door gasket/rubber sleeve replacement

We purchased ifb senorita wxs (6.5kg) washing machine 10 months back, the rubber gasket got a cut and the water leaks from it, i called ifb service center for its replacement since my washing machine is under warranty. They said service charge will be 250 rs and the new gasket would cost rs.6500. I checked online for its price, didnt get any information regarding this particular model but similar models gasket costs around rs.600. I just...

Dear ifb,
Not a month goes by when something or the other goes faulty in my machine. I have been requesting for a qualified technician, all i get is a jugaad technician who believes in replacing the parts. Thankfully my machine is in amc but i have never got the permanent resolution.
I have to go through a repeated cycle of logging the call, chasing the incompetent technicians, waiting for a part to come, fixing it. Machine works for a month or so and then the story repeats.
This is the worst service i have ever experienced. I am sincerely hoping that some senior executive at ifb takes a deeper look at my situation and give a good resolution.

        I have purchased split ac of 1 t in may 2018 and is giving reoccurring problem of gas leakage. Every time complaint is registered it is resolved from temporary and problem keeps on reoccurring.. Service is very poor and this time my air conditioner is out of service from last 22 days and still problem is not resolved... This needs to treated with urgency for the benefit of other customers..

        I did my first complain in march but its 3rd month no one come from ifb to service my air condition and its warranty comes to its end now they asking for paid service what should i do
        Minimum 30 times from march to 8th may i have submitted complaints but still they had not solved

          My complaint number [protected] dated dec15th.

          It started with an issue the my washing machine was showing some error. I called up to the customer care to register complaint on 15th of december and an engineer came on 17th of december. The engineer the mother board is dead. With all difficulties i got it resolved in the month of jan. A day the issue solved next machine started shaking horribly and was making huge noise, again with n number of calls to customer care and pradeep enterprises service engineer came after a small boy who must be around 19 named elango came to attend the problem. I was surprised and he said that there is an issue with the tamper and that needs replacement and he said he will visit next day with the spare. He came and attended the problem after making call to customer care and mr kotteswar who is suppose to be higher official in the so called pradeep enterprises. (Note:elango has replaced only one side of the tamper and left the other side). The next day the same problem appeared again i have to fight with customer care and pradeep enterprises to get things fixed. This time it was drum problem and i took 4 days to get replaced. The replacement again had an issue and i have to call the customer care and write emails to them stating about the condition of this machine and an engineer named manikandan turned up. Within dec15th to may 4 i have been facing issues with this piece of junk. I totally lost my patience on frequently writing and calling to them. I have all the emails and calls recorded also the videos of the machine during the process of washing. I am done with this machine and i wanna forward a complaint in the consumer court. I am very famous with pradeep enterprises. With all the struggle i have decided not to recommand this washing machine for any of them nor i would never invest in this companies line of products. Last time i made a complaint, i received and sms stating that it has been solved and i replied to that sms as no but still no call back or an follow up on the same. What i learnt from this company is that they are trying to push their products i paid 1850 like once in 4 months but no use of the same. As i read here there is no proper service during the warrenty period itself and i am wondering how am i gonna suffer with this for rest of the time. Today i am so bugged up with this machine because its again having the same issue i writing this email at 1'0 clock.

            I have placed the complaint on customer care on 4 may 2019 and got the complaint registered number. The technician called and confirmed that he will visiting my place one hour and for that he asked the location of my place and snap of the washing machine. After that he did not call neither he came to my place for service. I repeatedly called him and the response is same, he will be visiting the place in one hour. I called by 6.00 pm on 4 may 2019 and told that he is far away and will definitely come on 5 may 2019. I asked him specifically and got confirmed he will visit as 5 may 2019 is sunday. I called him by 11.00 a. M that time mobile was diverted to other number and again i called him by 2.00 p. M he told he will be coming by 3.00 p. M but he did not come at all. After 3.00 p. M. I tried his number but no use it is ringing and he is not picking the phone at all.

            I cancelled my one of the family function on his confirmation and wasted whole day.

            I request the concerned authority should take stern action on company as well as these kind of technicians.

