We are in india where major language of communication is hindi and the regional languages, the the thing is that the user manual is in english and how do you expect it to be understandable by my mother and grand mother who had their education in regional language. Every time when they are using the machine their should me some one assisting them this create the situation where they can not use the machine if some one from younger generation who had their education in english medium should be their to assist them. They are no able to use the machine. The population of india is vast and consist of different people speaking and understanding different language this country is not usa where every one speak english you got to have support for other regional languages in the user manual. This situation is their with not only ifb but all the other companies out their doing business. If they are doing business in europe can they do the same thing printing their user manual only in one language.

    Dear team

    I own a ifb front load washing machine (Alena aqua) which is not working since last 10 days ad we logged complaint to ifb care (Reference: [protected]).

    3-4 times technician has visited to site and suggested to replace door lock, pcb etc, after doing replacement he is unable to bring the machine in working condition.

    Now i am waiting for senior technician who can diagnose the fault and rectify the same. But no one is listening and i am in trouble.

    I am very disappointed with the services and am forced to rethink over purchasing and referring ifb products in future.

    Please help me to resolve this long pending issue.

      elena/front door lock is not working

      Hi,

      I have ifb, elena front load washing machine, my on/off, heater switch is not working. Technician from ifb who visited last time made it direct and told me he will replace it soon but not done yet.

      Also my front door lock is not working even after multiple complaints. This problem is also a long pending one.

      When i am registering a complaint technicians are vising my place and closing the...

      I hereby wish to bring to your notice that the microwave model no. 34 bic1, which we purchased from ifb point in september 2015 has become, pain in our neck from last 30 months.

      The pain includes getting in contact with the service person, the capabilities of the technician and the replacement of inefficient part and so on...

      I am mentioning the dates on which i complained regarding the microwave.

      - meanwhile, it got repaired through personal follow-ups

      After all these, the present conditions today is that we still need a lot of repairing in the microwave. We were a very loyal customer who has purchased an oven, washing machine and dishwasher also from ifb is put to this condition.

      So, this is a 'final sincere request' to get this microwave to replace with a new one...

      I would like nothing more than a quick solution to my problem so that i may be a customer of yours in the future

        My washing machine always showing error when i call the service center they said that the problem is with your voltage not in the machine but in the manual book there is not written about any such problem.
        I said him to come and check the machine but he said that you have to install a stabilizer he will not come so i complaint to costumer care about him and requested them to send senior technician but no one has come till now
        And the local service center guy (About whom i have complained) he call me and threatened me
        No one expects this type of cheap behaviour form your service center
        The worst service i have seen
        If any one from ifb reading this please do something either give my money back of my amc of machine and get your washing machine and throw somewhere 😠😠😠😤😤

          Dear customer care,

          I have opened a complaint for ifb senorita plus vx washing machine which is under warranty. The complaint was regarding display panel not working properly. The buttons were not getting pressed. This seems to be inherent issue with this model of washing machine as the problem was reported last year too.

          The technician visiting my house (On 3rd aug 2019) didn't seem to have proper expertise in handling the request. After much difficult, he could open the display panel, and later i was told that the display panel needs to be changed. As per the technician, the display panel is not covered under warranty. I told him that last year too problem came, and it was replaced under warranty. He told he would check with his manager, and come back again.

          Later, next day on 4th aug 2019 my complaint was closed without any information. I called back the technician and he told me that it has been closed as it was not covered under warranty. The behaviour of technician was very rude, and he disconnected the call when i asked him why i was not informed.

          As per the warranty card (Attached) - all parts of washing machine are covered under warranty during 48 months of date of purchase, and would be replaced free of charge. But the technician and the service centre is not honouring this anymore.

          Please let me know how to proceed further.

            Dear sir/ma'am
            I am writing this complaint to bring to your notice that i filed a complaint regarding my ifb machine on 31.07.2019 at about 7:45 pm, the complaint/ ticket number was [protected]. I was promised a visit by an ifb executive within 24 hrs and hence i waited on 1.08.2019 at about 5:56 pm, i received a text message saying that the visit has been rescheduled without stating any cause for the same and also without mentioning the rescheduled time or anything, i again waited for another 24 hrs and on 2.08.2019 at about 5:45 pm, i called at the ifb customer care number and i was assured that on 03.08.2019 an executive will visit in morning hours and this complaint will be resolved on an urgent basis but it has been 24 hrs since that too still no executive has either tried to contact me or has payed a visit when initially on 31.07.2019 on the first complaint only it was made very clear by me that its an urgent matter.

            This highly negligent and irresponsible behavior on part of your company shows your disinterest towards your customers grievance and a clear deficiency in services.

