First, i would like to thank the ifb appliances for sending the technicians. Two of the technicians came and fixed the washing machine the very next day of the complaint raised in this forum. Heartful thanks fr that. When they tried to fix the microwave oven, they were not able to fix it and took the oven to their working area. Now called and telling that it will charge inr 6500/- to fix it. From the time we bought it, we had issue with the product. Within 2 months it got repaired. Its the third time that it got repaired. Second time when it was nt working, we paid inr 4500/-. Now, they are asking fr 6500/- it would have been better to buy someothr new product which have great reviews as well as cheap in price. We bought it for 16, 000/- and how much can we spend every year to fix the issues incurring with the product. When we asked, we dont want the product, how much can u pay for it? They said they can pay, inr 1500/-. Is it the valie of the product? Again, they said that, they can replace it with a new product with 30% discount on the mrp. That offers we get in amazon, without even giving our product (Of course, evn more). We had a plan to buy ifb ac, but its really scary to buy ifb products, if any of th3 product troubles, they will charge almost half of the price of the product. What should be done now?
