I have purchased ifb fully auto washing machine model:elina aqua sx 6kg sr. No.005349
On 28th may 2016 with commitment given that within 24hour engineer will come if you complain us.
But i feel very casual approch towards customer service.
And when we call on your toll free number every time we need to discussed same problem and i had very bad expirience of your company
Till now i am not expecting this type of poor services from your world class company

Expecting resolution today only else i will go further
To avoid further escalation provide resolution on urgent basis.

    Address: Ifb akkayyapalem visakhapatnam, 530041

    When I asked for the belt to be replaced the visakhapatnam IFB service center at Akkayyapalem.They refused to sell the spare part and said that they would come for a visit if I agree to pay Rs600 as service charge plus cost of spare part namely (Belt). how can a company refuse to supply spares if i can fix it by myself

      Such poor after sales service by ifb. Raised complaint s at least twenty times and yet waiting for response. Disgusted and frustrated and don't whether to give up or what. Why don't you guys improve the standards of your service before making any publicity of the product. Never expected this kind of response. Hopeless brand. Please anyone guide me to the higher authority.

          Past 60 days i am following for service engineer to attend the problem my complaint number :[protected]. Especially m/s dhavin enterprises agency is a very big fraud saying that 24x7 service but no one picks the call even after continuous try. Where as ifb custmer care[protected] is also same just they will register the complaint and say a regular dialogue of we deeply regret the inconvenience caused to you we will provide the service with in 24 hrs, but no service engineer will come after 1 week time also. If this is the way ifb wants to provide service means better close your business dont waste the time of people. Particularly please close the amc service division.

            My ifb front loading 6kg machine was repaired. Technician attended, checked and says about 6500 for replacement. He is already charging 850 for service charge. The machine was running fine until yesterday when it stopped suddenly. Upon restarting the waahing machine again, the machine got stopped automatically soon. Kindly advise as i am still waiting for my machine repair.. Kindly advise the actual price of pcb.

              I have a ifb front load senetor aqua 8kg model with me past 2 years in noida u. P
              The machine is under warranty. I had made a complaint about this machine of a rattling sound during spinning. I raised a complaint on 24/1/19 by writing a mail in their customer care mail id and the complaint number was [protected].
              Till date the complaint of my washing machine is not solved and i only get inconvenience caused to you is regretted message from their side.
              I have made more than seven complaints i past one month and the issue still remains unsolved.
              The last complaint number generated is [protected] on 13/2/19. The service centre people close the complaint without attending to it and taking customers consent.
              This is the worst service given by any consumer products manufacturing company. I hope some of their seniors reads my complaints and look into the matter asap, and replace the faulty machine.

                I rajneesh garg, a loyal customer of ifb is completely dissatisfied from after sale services of ifb...As i purchased front loading washing machine three and half years back under full 4 years warranty...As my family facing great panic due to certain problems in w.M from last three months...After repeating cals on customer care number technician came but problem not sorted out...Technician from ifb visited 5 times in last three months but problem not sorted out...As i devoted my valuable time with technician and spent money on descaling powder without any need...I need full compensation otherwise i m going to file a case in consumer court...Also i mentioned all my dissatisfaction on form that technician kept with himself...

Since then no body has come back with the spare and even after repeated calls/Mails to customer care there is no response. I have been taking support of local dhobi help since then, almost he is charging us 100 to 200 per day, request your intervension and help us in getting compensation for the financial and metal loss for all these days

Is it a handy machine to carry on ???( I was told before buying that IFB provides best in class service – which I really not true…, ) • You guys took 4 months’ time for repairing the faulty machine • Your service team/local vendor in Tirupathi doesn’t have Manners/ basic telephone etiquettes • At contact Centre there is not proper follow/feedback Mechanism for cross checking the vendors remarks/Comments while closing the ticket. You took more than 4 Months to repair my Machine(still not done), Because of this delay from your representative, if any consequential damages arises to internal parts.. Who is responsible??? Your team lethargic approach and attitude towards the servicing costs us More…. Technician – I spoke to Mr Murali today for closing my issue, He is not ready with part yet..                   Today morning we received call from service centre to pay 7K and take the machine out as bill settlement.( Today 11:25 AM rate revised to 5K as settlement offered to me)

                  When technician visited home for the first time he communicated us charges would be approximately 1500 to 2000, even on 19th feb before pick up machine from home i have specifically asked for tentative amount for repair, i got the answer that, " Sir - I will take care dont worry" ...