              I bought a dishwasher of ifb around 2.5 years back. Some days ago i shifted the place of my dishwasher and there was a problem in it's working so i called a person from ifb office. When he came home to check, my dishwasher started working, i don't know how. He didn't do anything at all. He just came watched the machine and i told him that the machine is fine right now but if it creates problem i would call him. Fyi, the office of ifb is 100mt. Away from my home. He said your bill is rs 300. I was shocked. I asked him for what?? He said we take that amount for home visit. So without doing anything at all, this person asked for rs. 300. Didn't give any bill too.

                Hello team - we bought ifb washing machine from croma new delhi and now shifted the washing machine to purnea, bihar as i transferred to different place. Since last couple of months, the washing machine was stopped working hence we created a online service request in ifb with complaint number [protected]. Its been more than 7 days now, the complain was not resolved. No one came to see my machine from company. Company used to give multiple service person's cell numbers.

                My father (Age 78 years) tried reaching to them and one of them (Hardil - +91 [protected]) was very rude and given the quotation of rs 5200/- without even looking washing machine once. He said, since we officially complaints through ifb hence we need to pay more otherwise it would cost only 4200/- to replace motherboard. This seems to be very pathetic and unprofessional.

                I tried reaching out through to customer care through official email [protected]@ifbglobal.com as i am currently outside india and cant make any calls to their toll free number. I tried escalating through emails but haven't heard back anything. Ifb folks seem to be very irresponsible and extremely poor handing services. They don't bother about their customer once they sold the products. Its very unfortunate that we bought ifb products.

                I would like to request to ifb senior management to take action against the rude service engineer and provide us with qualified and well mannered service engineer to fix the washing machine as early as possible.

                    The customer service department

                    On calling the centralized ifb customer service about a month ago on a complaint of water logging inside by senator 6 kg washing machine, i was directed to your service center support squad online services, 80, /2, 2nd main yeshwantpur, bangalore -22. Shabnam from the service center deputed sultan who identified the problem as a drier motor replacement on 15 june. He took the old one and promised to return the next day (16 june 2019) with a new one. Post several calls, he sent ayaz (Instead of coming himself as promised) who fixed it in a jiffy and said it would work fine without waiting for a trial run. However, the water logging problem persisted and clothes were not getting cleaned. Umpteen follow up calls and messages to both the technicians went unheeded. The service center too took up the complaint but sent ayaz again after repeat requests.

                    He came a second time and just kept progressing the turner knob and said it would work fine. He was highly rude and barely spent 5 minutes and refused to stay till the whole process was over so we could actually check if the machine was working properly. After one month of repeated requests, the technicians do not still respond and the service center does not even bother to ensure that the service request is fulfilled. I have been cheated of rs 5000. Now i think the invoice attached is also fake and i am left with a washing machine that still has the same problem and am unable to wash the clothes. My washing machine has never ever given me this problem before.

                    Kindly arrange to rectify this problem urgently when i am available at home free of cost. I have had to endure much hardship and inconvenience. This appears to be a case of total indifference, unethical behavior, unprofessional service and cheating. Prompt and proper action by ifb will help restore my faith in them (I have been using their machines for more than 20 years). Thank you.

                      We have purchased new washing machine on 13.07.2019 and after new machine comes, their are issue with its door i. E. Not properly closed, so we have lodged the complaint with replacement id: [protected]on 16.07.2019 for replacement of another washing machine. But they are simply misguided us since the date and even not pick up the call where we talk and after 2weeks after complaining in this forum, they called us and provide new machine on 26.07.2019, for that thank u. Then we have talked to mr. Ankesh for providing one engg. To us who give demo for installation and your people again continuously tell that tomorrow engg. Will come that tomorrow never comes still and also not picking call and replied. Pl resolve the matter us earliest, we actually trapped with your company products, this type of servicing u r giving, never expect.

                        We have been calling since jan2019 for ifb washing service but noone has visited yet. Complaint is still open in your records. We have called customer care so many times and also service centre in noida. We are really helpless now. We have also put our complaint of fb and consumer forum and still ifb has not responded. Service is pathetic. It's been 2 months we have put complaint and noone has come. Noone cares.

                            The technician has charged 5000 for drum replacement from my mother who is a senior citizen and also not handed the receipt and refused to leave without the money. We are feeling cheated.

                            Please confirm the PCB cost.The technician says it needs to be replaced with door lock...quoted 7560 INR for the repair. That is huge.
                            Model : EVA AQUA VX 5.5 KG 700 RPM.

                            Year of purchase : 2014.

                            Please confirm the correct cost of the replacement part.

                              Problem 1 : i have issue with ifb top loaded machine. I am continuously chasing their customer care and service center. Customer care is saying product is under warranty but service center is saying it's out of warranty. Now there is no proper response from customer care. It's very frustrating to chase them.

                              Problem 2 : quality of ifb product is very poor as well. It's not even 4 years and already a hardware (Of cost rs 2500) had been replaced and again it stopped working and now technician is saying one more part needs to change.

                              Solution : i need a repair without charges now as already i spent lot of money on it and obviously a fruitful response from customer care.

