On october 24th i complaint your customer care and on next day one technician came and he said one of the parts should be changed for my washing machine. After that there is no replay on your side. I cal regularly your customer care they say the technician will come tomorrow. I bought my machine on 2016 and it’s warranty is not over. Kindly repair my machine as soon as possible

    dper error in the washing machine

    I have ifb senorita sx 6kg washing machine... I am facing dper error since afternoon... Morning machine batch went normally, however, the second one which has only 4 cotton mats giving this error... I have been using ifb fluff only. I tried 10min spin which stopped at 9 min and showing the error. I would like to know if there are any standard steps to resolve the said problem....

    Very regretfully i would like to tell you that my washing machine is not working since sunday the 28th of october 2018 i have lodged a complaint on same day and got a ticket no. [protected] which remained unattended till yesterday sunday the 4th of november 2018. On sunday the 28th of october 2018 i was assured that within 24 hours some technician would visit my place and resolve my issue. No body appeared till wednesday the 31st of october 2018. Then on thursday the 1st of november 2018 i called your customer care center and inquired about status of my complaint, then i was told that my complaint is forwarded to be taken on priority and urgently some technician would visit my place and attain my issue. But unfortunately no body appeared till saturday the 3rd of november 2018. During this period i various times requested your customer care center to please do the needful but all in vain. Then yesterday on sunday the 4th of november 2018 i again called your customer care center and again inquired status of my complaint, i was told that i will have to again register my complaint and i was issued with a new ticket no. [protected] and was told that my problem will be attended on urgent basis. During this period all the days i have being calling your customer care center and service center and always i was told that my issue is referred to higher authorities and my call will be attended urgently. Today also since morning i was behind your customer care center and service center but again all in vain.

      I bought a dishwasher from ifb point, raheja mall, gurgaon 2 weeks ago. Requested the dealer's representative to first send a technician to look at the installation site before suggesting the model that would fit the space. He told me that all these were standard and there was a great diwali deal so i should pay him for the machine and if it did not fit it could be returned with full refund. I paid by credit card (And he charged me 2% extra). The dishwasher wass delivered and s few days later the technician who visited said it would not be possible to install the machine and i should speak to the dealer. Idid. Was told a senior technician would come and once he also validated what the first technician said the machine would be returned and a refund cheque returned. After the second visit and same prognosis i returned to the dealer (Lokesh of kunal electronics) who told me that the refund would be made without the gst (Of rs.7000). I paid rs. 35000/- and was refunded rs. 28000/-. When i said this was not acceptable i was told once the gst is paid it cannot be refunded and they they cannot claim it back. When i mentioned going to a consumer court i was told i could do what i wanted. On inquiring with my ca i was told that this was a fraud and if the e weigh bill can be reversed and suggested i come to you. This is gross cheating. I have sent complained twice to ifb customer care and there is no response or action from them i hope to find justice.

      I still await a resolution on the complaint registered on 6th November (complaint details are above ).
      Having received an acknowledgement from IFB on 8th Nov, no one has contacted me so far.
      It is sad that a reputed Company like IFB takes so long to move. I would urge the Customer Care section of IFB to take immediate and appropriate action against KUNAL Electronics at the RAHEJA MALL, Gurgaon and refund the Rs. 7000/- that was deducted from my refund immediately. If documents are required with details of Invoice and refund cheque I will be happy to provide them
      I do believe that IFB would be concerned for it's reputation and not let unscrupulous distributors spoil their service & sales record.
      I am truly disappointed with this "could not care less" attitude of the company. It is unfortunate and not acceptable. Service and sales are both pathetic from my experience and I will have to resort to starting a social media campaign against IFB which I have been hoping to avoid.

      I am sad indeed to say that in spite of the IFB representative making contact with me a week ago and assuring me that this would be resolved not later than Monday the 26th November I am only getting excuses and assurances but nothing has been actioned. I have provided documentary evidence of the Invoice and settlement with dates as I was told that the agent says I was explained I would lose Rs. 7000 /- before the Dishwasher was sent to me. It is completely untrue but IFB chooses to take the dealers side who has provided WhattsApp messages sent to me which were after the incident went sour and he planned not to return my money. Is this what we should expect from IFB. I must say I am extremely disappointed and did not expect a reputed Company like IFB to be hand in glove with their agents in cheating an uninformed customer who will take the AUTHORISED DEALER"S word and commitment as that of IFB or why go to an IFB Point... I am still hoping IFB will consider the impact on it's reputation and come up with a satisfactory resolution. The gentleman from IFB who has been talking to me is Mr. Shashank Arora. I do feel very disheartened and let down with the very unpleasant and unprofessional dealing of both KUNAL ELECTRONICS, GURGAON and IFB Customer Care.