              I am truly disappointed with the service being provided. It's been a week since i raised a complaint and no action was taken. When asked to connect to a supervisor, the staffs are not willing to connect.. I thought all customers are treated same and fair and here i am seeing a difference.. How many times to chase for a service and despite when we still have guarantee and have also paid the maintainence fee. Will not suggest anyone to get the product as the most worst service i have ever come across

                Hi i am priya, i lodged a complaint on 29th april regarding non working of our washing machine. Till today i had been calling the customer care and the responsible officials several times but the response is very worst. I get the answer as the technician will come as soon as possible. But no one has arrived till now.. One time i received a response that ticket has been closed and problem solved but it is not. We were not able to wash our clothes for more than a week. We were happy when we bought this brand but now we feel upset due to the inconveniences they cause us.

                  Dear sir/ madam, i am shailesh prakash from pune india. I hv purchased ac from reliance digital, phoenix viman nagar on 28 apr 2019 & same delivered on 29th.

                  2nd may, a call received by my wife, mr maqsud sajjan from mobile no [protected] appx 21:00 hrs. Asking from where you purchased the product.

                  After confirmation that ac was purchased from reliance digital he asked to contact reliance digital for installation. Similar incident happened with me on 30.04.2019 mr. Maqsud sajjan refused for installation.

                  Is it my mistake??? I have purchased a brand during peak season & product is lying unattended in my hall since 29th apr as showpiece. I would have purchased during off season.

                  I am totally disappointed... The response i received.

                    I have ifb senator model of washing machine.
                    My machine is out of order and i reported it in the last week.
                    For the last one week i am calling up the customer care number and getting assurance of sending the technician on the same day. I was even given the phone number of the technician (Mr. Rajaram pawar). When i tried to contact this technician, he only replied that he is on the way and reaching my home in short time and there afterhe did not pickup the phone.
                    I even asked the number of his boss mrs. Asmita, but the number i received ([protected]) when tried to contact, always answers that the number is not-available.
                    I request you to look into the matter and stop this type of harassment to me as well as other customers.

                      Please provide service for product we bought

                      I registered / requested for service on 7th april 2019 but still i didn’t got the support or service which i requested and fed up with calling service centre and customer care every day starting from the day i requested for service

                      My name raviteja son of nageswararao pathuri - registered mobile [protected]

                      After i lodged a service - service engineer came to house to check problem after 56 hours on second reminder and he said clutch plate need to change for top load washing machine

                      No response after that - i followed up with third reminder asked for further process they said part will be delivered within three days and they will come to replace i called again after 3days they said will come and check

                      After one day i called up again to check status i didn’t got response so i called customer care number and got service centre supervisor (Nagaraju) number and called him he said we need to take washing machine to service centre then i requested to send an engineer to check feasibility of changing a part at home if not we will bring to service centre

                      After two days i called again and reminded them about this on next day (This is after 20days from registered for service & after 6reminders) they sent one engineer he checked and said he will get part and repair as it will be feasible

                      Then after the service centre people not picking my call i called four to six times but no response the i called customer care they said cancellation request raised from service centre end then i told them if i lodge new complaint i will be loosing free service as i was in warranty earlier then they gave another number of service centre and asked me to call them again they (Service center) said will check and update after same thing happened they again not picking up my calls from this number as well and

                      Even now i didn’t got service for the washing machine after 24days

                      Totally i felt useless of calling ifb service points / centres and i thinking not to buy ifb products just because o[censored]nnecessary suffer i need to take to get service and service centre’s which ifb maintains are totally useless

                        The machine is under amc. I wanted to lodged a service request today by calling your help line number at 8.40 pm from my mobile [protected]. I was told that one service request made by me during 2018 is opened due to your technical problem and no fresh service request can me made it is a very serious concern and i requested the person to give to the supervisor but he purposely disconnected the phone and made my phone blocked so that i cannot make second call.
                        I am surprised that how a complain of 2018 is opened?
                        What type of monitoring your people are doing?
                        How can you pass on the technical problem of yours to a customer
                        Please reply and send a technician tomorrow to service my wm which is not spinning. I am facing this problem persistently. If my concern is not taken care properly i will lodge a complain at consumer court.

                        Kindly examine who is the person taken my call and responsible for the irrational behavior.

                          I have booked a washing machine of front load on 14th april. Sales person mr dubey showed us silver color also compared the same with online price.

                          Machine got delivered with a defect. Hence was sent for replacement. When 2nd time people came for installation we saw the colur was white instead of silver.

                          We tried contacting the sales person he firstly agreed that he sold silver machine then denied stating model mentioned on machine was white. We dont have indept details about the model number. We only know the machine we purchased is silver.

                          This is the 2nd time we have been cheated by reliance.

                          We want a replacement with silver or want our money back.