                              Machine again stopped working. Does IFB sell second hand products as new products? I am unable to understand why your product getting deteriorated again and again. Horrible experience with IFB.

                              Technician visited my home and replaced one hardware. But still machine is not working. Now service center saying one more hardware replacement is required.

                              I am very frustrated because of this IFB washing machine and support of service center as well . Already 2-3 hardware have been replaced in this machine for which i already wasted large amount of money

                              I am regretting that I bought a a IFB product.

                              Very bad experience with your product. I have paid a lot of money for repair. Finally I had to take insurance of your product to avoid more charges as machine getting deteriorated very frequently and on top of that nothing has been done by IFB as compensation.

                              Give me a single reason I or anyone should buy a IFB product after this experience?

                                I am filed a complain on 17th july. Tkt no. Is -[protected]. I purchased ifb washing machine in 2009 and always taking extended warranty for my washing machine. My last warranty will expire in month of oct19. After two years now my washing machine is down. I registered a complain through customer care and he told nothing to pay as machine is under warranty. A technician came after two days and he demanded to show warranty documents from my wife as i was not available in home. I requested him that i will search and show u. He left without doing anything.
                                I am also sorry to inform that i searched the documents but could not find it. I requested them to suggest me way forward. As machine is almost down for last 9-10 days i am finding it very difficult.
                                As online it is showing that machine is under warranty i requested them to plz instruct their technician to repair or guide me from where i can get another copy of warranty card. I contacted area manager office (In kr puram, bangalore) but they are also not helping.

                                  I am using ifb make top loading machine since oct-2016. Recently my machine is getting cut of with error as "ac lo".

                                  Upon my complain their tech visited and doing any check advised for using voltage stabiliser to resolve issue. I checked my house voltage was steady at 245 v.

                                  Tech advised to start machine after 10/15 minutes of this error and this way machine was operating . But this error appearing repeatedly and hence again lodge a complain with customer care for sending some senior tech. He comes with voltage measuring meter and observed steady voltage of 242. He has advised for replacement of card costing 3240/- as error has entered in card.
                                  Being a electrical engineer, i asked what it mean that error entered in card memory. I feel ifb does not have competent persons to identify simple electrical fault and interested in selling their costly card that too with only 03 month warranty.Card has satisfactorily worked till their 02 year warranty is over and immediately bad cheap component like capacitor/diode/reed relay used in voltage low circuit leading to replacement of complete card.
                                  I asked tech to temp bypass ac low cut off as voltage was not a issue but was insisting for replacement of costly card with three month grantee.

                                    Yesterday, i called up hyderabad, miyapur area ifb service center, co-ordinator name: sai (Moblie no. [protected]). He said the machine is not repairable and they will return my amc money back. They want me to buy a new ifb machine.

                                    No one grow money on the top of a tree. I just cannot buy new machine with 25000 to 40000 rupees. After amc customers expect the peace of mind for service.

                                    Being an elctronics engineer, not the ifb machine expert, i got some time, want to check, why my ifb machine is not repairable. I just opened the screws of top cover and found that the top stone weight is loose, moving and shaking. Your technician visited my place on sunday and stayed for 10 minutes. He not even tightened the nut bolts of top stone weight. This is the quality service they are providing it.

                                    Today, after i fixed the paper packing just below the stone weight and used the machine. The machine is not making sounds and working fine.

                                    I just want to know why the technicians are not fixing the parts properly in the washing machine or they doing it with wrong intention. It is my serious concern the service they are providing it. I need your intervention on this. Now i am suspicious about the ifb technicians service and it is clear that they want to cheat me. Customers trust the ifb brand name and you people are cheating customers like anything.

                                    Previously technicians replaced machine parts when. Wife was there at home. So, i doubt they removed main original parts which comes with machine and now they are saying it is not repairable. As per area manager mr. Prem hanmala, if they replaced the maximum parts in my machine why the hell the machine is not repaired from 15th june 2019. It is more than a month the problem is not resolved.

                                    Why they want to take machine to their service center for stone tightening. After this worst service, i will not allow my machine to pick up to service center.

                                    Technician even broken my taps fittings while doing service. I replaced with new taps, not a concern.

                                    It is my humble request to help in getting service of this machine.

                                      I have raised a complaint and one of the technician came and said very small issue and went back saying will come in 2days and yesterday another technician came and he was very young and don't feel he was expertise with washing machine service. He first said issue with front rubber and changed it later he said bearings should be changed & he changed drum too as it's requirement to bearings and he said it need to fix along with it. Now my washing machine looks like not good.

                                      What kind of service is given by ifb. I'm demanding nenew washing machine as the service man uneccesarily removed few parts and attached with new parts with out reason and not assembled properly and demanding for money for service. Finally my issue is not resolved, the sound was coming more than earlier.

                                      I demand ifb needs to give new washing machine or will reach to consumer court.
