IFCI — IFCI family bond / millionaire Bond Option-II Warrant issue regards

I have a bond of IFCI Family bond bearing Folio No. 5448-544 Certificate No 323915 Option-II Issue price 5000/- Please let me know if this scheme is still active so that i can expect a good return. If not, request you to please let me know the current redemption procedure.
And my Communication / Permanent address also changed from 2009 onwards, So that I am not getting any information or any warrants from your end. How to update my communication address details in your records.