                            Inspite of informing the IFB point Stinez personnel that I have to install the AC urgently as my newborn has a medical issue and requires it urgently. It’s been two days that although the AC has been delivered there is no one to install it. On repeated calls the only answer I get I have informed the concerned team they were supposed to call you. Pathetic customer service. Post sale of AC don’t think they are even bothered . Going forward I definitely will not purchase IFB products for my new home.

                              My AMC (covering rubber etc) is 2 months old, but after logging issue by calling IFB Customer Care on 22nd April, technician inspected and instead of doing body change, is pushing me to buy new machine!!
                              When ever I call IFB, I am assured something will be done, BUT nothing is done!
                              When I call Service centre koordinator or regional manager, they either keep me on 'hold' or don't take my call!!
                              When I had called IFB for AMC in mid-February, they came swiftly and took more than 6000 INR for AMC!
                              If IFB cannot solve the issue soon, I want refund of my AMC money.

                              While getting AMC done 2 months back, IFB took 5416 INR swiftly, and advised body change as soon as possible, but now when I call IFB, IFB technicians push me to buy new machine!!!
                              If IFB cannot solve the problem, I want AMC money refund.

                                मैन 5.4.18 को एक AC अरविंद इलेक्ट्रॉनिक, अम्बाला से खरीदा था जिसके साथ 3 फ्री सर्विस देने का वादा किया गया था पर 29.4.2019 तक एक भी फ्री सर्विस नही की गई जब संपर्क किया तो cc वाले बोलते हैं कि 1 साल हो गया। क्या ये सही है और अब सर्विस के 600 रुपए मांग रहे हैं। क्या मैने आपकी कंपनी का AC खरीद कर कोई गलती करदी। अगर आप मेरी समस्या का समाधान कर सकते हो तो करें

                                  I had Purchased IFB washing machine in May 2018. And since then till date i have raised the complaint for the same issue Thrice. The problem is that the machine halts its operations in the middle and doesn't start rven at resetting, in order to empty the machine filled with water someone has to take out all the clothes and drain the machine manually. It has been just 11 months and since the product is under warranty the Ifb sends its technician and temporarily fixes the Issue. Since the warranty period is till 1 years except the motor's warranty i will have to get it repaired frequently for the same defect. And pay them everytime for the repair job. I haven't filed any complaints till now because i thought it has happened by chance but when this issue arose several times i would want a Replacement or refund with compensation.They are complete crooks, last time the technician suggested the problem arises due to Hard water and sold us 'Water softener' and assured the problem will not arise. After buying the product under the impression that it will get fixed we purchased it. The very same issue is arising. I am attaching photo of the error.

                                  I had approached Ifb through Twitter and i had got a quick response and asked for my information and received a call from the Customer service. And today i was assured an executive will visit at around 2 pm. And the executive inspected the fault and resolved the issue by cleaning the clogged pipe. Although only this time i had a clogged pipe but from the past 2 complains made were entirely different causing issues but the same issue occurred. I am taking tbe complaint on this behalf only and if tbe issue regenerates and the problem causing factors is different from the issue i had faced this time, i will be bound for another complaint that too if the machine is in warranty and provided if the issue pops up In a couple of months.

                                    We made service contact on oct’18 with authorised franchise m/s global enterprise, chembur, mumbai 89. For 1 year. After 7 months left, but they will not give single service for my machine. When i called this service centre no body pick the call. I request ifb customer care will intervene this issue. If this agency is incompetent take action and give justice to the customer.

                                      We bought a ifb washing machine on 29th january 2019 from croma, as it was highly recommended by croma person. We took a 5 years warranty too.
                                      On 18th april, 2019, the machine just stopped working, we called up ifb customer care, the guy came over next day and said the magnetic valve is not functioning and needs to be replaced. Since then, i have been calling the customer care, the engineer everyday, but the answer given is that the part is not available. Till date, we are suffering, who is at loss? Company sold their product, croma got it's share, and we, despite spending nearly rs.22, 000 on a new brand machine, are suffering.
                                      The engineer mentioned that till date he has never come across faulty magnetic valve. This means the machine was faulty to begin with.
                                      The service centre doesn't even bother to call up and let us know the status of our complaint. They are pathetic.
                                      If a brand new machine requires repair so soon, we would have rather repaired our old machine and used it and not spent on a new machine. The company has to replace our machine, then what's the use of so called 5 years warranty.
                                      It was the worst decision of our lives that we bought a ifb washing machine - a bad, faulty product, and pathetic service, nothing is good about ifb, cheaters!
