Dear sir, I have registered a complaint that my washing machine is not working. my complaint no- [protected] dt.7/1/2017 After a week they came with a motor after week they brought motor and fixed. It is not working as before. It is very very slow. Contacted the service center SRI MANAKULAR ELECTRONIS – PONDICHERRY ( 0413 – 2246422/ 2246522) to whom I paid the amount of Rs 4500/- repeatedly many times.( through cheque ( IB #231617 dt 6/2/17) (vide their Receipt No 26026 dt 6/2/17). But no fruit full solution so far. My 2nd time compliant # [protected] . AS ON TODAY NEAR ABOUT TWO MONTHS ELAPSED.THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT. No one is taking interest on customer.
