Ifb Service Center — The service person has put duplicate part in the washing machine

We have purchased the IFB washing machine(B071G3B81W). From last 3 months the washing machine is not working. We complained to the customer care, they alloted a person to get it repaired. He changed the inlet water sensor and went off, but after that we faced same problem. Again we complaint the IFB services. One more person came and tested and said the inlet water senson what the earlier person has replaced it is duplicate.
He cant replace the duplicate one because of company rules.

Now we want this has to be replaced with the orginal one. This should not happen to any other customer.

Hope we get assistance on this complaint.
