IFCI — Family bond/millionaire bond

I have two bonds of 1996 option 2 where face amount was 500000 but i did not have any notification or option if that is still active. May i know the information for that.

Folio no is 5238-848 and 5238-849

the bond is due in 2026 and if it is still active, can i get the information for the same
