We relocated to a new apartment in fraser town and got our ifb dishwasher re-installed. Since dec 2018, we have called the ifb technician at least five times for the same complaint. Every time the technician comes he charges rs. 590 for the service and charges for de-scaling powder rs. 680/- (Four packets). However, two days later we keep getting error f-5 when we put it for a 1.5 h cycle.

Dryer is not working. It gets disconnected once we put the clothes for drying and put it ON. Can you send the technician or ask him to call first before visiting.

    I have purchased a washing machine on nov 2015 there was some sound from the drum so we informed ifb now the service guy had come to check. He is telling that the rubber sleeve is worn and asking for 2500 rupees plus charges but when i checked online it is showing around 500-600 rupees. Why are the techician people asking so high amount and also it's under warranty please this kind of morning thefts should be stopped from company side. It's really a big mafia kind to take money in spite of still in warranty parts.

      Ifb washing machine with valid amc has not been repaired for the last 10 days.
      Many many complaints made but the service center and the company jointly delaying my repairs saying the machine is a old model.

      Please refer all my earlier emails. Not good to repeat the things again and again as your services are failing again and again.

      Ifb is a good and great brand. I don't understand as to why you people want to spoil it.

      I am not getting my emails replied.

      Please explain a senior person who attended after good five days did not locate the problem but whereas the second person who attended after good seven days did locate in a minute and was to arrange to replace the motor.

      Today is 8th july, my problem is as it is.

      May i spread the issue all over the country and at international level?

        Sub: complaint against the untrained & incapable treatment given to my dishwasher by the after sales service team.

        Sir/madam,

        This is to bring into notice the unprofessional attitude of the after sales service team in allahabad (U. P.) i am highly dissatisfied with the inexperience and ir-responsible behaviour done to my machine.

        I faced some technical issue last night in my dishwasher. I programmed the machine on super 50 level with extra hygiene. The machine covered aprox 40 minutes and then there was a sudden power cut of an hour or so. When the electric supply came, i went to check the machine but it isn't working since then. Power supply is good and the machine is even connected with an stabilizer. The power cut scenario is very usual in between the running programs but i never faced this dead reaction from this machine in last 1.5 years.
        So i launched a complain on customer care number giving all the details about the issue. They were already having my customer id and machine details in their system.
        Ifb technicians came in the evening, although he assured to come in the noon time. He diagnosed that the machine is in dead state and started opening the panel to change the circuit board.
        Circuit board he brought looked similar to the one in the model. But he wasn't very sure if the machine is going to work in a proper way after the interchange. He started matching the circuits of the board he brought with the original and confirmed himself, as the designs matched. After some struggle with the internal wires and plugs he managed to fit the new board in the panel.

        The machine was switched on, the technician tabbed few buttons on the panel and says that, the machine is not getting proper water supply so there must be some problem with the inlet pipe, or it is jammed due to hard water and lay down the machine. While he was playing with the buttons i could see some water from the outlet but he was only interested in listening to the vibrations of water supply inside the machine.

        He opened some cover on its downside, checked something and told his helper that this machine is a different model, ‘it’ will not fit into this. During all this dramatic event i asked them how did the water problem occurred all of a sudden when this wasn't the issue earlier as we are using it daily after purchase, they were not interested in answering but busy in dismantling, may be they deliberately wanted me to believe that there is a water problem and i need to purchase certain device to fix it, but because the model was different they had to get back.

        Now they said that the circuit board they have brought does not belong to this model due to which the machine is not working properly and unable to retain the water into it. Another circuit board has to be ordered from the head office and it will take around 3-4 days.

        Now the question arises:

        · when the model number was noted down, the technical issue was clearly understood by the team then why did the service men came with a different model circuit board.

        · the authorized person looked inexperienced as they were not sure if the circuit board belongs to the same model.
        I don't know if by inserting a wrong board in the panel, they might have damaged other technical systems of the machine too. I wish the company takes the responsibility for any other technical issues created intentionally or unintentionally by the service team.

        · the best part is that after wasting my whole day waiting for them i'm being told that the board is not available and has to be ordered, which will take another 3_4 days. Does that mean they were aware that the particular board that is technically applicable to the machine is not available; and if so they should have informed me instead of enforcing a different category. If this act damages other parts in a long run, i'll have to keep calling ifb service. Hope its not the way the company earns, 'repair one damage the other'.

