Updated by pusarlaanil Today morning we received call from service centre to pay 7K and take the machine out as bill settlement.( Today 11:25 AM rate revised to 5K as settlement offered to me)
When technician visited home for the first time he communicated us charges would be approximately 1500 to 2000, even on 19th feb before pick up machine from home i have specifically asked for tentative amount for repair, i got the answer that, " Sir - I will take care dont worry" ...
Last 4 Months till today, We are are under going Mental pressure & Personal life got distrubed for making huge followups with this company over on above two - Every month we are paying 6000 for alternate arrangements for this machine.
Now as a bonus - Mr Jyoti babu claimed as ASM IFB Industries dealing with us very irate and tempered manner, Every time we have request him to take to us polietly...
ASM asking me for solution for this case now - I feel i should demand IFB officials to Pay me compensation for the mental/personal life harresmentAnd Financial loss made to me for last 4 Months as Min 25K Or more. Along with new machine as i really feel there might me more consequential damages expwcted due to unttendance of service for last 4 Months from IFB.
(Just to update you there is new twist from Officials now stating that, This machine has been opened by local technician) i have attached technician pic earlier and adding new pics of 19th dated fir your reference. Kindly let us know and help us.
My Old Complaint data -
Complaint no. [protected] filed on[protected]. Engineer visited site told us that the machine would require bearing replacement. Since then no body has come back with the spare and even after repeated calls/Mails to customer care there is no response. I have been taking support of local dhobi help since then, almost he is charging us 100 to 200 per day, request your intervension and help us in getting compensation for the financial and metal loss for all these days

Query which i have written to IFB team on 9th Jan as follow up-
Dear Team - Consumer No 10190468 Regd. Mobile no - [protected] Technician visited twice and opened the machine completely for checking the issue and asked us to wait for few days as the parts are not available now and closed the Ticket When I called Mr Murali today, he is asking us to send the machine to his service center. Is it a handy machine to carry on ???( I was told before buying that IFB provides best in class service – which I really not true…, ) • You guys took 4 months’ time for repairing the faulty machine • Your service team/local vendor in Tirupathi doesn’t have Manners/ basic telephone etiquettes • At contact Centre there is not proper follow/feedback Mechanism for cross checking the vendors remarks/Comments while closing the ticket. You took more than 4 Months to repair my Machine(still not done), Because of this delay from your representative, if any consequential damages arises to internal parts.. Who is responsible??? Your team lethargic approach and attitude towards the servicing costs us More…. Technician – I spoke to Mr Murali today for closing my issue, He is not ready with part yet.. I request to give some attention to our issue and close tomorrow itself. Pl note : We are not available in city from 10th to 27th January. My ifb washing machine complaint register 15 days before. They are not resolve my problem. They are not giving proper response. Atleast this guys are not lifting my calls. Very bad service