      I am sorry to say that in spite of several assurances from the IFB representative Mr. Shashank Arora, nothing has moved at any level. It seems that Customer Satisfaction is not a priority with IFB India. It leaves me with little choices other than publishing it extensively on Social Media in the hope that other customers are not cheated the way I was and do not have to go through this kind of fraud and unprofessional behaviour from both IFB dealers and IFB Employees.

      So much for Customer care from IFB. I will now have to take it up once again through the Consumer Court and warn other users about the lousy aftersales and customer care of IFB .

      I write to express my extreme disappointment with IFB both Customer Service & Dealership. I was contacted by 3 different people from 3 different locations Head Office, Local Sales Office & Customer Care and was assured of a resolution over and over again. I was even offered a micro wave by the local representative Mr. Shashank Arora who said he had received a letter from the HO to resolve the issue ( about 10 days ago ) I was told that the GST of Rs. 7000/- cannot be refunded as the Kunal Electronics says he explained this to me before the sale. Which customer would agree to losing 7 thousand rupees knowingly ? It seems to me that IFB has no interest in the consumers statement nor in loss of their reputation. I lost Rs. 7000/- because some salesperson of IFB misguided and gave me incorrect information and I warn others to be very watchful and NOT to deal with IFB because they do not care about a senior citizens hard earned money being taken by their unscrupulous dealers and employees. Reputation and trust once broken is hard to build and Companies like IFB will continue to cheat honest citizens by manipulating, giving false information and selling products without being responsible for installation . I can only hope the Consumer Forum will take up my case and get me compensation for cheating and mental torture by IFB and it's associates.

      Sadly the Consumer Forum could not bring IFB to book and IFB does not care about it's customer or image.
      I am extremely disappointed with both.
      Lesson learnt and time wasted.
      The consumer has NO voice in the Company, Dealer, Consumer Forum nexus.
      I for one will never deal with IFB again and tell others about my bitter experience as well.
      Am sad to say that even after the IFB representative made contact with me a week ago and assured me that the situation would be resolved by Monday ( 26th November ) latest and my having connected with him repeatedly there are more excuses and no resolution. IFB will take the word of the Dealer against the word of the customer.
      This is extremely distressful as our faith in Corporates takes a beating. If the IFB does not care about the customer and makes false assurances and keeps buying more time with no definite plan of action in place it is best to buy from local manufacturers ( at least the price is sensible ) and not be cheated by sales agents like KUNAL ELECTRONICS in Raheja Mall Gurgaon.
      The Company is hand in glove with their unscrupulous dealers and have no criteria to dole out agencies. Infact through this entire very unpleasant experience the dealer has not connected with me …. the sale was made through a salesperson and all communication of IFB in validating what I say has been through this fraud salesperson.
      I have provided all documentary evidence to Mr. Shashank Arora, the IFB Representative for my area, which is dated and clearly there is no GST regulations that are binding with the timelines already established with documented evidence.
      Yes the money I was cheated of is important but even more important is the loss of trust in IFB and there representatives.
      I still hope that IFB will not disappoint me and ensure a fair settlement of this issue.

      I have not heard from IFB in spite of this acknowledgement
      Still no revert from IFB... the dealer called again to try and sell me the dishwasher again. It is truly disgusting. They do not deserve even one star. I will never buy another IFB product nor ever recommend it to anyone. They are not bothered about either the customer nor good will.

          I have ordered a ifb microwave oven... Installation and demo was scheduled on nov 4th.. But the person called on saturday and wanted to come on saturday instead of the scheduled day.. As i was not available i told the person that was not possible. So he himself rescheduled it to 6th nov. Now upon calling the person is not responding and is unwilling to come for demo. Customer care service also is worst.. Will report a very bad review i[censored] dont look into the matter

          Ifb service centre iam complaining about is in kollam... Had high hopes when purchasing from this company. But
          Kollam ifb service centre changed my beief.

