I want a belt el 1306 j6 for ifb front loading washing machine. My 15 year old macine very well. But ifb in chennai is not giving any assistance. Made 15 calls in vain. Need only a belt. Rest i can take care being mech engr.
You can also tell me from where i can pick up the belt urgently on payment.

I have made a service request for servicing the washing machine on 28th may, with the above ticket number.

To the surprise i am getting a reply that the spare parts for this machine is no longer available, i have purchased this (Aw7201wb) on november 2014. How come you can stop providing spares which is only 4.5 years old.

You are supposed to serve for 10 years with spares from the date of sale of the machine.

But the way your technician and your customer care (Call time 2.30pm on 30th for the ticket number [protected]) got irritated me to the core.

I have been questioned and answered like below from your customer care

1. Spare parts of 10 years can be serviced only from the date of model launch, hence i should be aware that it is a old model, so we are not responsible. (How come he can say like this)
2. Service engineer visiting charge is rs.600 even if the machine is not serviced because of the non availability of service parts.
3. You talk to the service technician head of trichy and solve on your own for the problem, we can’t do any thing beyond this.
4. I will give you an email id and you can escalate the problem

On 30th i called the number given by the customer care and they also not responded properly, but i got a call from manager stating that i am calling from trichy service center and asked for excuses and promised to send person on saturday 1st june. But no one turned to service neither no call to update me.

Such a ridiculous response and a very lethargic speech from service center and customer care which literally irritates me….

Really fed up!!! Made a big mistake of buying ifb (I am your customer for past 8 years and recommended to buy 3 machines to my relatives). I am putting a hard brake that i will not recommend your brand again and switch to other brand for my next purchase.

I have marked a mail to [protected]@ifbglobal.com on 3rd, till now no response or call.

The subject machine was purchased in may 2013. Right from the starting this machine has troubled alot. After warrantly this machine is in amc. Now the service centre is unwiling to provide service although my amc papers are valid till feb 2019. Its a breach of contract by company.

My issues are,
1. This machine is not even 6 years old and has a history of failures
2. Can amc contact be breached like this by ifb

Machine was showing taco error, we complained through toll free number 1800
572 2989, they have arranged a technician from b. S goods service center, bangalore. He came and opened the machine and stated that drum was not rotating, and need to replace bearing, shaft, gear box which costs 7 thousand and removed drum and took to his place and returned back with out any damaged parts and valid invoice,,, i got a doubt, so again called to ifb toll free number,, they stated that complaint is not been registered,,, then how this technician came without complaint number and charged 7k,,,, when i asked this,,, there is no response from customer care and they are disconnecting the call..

Dear concern/ ifb customer care team,

I would like to inform you that since 3 weeks i m calling your company technician/call center to resolve my washing machine problem and he always give me some excuse to unavailability of parts. We are facing problems regarding washing our cloths he is just giving excuse.
This is not a good sign of after sales services.
Your company have very good brand image.
Kindly resolve our problem as earliest.

This is to bring to your kind notice that, our ifb washing machine motor got spoiled, we requested company person to solve the problem, he came rectified the motor problem, but still again we are facing same problem past 3 weeks, so requested company persons too see our issue but they are not responding we are so disappointed with ifb services, pleases go through our issue and do the needful

I am going to share the bad experience from the ifb customer care service of thiruvambady, punnakkal region of calicut district kerala. When we brought the ifb washing machine in 2013 shops owners warned us not to take that because it's customer care service is the worst one. We didn't listen to them because we were using ifb products for long, even though the customer service were bad. Before this incident we had the similar experience from service people of this area.
On 23 rd of this may our washing machine stopped working. There was something wrong with the spinning. Since we had a wedding ceremony happens here at home., we called to the service centre for an immediate assistance. Technical manager attended the call and said he is gonna send somebody soon. Nothing happened for two days. Then on 25th again we called and asked. Then for someone's sake they send a guy who was not aware of washing machine at all. He didn't know how to switch on it either. Then he went away by saying the real technician will come on 28. We got a tkt no.[protected]. Mean while wedding was over we have got a pile of cloths to wash. We started washing it ourselves. We kept on calling those guys but the technical manager's response was horrible. Then he stopped responding. And we got a message to proceed the cancellation of the complaint. We didn't cancel it, and we don't know who tried to cancel it. To know what's happening we called to the service center. They gave us the mobile number of the same technical manager by saying that he will respond positively this time. Nothing happened. But on 28 one technician came and found out that, mcu of our washing machine have problem. He left home promising that he will get that part within two days. Today is 30th.. We called everyone nobody picked the call. Then on our last call technician attended and said he didn't get the mcu to replace he will come on some other day...
What is happening here. To whom should we ask?. All shop owners giving the same warning over this area not to buy ifb products only because of this type of response from the technical department.
Still we are waiting...

I had purchased a front load 5.5 kg serena sx washing machine 8 years back and now i have noticed that its bottom has got corroded totally from its base and as a result of which the machine is not operational. I lodged a complaint about the same with the company who promised me that a service guy wud call me up within 48 hours which he indeed did, and then when i enquired from him the exact price of the the body shell for my machine he intimated me the price as rs.7000/- + rs.890/- as service charges, whereas i have the exact price of this body shell which is within the range of rs.3000/-.. Why this cheating ifb, now that ifb products are not selling well in the market, has the company started fleecing customers by taking extra money from its customers, i am very dissapointed with this whole episode and promise to tell my bitter experience to all my friends and family members and to also stop them from buying ifb products in the near future, shame on you ifb. Pathetic.

