We have purchased the IFB washing machine(B071G3B81W). From last 3 months the washing machine is not working. We complained to the customer care, they alloted a person to get it repaired. He changed the inlet water sensor and went off, but after that we faced same problem. Again we complaint the IFB services. One more person came and tested and said the inlet water senson what the earlier person has replaced it is duplicate.

I am very disappointed with the ifb service providers as they failed in providing timely service. I have registered my complaint on 24th may 2018. And till date no one has come to check the microwave. I have called almost very other day to check the status of the complainant, also telling them the urgency of the service.