        · the other aspect could be that the original board is sold out in the market purchasing a duplicate one, as being a customer neither can i differentiate nor does the question of distrust arises on an authorised team, off-course the id card was hung on the neck.

        · now the bigger part, when the problem has not been resolved yet then why have i received an sms from the company claiming the same in the evening. If the problem o[censored]navailability was genuine then why is the service team misleading the head office, closing the complain and if they claim to resolve the problem, then on whose name are they going to order a new circuit board from the head office.

        It is disgraceful to observe such a careless attitude from the after sales team of an international electronics company. I didn't even liked the mishandled treatment done to my machine. The haphazard pull n push in the panel & directly laying down the machine on the floor on its door side was terrible to watch. The level of delicacy which needs to be given to an expensive electronic item wasn’t there and is definitely unexpected from an authorized service men. Before leaving they did not even cared to put it balanced from the base as it stood tilted on one side. The experience was as worst as calling a local untrained mechanic for repair.

        Ifb is unable to handle the after sales team or rather not getting the actual feedback, but this is damaging the brand image, credibility and trust built up in years of development.
        I hope these issues to be recognised by the higher management and the problems to be resolved by some better trained technicians as soon as possible, and wish the machine stands long lasting.

          My new executive plus washingmachine is not working. I registered complaint on 22/06/2019 tktno: [protected]. Even after 16 days, complaint is not resolved saying that parts are not available.in your website, status of the complaint is seen resolved. Several times i called customer care and they say complaint is pending but my problem is not solved. I am using ifb machines for last 15 years. Such a bad experience have never been expected from such a top brand like ifb. Kindly take necessary action.

              Respected, whom so ever it may concern, this is to bring you in notice that on 25th june i bought one neptune wx model dish washer from gurgaon haryana for my personal use, but as i bought i was being transferred to ajmer rajasthan to my home town so i asked dealer to dispatch the same to my ajmer address, and he did the same, now when installation engineer came for demo and opened the sealed pack (Intact packing) machine at ajmer, he found machine cavity damage from in side and from top too, which flashes that it was damage supplied to me, and when i asked for replacement in rajasthan, they denied by saying that it will get replaced from haryana not from rajasthan, as i bought it from haryana (Bill and pictures of machine attached),
              My request is to kindly intervene and get my issue resolved asap before i have to go for legal action, details of ticket raised is as below

                I have purchase ifb elena washing machine and my customer id is 13084541, which is not working from last 20 days in - spite of paying regular amc. Bottom of the washing machine sparking of happening and drum is shaking and creating lot of noise, we have register the complain on 18th on june and complain no was [protected] which was not address properly and closed by agency, which we were not aware of it, yesterday (07/04/2019) we have register on2 more complain and complain no is [protected].

                If any human causality will happen ifb will be responsible for it and i am going lunch a complain in consumer court if complain is not resolved in 24 hours.

                  I got ifb front load washing machine senorita aqua sx[protected], the machine is under amc and it got problem last month. The service person came and told us the electronic board needs to be replaced, we registered complaints about it in ifb customer care an moth back and we did not get any reply from anyone about the status of parts. The service person is not at all attending our calls and if he attends he is just telling parts not arrived and would take another week. This nonsense is happening for more than one month and we really frustrated with ifb service. To take the amc we get calls from ifb daily basis but after taking the amc no one cares about problems of customer.

                  If this problem not resolved immediately, i would soon take legal actions against the company for forcing me take amc and not providing the service.

                    I have bought a new ifb 1.5 ton 3 star split ac in 20 aug 2018 and start using in end of april 2019 in summer season but from starting it's not cooling i logged complaint in april 2019 that ac is not working properly techician visit site but after little cleaning service said that please check 15-20 days. Then after past few days i again logged complaint on 1 june 2019. Techincian visit site tested it 2-3 hours and again other team visit and tested it 3-4 hours but cooling has been not resolved. Then ifb team ready for replacement. Now ifb demand money against replacement of ac unit. I have suffering from ac less cooling from last 3 months and not took benefit of your ac cooling even a single day. I waste my rs 33000 on this products and very poor response from customer care and no any update message and complaint feedback. Ifb ac has cooling issue but after long delay ac not to be replaced. I am repenting on my mistake of purchasing ifb product which total wastage of my money
                    Second very poor response from reliance store to help me against follow up of ifb product complaint they deny and said they are not responsible you directly go with ifb customer care

                    No and never purchased ifb ac, no any support from customer care, they just provide 2-3 mobile contact number and have any update regarding complaints

                      I own an IFB washing machine Senorita, the service personnel responsible for the maintenance of the machine rarely come to check the machine at all. Even if they come they are busy selling the detergent for the machine. In last one year, I have tried to contact the service team in vain. There has to be centre to contact to report the service failures. Even after taking the AMC nobody contacts to service. This is especially observed more in metro like Mumbai

                        While trying to start a program on my machine, the machine shut down as i believe that there was a power fluctuation and the tripper went off. When i tried starting the machine again, no matter what program i select it keeps displaying door open, pls close.