                  Last 4 Months till today, We are are under going Mental pressure & Personal life got distrubed for making huge followups with this company over on above two - Every month we are paying 6000 for alternate arrangements for this machine.

                  Now as a bonus - Mr Jyoti babu claimed as ASM IFB Industries dealing with us very irate and tempered manner, Every time we have request him to take to us polietly...

                  ASM asking me for solution for this case now - I feel i should demand IFB officials to Pay me compensation for the mental/personal life harresmentAnd Financial loss made to me for last 4 Months as Min 25K Or more. Along with new machine as i really feel there might me more consequential damages expwcted due to unttendance of service for last 4 Months from IFB.

                  (Just to update you there is new twist from Officials now stating that, This machine has been opened by local technician) i have attached technician pic earlier and adding new pics of 19th dated fir your reference. Kindly let us know and help us.

                    I had lodged complaint for a number of times your ifb customer service providers have recorded that but no technician came for service at home... What the hell you guys are doing... My washing machine is not working at all... You are worst customer service providers who are cancelling the appointments at your own without calling to customers for no reasons.

                      I have purchased ifb washing machine (8.5 kg top load) 1 year back and since the day i have purchased the machine i have faced multiple complaints (About 25 times).. Every time a new problem arrises.. Very bad experience.. No one listens to complaints.. Their technicians are not that experienced except few.. Want my machine to be replaced as it is still under warranty period.. I had paid 5000 extra for this machine if compared to other companies like lg samsung.. Guys dont buy ifb washing machine as their after sales service is horrible.

                        I have purchased an ifb washing machine executive plus vxid machine on april 22, 2018. Post which a sales representative came and sold trolley and other products saying this is required,
                        Incident 1:
                        After 3 months the machine started shaking, post raising complaint the ifb person told this machine should not be put on trolley and remove the trolley, i have to waist my money on trolley.

                        Incident 2:
                        Recently the machine stopped working post complaint the repair team came and says that he cannot do full repair as this is not his part of job and cannot help on cleaning it, he started saying this is happening because of water and asked to purchase the filter machine to avoid this. I am now in real dilemma how to believe them for any problem they want to buy a sub product of ifb. I have lost complete trust on them and their products. I want this machine back to their office and refund to my money. While complaining they are giving all wrong numbers which is either not reachable or person lifting and saying they do not work for ifb. This is not a trustworhty company.

                          This is to draw your kind attention that my machine is in amc and since last 6 months i have been complaining constantly in regards to my washing machine,

                          And up till now no satisfactory service or answer is given,

                          There is heavy rattling sound coming in my machine since 6 months

                          On complaint it was attended and i was unnecessary forced to pay rs 2500= to replace the motor, in which the problem is not solved,

                          I think if the company function in this manner it will get closed very soon as it does not have any reputation,

                            The person for installation had come two days before checked the product for any damage, ... Then he fixed pipes and left...

                            The water to the machine was fixed from old(already fixed for my previous machine, which was rusted) waser to tap...

                            Now not able to use machine as the water leaks from the tap... Through the waser to tap to machine.
                            The customer care number... Not working.. Says it's wrong number.
                            Plz get the installation done properly...
                            Also c to it that the ppl appointed for this does there work properly...
                            Even if the customer does not know few things, they Shd give information.

                                After the completion of 4 years warranty on[protected] I have paid Rs 2714 for 1 year AMC. Our M/C gradually getting have vibration with sound. I booked complaint The service personnel checked the M/C and reported that shock observer only faulty should be replaced.On[protected] new shock observer provided but the M/C getting heavy vibration with sound.Again I booked complaints several times in Toll free customer care and service centre at Ramnad. On[protected] a service person checked and reported that the following spares should be replaced ie
                                1 SS Drum
                                2 Drum shaft
                                3 Drum shaft bearings and
                                4 Front cover rubber washer cost ₹ 2000 to be paid by customer
                                Nearly more than 75 days the M/C was not working IFB is a world famous No 1 company Why the wrong technical report from the service men and delay in attending. please immediately arrange for attend the unit as early as possible I hope and prove you are No1 company in the world

                                  My machine stopped working while running with a smell of smoke. Service rep visited and said wiring burnt and timer control failed. But under amc only timer control will be replaced and u should be charged for wiring kit even it is supplied by company with machine. Why company is doing like this as a customer i have not done any thing to the machine to make wiring burnt and at the time failure no high or low voltages observed on any other appliances. So why company do not cover under warranty.