            My top loded washing machine 205s
            Is not working properly since 19th of sep 2018,
            I have complained to ifb customer care on same day my ticket no. Is [protected]. On 20th sep technician came and told that pcb of washing machine were damaged and he will replace it. Iso that i extended my warranty for one year no charges will be taken. But after three or four days he call me back and told me that pcb has broken and company will not change it for free a charge of 2470rs would be taken.. I agreed but even then every second day when i call him they told electrician will come but no one come till now. Now they tell there's is no pcb. Kindly try to solve my problem by today.               I have a ifb washing machine since the last 6 years. Everytime the technician visits, he makes a quick buck of selling ifb liquid detergent, descaling and the water filter. These accessories are local products which are purely marketed by ifb for that extra money. Two years back, the service guy came and told me to go with full amc for 2 years which i did. Now they are telling me that my amc does not cover rubber parts. As the amc is due now, they are now pushing me to go ahead with the renewal.

              I am planning not to continue with the amc but to go ahead with replacing my washing machine with bosch as i hear they are more professional.

              I am planning to educate my friends and relatives to be more wary of ifb in future.

                  I had purchased one washing machine of IFB on 25.02.2012 from Bhubaneswar. The machine needs some measure Repairing ie change of Drum. I am continuously contacting the Customer Care No. [protected] since 5.9.2017 the details of which is with me. Unfortunately the Customer care lastly recently intimated me that spare parts for this machine is not available, hence Repairing is not possible.
                  Therefore under the above circumstances I would request you to intervene, failing which I shall be bound to take shelter of appropriate Court of Law.

                      Since 26th october to 3rd november did not resolved my problem and without resolving the problem sent me massage that problem has resolved. When called at service center, nobody picks phone or give very irresponsible answer. Every time they say that we will resolve soon and sending the technition but no result. So take care of that service center and instruct them to resolve my problem.

                        I was purchase ifb washingachine in 2015. Now, it is under warranty period. Also, my washing machine on last week. I file/ book/ register my washing machine repairing condition in service team of showroom (James & co, ramnad) which i can purchase that machine for service requirement on the date of 1st nov 2018. On 2nd nov, i received call from service man/ engineer ([protected]) at 10.30 am. He told to me that "now, i'm at madurai. I will arrive ramnad at around 2 pm and attend your service". I reply to him as ok & welcome. I'm wait in my home until 4pm. He was not reach/came. At 4pm, i remind him by call. At that time, he told me that "now, i'm in devipattinam. I will come soon", likewise he told. At 5.30 pm, he make a missed call to me. I'm unable/not observe to receive that missed call from your service person. At 5.45 pm, i saw that missed call, immediately i make a call to him. For that he told, "i make a call to you. You not attending the call; sothat, i will move from ramnad towards madurai". I'm shocked and tensed. Immediately, i goto showroom and converse with service incharge and manager of the showroom. Showroom person make a call to service person. For that service person told "i will attend at 7.30 pm". Even at 7.30 pm, he was not came. Again i will told to ahowroom person. Now, this time showroom person make call to service person. For that he told to him as "i'm moving towards madurai". This is happening on the date of 2nd nov 2018. Afterthat, i strictly told to that showroom manager as "i bring that washing machine and took infront of showroom and i will fire this washing machine with flashing in support of media". So, leave your opinion.

                          On 18 sept 2018 is got message that my ticket no is [protected] and on 26 oct 2018 again i got message that it had been resolved. When i called customer care number regarding this 2-3 times on[protected]. They are saying that it had been automatically generated by seller or dealer. I have complaint that how appointment can be generated and resolved automatically. By this way they can generate any appointments by the name of customers and resolved by there end only.

                          No one is solving my complaint that i think it is fraud and scam against customer because if the customer is not getting any service then how it can be resolved. If anyone is in ifb industries then they can do anything by using customer name and number.

                          This fraud and scam against customer. Save us from this unusual activity.