The washing machine is making more sound then usual on the spin. A complaint is registered 10 days before with customer care for the first time. The technician visited and demanded rs.400 for transport charges. When denied because of amc, he said to get spare parts and never came back. Later i registered complaint with customer care for four times till now but no response. I request to take needful action in providing service in getting the machine repaired.

I have purchased 6.5kg fully automatic washing machine two weeks ago... There was a leakage in pipe outlet... My husband lodged complaint and engineer is giving time for morning everyday... Since five days passed still engineer had not turned up... Inspite he's complaining that customer is not giving time which is untrue... Today also he gave us morning time and he had not turned up yet... We are working ppl and we also need to go at our work place.. It's pathetic service which we have seen in such reputed company... Very bad...

We are doing followup from last 1 month on our washing machine issue but you technician not able to resolve the issue. Person will less knowlwdge coming to resolve issue and we are impacting our daily work. Its poor service we are getting. If my washing machine issue is not resolved then i will escalate this to ifb management.

I have taken an amc last year. However, i could not used the machine since last november, because after several attempts by the technician, my dishwasher can not be fixed. Extremely poor service. Several attempts have been made by technician to solve the problem. I was thinking to buy another ifb dishwasher. Now i have changed my mind. If the problem is not solved within a day (May 29, 2019) i would like to request refund of my amc.

I had raised an ifb complaint during the week of april 2nd as dryer wasnt working. The service person never showed up till april 9th (His number is [protected]). After raising a complaint in this forum someone attended to my problem and it got resolved (By first week of may). Again the dryer has broke down and is not functional now. I raised a complaint two weeks ago and one person visited our house early last week and never showed up again. Problem is not fixed. Please help fix this asap. My washing manchine is getting stopped before 30 minutes showing dper error. I dont understand what is the problem with that. The issue is been there from last 3 days. Please solve this issue as soon as possible as im in urgent. Without this my works will be stopped. I need a quick resolution for this. First, i would like to thank the ifb appliances for sending the technicians. Two of the technicians came and fixed the washing machine the very next day of the complaint raised in this forum. Heartful thanks fr that. When they tried to fix the microwave oven, they were not able to fix it and took the oven to their working area. Now called and telling that it will charge inr 6500/- to fix it. From the time we bought it, we had issue with the product. Within 2 months it got repaired. Its the third time that it got repaired. Second time when it was nt working, we paid inr 4500/-. Now, they are asking fr 6500/- it would have been better to buy someothr new product which have great reviews as well as cheap in price. We bought it for 16, 000/- and how much can we spend every year to fix the issues incurring with the product. When we asked, we dont want the product, how much can u pay for it? They said they can pay, inr 1500/-. Is it the valie of the product? Again, they said that, they can replace it with a new product with 30% discount on the mrp. That offers we get in amazon, without even giving our product (Of course, evn more). We had a plan to buy ifb ac, but its really scary to buy ifb products, if any of th3 product troubles, they will charge almost half of the price of the product. What should be done now?

I was lodge my complaint on 19 th to ifb costermer care. But your service centre at vijayawada late response and yesterday service boy said i will complete work on tomorrow but today they said that there is no spare parts of ifb washing machine. How can i trust ifb service. I really disappointed about ifb late service. Ifb washing machine señorita vx door lock, main circuit problem.

O bought your dishwasher last year since then it shows a f5 error sign after calling the service centre the technician visited my place but he can't solve the problem.
But now the situation of the machine is worst it never completes it's washing cycle.
Now after calling your service centre they said they can't solve the problem some senior technician can solve that problem but no-one comes.

We had very opiniin about ifb brand and we bought microwave oven of 30ltrs and fully automatic washing machine. Its got repaired within 2 yrs of time... This time they took rs. 6500 to repair the washing machine but yet they didn't do anything.. They took the part of the machine and no response from them. We are calling the ifb customer service byt of no use. They daily say they will send a technician but the technician is not coming and we are facing this problem from past 20days. We are suffering a lot but the customer service doesn't care. They know to take money but doesn't know to fix it. The problem with our washing machine is.. Its not preserving water and the technician doesn't know how to fix it. First he said the problem is with motor and he checked it and when it has not worked then he said problem is with the board. He took the board and money and till now he didn't get it fixed. When we called him he says have not received part from ifb. How how negligence they are. I use to suggest ifb products to friends and family but now i warn people dont buy ifb products. From 2months my oven is not working and they checked it. Till now they didn't find the problem. I hate ifb products and their service. Never buy ifb products.

We lodged a complaint with ifb contact centre on 6th of may 2019 vide complaint no. [protected]. Our machine is under amc with smv service nanjappa layout bengaluru (A franchise of ifb).
So far none turned up to resolve our complaint, even after making number of calls to the contact center we came to know different story, that the smv services who took amc on behalf of ifb washing machine is no more looking after our area and some other franchisee is going to attend the complaint.
We escalated the matter to mr. Santosh kumar (Ifb service manager)
Santosh kumar promised that breakdown will be attended on 15th may 2019
And gave contact of service personel mr. Lokesh ([protected]), while contact lokesh on this number there was no response at all.
Again on 16th may 2019 we tried reaching mr. Santosh kumar and this time santosh kumar who is the service manager of ifb did not lift the phone
([protected]). No response at all.
After going through so much pain and struggle we some managed to trace the contact number of one m. R rajesh country manager ([protected]).
Rajesh again repeated us the same story that the area is allocated to some other franchise and assured that complaint will be attended by 21 may 2019 by 11 am.
Till date 21st 2019 no one turned up to attend the complaint.
I upender hashia resident of bengaluru expresses the grave concern towards this type of pathetic services by ifb washing machine company.

Based on the above worst experience with ifb, please do not buy ifb products in future. Ban ban ban ifb...