                                    We have been using washing machine since 1995. We used one local brand and the last one we had was samsung top loading we bought less than 13000 back in 2002, and it worked flawlessly without any maintenance cost until 2014, even we didn't bother about their warranty period. As we got too comfortable with that brand and perhaps didn't know about their true value of less maintenance cost with less price, we chose to buy ifb for a change as per a friend's suggestion, as they gave four year warranty period with their product worth rs.32000. I realized with experience that all that is costly by price is not all that is good by their quality and durability.

                                    I had experience of clothes with stains because of scales and the maintenance cost of descaling with their chemical is also high. Even i could put up with that. When that is sorted, not even 6 months after expiry of waranty, it stopped working abruptly with no display. And the service guy came and said, the pcb inside needs to be changed and would cost me rs.6000 plus. And he insists that if i take an amc for rs.6000, he would get that part for half the cost as i am not under amc after the waranty got expired.

                                    Rs.6000 is more than 18% of the cost of the product that i bought just four years ago. I wonder why these days products are not manufactured with more durability, so that they don't incur additional such costs in such short span of time. I am also concerned about the pricing of spare parts. Hope ifb gets their act together in making us refer their products to others as well.

                                    As i worked the economics, i said to the service guy, i don't need their spare nor their service and have decided to go back to my earlier brand with less cost. I am going to junk this product, as i could only guess that this washing machine would take more money out of my pocket in the next 5 years than a brand new top loading samsung, which might give me more peace of mind and hopefully no regrets.

                                    I appreciate your prompt reply to my grievance, as much I am hoping there will also be prompt action too, as service delayed is service denied by the inconvenience caused by unavailability of a product for use in a household. We are a family of an elderly couple, kids of one and 4 years old and us a couple. It doesn't require for us to tell you to put yourself in our shoes and experience even couple of days without a washing machine. Its been three days now and today evening we are planning to get a new Samsung washing machine. If you have any intention to make us feel worthy of our investment with IFB appliances, please reach us asap.

                                    As much us Justice delayed is Justice denied, Service delayed is Service denied too.

                                    A technician from IFB called just now and offered to change the PCB for free.

                                    I said to him, if it saves my time and effort further in writing and waiting to resolve further more issues with this particular model that I bought, for a reasonable period, and have that confidence on it's durability, please do change it.

                                    My time is precious and I can't call, write, and wait for three days to resolve another more issue with this machine. As per my research, it proves to be a faulty model manufactured by IFB, which was discontinued shortly after I bought it, due to frequent complaints from its customers.

                                    I have made a wrong judgement about IFB, as a brand, that has a collaboration with Hienrich Schmid AG from a technologically advanced nation from Europe. It appears when they manufacture products for Indian market, they tend to focus more on short term monetary gains, as opposed to long term brand value.

                                    Hope you could put yourself in my shoes and think of an investment giving so much trouble in such a short span of time and takes away our peace of mind and time, and find a more sensible solution.

                                    After about three hours of negotiations with a technical manager Mr.Raghupathy, who reiterated that the technician didn't offer to change the PCB for free, but only tried to change it for a lesser cost of Rs.5000 instead of Rs.6000, I have decided to junk my 4 years 6 months old washing machine "IFB Senorita Aqua SX", and buy a good old durable Samsung washing machine.

                                    Its a wake up call for me, after losing Rs.32000 on a IFB product that doesn't even last for a full 5 years.

                                        My washing machine door lock is dysfunctional for almost two weeks and ifb people are not responding or paying any heed to complaint. I have tried to contact people at all levels but now the service manager at patna is also not picking up my calls and avoiding answering. Atrociuos response from ifb. Feeling sorry for having purchased ifb product next time i will not commit this mistake
