I have taken insurance for my Bajaj Pulsar 180 from IFFCO TOKIO General Insurance Company for the year 2014-15. in june 2015, i met with an accident and my bike got crashed.I claimed my insurance for bike at veraval(gujarat) authorised bajaj service center.they did the needful and fixed my bike with new parts.then i have to pay rs.12580 to IFFCO TOKIO General Insurance Company.and they promised me to return that money to me within 45 days as claim reward. I am calling their customer service center for 15-2- times a day and they have only one thing to say that I have to speak with their claim department officer(mitulkumar mehta)and mitulkumar mehta is only making me fool.thai ur claim amount will get credited within one hour and one day or at afternoon or after 2 days.now the situation is.Mr. mitulkumar mehta is not recieiving my calls.Her wife is receiving his calls.
