Hi I have purchased bond worth Rs 20000 in 2021, Series 4.

I dont have physical copy now and i am clue less how to redeem it. Can someone help.

I had invested in infrastructure bond series 2 under Folio no - 2020516 and Certificate no - 2010025.
I have only received a maturity amount of Rs 21441 on 06/02/2021 but have not received the annual interest which is due from the year 2012.
Kindly take the necessary action regarding the payment of my due interest amount.

No body picks up phone or respond to E mail (Neither Karvy nor IFCI).
Please let me know whom and how to reach the person responsible for the redemption of these bonds

I have purchased IFCI Infra bonds in year 2011 and 2012 for Rs 20000/-. The Ones which I have bought in 2011 has been given for Demat multiple times to Karvy but they never dematerialised. The Next bought in 2012 were dematerialised and were in Karvy account. However we know Karvy has been banned and no accounts are operational now. Both the Infra bonds were purchased with my PAN No ABUPG8775D.

Further to add, My Bank Account given to Karvy was closed long time back and I also do not stay at the given address in Vijaywada as we moved to Mumbai in 2015. My Mobile No has also changed in 2015 and the previous number is no more with me since I have moved out of the State. However while filing my returns I could see additional income mentioned under IFCI for which I have not received any maturity.

I tried to contact however they have inexpressed their ability to resolve my concern. I tried to reach out to your customer care many times however unable to do so.

I have received cheque of ₹ 1800/- cheque no. 675541, ₹21441/- cheque no. 542422 and ₹ 20000/- cheque no. 539638 respectively in the last year. By mistake it is not approached to the registered bank account so, I couldn't received resp. Amount.
So, I am requesting you to kindly send me respected amount.

Please let me how to redeem or encash the family bond, milinoraire purchase in the year 1996...

I have the IFCI family and education bond that had been issued on 6 September 1996. It has already been matured. I had approached IFCI to get the bond redeemed but they informed me that they had transferred the amount to Investor Education and Protection Fund. So I sent a letter to the Finance Manager of Investor Education and Protection Fund on 23 March 2010, Dy. No. 1057; but in vain. Till now I couldn't redeem my bond. Kindly help.

Ifci bond series iii redeem procedure, dont know how to redeem amount in my bank account please tell me what i have to do, whether i have to mail any documents to office

My bonds are expiring in Feb 2022 and I stay abroad. I want to know what is the procedure to redeem the bonds and when can i start this procedure. I wrote an email to you but no response, hence using this forum to reach out to you. Look forward to your response asap.

But i have not received the redemption yet. Please process it
