raised bill without any ifb name in the invoice for rs. 2000 plus. The visited staff insisted on cash payment. Subsequently consented to receive payment only online to be transferred to individual name of a lady staff in their office. After it was refused to pay to any individual, the staff alleged to have restored the old filter within no time.
                                        Please investigate the staff visit to no. 41, conservancy, 6 & 7 cross, 6 & 7 main, malleswaram bangalore -560003, whether genuine, conduct of the staff to force the replacement of parts and receiving mode of payment.
