IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Co.ltd. — Charged the payment online but have not produced / generated the policy copy to me.

On Friday, 21 Aug 2015, I had filled and paid INR 998.50 online for our two wheeler insurance from Iffco Tokio official website around 10:24 PM (The relevant enclosures attached). The concern and worry is that my vehicle insurance policy last date was 21 Aug 2015 and on the same the payment was made to get the new policy from IFFCO Tokio but except an acknowledgement mail, I have not received any policy copy online till date. It has has been over than 72 hrs, nothing has turned up concretely and even their Call Centre officials are also not responding and liaising appropriately. Post inquiring deeply, I got to know that they put their Server on Maintenance from 8 PM on Friday 21 Aug 2015 till 6 PM 23 Aug 2015 every week. My query is if the server was under maintenance then why the Server / Website has accepted the payments, I found it completely illogical. Instrumentally, if the website is under maintenance then their must be certain update to the customer that during this time no payments or policy will be accepted due to certain maintenance issues. This is a misleading case to the customers and now I felt cheated that nobody from Iffco Tokio is ready to resolve the issue. I can not find anybody responding properly. I would request the Honorable Consumer Court and team to assist me to get my either money back to me or they must provide me the policy copy before Monday 24 Aug 2015 EOD. Thanks!