                            Dear sir or madam
                            I bought ifb executive plus front loading washing machine last december. It has been working on and off over the last couple of days. Today it stopped working and made complaint # (Tkt -[protected]) to the ifb customer care about the problem. I had this technician who came for service visit, initially he said the front door was jammed and has to be replaced. I told him it is the not the front door, the light was on in the washing machine and control buttons are not working. He removed everything and we tried to put it back, it worked sometimes and it didnt work other times. The service engineer started to argue with me stating that it worked all the times, when i refused to accept and he got bit wild and saying you think customers are superiors and we have to bend (I never ever insisted like that) & we tried to turn it on finally the machine didn't work. Now he said the control board needs to be replaced as well and customer has to bear the expense for both control board and front door. When asked about what about the warranty, he said warranty would not cover and started to argue with me and just walked off saying look at other technician. When i told him, let me call ifb support speak to them before you leave, he said ' call whoever you want to'. What kind of attitude is this?? How do i got consumer forum and escalate this attitude of technician and quality of the product from ifb. Will service person be kind enough to respond to this query please.???

                                    Hi ifb team,

                                    My washing machine is under amc. We have raised a complaint on 5th june 2018 the complaint number is [protected] for water leakage and indicator led. Both were resolved after some escalation as the led indicator was not fixed for longer time.

                                    Again we raised complaint on 6th oct 2018 as machine was not working, they said it will be resolved in 48 hours but still now there is no response. We have called on 31st oct 2018 to check the status but no proper response. Today also had a call for the same issue they said old case opened on 5th june 2018 is still open. I am not sure why that is open still?

                                    Is there any sla you follow or there is no process at all.

                                      I have a washing machine of ifb erena which is in insurance for 2 years under which they have policy to repair any part of the machine within the time. On 17 august 2018 i made a complain regarding certain problem with my registered mobile no. And till now i have complaint three times in between. First the problem was told to the lucknow center where he provided with customer care no to contact second time i called to gaziabad thirdly on contact no[protected] provided by lucknow center.in azamgarh uttar pradesh on above provided no. I called rohit singh picked up the call and hung upon saying that he ll be calling me within half n hour but he didn’t turn up. It’s been past 3 months the washing machine is not working and the executives are not providing me with enough solutions. It happens every time with some and other reasons that they don’t come or facilitate on time.

                                      Still the machine is facing the problems and I have been trying contacting to the people but my complaint has not taken seriously.
                                      The person came to fix the machine and did nothing But he did explain that the machine needs proper servicing and it has big damage. The machine worked within few days it stopped again in the month of December 21, 2018 I made a complaint with complain number [protected]. No one addressed it, I called many a times to the service Center Jaunpur and Lucknow. I called Rohit many times but he did not pick up the call and Mamta from Lucknow on office no. But the phone is always in engage mode.
                                      My machine is in insurance and yet not expired is this the reason they are not giving proper service also I want urgent reply to my no. [protected], [protected].
                                      The IFB service seems to me is worst till now. I hope they will help me with this as there service Center are not working properly.

                                      I have recently made a complaint regarding some problem faced. I found ifb has pathetic test. Few days after the person checked it machine got destroyd again. My mother filed a complaint regarding same problem that is machine is not working properly. After that also she hadn’t received service. Right now she has been given with all the nearby service centre but none of them properly listens to the query. They did register the complaint but even after 1 month she hasn’t got any service. The washing machine is under insurance so whatever the parts are destroyed or not working properly the service Center must come and change it on a call but there again mother and father got tired of complaining again n again. They have tried recheck and recheaing all service centres but none of them gave service. The nearest centres were in Jaunpur Lucknow Varanasi And I have also reached to the customer care executive in Goa regarding every issue. If they cannot facilitate there customer they should give up but stop looting there consumers. My mother is working woman she has lacs of work on her and in between she has to take care of this issue which is crossing its level.
                                      Whenever I write down on consumer forum they send a person within a week. Also they just connect one pulley and adjust it with spare cloth. The engineer who came last tym to check he told that there is one part which is not working properly. I asked them to send it but till now it is not even change.
                                      When my mother told that it is recycled product not a new due to which it is not working properly. I asked them to change it but they didn’t change it.
                                      When my machine is in insurance it has complete ryt of getting renewed which ever part is destroyed. My prayer is to do all changes my machine needs and stop giving stupid crap reasons to response and not make machine perfect.

                                      There is a service centre in my city. the person took the machine for service but after it came back there was no such difference. The service of IFB is very poor even after having a service centre in the very same city.
                                      Drum and bearing worn out and not working in proper condition as pointed out by your authorised service people who visited for obtaining AMC