                        As per the technician, its pcb is damaged and needs replacement. If i opt for amc, this will take 45-60 days. And cost me around 8500.

                        What is the use of spending so much money on your machine if it is giving performance problems in 4 years.

                        Please suggest best course of action.

                          I purchased washing machine, cloths dryer and dishwasher of ifb recently.

                          I am complaining because of ifb service person is not giving the proper response to my machine about some particles coming out from the washing machine in regular wash, moreover it increases in tub clean, also in every washing time increases more as it shown in the machine display.
                          For example: let us take express wash option it shows 30 minutes in the display to wash my clothes but in actual it takes 50 minutes.

                          When i first learned of this problem, i contacted customer care executive at ifb company, they sent a service person, we have told the problem as described above he done something and told problem is fixed but as we started next day the issue was the same. Many service person like 4 till date they have came and gone saying i have fix the issue but on next day issue stand the same. All these are causing great inconvenience. I am tied of these issue very disappointed by ifb after sale service i will never ever in my life will suggest ifb machine to anyone because of rude and irresponsible after sale service.

                          I have also dropped a mail on email id of ifb company they just open my complaint id but no use of that. I am now sick of calling everyday to these unprofessional guys and getting frustrated each time.

                          I would strongly recommend everyone to not go for ifb.

                          Thank you for contacting you still the problem is same in washing time its taking half an hour more from actual time. Before ur service person did but again it showing me the same problem and they never pick my call and some he cut call .

                          Regarding Previous Complaint, service person has come to resolve the problem they dismantled all the parts from the washing machine and removed the colour but in return they havent provided any written agreement by the company. If in case something happen who going to be responsible. Please provide me written agreement that u have solve the problem

                          Again i say IFB service is very worst i never ever suggest to anyone to buy IFB product

                              I was happy with the performance of ifb washing machine. I also referred my brothers to buy the same model and they bought the same too.

                              But now i face some issue with the washing machine and i raised the complaint#[protected] 4 days ago. Engineer visited my house to address the problem and told to change the filter, do descal and to replace the drum. He sold me the filter and descal powder, and told the drum has to be replaced. Even i observe that my machine keep vibrating and moving, while washing. I usually dont overload the machine too. So i asked him to replace.

                              But he told me to go for amc and then to replace the drum, which is not mandatory, as my washing machine is already under warranty period.

                              After that no follow up at all. Looks like the ticket is marked as resolved, with out any feed back call from me. I keep calling daily for past 4 days, and every time, the customer care informed that this will be escalated or they keep telling that engineer will visit my house.

                              But nothing happened. As my warranty period is gonna expire in another 10 days, i feel that, they keep delaying and then will pitch me into a situation, that i have to pay for the service.

                              Please do the needful to address the problem by today only.

                                I had purchased IFB washing machine after checking many brand but sorry to say IFB is even not up to a standard mark every time I faced many problem & wasted my time for calling customer care or searching error on internet. When there service engineer visit to check the problem they always want to sell their own product like washing liquid or cleaning agent etc. I really fed up by purchasing IFB machine.

                                  We had very bad/worst experience with ifb service, we had issue with our washing machine, the washing machine drum was not working, have raised a complaint #[protected] dated : 23rd may 2019. Next day technician turned up and examined the machine and said they need to replace one of the part, actually they replaced still the machine not working. After that nearly 4 technicians daily examine the washing machine and keep on replacing the part (Till now they replaced 3 parts) but still not working almost one month completed but solution not yet found by operation team. Is this way of service doing by ifb? How much time you guys will take to bring to normal state.

                                  Note : i have purchased washing machine 2 months back only after one month the drum was stopped working.

                                  Note : yesterday, strange and get irritated by seeing message from ifb that your ticket has been resolved. Is any one from ifb customer care contacted
                                  Me that your problem solved before closing ticket. Very stupid by support care
