I have a zero dep policy with iffco tokio policy number (M2893212). I have registered a claim on[protected] with claim reference number 1-17rwvbb1 but till today neither my claim is approved nor any written response received from the insurer. Their team visited twice and asked for cctv footage i have shown them in society but they want cctv copy which society gives to police only. Was this information helpful? | |||
